Are there visible traces of climate weapon tests?

About twenty years ago, I was flying in the lower Alps in what was then called a "hang glider." Mine was a "Mosquito," intermediate between the ancient Manta models, first introduced in France in 1974 (I bought one of the earliest ones, sold by a certain Danis), and the first "long-span" gliders like the Nuage, which I'm currently flying. The Manta had a glide ratio of three—less than that of the Space Shuttle, which nevertheless looks quite a bit like an iron. Its sink rate was 2.5 m/s. The Mosquito was slightly better, but back then, to stay aloft, one had to find strong thermals. One day I stumbled upon a "convergence," meaning a thermal forming above a rocky ridge. Thanks to this providential support, I managed—first climbing the rocky spur to a few meters above ground, then following the ridge—to cover about thirty kilometers and nearly reach Sisteron. This convergence was natural.
It's easy to imagine that one could artificially create such a phenomenon by triggering the convergence after having heated a long corridor across thousands of kilometers of the Earth's surface. The convergence phenomenon would then generate a long, high-altitude cloud due to the condensation of water vapor. The following animated GIF, at 312 K, shows the appearance of two cloud corridors stretching for thousands of kilometers above Central Asia, which seem entirely unrelated to the region's general weather system. These two formations "appear" (in the upper left of the image, briefly, crossing the Caspian Sea, clearly visible) "like hairs in soup." I am not a meteorologist.
Is this phenomenon "normal"? We know the atmosphere consists of layers, and at any given moment, these layers can present completely different characteristics (for example, wind direction reversing between layers). Only an experienced meteorologist could answer this, and we sincerely hope they will. Assuming—though this remains to be proven—that this is an artificially created phenomenon, it suggests a possible method for locally drying up the Red Sea, allowing Moses and his Hebrew brothers to cross on dry land. As shown in the previous animated GIF, two corridors—rather than one "hot" corridor—have formed (since there are two straight, parallel cloud formations). The diagram below illustrates the resulting wind system. If the effect were strong enough, these opposing winds could dry up a shallow body of water. Since both corridors pass over the Caspian Sea, perhaps the experiments were conducted by Jews attempting to replicate what Yahweh had done.
Even if the effect were limited, we know that satellites can detect sea level variations of the order of a few centimeters. New miracles may be under study. In passing, regarding microwave weapons, we've seen that it's possible to speak directly into someone's mind (possibly in Hebrew or Arabic).

So if we tried to repeat the miracle of the burning bush, it would fail from the start.

Only in the "beat" zone, exposed to the frequency (N2-N1), does ionization occur. A plasma then forms (which does not burn the bush). On the right, Moses, exposed to 3 gigahertz modulated into audible frequency. For obvious religious reasons, Yahweh was not depicted.
