Il y a des années que les Américains, les Russes ainsi que d'autres pays développés possèdent déjà des puces RFID d'une dimension dix fois plus faible, éventuellement non-détectables à la radio. Des puces qui pourront être implantées à l'insu des sujets, après anesthésie ( éventuellement mis en inconscience par action de pistolets à micro-ondes, parfaitement opérationnels aujourd'hui et qui remplacera assez vite le " Taser ", de mauvaise réputation ), ou à distance, avec des fusils à lunettes. L'implantation ne sera alors pas plus douloureuse qu'un piqûre d'insecte et ne laissera pas plus de traces. Au-delà, implantation de puce endo-encéphaliques, impossibles à détecter et à extraire. Application : tout contrôler, avec l'accord ou sans l'accord des intéressés. Localisation en permanence par GPS, contrôle d'accès, identification totale ( y compris à un casier judiciaire international ), marquage d'appartenance ethnique, politique, religieuse, ségrégation, chantage pour accès à des données, des postes ou des biens de consommation ( "nul ne pourra ni acheter ni vendre qui ne portera ls signe de la bête").
Ces puces pourront n'être que de simples banques de données, ou des clés d'accès à un système plus vaste. Mais elles peuvent techniquement servir au "mind control", au "crowd control"; en servant de relais à des émissions en très basse fréquence, accordées avec les ondes de vos électro-encéphalogrammes, éventuellement distillées à votre insu par vos téléphones portables ou directement à partir de satellites ou par des systèmes dérivés du projet HAARP. Elle peuvent aussi servir à déclencher des tumeurs au cerveau, à perturber des activités endocrines ou simplement à tuer un individu, par exemple en libérant des toxines, ou par ondes électromagnétiques. .

Nous savions depuis un paquet d'années que tout cela était en gestation. Des objets ayant une dimension de l'ordre du dixième de millimètre sont non seulement envisageables, mais existent déjà au stade totalement opérationnel. Nous avions été prévenus, lui et moi, il y a deux ans, du développement foudroyant à prévoir de ces technologies. Incidemment, notre correspondant avait mentionné alors l'éventualité, dans un avenir non précisé, d'un vaste campagne de vaccination. Le lien ne nous était pas apparu d'entrée de jeu. Or, réfléchissez. Imaginez que vous vouliez implanter de vastes groupes de population, les marquer comme du bétail, selon leur appartenance ethnique ou selon tous les critères imaginables. Imaginez que vous disposiez d'implants de quelques dixièmes de millimètre de diamètre qui soient sinon totalement indétectables, du moins peu détectables. Comment les loger dans les corps de vos "cibles", sachant bien que la sensation ne dépasserait pas celle d'une piqûre d'insecte ? Avec un fusil ? Même pas.

There are certain reactions, like those I have recorded on this page, that leave me speechless. Cassandre no longer knows what to say. There is a dimension of the human that these people do not perceive. There are many heads of state who, if they underwent basic psychiatric tests, would immediately be classified as paranoid. Hitler was one of them. We also know the case of Stalin. Saddam Hussein was probably not very clear either. They are everywhere.
What is paranoia? A logical breakdown. Madness is also a logical breakdown. It reminds me of a story where a Japanese family's son, living in France, killed a young girl and ate her. He was hospitalized, treated, and cured. Even cured, he resumed his explanation: "Love, when pushed to the extreme, can lead to devouring the beloved." It is logical. It is in his logic. He was locked up for a few years and then, cured, was released. His father was powerful. Yesterday, we discussed the case of a young man who one night got up and killed his two parents with hundreds of kitchen knives. As the knife broke, he went to get another one. The psychiatrists "established that at the time of the facts he was not in his right mind." But, since he is now free or almost, we deduce that "everything has returned to order now." He will not be subject to any medical or psychiatric follow-up.
