HAARP biological warfare Schumann resonance military sonar

Mr. Petit,
I have just read, on your website under the "news" section, the article about biological warfare.
- The project for a high-altitude pulsed microwave reflector is called HAARP = High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project. It has caused quite a stir in many circles, even among those with only partial knowledge, in the USA and elsewhere. There is a book, whose author I don't know, titled "Angels, don't play this Haarp!" Using discoveries made by Tesla, this device can, according to what I've read (in Nexus), alter the Schumann resonance. If this interests you, I'll try to locate the article. I've also heard about a similar project, but this one aimed at the depths of the Earth, located in the Australian desert at a place called Pine Gap.
Mr. Petit,
Following up on my message yesterday, here is a confirmation:

Subject: US Navy Uses Low Frequency Sonar
I'll summarize the key points: Since July 16, the US Navy has been authorized to conduct tests with an extremely powerful sonar system operating using modulated microwaves at very low frequencies. Since then, 60 whales have stranded in Australia, giant squids have been found dead along the California coast, leopard sharks have been seen disoriented along the coasts, 12 manatees were found dead in Florida, and on August 4, another 60 whales stranded near Cape Cod, USA. (This was even shown on television, with the usual misleading commentary.) In fact, the US Navy has offered to come and finish off these cetaceans and remove them (hmm, hmm, why exactly them?). In short, the "Children of the Devil" are literally killing marine life across the planet.
