Revelation 13:16-17:

And she causes all, the small and the great, the rich and the poor, the free and the slaves, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead; and that no one can buy or sell, except the one who has the mark, the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

In the USA there is no difference between a "dossier" and a "commercial". This article points to the link of a company VeriChip manufacturing these implantable chips! There is no mystery.

http://www.4verichip.com

whose purpose is: To offer a reliable system, allowing to obtain "without anxiety" information related to the medical, financial aspects of individuals. Also intended to provide security.

NB

: VeriChip is a play on words. It is homophonic to Very cheap, which means "very cheap".

You can also think of "Vey Cheep" which means "very sheep".

Here is the French translation of Jennifer Ryan's article (if my translation is approximate, please point out my errors. I also await translations in all languages that one can imagine. Further, the translation of the complete transcription of the video's audio, done by Michel Actis.

My transcription of the article by Ryan, with my comments.

Not everyone understands English. I asked to be provided with the written transcription of the text, in English and in French. As soon as I have it, I will put it online. Given the importance of this information, its extreme seriousness (and I choose my words carefully), I would like us to be able to put online transcriptions in Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese or any other language.

Todd Mc Dermott :

Losing your wallet these days can quickly sink you into the chaotic world of identity theft.

Tracey Neale :

We’ve seen it time and time again most recently in the national scare caused by all the stolen identities, many of them right here, by a company called ChoicePoint.

Todd Mc Dermott :

But what if your credit card, driver’s license, even your medical records were hidden …under your skin.

Let Jennifer Ryan show us anyone from ???? patients to secret agents may someday get their very own … bar code.

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

Just like the bar code on a can of tomatoes…. Reduced to a number in a fraction of a second… and linked to a computer database… people are voluntarily being bar coded… the numbers stored within a tiny glass chip the size of a grain of rice and surgically implanted under the skin

Lady (Department of Defense):

There’s no scar… there is nothing.

Dr Albert Lee (Bethesda Internist):

A lot of people believe it is a tracking device that they can GPS their kids and they can find out where they are at at all times. And I tell them that’s not what this device is all about.

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

What it is: is a VeryChip a Radio Frequency ID tag by a company called Applied Digital loaded with whatever personal information… you choose.

Dr Csaba Magassey (McLean Surgeon):

Social security numbers,

Dr Albert Lee:

Name,

Dr Csaba Magassey:

Insurance information,

Dr Albert Lee:

address,

Dr Csaba Magassey:

correct medication,

Dr Albert Lee:

contact physician.

Lady (Department of Defense):

The possibilities are endless.

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

Exclusive night clubs in Europe allow “par trance” to run a bar tab their credit card number accessed thru the chip embedded in the back of their arm.

Man (seemingly from Applied Digital):

This is a passive RFID chip, meaning that it has no power supply in it

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

A special reader has to be within a few inches to get your sixteen digit number. To access your computer file a password is needed.

VeryChip is about to give two hundred American hospitals chip readers, because the chips are only useful if they can be scanned.

Man (Department of Defense):

It’s a number, you know, different things, your credit card, your social security number, or maybe your driver’s license.

Jennifer Ryan:

Human can be tracked, just like your pets. The first chips were put inside dogs and cats. Now seventy thousands shelters and veterinarians in America can scan a lost or injured pet and find the owner in seconds.

Jennifer Ryan:

Do you have one ?

Dr Csaba Magassey:

No.

Jennifer Ryan:

(Laughs) Any interest in possibly getting one one day ?

Dr Csaba Magassey:

Not yet…

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

In fact VeryChip has yet to land its first domestic account

These Defense Department contractors in West Virgina hope they will be the firsts

They foresee implanting them in our military. To help locate “next of kin” or to gain access to top secret information

Man (Department of Defense):

Oh right now you can be tracked by using your cell phone…

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

Maybe it’s fear of the unknown or sort of “techno-paranoia” about Big Brother or crappy hacker.

Man (seemingly from Applied Digital):

Unlike your finger prints or your iris scan which once you give you can never get back that VeryChip can be removed and therefore the link is broken.

Jennifer Ryan (voice):

Like the now familiar product bar codes hearings on the Hill suggest human bar codes are the Future. And to think thirty years ago Maryland lawmakers tried to outlaw this technology…

Today your groceries… Tomorrow maybe you…

Jennifer Ryan 9News…

Todd Mc Dermott :

VeryChip maker says no one will ever be forced to get a chip, in fact the individual is responsible for entering or deleting the information he types into his own file.

As for hackers, an obvious question, the company says there are security barriers but no computer system, of course, is full proof.

Introduction du reportage

:

No.

