There are three curves. In red, the data on the 2009-2010 winter flu. You will also learn that the "pandemic flu" H1N1 represented only 10% of the cases in France. The upper curve is that of the weekly maxima, calculated over the last ten years. The lower curve is that of the minima, calculated over the same period. You can see that the 2009-2010 pandemic is fading and that the numbers have even dropped below the minimum curve.
This does not prevent Madame Bachelot from sending a letter to all French citizens, urging them to get vaccinated and giving the address of the nearest center to their home.
She continues to take us for fools. But rest assured, this blunder will not in any way affect her political career or her bank account.

Continuation of the saga. In the intermission I worked on my next book, a comic strip on electricity.
Where are we? Still at the same point. The evolution of this flu in France can be read and will be read week by week on the graphs published by the very official http://www.grog.org which provides comparative figures, something that politicians and journalists will carefully avoid doing.
What will happen in the coming weeks or months? Everyone is wondering. But one thing is certain: the campaign of alarming the population is in full swing, and the major media set the tone.
*The flu kills. It is inevitable. *
Many diseases have disappeared in temperate countries, mainly due to hygiene. In a country of tens of millions of inhabitants, there will be, from time to time, a few deaths. It may not be zero. But the seasonal flu, whatever name it is given, will continue to kill, each year, its two to three thousand French citizens. That's how it is and we can't do anything about it. The effectiveness of the flu vaccine remains controversial. We do not have reliable statistics proving its effectiveness without a doubt. It is only "estimated," at best at 50%.

This is also a centuries-old, inevitable phenomenon. Even if we decide to call it seasonal flu, the 2009 one is not the 2008 one, etc. It is therefore impossible to build a definitive, unchanging vaccine against "the flu." A vaccine must be created each year as soon as the strain of the year is identified. It's like Beaujolais. Anyway, it will mutate to become the flu of next year, and these multiple strains can mutate during the flu season.
We are currently witnessing a remarkable intoxication in the media. I quote headlines, in yahoo news today
Elsewhere, the spotlight is on the death of a girl "who was apparently in very good health and "where nothing indicated that ....". These news appear, then disappear. Just a big headline to really scare the sheep of Panurge, who rush in masses.
Yes, the flu is also that. I know, I lived it, with a one-year-old child in absolute respiratory distress, who barely escaped after a stay in a coma. And "nothing indicated that .... ".

Throughout the year, hospitals experience acute respiratory infections, related to multiple factors, among others bacterial infections. The seasonal peak corresponds to the effects of cold and flu. We are in week 47. Yes, there is an increase. But as long as this red curve remains below the green curve, the maximum, we cannot consider this winter's flu as more dramatic than previous years. Let's review the curves from previous years:
It starts with a plateau, then the phenomenon intensifies. We can see that it is common to have "a second wave," a "second peak." Many curves are in a "camel back" shape (a camel has one hump, a dromedary has two). Then, from February-March, it decreases. This happened in the southern hemisphere, six months ahead of us. Argentinians, Chileans, Australians, New Zealanders experienced their H1N1 flu episode as a very ordinary seasonal flu. There were no major alarmist statements, nor urgent calls for mass vaccination. The question of a mutation of the H1N1 virus was not emphasized. Few school closures. No closures of public services, no masks or disinfectant use. There were deaths, in the standard age ranges, in normal numbers. Our media and politicians carefully avoid mentioning this.
The climate has an impact on the extent of damage caused by the flu. If you look at the black curves, from previous years, they only show an increase around week 45 of the year, which corresponds to the end of October. Here, we didn't start to see the curve rise until mid-November, because of a relatively mild season. But cold is coming, so the number of cases is rising. Normal. It is only if this red curve jumps and reaches abnormal values that we will be able to ask questions. For now, it doesn't seem to be the current urgency. We have two data points:

Now, it's always easy to scare people.
In the media and from the mouths of our politicians, they point out cases, present incomplete, biased data, big headlines that are sometimes contradicted a few lines down, but no one dares to do a comparative count, which is the only one that makes sense. Why? To sell these damn vaccine doses, avoid a blunder of one and a half billion euros, and make a lot of money for the pharmaceutical industries. I have already discussed enough about the effects of adjuvants (squalene, thiomersal with mercury) to not have to go back to it. The public is beginning to know these words, because they discovered them ... on the Internet. The pharmaceutical industries must be furious:
- *Why do people have to find all this information in these "parallel media"? If it were only the official media, which we control, these questions would never have been raised. *
The officials want to reassure. There are indeed cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, paralysis, but "no more than in previous years." We forget that many side effects of vaccines only appear after several years.
Now, the public knows that among the 20 people who make up the group responsible for defining vaccination policy and monitoring diseases, 16 are paid by the pharmaceutical industry. This is called a conflict of interest.

