After inserting this text on my website, the publisher immediately contacted me, saying, "How can you comment on a book you haven’t even read?" He then sent me a copy, which I immediately reviewed. In the course of our conversation, I learned that this publishing venture had two parts. The book shown here is only Volume I. Volume II will supposedly contain "statements from scientists."

I am deeply disturbed because this French publisher seemed to be a man of good faith. He has dealt directly with Greer’s wife, Elizabeth Kramer. He has thus signed a contract with these people and will pay them royalties. I offered to receive the file for Volume II so I could quickly assess its content, guaranteeing I would not exploit it for personal gain or disclose its contents. However, there will be nothing new in this second volume compared to Greer’s overall approach. In fact, he has just published a new English statement, which a reader sent me. There is no new information, and his stance remains unchanged. I can therefore judge it without even having read Volume II—its content is already clear to me.

Greer’s entire endeavor is a globally orchestrated disinformation campaign. I am categorical, and I will elaborate on this later. This poor French publisher has no idea what he’s involved in. I told him:

- Send me the file for Volume II. I’ll then provide you with written comments on both books. You could include them in Volume II. I won’t ask for any payment. You could even list my name and credentials on the cover, but I think this additional chapter should be titled "Anatomy of a Disinformation Campaign."

The publisher is uneasy. Indeed, he added, "That would amount to publishing this second book with a comment saying 'everything you’ve just read is worthless, it’s all nonsense.'" It must also be noted that a publisher is legally responsible to an author with whom he has contracted. If Nouvelle Terre editions published highly negative comments, Greer could sue them, claiming damages related to sales he might have made in France without this addition. The publisher then asked me, "Why don’t you publish your own comments after these books are released?"

No, it can't wait. The Greer machine is already rolling, and the public must be warned as quickly as possible about what they’re about to face. Look at the back cover of Volume I. We’re told about an avalanche of "explosive testimonies." The publisher had said to me, "Read the latest testimonies, especially that of 'Dr. B.'"

Greer presents him as "an engineer who worked on ultra-secret operations for nearly his entire life." It’s mentioned, among other things, that he worked on "anti-gravity" systems.

This testimony is pure nonsense. Like many testimonies in the book, it is anonymous. But there are plenty of grandiose phrases. I quote (page 338):

DR. B: I know that a number of people I worked with have actually disappeared during certain programs, and we’ve never heard from them again. They simply vanished. There were proofs... of all this throughout my work. You know, people just disappear during a project [and vanish]. But [to protect myself from all this], I’ll avoid going into details about any specific operation, because strange things might happen to me. So, many people have disappeared, you know, people high up in the hierarchy.

This character adds on the next page:

- I made a lot of noise back when I was in the Air Force because it was the only way I could stay alive, and it worked.

And Greer adds:

SG: That’s exactly what I did too.

Nonsense. Being media-covered in the U.S. has never protected anyone from assassination. Let me cite two famous examples: Martin Luther King and President Kennedy. In the U.S., even being president of the world’s most powerful nation offers no protection against bullets. I am convinced, as I stated in a book, that the U.S. has developed weapons far ahead of the rest of the world—extremely sophisticated ones—and that anyone daring to speak about them would not live long. To live old, you must either stay silent or spread disinformation. That’s what Greer does—and that’s also what this “Dr. B” does, who presents himself as a genius who built a career in military research. At one point he says:

(Revelations, page 336):

- People at "Hughes" were working on major projects related to anti-gravity. I used to go there, in Malibu, where they had an important think tank. I provided them with ideas because they bought all my equipment. But the American public will never hear about this. I have friends who work in aerospace. We meet occasionally. They and a friend of mine who flew a disc. You’ve probably seen that disc, you know, from Area 51. That flying disc was equipped with a small plutonium reactor producing electricity, which powers these anti-gravity plates. We also have the next level of propulsion, called "virtual fields," which are hydrodynamic waves.

I’ll quote the end of his interview.