Oggi, i vostri supermarkets.

"No!" (risas)

"Jennifer Ryan Nine News"

Or, réfléchissez.

We will consider the techniques at our disposal to detect the presence of potential subcutaneous implants. If someone could obtain a few VeriChip gadgets, it would help approach the problem. These systems respond to microwaves, but at lower power they could cause heating. The signal would then be the sensation, or even the pain felt by the implant. At the same time, we must think, with solid-state physicists who will be present at this event, about how we could be ready to analyze a supposed chip, a foreign body found in an individual, using an X-ray scanner.

A reader reminded me of the image of the frog that is boiled by gradually increasing the temperature of the pot in which it is swimming by one degree every day.

We will teach the frogs to use a thermometer.

Cassandre

March 9, 2005:

The impossibility of entering the logic of the other

I received, immediately after setting up this page, three emails from readers, whom I know well, sometimes for many years. They are honest people. I quote excerpts:

Mr. Petit,

Honestly, what do you have against these chips? They seem quite harmless. Everything depends on how they are used. But from the moment people have nothing to reproach themselves... There are not only negative aspects in this use, far from it. It can even force people to act differently than hooligans, gangsters, terrorists, and swindlers. Indeed, it can scare those who traffic and who do not have a tranquil soul.

Regarding putting a bill in a microwave oven:

Well, well. It seems you are rich. Honestly, it would never occur to me to burn my bills in a microwave... I prefer to give to the Companions of Emmaus or go to prostitutes to have a bit of fun rather than put my bills in a microwave oven to see if there is a chip in the paper fibers. Why not in the food and carbonated drinks, while you're at it...

Another one:

Hello Mr. Petit,

You seem strongly scandalized by the implantation of a marker in the human body. I agree with everything you do and publish, in fact I consider you the smartest and most human person on our planet, but on this subject I am stuck. I would accept the idea of total control of the individual by a subcutaneous chip or any other equally effective means without any hesitation if it would eliminate all the fraudsters, thieves, rapists, and gangsters from the earth. Moreover, it would allow the honest citizen to use all the services of society safely. Isn't this the price to pay for the integration of each individual into the social network of the earth? Does the protection of privacy mean "I want the freedom to do illegal things"? What private actions cannot be made public, except the illegal ones?

Of course, the use of this technology should be managed by responsible people and should not favor our leaders, in fact, these leaders should be the first to be tracked and monitored by the people who elected them, but that is another story...

With all my respect,

Another type of reaction, that of Sébastien Tourbier, 36, an IT professional in the Lille region.

There are certain reactions, like those I have recorded on this page, that leave me speechless. Cassandre no longer knows what to say. There is a dimension of the human that these people do not perceive. There are many heads of state who, if they were to undergo basic psychiatric tests, would immediately be classified as paranoid. Hitler was one of them. We also know the case of Stalin. Saddam Hussein was probably not very clear either. There are many of them everywhere.

What is paranoia?

A logical slip.

Folly is also a logical slip. It reminds me of a story where a Japanese family's son, living in France, killed a young girl and ate her. He was institutionalized, treated, and cured. Even after being cured, he resumed his explanation: "Love, when pushed to the extreme, can lead to devouring the beloved one." It's logical. It's in his logic. He was locked up for a few years and then, cured, was released. His father was powerful. Yesterday, the case of a young man who got up one night and killed his two parents with hundreds of kitchen knives was discussed. As the knife broke, he went to get another one. The psychiatrists "established that at the time of the events he wasn't in his right mind." But since he is now free or almost, we deduce that "everything has returned to order now." He will not be subject to any medical or psychiatric follow-up.

A schizophrenic also experiences a logical slip. One of my friends, whose father is a psychiatrist, adds this clarification:

Psychopathy is a completely incurable psychiatric illness (according to my father). You can treat a schizophrenic, even cure him. You can improve a paranoid. You can do nothing for a psychopath. One of the reasons for this impossibility of curing is that the psychopath suffers from a complete atrophy of empathy towards his victim. On the contrary, the suffering of his victim gives him a near-orgiastic pleasure. The psychopath is often perfectly socially adapted. He is even sometimes a great seducer (Read again the excellent book by Kierkegaard: The Seducer's Diary, where he makes a very fine analysis of the relationship between the psychopath and his victim).

Psychopaths are found in all positions of power and probably a majority of the world's leaders are psychopaths.