It is also discovered that the laboratories studying the effects of vaccinations are completely under the pharmaceutical industry, which produces the vaccines. But before the Internet, the public didn't know that.

Despite this, the misinformation is still going strong. So people rush, like the sheep of Panurge:

By reversing the proportionality, imagine President Sarkozy declaring a state of emergency in France at the two hundredth death, and deploying troops throughout the hexagon. Do the math. France has 65 million inhabitants, 300 in the United States. This gives a state of emergency at the two hundredth death.
We wonder if the world is not walking on its head. It is important to understand that this pandemic theme came from a decision made at the WHO council, which itself revised the definition of the word.

Instead, one could rather title it "The representatives of the major global pharmaceutical industries mobilize to allow them to make enormous profits."
What will happen? We are entering winter. Flu cases will increase, as every year, like ski accidents. The newspapers will headline "spectacular increase in the number of deaths." Yes, how else could it be? This damned flu kills thousands of French people of all ages, every year, since the world began. It mainly kills the elderly, already suffering from multiple pathologies, but also children and healthy adults, people who, by the lottery of genetics, are particularly vulnerable to a viral attack, which is ordinary in other subjects. One in 100,000, statistically. That's how it is.
You can do whatever you want. The data of the problem, we have provided them to you. Rush to the vaccination centers if you wish, where it is announced that Sarkozy "has asked for the reinforcement of the army." I will not go. By doing so, I will not take more risk of death than by driving 20 kilometers on a highway.
The world we live in makes me think of the film " The Time Machine " by H.G. Wells. The author began writing his book at the end of the 19th century. The film is set at the beginning of the century. In front of friends, the inventor demonstrates his machine on a brief time scale, like "Doc" with his DeLorean, in "When his machine stops, the scenery has changed. In a beautiful nature, populated by trees bearing new and unknown fruits, peaceful "Eloi" are gathered in a clearing. They are beautiful, have long hair, are calmly enjoying these fruits, which nature seems to offer them so generously. The scene is rural, finally peaceful. Wells thinks he is ... in paradise, approaches. Suddenly, at some distance, a young woman falls into the water. Obviously, she doesn't know how to swim and seems about to drown quickly. He calls the others:

But no one moves. The people in the group look at him with surprise, without a sound coming from their mouths. Then our hero jumps into the water, saves the young woman, and brings her to the shore, shivering, while the others look at him with surprise.

But suddenly a siren is heard, identical to those I heard as a child during the war of 1939-45. Then the Eloi get up and, dressed in white togas, slowly and obediently walk toward this sound source. A voice is heard

Indeed, on the side of a mountain, a large opening appears. The Eloi rush in slowly. Wells addresses them:

What happened to all those who found themselves locked in this strange shelter? He will continue his research and discover ventilation shafts that seem to lead to an underground world. He ventures into it and discovers it filled with various machine noises. It is the world of the Morlocks, beings with white skin, albinos who fear the light.
By staying in cover, he continues to approach and discovers the horrifying reality: Humanity has evolved into two different species. The Eloi are peaceful, but completely passive, conditioned. The Morlocks feed on their flesh, and these calls to shelters simply signal the call they make every day to those they will kill, dismember, and eat.
Have we already reached that point? I wonder. Everything seems to indicate that the human species is embarking on a very strange destiny. Faced to the catastrophic predictions of the WHO and public authorities, we opposed the data from the development and extinction of this "global pandemic", the southern hemisphere version, without rebound or mutation, which behaved like a common seasonal flu, with its inevitable number of deaths, among people at risk, but also among healthy people. Vaccinations have always been a great business for big pharmaceutical companies. I even wonder if it does not constitute a very important part of their profits. So the more vaccinations, the better the things in the best possible respiratory distress.
How to show a minimum of reason in the face of this problem?
First of all, we must not overlook the negative, secondary effects of vaccinations in general. A massive anti-flu vaccination campaign in 1976 in the United States left thousands of people affected by paralysis linked to Guillain-Barré disease. The hepatitis B vaccine, of sad memory, left in its wake a cohort of individuals struck by this terrible disease, multiple sclerosis. I have an old friend whose son is affected by this disease. Practically paralyzed, he can no longer move at forty years old except in an electric wheelchair. It's not nothing. It's a broken life, wasted.
What is extraordinary, but does not surprise us, and what we discover, is that there has been no systematic study of these negative side effects of vaccines (and their terrible adjuvants). And when these studies have been carried out, on a very small scale, they are always funded by pharmaceutical lobbies, the producers of the vaccines, therefore judges and parties. We also become aware of these blatant lies from our political leaders (Roselyne Bachelot hammering "these vaccines are safe, they have been tested").
How is it possible, under these conditions, that states are eager to pass laws ensuring immunity for vaccine-producing companies, regarding these catastrophic side effects?
Why? Since these vaccines are so "safe"?
We could summarize the policy of the pharmaceutical industry world with this sentence:
We keep the benefits. The risks, we leave them to you.
We discover that vaccinations, without exception, present a benefit/risk aspect that we ignored and that was carefully hidden from us. For pharmaceutical industries and politicians who have invested considerable sums in the purchase of vaccines (one and a half billion euros for France alone, with 90 million doses), hastily designed, in any way, only the benefit must be considered. Normal, since, due to the immunity granted to companies, the risk ... is zero ... except obviously for the vaccinated.
There are still some guiding threads, to not be carried away by the impression produced by isolated cases, highlighted on both sides:
1 - It is not at all proven that the flu vaccine is systematically effective. Serious studies have shown this. On the other hand, the presumptions of heavy, long-term side effects are strong, if not confirmed.
2 - The H1N1 pandemic in the southern hemisphere was a common flu, with its inevitable number of deaths.
3 - The curves from the French flu observatory, "grog" (regional groups of flu observatories) (http://www.grog.org) do not indicate signs of a catastrophic pandemic in France, contrary to predictions and allegations. The numbers remain, for now, within the usual average.
Otherwise, taking all into account, and in the style of President Obama, will we one day expect a message like "the threshold of 200 deaths having been exceeded, the government has decided a state of emergency". Let us recall that Obama declared a state of emergency at the thousandth death, while in his country, seasonal flu kills 18,000 Americans every year.
Everything else is brainwashing, media manipulation, and instrumentation by experts and politicians, against the background of "conflicts of interest".
This vaccination issue only brings a little light to the collusion between financial interests and the speeches and decisions of our politicians. We increasingly have the impression that the relentless pursuit of profit is a global rule. I cannot be on all fronts at once. Every day, people pour tons of alarming information into my mailbox. Patients usually come in for their children. He observes few intra-family infections, and does not notice a sharp, exponential start of the illness. Perhaps because, he says, the weather has remained relatively mild. He does not have the impression of being faced with a particularly contagious phenomenon. The flu declared at the beginning of winter lasts about four days, unless it affects asthmatics, heart patients, people with chronic bronchitis, etc.)