Dr. B: Years ago, a guy showed me his government ID and all that. He said, "There’s a small grant of $50,000 we’d like to give you." I said, "Well, that’s interesting. I’ve never done anything long-term for NASA." He said casually, "All we want is for you to come up with an idea to reduce air resistance on commercial aircraft to improve fuel economy on engines." I said, "Fine. I’ll do that." It’s also in my book (which one? If this man wrote a book, why doesn’t Greer mention his name?). I have photos of it. So I made him a sketch? I took a 737 and said, "Let’s turn the engine into a flame jet generator, because it’s a huge source of static energy. Millions of ergs are wasted from this thing. Let’s fix that." We’ll put a positive charge passing through the front of the plane, the leading edge, and the wings. We’ll put a negative charge on the flow surfaces. We’ll do this for the rudder, elevator, and the front part of the wings. We’ll use Mylar for insulation. We’ll use platinum and rhodium plates and apply a large positive charge. The faster it goes, the more energy it expels. It will spit out a jet of positive particles forward, thus reducing air resistance to almost nothing." It will start working around 200–250 knots (370–460 km/h, the publisher adds), just after the thing has actually taken off. When it gains altitude, it’ll be impressive. I sent him several sketches. And a week later, he calls me back and says, "Mr. B, this is beyond what we wanted you to do." I said, "Why not? It’ll work." He said casually, "Yes, it will work, but we didn’t want something so technical." Well, I realized that was really strange—this conversation. I’ll have to show you his ID before you leave.

So then I talked to my friends at Aviation Weekly, Mark Mc Candlish, and I discovered that what I’d just done was sketching the leading edges of a B2 bomber, which is supersonic. I’d simply provided a sketch of something they already had—and it upset them because I’d given them a classified concept from Lockheed’s restricted workshops. It came from a friend who worked there and eventually disappeared, by the way. He started talking too much and vanished. No one knows where he went. His apartment was locked up. He just left overnight. Yeah, he was a major contact. He was the one who told me about "Aurora."

Anyone with even basic physics knowledge would understand that these statements—so impressive to our French publisher—are the kind of nonsense you’d hear in a bar. For non-scientists, I’ll comment.

"Anti-gravity plate," "virtual fields," "hydrodynamic waves": meaningless words taken straight from comic books.

"Let’s turn the engine of a 737 into a flame jet generator, because it’s a huge source of static energy. Millions of ergs are wasted from this thing. Let’s fix that." Nonsensical phrases. What does "turning a 737 engine into a flame jet generator" mean? Nothing. "Fix that": how? These are barroom rants.

"It will spit out a jet of positive particles forward, thus reducing air resistance to almost nothing." But where do these positive charges come from? Why would this reduce air resistance to almost nothing?

Yet the sponsor of this "Dr. B" never follows up. Normal—the genius inventor had just uncovered something "classified" (in English, "classified" means "secret"), coming from Lockheed’s restricted workshops.

Soon after, one of my readers informed me that the famous "Dr. B" was actually "Dr. Fred Bell." The information seems credible, as Bell is presented on the mentioned website as an active participant in the Disclosure project managed by Greer. Still, why keep such a charlatan anonymous? To appear more serious? Here’s Bell’s website:

Pyradyne is a company whose goal is to elevate human consciousness. As with Greer, the merchandising angle is clear. English-speaking readers won’t have trouble assessing Fred Bell’s scientific value. Just browse the product range at:

If you explore this, you’ll see Pyradyne offers all sorts of fascinating items: nuclear receivers to stop aging (plated in gold, $125), pyramid-shaped hats to protect against negative waves. Bell’s book is titled "Rays of Truth, Crystals of Light." Among its chapters: "How to reprogram your DNA to stop aging and live like the Pleiadians, who live 1,500 years." Bell also hosts seminars, posing next to a stunning blonde. In short, a rival of Raël (alias Claude Vorillon, former auto magazine columnist), who’s read a bit of science popularization.

There’s a certain continuity here. Bell is a complete charlatan, a pathological liar. Greer is another. The entire Disclosure project adheres to this constellation of UFOs, merchandising, meditation, past-life regression, and so on—very active in the U.S. Since Greer’s book contains not only testimonies like that of this clown Fred Bell (whose scientific publications one would struggle to find), we can assume that U.S. intelligence services judged it wise to let Greer and his band of fanatics open a few doors—thus discrediting all conspiracy theories entirely. The problem is that a French publisher fell for this trap. He’s probably not the only one.

The entire Greer book collection is of the same caliber. I’ve spent nearly thirty years trying to lend credibility to a scientific approach to the UFO phenomenon, drawing attention to applications of MHD—my specialty—in supersonic flight without shock waves. I presented papers at scientific conferences, directed a doctoral thesis, conducted several sophisticated experiments, and published numerous articles in high-level scientific journals. And now Greer, a country doctor by trade, spreads barroom nonsense in his books, impressing a French publisher who unfortunately can’t distinguish wheat from chaff. This is deeply damaging.