A schizophrenic also experiences a logical breakdown. One of my friends, whose father is a psychiatrist, adds this clarification:
Psychopathy is a completely incurable psychiatric illness (according to my father). You can treat a schizophrenic, even cure him. You can improve a paranoid. You can do nothing for a psychopath. One of the reasons for this inability to cure is that the psychopath suffers from a complete atrophy of empathy towards his victim. When questioned, he simply replied, "I saw in their eyes that they wanted me bad." He reacted logically by having a reflex of self-defense against these dangerous 15-gram birds. The parents of this young man and his girlfriend had noticed that for some time their son had been spending time in front of hyper-violent video games and had been self-mutilating. I have, in a dossier, shown the image of a box containing a "gadget" sold in many stores ( "and it works very well," the seller told me). This image will remind you of something:

Look at these images. They are in line with the society we are creating, everywhere. It is for sale. In the USA, Halloween is as important as Christmas (it arrived here a few years ago). It is also a fantastic market that rides on the latent morbidity of the human, on the various perverse facets of the child (Read Freud). No psychiatrist has denounced this absurdity, no politician has made it illegal to distribute such a monstrosity. In the store, when I addressed a policeman, who was present, and specified that I was not addressing the "peace officer," but the family man, he replied:

Violence invades your lives and you don't even see it. It is on your television screens, in video games that we feed your children from the cradle, in television series where young people, well-dressed, conduct investigations detailing ... autopsy results. We swim in it and it pleases. I feel like throwing up and to chase away these images from my thoughts for a while, I feed hundreds of birds that frequent my property every morning. I listen to them chirp and it feels good.
Violence is invading comics. I greatly appreciated the series "Passengers of the Wind" by Bourgeon, which elevates comics to the level of a literary work. Of course, it is not comics for children. Later, with the screenwriter Lacroix, he produced two albums of the "Cycle of Cyann," dedicated to fiction, which are also not intended for young readers. The first two books of the "Cycle of Cyann" are quite surprising, original works, whose characters, dense, literally burst out of the pages, in a very well-constructed plot (but already with a lot of violence and sex). The titles: "The Source and the Probe" and "Six seasons on ilO." I bought the next album of the series: "Aëïa d'Aldaal," whose story is immediately much weaker. It starts, from the first pages, with the death of a child, killed by an arrow shot by a lesbian, who will dialogue for 72 pages with "Cyann" trying in vain to seduce her. From the point of view of the plot, it adds nothing. It is completely gratuitous. I think that Bourgeon and Lacroix are simply contaminated by the ambient violence.
Violence is everywhere. It is the expression of a release linked to the constantly increasing frustrations of the modern world. It is the outcome of those who have no more hope, and our modern societies do not really teach our children to feel such a sentiment. For the poor, hope is even out of reach of their ambitions. For young children, we have known these Japanese animated cartoons, against which a deputy has vainly tried to oppose. The hyper-violent video games complete the comics. But this is not new. Since how long have the toys given to children, from their tenderest age, been weapons?
There was an episode where people questioned "the monstrosity of the attacks committed by Zarqaoui." Yes, he goes too far. He kills in front of video cameras. He beheads in real time instead of killing more soberly with bullets. "He goes too far."
Yesterday there was a film about the Madrid attack. Ten bombs brought in simple backpacks. The ignition of 25 kilograms of explosives triggered by simple mobile phones. One hundred and ten civilians, people of the people, killed and a thousand injured in a suburban train bringing workers into the capital. For electoral reasons, a politician immediately blames the ETA. He had based his entire campaign on a fight against this Basque Spanish separatist organization. Later it turns out that he lied. The police find the perpetrators of the attack. Seven men, surrounded, blow themselves up in an apartment with explosive belts shouting "Allah is great!" The file shows a very "realistic" reconstruction.