And even worse, we don't even know what the "vaccine" is made of. In the worst case, since there is no sheet or any information, the person who is going to get vaccinated doesn't even know what they are being injected with, they don't even know if it's a vaccine or something else. At the limit, they can put whatever they want in the syringe, we will never know. The patient doesn't even know if it's a vaccine or something else. There is total opacity, deliberately created and maintained by the government, it's unprecedented!!!"
Personally, I will only consent to being vaccinated if it turns out to be a major epidemic and everyone is at risk. According to what I have read in medical journals, two approaches have been taken by the labs. The American labs developed the vaccine against this H1N1 flu following a "classic" method, in terms of flu illnesses. The French labs started from a request made three years ago for the H5N1 bird flu virus, and as we now know that H5N1 is very little contagious, their vaccines have remained unused and have never served anything. Today it is almost certain that the labs in question are reusing what was developed for H5N1, and they have just "tinkered" to make it also effective on H1N1, taking the opportunity to be able to sell part of the stock of the H5N2 bird flu vaccine that remained with them.
Overburdened pediatric emergency rooms. Parents rush to the emergency rooms as soon as a child has a fever, leading to the saturation of the pediatric emergency rooms, but there are really very few real H1N1 cases.
A remark in passing. The H1N1 test is expensive and reserved, by health care professionals, for extreme cases. Hospital staff refuse to systematically perform this test upon admission, when the situation does not take alarming proportions, for simple economic reasons. In the coming days, weeks, or months, it will be risky to attach numbers to the H1N1 flu or the seasonal flu. Overall, we will only be able to give numbers on "the flu phenomenon of this winter".
Flu kills, anyway. My son almost died 40 years ago: respiratory distress, intubation and all that. It is impossible to eradicate the flu, we can only suffer it every year. The effectiveness of successive vaccines is not obvious, statistical studies show this. Otherwise, the planet would have been rid of the flu a long time ago. Or, at the very least, the development of vaccinations would have significantly reduced the number of deaths, which is not the case! Let's say that in the vast majority of cases, it is a benign disease, and that getting it and recovering from it constitutes, through the immune response it triggers, a good vaccination. But it turns out that every year, the population pays a toll for this illness, which amounts to thousands of individuals, located in risk groups, elderly people and young children with an immune system not yet equipped.
What remains constant is that the flu vaccine, and vaccines in general, are a profitable sector. It's like for lawyers: you're not sure you'll win a case by going to them, but they are sure to get their fees, whether they were effective, just conscientious, or not.
- I don't know if my vaccine is effective and safe. I do everything to make you believe it is effective, and also everything to prevent serious studies on its danger from being carried out, objectively. But one thing is certain: it will make me a lot of money.
What we are trying to make us believe is that a generalized vaccination campaign, possibly enforced (hastily prepared, in deplorable conditions), would allow us to crush the flu illness. This is not obvious. And as we have discovered together through these files, there is not everything is rosy in terms of vaccination, there are serious side effects, destroying lives, diseases we were unaware of. There is a benefit/risk factor, whereas until now, in everyone's mind, vaccination "could only be beneficial and people who refused them must be, at the very least, members of sects". It has also turned out that these side effects have been hidden from the public and that the few studies devoted to them have been sponsored, when they were not carried out by the big pharmaceutical companies themselves.
Regarding the current campaign, through the words of Dr. Girard, we have discovered that the main people responsible for the current campaign are receiving money from pharmaceutical companies (conflict of interest) or have been their employees (Roselyne Bachelot).
We can expect, in the immediate future, that our "officials" and media will point fingers at deaths, as for example Roselyne Bachelot, without providing any comparative data. But there will be, between 2500 and 3000 in the year, no matter what we do. It's like saying:

That's mocking people or manipulating them. Therefore, statistically, we should have ten in ten days. If we decode what is provided by this newspaper, we would conclude that the H1N1 flu is ... three times less deadly than the seasonal flu, since there have been only three deaths in ten days!
What is this journalist trying to do? To make a big headline? Imagine a campaign counting the number of deaths in road accidents in this region.
Three deaths in ten days. Between October 31 and November 10, Toulouse recorded three deaths related to the H1N1 virus. A 12-month-old baby, a 32-year-old pregnant woman, and a 40-year-old woman awaiting a transplant.
If their profiles were different, the three victims belonged to "at-risk" population categories. The baby suffered from a severe metabolic disease. The 32-year-old young woman was eight and a half months pregnant and had a known heart condition. The H1N1 virus was diagnosed during an episode of respiratory distress. The third victim, a 40-year-old woman awaiting a transplant, was affected by "multiple pathologies". In all three cases, the flu precipitated the death of weakened people.
For Jean Thévenot, president of the departmental order of doctors, "the vaccine was not yet available, but it is likely that these people would not have died if they had been vaccinated." We can return to this idea of probability. It is based on the idea that the flu vaccine is 100% effective, which is not the case at all. Its effectiveness is even disputed.
The low enthusiasm for vaccination (see below) suggests this. Jean Thévenot is worried:
"In the coming weeks, we will have deaths that could have been prevented by vaccination." Same remark. If the flu vaccine was effective, by generalizing it, there would be no more deaths.