B.K

We were shown yesterday the case of a young man who killed two nursing assistants with knives, an incident that made the headlines of the press a short time ago. A woman who was his girlfriend said that one day he had strangled the birds she had in a cage and cut off their heads. When questioned, he simply replied, "I saw in their eyes that they wanted me bad." He reacted logically by having a reflex of self-defense against these dangerous 15-gram birds. The parents of this young man and his girlfriend noticed that for some time their son had been spending time in front of hyper-violent video games and had been self-mutilating. I have, in a dossier, shown the image of a box containing a "gadget" sold in many stores ("and it works very well," the seller told me). This image will remind you of something:

Monster1

It's not all. On the back of the box, it shows that compared to the previous version, this one has been improved. You can use a bulb to let "fake blood" (also provided) flow over this mask. Guaranteed effect.

Monster2

Look at these images. They are in the image of the society we are creating, everywhere. It is for sale. In the USA, Halloween is as important as Christmas (it arrived here a few years ago). It is also a fantastic market that rides on the latent morbidity of the human, on the various perverse facets of the child (Read Freud). No psychiatrist has denounced this absurdity, no politician has made it illegal to spread such a monstrosity. In the store, when I addressed a policeman, who was present, and told him that it was not to the "peace officer" that I was speaking, but to the family man, he replied:

  • I ... am on duty. I am bound by the duty of reserve. There is nothing illegal here.

I suppose that in another context he would have been among the 300,000 guards of the concentration and extermination camps, of which only a few hundred were judged after the war. Guards who would have answered:

  • Excuse me. I am on duty and we are at war. This is a bit beyond me. I am just obeying orders. Address yourself to my superiors....

Evil, perverse, my policeman? Come on. Human, simply. It is an ordinary human being whose children have seen, through police series on TV, including those of Hercule Poirot, kill thousands or tens of thousands of human beings during their childhood. But it's "for fun," of course.

Violence invades your lives and you don't even see it. It is on your television screens, in video games that we feed your children from the cradle, in TV series where well-dressed young people conduct investigations detailing ... autopsy results. We are swimming in it and it pleases. I feel like throwing up and to chase away these images from my thoughts for a while, I feed hundreds of birds that frequent my property every morning. I listen to them chirp and it feels good.

Violence is invading comics. I greatly appreciated the series "Passengers of the Wind" by Bourgeon, which elevates comics to the level of a literary work. Of course, it is not comics for children. Later, with the screenwriter Lacroix, he produced two albums of the "Cycle of Cyann," dedicated to fiction, which are also not intended for young readers. The first two books of the "Cycle of Cyann" are quite surprising, original works, whose dense characters literally burst out of the pages, in a very well-constructed plot (but already with a lot of violence and sex). The titles: "The Source and the Probe" and "Six Seasons on ilO." I bought the following album of the series: "Aëïa of Aldaal," whose plot is immediately much weaker. It starts, from the first pages, with the death of a child, killed by an arrow shot by a lesbian, who then talks for 72 pages with "Cyann" trying in vain to seduce her. Here are the images extracted from the beginning pages:

violence bourgeon

From the point of view of the plot, it adds nothing. It is completely gratuitous. I think that Bourgeon and Lacroix are simply contaminated by the ambient violence.

Violence is everywhere. It is the expression of a release linked to the constantly increasing frustrations of the modern world. It is the outcome of those who have no more hope, and our modern societies do not really teach our children to feel such a sentiment. For the poor, hope is even beyond the reach of their ambitions. For young children, we have seen these Japanese cartoons, against which a deputy has vainly tried to oppose. The hyper-violent video games complete the comics. But this is not new. Since how long have the toys given to children, from their tenderest age, been weapons?

There was an episode where people questioned "the monstrosity of the attacks carried out by Zarqaoui." Yes, he goes too far. He kills in front of video cameras. He beheads in real time instead of killing more soberly with bullets. "He goes too far."

Yesterday there was a movie about the Madrid bombing. Ten bombs brought in simple backpacks. The ignition of 25 kilograms of explosives triggered by simple mobile phones. One hundred and ten civilians, people of the people, killed and a thousand injured in a suburban train bringing workers into the capital. For electoral reasons, a politician immediately attributes this to the ETA. He had based his entire campaign on a fight against this Basque Spanish separatist organization. Later it turns out that he lied. The police find the perpetrators of the attack. Seven men, cornered, blow themselves up in an apartment with explosive belts shouting "Allah is great!" The dossier shows a very "realistic" reconstruction.