These men are in their logic. Their approach will, however, be successful. In the end, it is the opposite effect of that of September 11th. The Spaniards pressure their leaders and the troops sent by their leaders are withdrawn from the Iraqi conflict. For the Americans, it was the opposite. The events of September 11th tightened the bonds against the "terrorist threat." Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
The Japanese were waging war trying to terrorize their enemies. Geneva Conventions: don't know. No prisoners. They executed and already beheaded, with a sword. But it didn't work. America responded by sending hundreds of thousands of men, who after being a bit bewildered on the battlefields became "marines" and were killed on the beaches of Okinawa. In the island, rather than surrender, the surviving Japanese blew themselves up with grenades in their bunkers shouting "banzaï!". Then the Americans methodically flattened Japan with endless waves of bombings (the allies did the same in Dresden writing on their bombs "remember Coventry"). The nuclear was only one of them, not automatically the most deadly.
The American bombings of Tokyo killed 80,000 to 100,000 people in three hours, almost as many as in Hiroshima (140,000) a few months later. "I ran in a hell of flames with my son. Sparks escaped from the fire filling his mouth while he cried. I put my fingers in to extract the burning ashes," remembers the 83-year-old woman. In the spring of 1945, the Americans intensified the massive bombings on the Japanese capital, in preparation for an invasion of the Archipelago that never came. The most devastating damage was caused at dawn on March 10 when more than 300 B-29s dropped 2,000 tons of incendiary bombs on wooden and paper houses, turning the city into a huge fire. The fire was so intense that it surrounded the US Air Force bombers flying over the city with violent turbulence. The March wind fed the fires. Many people died not only from burns but also from lack of oxygen due to the fires.

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
What my readers do not understand is that these implantable chips are the response, not only of the Americans, but of highly developed countries to "the threat that looms over them." The Russians have them too, as well as they master the techniques of "crowd control" with the spraying of entire populations by pulses of microwaves from satellites. In France, the DGA (Délégation générale à l'Armement) has a service that works on cancerous weapons and I know that its services are working on systems similar to those already developed by others. "Non-lethal weapons," marking, subcutaneous implants, weapons that act at a distance by "creating unbearable pains," and even any new form of Zorglonde or Phoum brainwasher. I had in my hands more than fifteen years ago a report from what was then called the DRET (Direction des Etudes et Recherches Techniques, later became the DGA) on "the evocation of cancers."
Folamour exists everywhere, in all countries. It is killing to repeat it constantly. It is not fiction, it is a reality. There was once a book titled "These sick people who govern us." Another one would be needed: "These mentally ill people who govern us." I published in 1995 at Albin Michel a book that I called "Les Enfants du Diable." In the coded language of researchers, "the devil" is the army. In this book I showed how, after the Manhattan Project, a long, endless flirtation began between power, scientists, and the military, which gave rise to a new species of individuals, found in all countries of the world: military engineers. A book that had no media echo. 2000 copies sold in the year of its release (below 1500, a publisher loses money). Yet I believe it is my best book, not too badly written. It was a difficult subject.
Watch the movie "Dr. Folamour." You see a base of the Strategic Air Command, a striking force centered on what was then the most powerful: the B-52, under the control of a general who had simply gone mad, under the eyes of an English colleague, played by Peter Sellers. The psychopathy of the character is evident. He accuses "the Reds of wanting to pollute the water."
The film is meant to be funny. You smile. What my two readers, whose statements I have reproduced, ignore is that the theme of Folamour is a complete reality. Know that our decision-making circuits, our political arenas, contain authentic madmen at large, ready to act. There are as many as in the rest of the population (as many as there are pedophiles among politicians, among religious people, among workers, among French or Italians, etc.). But those have access to much more dangerous tools. Think of Enrico Fermi, saying to his collaborators about the A-bomb: "but you're annoying me. It's still beautiful physics!" Think of Oppenheimer approving the injections of plutonium into young American recruits, to study the effects produced.
To be crazy is to live in another logic, perfectly understandable when you accept to enter it.