Here are comparative data on the development of the flu in France, extracted from the official website http://www.grog.org (Regional Groups for Flu Observation)
You can see that the flu is a phenomenon that occurs between late October and late March and that the flu phenomenon often presents a "rebound" phenomenon, with two peaks between November and February, without this being able to be translated into a "spike" in the illness.
If we refer to the southern hemisphere, where there is a half-year delay, these regions are currently in a season equivalent to May for us. Spring is behind, summer is approaching. The flu phenomenon, whatever its nature and origin, has ended there, and there has been no "second wave". The southern hemisphere has therefore experienced a very common seasonal flu. Question: where were the RFID chips of the conference attendees? In the badges they fixed on their vest backs or on the pocket of their shirts, indicating their name. We are talking about 1,200 conference attendees.
Were these people aware that they were participating in such an experiment and that their every movement and meeting would be followed and recorded?
Do you perceive, through this experiment presented as harmless and useful (showing that the school is a real breeding ground), the infringement on individual freedoms? You now know that RFID, "chips", can have microscopic dimensions, micrometric (four hundredths of a millimeter). In the experiment mentioned, it was very well possible to fit these chips in the plastic piece serving as a support for the card indicating the person's name. Even better, it is possible, the chips being able to have memory, to write the person's name in the memory of the chip. His name, and an unlimited amount of information about him, all without his knowledge.
You can easily imagine the multiple interests of the operation. Imagine a scientific or industrial meeting, or one that involves national defense. Who met whom, for how long? You are looking for Big Brother? There it is. In passing, it will be possible to know that Professor So-and-so spent the night in the room of a colleague's secretary, or that he apparently suffers from urinary incontinence, or that he has installed himself on a computer console to communicate with (it will also be known) after meeting the representatives of .... etc.

So it has been a long time since it is possible to embed, in an undetectable way, chips in any object, including those that accompany you permanently, like your glasses, your dental appliance, your watch, your wallet, without you being able to notice the presence of such an object.
We have entered the era of the chip, inevitably.
At this stage, you will always have the possibility to escape this tracking by removing these objects. But there is one vehicle you will no longer be able to get rid of:

I am now convinced that the implantation of microscopic, invisible chips, via an injection, is the key to this global vaccination operation. The energy supply problem for these micro-devices is not one. With nano technology, these systems can use the body's energy, or a variety of other energies. I remember a clock that, thirty years ago, worked perfectly by exploiting variations in atmospheric pressure. Do you remember those automatic watches, which wound themselves with a balance, depending on the movement of the arm?
I was warned about the existence of such a project, of injecting microchips through a large vaccination operation, seven years ago. Whether the H5N1 avian flu virus is natural or man-made, it has created this climate of anxiety, while in four years the total number of deaths has not exceeded a few hundred. There were many other deadly diseases, various epidemics, which could have been talked about.
But it had to be the flu.
In fact, all of this was mediated and orchestrated. In Austria, journalist Jane Burgermeister found it strange that the American company Baxter "lost" 72 kilograms of the deadly H5N1 avian flu virus. Also strange that this virus was found "by mistake" mixed in experimental vaccine doses, ending up with a Czech subcontractor, who had the idea of testing it on ferrets. All died. The company apologized, citing a "handling error."
Is that the case? Or is it, as Jane Burgermeister suggests, a "starter" substance, which, once released into the population, causing a wave of deaths, would create panic, leading billions of individuals to rush towards syringes. A number of deaths that could be controlled at will, since H5N1 is not contagious from human to human.
If this plan had started in the countries of the southern hemisphere, it would have worked without any problems. The WHO would have declared the emergence of an exceptionally dangerous flu pandemic, with a "high mortality rate," and vaccination would then have been imposed on the entire population of the planet.

Unfortunately, the benign nature of H1N1 in the southern hemisphere countries, which are all emerging from this flu wave, since in their case, spring is ending, has made it difficult to create an emergency situation in the northern hemisphere, despite an immense propaganda campaign, relayed by the media, politicians, and so-called experts.
It is already known that the vaccines offered are not free of risk of serious health damage, due to these famous adjuvants. But already, experts (like Dr. Floret) tell us that vaccines without adjuvants will soon be available. It is essential that people accept to receive these vaccines.

