Annex 2: Other weapons and speculations.
In Annex 1, we presented some ideas regarding hypersonic flight. Although it’s impossible to provide absolute proof, we truly believe that the Americans possess hypersonic spy planes and bombers. They do their best to keep this information secret for as long as possible. Nevertheless, the world is beginning to hear about many new weapons. Some of these weapons are based on microwave technology. Such weapons can be carried by cruise missiles; many believe they were already tested during the Gulf War in 1990. Many people who discover these “new” pulsed generators are unaware that they were invented and tested in Russia half a century earlier. Below, the reader will find a system that can generate extremely high electric currents, magnetic fields, and electric fields. The following diagram depicts a system for compressing magnetic flux; it’s taken from the English edition of:

In this device, a capacitor generates a strong magnetic field inside a solenoid. Along its axis lies a copper tube filled with explosives. When detonated, the explosives cause the copper tube to expand, thereby short-circuiting the solenoid’s windings and reducing its inductance. This process results in a massive increase in current intensity. In the 1960s, this simple system managed to generate currents ranging from 107 to 108 amperes.
A similar system can be used to compress magnetic flux. Under conditions of high magnetic Reynolds numbers, magnetic fields behave like gases. The diagram below shows how this causes the black ring on the right to be propelled at high speeds. The resulting electric current transforms this ring into plasma.

In the 1960s, pressures of up to 25 megabars were achieved, with velocities reaching 50 km/s. Such objects were referred to as “plasmoids” or “plasma bullets.” The military considered using them to destroy distant targets—a concept later known as “Star Wars.”
Today, developed countries continue to test these systems, using small atomic bombs in underground nuclear explosions. The Americans use their usual testing site in Nevada; the Russians have their own site near Semipalatinsk. The British can use locations in Australia or Nevada. Since France stopped its underground nuclear tests in Mururoa, South Pacific, in 1996, the French military continues such research in various locations within France. Officially, France claims to be developing new nuclear weapons through computer simulations near Bordeaux, where they’re constructing a laser fusion system involving 260 lasers. This system is expected to become operational in 2010. Only naive people believe this; very few can imagine that the French military might have conducted over 100 underground nuclear tests in France. Sometimes, things are simply too unbelievable to be true.
The Americans soon tried to determine what pressures and velocities could be achieved using nuclear explosives and superconducting materials. We believe (and we have information from “exotic sources”) that the pressures achieved were so high that conditions similar to those at the “Big Bang” were locally created.
In 1967, Andrei Sakharov suggested that the “Big Bang” singularity could connect two universes: one made of matter and the other of antimatter. This process would transform matter into an equivalent amount of antimatter. This is the principle behind antimatter synthesis via nuclear compression.
If this is true—and we believe it is—then the Americans have mastered the art of producing large quantities of antimatter. They know how to store it in magnetic bottles. Later, small amounts of antimatter (anti-hydrogen) can be extracted from these bottles and directed toward certain crystals. The anti-electrons annihilate with electrons in the crystal lattice; the antiprotons remain trapped within the crystal due to electrostatic forces. This allows for the creation of “Bucky balls”—tiny bombs containing antimatter. We believe the U.S. would like to test such weapons against underground Iraqi facilities.
The Americans store vast quantities of these “nuclear eggs”—very simple devices that are easy to store. They can withstand almost anything except violent shocks. A space shuttle can drop thousands of these eggs over a target area; they explode upon contact or after nearby eggs explode.
Stored in magnetic bottles, antimatter can be used to power MHD accelerators, producing extremely high specific impulse. Ejection velocity can reach 500 km/s. With such propulsion, space probes can reach speeds of up to 100 km/s. They can carry 10,000 megaton antimatter bombs. Such bombs cannot be tested on Earth; antimatter is produced via thermonuclear compression just as the probes reach their targets. Such weapons and ultra-fast probes could be used to destroy asteroids and comets. If this project is real, who’s behind it?
One possible explanation is collaboration between humans and aliens; aliens might have accelerated technological progress in the most developed countries at the end of the 1940s. According to this theory, the “crashed” craft in Roswell in 1947 might have been designed to impart necessary knowledge to humans—but nothing more.
Earth is at a crucial moment in its history. Humans have acquired new technologies, which they can use for good or evil. The latter is… obvious. As shown in this report, people’s main interest in UFOs has been to develop new weapons. Human imagination seems quite limited. Another possibility:
– Aliens have been visiting us for half a century, maybe longer. Why aren’t we their slaves, working for them? Why haven’t they tried to seize our mines, resources, and territories?
There must be an explanation. One possibility is that they’re not interested in doing so. Why? Because they can produce unlimited amounts of energy. With atomic bombs, we can produce antimatter; with that antimatter, we can build more plants and produce even more energy. This energy is free.
Moreover, those who can mass-produce antimatter can use it to transform any atom into another. This has two consequences:
– We can produce anything we want: nickel, gold, carbon, etc., from any material.
– Energy waste can be converted into helium, which can be released into the atmosphere.
