After the release of the dossier, different readers have sent the following messages to the Disclosure managers.
March 10, 2003: To Dr. Greer
Hello Dr. Greer,
I have read with the utmost interest the various news and documents appearing on your web site. You are making very valid points indeed. Needless to say I totally support your goals and I wish you every success in your endeavor. I hope that the various initiatives currently underway, will contribute to get things moving, both in the disclosure aspects of your activities, and in this new free energy device that you and your associates are striving to promote.
I would like to point out that you are not alone in this effort. Have you heard about people like Jean-Pierre Petit in France? Petit is a respected member of the scientific community. He is an astrophysicist. He has carried out a considerable amount of research in the MHD field (actually, he was one of the pioneers of MHD in Europe), published many papers on theoretical physics and cosmology, accumulated a lot of evidence on the current US secret military arms program and convincingly argued on the existence of several “black projects”, managed by US military people. Like you, he tries to put things out in the open. His approach is very similar to yours. Besides his technical skills, he has a very good insight and a deep knowledge of the various files and topics mentioned on your web site. Wouldn’t it be a good idea for you to join forces with people like him? Wouldn’t it make sense to extend your promotional and research program abroad?
This is just a suggestion, of course, but I’m sure it would most certainly help strengthen the credibility of your program and increase its visibility.

Following the message he sent to Disclosure, Mr. Pillonnel (Switzerland) sends the following comment:
Dear Sir,
Given the facts you presented on March 5, 2003, regarding the Disclosure project, it is unlikely that your doubts are unfounded. Indeed, manipulation is possible when it is one-way, directed at the "average Internet user" who is trying to inform himself. However, when you make a proposal like yours and it is not followed up, it means that there is more than just doubts. Real life is a whole, a complete system, which does not tolerate a flaw like the one you describe. If Dr. Greer acted in this way, it is probably because your doubts are founded.
Three remarks to conclude:
- If, as he claims, Dr. Greer has made tremendous personal efforts to gather the testimonies of his "revelation", it is completely incomprehensible that he would reject without direct contact with you the contribution you offer him (which, by the way, is much more substantial than the vast majority of testimonies he presents).
- The approach chosen by Dr. Greer to make his energy source available is not very credible. If he is telling the truth, the immediate availability of his technology would plunge the entire world into an indescribable chaos (not only economic). And just for this reason, it is almost certain that his project will not succeed. If he were telling the truth, he would have already been "eliminated" by those he denounces. A way to spread such a technology would be to make an absolutely complete implementation plan. To duplicate this dossier in several thousand copies and to distribute it before the announcement. Once the announcement is made, with a delay of several months compared to the distribution (to allow the interested parties to buy the supplies before a possible embargo), if the matter is serious, the powers would react with: a global dictatorship (which is at our doorstep), or with a "Marshall Plan" to spread it and a temporary illegalization of this technology to mitigate its impact at the beginning. ETC... Finally, it's just hypotheses and ifs...
I have not found, despite my research, the URL of the page where Mr. Pantone (the initiator of another revolutionary system (GEET) available via the Internet) explains in a much more credible way than Dr. Greer's gestures, how he intends to spread his invention. I quote this point just for memory. In case you wish to explore further.

Hello Dr. Greer,
As the Disclosure Project generates hopes and/or fears across the world, proclaiming "to fully disclose the facts about UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and classified advanced energy and propulsion systems", many people worldwide are observing every single move undertaken by your organization.
I am among the many who still expect a real democracy concerning the dissemination of UFO data, a process publicly initiated by you Dr. Greer. You adamantly "implore[s] [you] not to let this effort and [their] sacrifice be in vain. Help us place this matter in front of the public, the media, and our elected representatives so that the full truth may be disclosed, so that those Earth-saving technologies now classified may be released, and so humanity may enter a new chapter in its evolution as one of many people in the cosmos." In agreement with your commitment, others and I have intently followed the reactions and actions taken by the D.P.O. on your website.
It is A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT in the USA not to be lied to, or taken for idiots. It is A HUMAN RIGHT to resist any kind of oppression. As a matter of
fact, WE, as tax payers and citizens of the Earth, all urgently need clear evidence of this type of freedom of information.
One expected illustration of these rights, is the obvious/public coherence of the Disclosure Project Organization's behavior. Any failures or errors on
this matter could certainly be very damaging to the D.P.O's credibility, however, NOT TO THE WHOLE ENTIRE SUBJECT IN and OF ITSELF. The D.P.O. exists
in order to give rational and clear explanations and reports about "UFO cover up", does it not?
So please, let me tell you a very short, interesting story:
At the End of December 2002, a French Scientist called Jean Pierre PETIT (http://www.jp-petit.com) sent to you a file directly concerned by the purpose of your Organization. Your webmaster, Debbie Foch, warmly welcomed this initial message, asking for more information from him and his contacts. In reply, those individuals sent a more elaborate file concerning technological theories and applications of MHD propulsion systems.... It has been more than four weeks, without any reply, aknowledgement or disapproval, from DPO's staff!! What are you guys doing? Is this a proper reaction to this very positive effort on these concerned citizens' behalf?
It seems very strange and somewhat hypo"critical" to react in two different ways at the same time towards the same topic. So, as you guess Dr. Greer, the Internet Community has some questions for you, and those whom you are involved with at D.P.O.:
- Why, suddenly, do you have no reply to those serious, reasonable and concerned people?
- If you expect to reply to them, when will this occur?
- If you do not intend to reply, could you explain the reasons?
Many people in Europe, the United States and the world at large, are waiting in hopeful expectation of a fair, respectful and responsible answer to these questions, not simply and solely a "standard/classic" acknowledgment of receipt of this inquiry. Your lack of response is lead...