What should be done? First, become aware of it, quickly. Among the two readers I quote, who are very honest people, it apparently is not the case. Hubert Reeves has just published a book, which is bellowing, devoid of imagination (it is nothing more than a ... science representative, a broker of ready-made ideas, a propagator of prejudices). Like Hulot, he raises an alarm about the damage humans inflict on the Earth. Like Big Bang is difficult to manage, he follows the trend.
But it is much more serious and it could go very, very fast. It is a matter of years and not, as Reeves said last night, of decades. The looting of the environment is just one facet of this madness that is spreading across the planet. This madness is ideological, religious with economic, technical and demographic effects. People must urgently ask themselves what they are doing on Earth, understand why they have a conscience and what it is for. And I am not the "Guru of Rescue"! It is urgent to understand that the planet Earth is turning into a psychiatric hospital. People who make Tasers or microwave guns, these "non-lethal weapons" with which one can "neutralize" dangerous individuals (but who can be immediately converted into instruments of "clean" torture) and those who behead in front of cameras are not the source of the disorder, but its effect. They are only symptoms.
The Taser, the microwave gun, the implantable chip and the brain manipulation from space are only the response of the Americans to their own fears. They draw their weapons, like cowboys.

I am not anti-American. The Russians have the same gadgets, are capable of committing similar horrors, coldly. And if you think about it, this fits their logic, as well as the Chinese have theirs, which are preparing to economically crush us and spread oceans of misery without spilling a drop of blood.
We must search ... a global logic of the world and not let different human groups lock themselves in their different logics. This is a job for people who still have a brain and imagination, for intellectuals and scientists, for thinkers worthy of the name, provided they are not just fools who have done studies. Reeves participated in an interview hosted by Poivre d'Arvor where the subject was religious beliefs (so beliefs in general). He immediately backed out by arguing that in the face of this problem (which in our Western countries is reduced to the word "God"), the answers could only be personal and that the good answer was the one each person could find within themselves. Reeves is the Pangloss of metaphysics. He resorted to his old refrain: that science and religion are two different worlds, with nothing in common (even though they are both systems of organized beliefs, which our "philosopher" of modern times seems to ignore).
I am firmly opposed. We have understood that the biological mechanisms "are not only the domain of God." Then we moved to the opposite extreme, imagining that biology and evolution had nothing to do with any metaphysical vision. For centuries, medicine, chemistry, and the attempt to understand natural phenomena were approached from a religious angle. With the age of enlightenment we killed our gods (but that's what we believe. We have simply replaced them with others, like the god Chance, very capricious and not very efficient, at use). We have chased angels and demons indiscriminately. We have denied any right of way to a metaphysical reflection and our philosophers have locked themselves, in their ivory towers, in their usual arguments to know "whether God exists or not." I opened a philosophy book a few days ago and it fell from my hands.
We must hurry to understand ourselves. We must hurry to think for ourselves, instead of letting others do it for us, otherwise we are lost, otherwise nothing matters and there will only be left to do as Nero, watching Rome burn: take his lyre and sing. Our journalists have no brains. Don't throw too many stones at them: if they tried to have some, they must constantly remember that they live sitting on ejection seats. Our old thinkers have nothing to say. Reeves has nothing to say, has no new ideas to offer (and never had in his life). Edgar Morin has nothing to say, to suggest. The Roman papacy gives itself an alarming image, which is in line with our planetary society, old, stitched with outdated ideas, too preoccupied with politics, by its own survival as an institution, apparatus. The appointment of the new pope will be, like the previous one, a "political gesture." Think numbers. During the 25 years of John Paul II's mandate: more than one beatification or canonization per week. The different terrestrial religious currents only try to bring out their ancient formulas. Some say that things will be better in the next reincarnation and that the injustices we meet on our path have ultimately little importance. Others promise an unbounded life to those who accept to ... commit suicide (but they themselves carefully avoid doing it, setting an example).
