Cinderella 2000
Author: Jean-Pierre Petit
(Catalan translation of Cinderella 2000, by Albert Ruzafa)
| The old story of Cinderella, rewritten in the style of the early third millennium. Everything is there. A prince who, to the despair of his aging father, is slow to take a wife. A young woman of good family reduced to the status of a kitchen maid by her stepmother, following her father's death. There are the balls, the fairy godmother, organized by the king, the twelve strokes of midnight. But another magic replaces the carriage. Cinderella, like batwoman, goes to the ball by flying. The prince, as if predestined, falls in love. But the beauty takes to the air and leaves. He then sets out to search for her, having found only ... one of the shoes. This serves as a pretext for the author to introduce us somewhat to information theory. How will the prince find the beauty of his dreams? You will find out by reading this album. |
