For years there had been units consisting of a relatively light vehicle, carrying an antenna on its roof. This emits at 95 GHZ (radar waves). At high power these waves cause an unbearable burning sensation. There is no doubt that they can cause lesions, including encephalic ones, if they are pulsed according to frequencies that allow them to target certain organs.