These men are in their logic. Their approach will be successful. In the end, it is the opposite effect of that of September 11. The Spaniards pressure their leaders and the troops sent by their leaders are withdrawn from the Iraqi conflict. For the Americans, it was the opposite. The events of September 11 tightened the bonds against the "terrorist threat." Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

The Japanese were waging war trying to terrorize their enemies. Geneva Conventions: don't know. No prisoners. They executed and already beheaded, with a sword. But it didn't work. America reacted by sending hundreds of thousands of men, who after being a bit bewildered on the battlefields became "marines" and were killed on the beaches of Okinawa. In the island, rather than surrender, the surviving Japanese made themselves explode with grenades in their bunkers shouting "banzaï!" Then the Americans methodically flattened Japan with endless waves of bombings (the allies did the same in Dresden, writing on their bombs "remember Coventry"). Nuclear weapons were just one of them, not automatically the most deadly.

The American bombings of Tokyo killed 80,000 to 100,000 people in three hours, almost as many as at Hiroshima (140,000) a few months later. "I ran in a hell of flames with my son. Sparks escaping from the fire filled his mouth while he cried. I put my fingers in to extract the burning ashes," remembers the 83-year-old woman. In the spring of 1945, the Americans intensified the massive bombings on the Japanese capital, in preparation for an invasion of the archipelago that never came. The most devastating damage was caused at dawn on March 10 when more than 300 B-29s dropped 2,000 tons of incendiary bombs on wooden and paper houses, turning the city into a huge fire. The fire was so intense that it created violent turbulence around the US Air Force bombers flying over the city. The March wind fed the fires. Many people died not only from burns but also from lack of oxygen due to the fires.

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

What my readers do not understand is that these implantable chips are the response, not only of the Americans, but of highly developed countries to "the threat that looms over them." The Russians have them too, as well as they master the techniques of "crowd control" with entire populations sprayed with pulsed microwave beams from satellites. In France, the DGA (General Delegation for Armaments) has a service that works on

cancerous weapons

and I know that its services are working on systems similar to those that others have already developed. "Non-lethal weapons," marking, subcutaneous implants, these weapons that act at a distance by "creating unbearable pain," and even any new form of Zorglonde or Phoum brainwashing device. I had in my hands more than fifteen years ago a report from what was then called the DRET (Direction des Etudes et Recherches Techniques, later the DGA) on "the evocation of cancers."

Folamour exists everywhere, in all countries. It is killing to repeat it constantly. It is not fiction, it is a reality. There was once a book titled "These sick people who govern us." Another one would be needed: "These mentally ill people who govern us." I published in 1995 at Albin Michel a book that I called "The Children of the Devil." In the coded language of researchers, "the devil" is the army. In this book I showed how, after the Manhattan Project, a long, endless flirtation began between power, scientists, and the military, which gave rise to a new species of individuals, found in all countries of the world:

military engineers

. A book that had no media echo. 2000 copies sold in the year of its release (below 1500, a publisher loses money). Yet I believe it is my best book, not too badly written. It was a difficult subject.

Watch the film "Dr. Folamour." It shows a base of the Strategic Air Command, a striking force centered on what was then the most powerful: the B-52, coming under the control of a general who had simply gone mad, in the eyes of an English colleague, played by Peter Sellers. The psychopathy of the character is evident. He accuses "the Reds of wanting to pollute the water."

The film is meant to be funny. You smile. What my two readers, whose statements I have reproduced, do not know is that the theme of Folamour

is a complete reality.

Know that our decision-making circuits, our political arenas, contain authentic madmen at large, ready to act.

There are as many as in the rest of the population

( as many as there are pedophiles among politicians, among religious people, among workers, among French or Italians, etc ). But these people have access to much more dangerous tools. Think of Enrico Fermi, who told his collaborators about the A-bomb: "but you're annoying me. It's still beautiful physics!." Think of Oppenheimer approving the injections of plutonium into young American recruits, to study the effect produced.

To be crazy is to live in another logic, perfectly understandable when you accept to enter it.

What should be done? First, become aware of it, quickly. Among the two readers I quote, who are very decent people, it apparently is not the case. Hubert Reeves has just published a book, bleating, devoid of imagination ( it's nothing more than a ... science representative, a broker of ready-made ideas, a propagator of prejudices ). Like Hulot, he raises an alarm about the damage humans are causing to the Earth. Like Big Bang is difficult to manage, he follows the trend.

But it's much more serious than that and it could go very, very fast.

It's a matter of years and not, as Reeves said last night, of decades.

The looting of the environment is just one of the facets of this madness that is spreading across the planet. This madness is

ideological, religious

with economic, technical, and demographic effects. Humans must urgently ask themselves what they are doing on Earth,

understand why they have a conscience and what it is for

. And I am not the "Savior Guru"! It is urgent to understand that the planet Earth is turning into a psychiatric hospital. People who make Tasers or microwave guns, these "non-lethal weapons" with which you can put dangerous individuals out of action ( but who can be immediately converted into "clean" torture instruments ) and those who behead in front of cameras

are not the source of the disorder, but its effect. They are only symptoms.