This vaccination is not necessary, and even less urgent. However, if there is a risk that microchips are mixed with these substances, which your body will then never be able to get rid of, then the principle of precaution would advise to abstain.
Unless you consider this speech as just another version of the "conspiracy theory." In which case, ignore this warning and go get vaccinated. With luck, you might end up on television, in the eight o'clock news. But know that if these chips are present in these injected substances, you will keep them inside your body for life, and no action will be able to make them inactive.
It is therefore technically possible to embed microchips in the vaccine, in suspension, or even in syringes. What would happen if one day people with appropriate analysis tools detected in vaccine samples, or in syringes, the presence of chips, whose structure could be highlighted using an electron microscope. Then it would not be a vaccination race we would be witnessing, but the opposite: a generalized distrust towards any injection!
One day, objects like the old glass syringes, not disposable, which can be sterilized in boiling water, could become objects that people would fight over at high prices. You will have the reflex to filter, using a clean paper filter, any injectable substance (paper filters retain objects larger than 200 nanometers, 0.2 thousandths of a millimeter. Effective against current microchips.
But obviously, nothing can be filtered if the injected substances are in multi-dose vials, making their content impossible to analyze. For those who are the actors of these operations.
It seems like we are living in a science fiction movie. But the idea that more than half of the planet's population now believes that the September 11, 2001 attacks were a carefully prepared conspiracy already plunges us into this harmful climate. It remains to trace back to its authors and the principle "Is fecit cui prodest" (He who did it, is he who benefited) can guide the investigations. If, as we believe, 3,000 American citizens were deliberately killed in order to justify the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, the control of oil resources, was an operation carried out "under false flag" (blaming the Islamists), then these same people are fully capable of implementing a plan for human control on a global scale. That is where the cursor goes to the right.

Is the current history unfolding according to its own instabilities or is it "piloted" by relatively small groups? Why does this idea spread like an oil slick across the world? What kind of history are we living?

Here is the complaint that hundreds of Belgian citizens filed yesterday, in an emergency procedure, against the Belgian state, which represents a form of response to the "clear" statements provided to the public (very limited) by the French expert group led by Professor Denis Houssin on October 9, 2009. Among those who filed this complaint, doctors who play the role of leaders in this action, following the complaint filed by the Austrian Jane Burgermeister and a complaint filed with the Nice prosecutor's office.
It has become useless to "write to the newspapers," to appeal to press freedom. It has long since ceased to be free and only serves the interests of the financial groups they belong to (the Lagardère group, etc). It is useless to try "to appear on television," to seek help from the big media, now reduced to mindless machines, expressing all incompetence (see the face-to-face between Paule Amar and Jean-Marie Bigard), or even all complicity. There remains... only the Internet, our first and last space of freedom of expression and direct contact, our first and last space of real democracy.
It is no longer the time to carry banners in the streets, chanting "no to this demonstration led by irresponsible, complicit, and corrupt people," to be tasered, gassed, stunned, blinded by these "law enforcement" forces, arrested, quarantined, taken to camps, by our modern-day Dark Vadors, wearing masks, so as not to be recognized later by the crowd of their victims and lynched. Men who, according to the terms of the European constitution, have the right to open fire on a demonstration "if it turns into a riot."

An internet user asks a school director to sign a paper according to which, if a mobile vaccination unit came to the school to vaccinate his child, he would immediately inform him. The director consults his superiors, who tell him "you don't have to sign this paper." Then the internet user reiterates his request by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. What will be the response? Logically, if this director refuses to sign again, this request will follow the hierarchical route, in the form of a complaint addressed to the rectorate, and if the rectorate in turn opens the umbrella, it will be the Minister of National Education who must respond. And if he also evades this legitimate request from a father who refuses that his child be used as a test subject in an operation, which is profitable for the pharmaceutical industry but dangerous for his health, the logical outcome will be a complaint filed in court, for "endangering a person." Unless the Minister of National Education tries to shift the responsibility to the Minister of (public) health, Roselyne Bachelot. In that case, if she herself decides to cover up this refusal to sign the document from this parent, the complaint must be directed against her.
Parents, if you do not agree that your children be vaccinated, send letters to school directors and demand answers.