The Taser, the microwave gun, the implantable chip, and the brain manipulation from space are only the response of the Americans to their own fears. They draw their weapons, like cowboys.

It was him or me

I am not anti-American. The Russians have the same gadgets,

are capable of committing similar horrors, cold-bloodedly

. And if you think about it, this fits into

their

logic, as well as the Chinese

have their own

, which are preparing to economically crush us and spread oceans of misery without spilling a drop of blood.

We need to search...

for a global logic of the world

and not let different human groups lock themselves in their different logics. This is a job for people who still have a brain and imagination, for intellectuals and scientists, for thinkers worthy of the name, provided they are not just fools who have done studies. Reeves participated in a show hosted by Poivre d'Arvor where the subject was religious beliefs ( so beliefs in general ). He immediately backed out, arguing that in the face of this problem ( which in our Western countries is reduced to the word "God" ), the answers could only be

personal

and that the right answer was the one each person could find within themselves.

Reeves is the Pangloss of metaphysics. He brought out his old song: that science and religion are two different worlds, with nothing in common ( even though they are both organized systems of beliefs, which our "philosopher" of modern times seems to ignore ).

I am firmly opposed. We have understood that the biological mechanisms "were not only the domain of God." Then we went to the opposite extreme, imagining that biology and evolution had nothing to do with any metaphysical vision. For centuries, medicine, chemistry, and the attempt to understand natural phenomena were approached from a religious angle. With the Age of Enlightenment, we killed our gods ( but that's what we believe. We have simply replaced them with others, like the god Chance, very capricious and not very effective, at use ). We have chased angels and demons indiscriminately. We have denied any right of way to metaphysical reflection and our philosophers have locked themselves in their ivory towers, in their usual arguments to know "whether God exists or not." I opened a philosophy book a few days ago and it fell from my hands.

We must hurry to

understand ourselves.

We must hurry to think for ourselves, instead of letting others do it for us

otherwise we are lost, otherwise nothing matters and there will only be left to do as Nero, watching Rome burn: take your lute and sing. Our journalists have no brains. Don't throw too many stones at them: if they tried to have some, they must constantly remember that they live sitting on ejectable seats. Our old thinkers have nothing more to say. Reeves has nothing to say, has no new ideas to offer ( and has never had any in his life ). Edgar Morin has nothing to say, to suggest. The Roman papacy gives itself an alarming image, which is in the image of our planetary society, aged, sewn with outdated ideas, too preoccupied with politics, by its own survival as an institution, an apparatus. The appointment of the new pope will be, like for the previous one, a "political gesture." Think numbers. During the 25 years of John Paul II's mandate: more than one beatification or canonization

per week

. The different terrestrial religious currents only try to resurface their ancient formulas. Some say that things will be better in the next reincarnation and that the injustices we encounter on our path are ultimately of little importance. Others promise a life without prohibitions to those who accept to ... commit suicide ( but they themselves carefully avoid doing it, setting an example ). Paul wrote "when you are in the furnace of trial, rejoice. It is because God loves you. Obey the kings and the princes of this world, for they hold their power from God." Do you doubt it?

Would someone translate this comic book into English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Polish?

If he does, I will put it online, always downloadable for free.

Reeves wrote a book about twenty years ago called "The Time to Bore." One could not describe better the lack of scope of his thinking.

No, it's time to think, and quickly. It has become vital to have new ideas.

March 11, 2005.

A news dispatch from AFP has just come in today.

In Australia, the placement of subcutaneous implants has become mandatory for military personnel and bank employees.

A reader informed me that this information was also picked up on a Canadian cyberpress site:

March 14, 2005:

The AFP news is confirmed

AFP proof

:

What remains true is the way the media and people start to face this issue ( anyway, the problem will arise one day ). I read articles that emphasize more the positive aspects than the huge risks. I have spoken about the implantation of chips in people's bodies. But it can also be done in a tooth, in a spectacle branch, in the heel of your shoe, in your mobile phone, in any familiar or usual object. Every time you pass through a "portal" that you won't even see, or in the beam of a microwave system, the big data bank "will know" that you have passed there. We will all be "traceable." For security reasons, isn't it?

You probably know that luxury cars are equipped with a GPS location system, so that they can be found when they are stolen. One day, all vehicles will be managed this way.

But 99% of people "sleep," either through ignorance, or because they have been well and truly numbed, or because becoming aware of such a reality would terrify them. And there is reason to be.