The publisher protests:

- How can you be sure you’re always right? You’re not the only one with ideas! Anti-gravity—why not? And then there’s the Biefeld-Brown effect Greer mentions, and vacuum energy...

Open your ears wide. All this is nonsense. The Biefeld-Brown effect is merely a variant of the corona discharge effect, known for centuries. When I was in high school, our physics teacher took a cross-shaped object with pointed ends, placed it on a rotating axis, and applied high voltage. The electric field intensifies near sharp points—this is why lightning rods are pointed. Near these points, the intense field ionizes the air. In maritime contexts, this creates what’s called "St. Elmo’s fire." The gas state is locally altered. The strong electric field causes air ionization, thus locally modifying pressure. This phenomenon is also known as ionic wind, which produces a weak aerodynamic force. The cross begins to rotate.

In the "Biefeld-Brown effect," it’s a variation, but the principle remains the same. A thin metal wire is placed in front of a metal foil shaped like an airfoil. The wire is charged to high positive voltage. The electric field intensifies near this wire. This field is strong enough to ionize the air, creating ions that are then attracted to the second electrode—the metal airfoil. Once again, we see ionic wind, which alters pressure distribution over the airfoil and generates a force. This force remains weak, but the effect is spectacular. Note that small-scale electrically powered aircraft models already fly well—using ultra-light carbon fiber micro-propellers with high efficiency. All drones are electrically propelled. The power comes from batteries now light enough to be carried onboard (a spinoff of space technology). With this technology, decades ago, the power-to-weight ratio of fully electric systems became good enough for flights lasting tens of minutes. See my dossier on drones: my dossier on the drones.

We’re far from it with high voltage and "lifters," despite their "magical and spectacular" appearance (no moving parts), and it’s a complete fraud to claim that this effect hides anti-gravity. That said, Jean-Louis Naudin used such a device powered by high voltage to make a mouse named Orville rise—becoming "the first astronaut in history." Since the lifter is relatively easy to build, Naudin inspired many imitators worldwide. But things get worse when people like Szamès publish books presenting this as "the propulsion of the future." Air and Cosmos even featured such futuristic devices on its cover.

Let me share something with you. Before my book "UFOs and American Secret Weapons" was published, in late 2002 I offered Szamès numerous leads—explaining, for example, why the B2’s trailing edge is zigzagged, which is simple aerodynamics (stability at high angles of attack, not stealth). The Supaéro teachers fully agreed with me when I gave a talk there in June 2003. I offered Szamès all the keys to the MHD problems he himself had raised in a December 2000 issue of his magazine about the Russian Ajax craft. Szamès ignored all my offers. When readers asked the editor-in-chief of Air and Cosmos why, when mentioning the revival of MHD in France, he didn’t mention my work, his response was:

- Petit was too obsessed with UFOs...

Now you understand. Air and Cosmos, on this UFO topic, is on the side of disinformation. Szamès, a small freelance writer and shoe salesman, writes whatever he’s told to write. It’s "yes to lifters, to the Truc Machin effect, to anti-gravity—but no to J.P. Petit’s ideas, which are too disturbing."

As I explained in this dossier, launched in March 2003, I sent Greer, in perfect English (I had paid a translator), substantial information about U.S. black programs. I suggested he include it on his website and even in the tapes and CDs he sells. He ignored it.

Yet here, at the beginning of his book, Greer launches into a passionate plea. When I first read his "Disclosure" manifesto (Revelation) in 2002, I even admitted to you that I believed him—so powerful did these words seem. What did Greer say, which he repeats in "Revelations, Volume I":

- For half a century, a group of people in the U.S. has known the full truth about UFOs. They’ve driven "reverse-engineering" operations (developing technologies inspired by examining UFO wreckage or machine behavior) that have yielded results, all in the utmost secrecy. Meanwhile, they’ve funded powerful disinformation campaigns... to discredit the UFO dossier across all levels of society. They operate even beyond the awareness of politicians. Read President Eisenhower’s last "State of the Union" address, where he warned Americans about the danger posed by a military-industrial complex that, in his view, already escapes all control. He coined the term, Greer adds—proof he examined it closely. Greer continues, stating that people have been assassinated to keep this secret. This hidden group also holds secrets enabling these machines to operate, producing energy in an entirely new, non-polluting way—a discovery that could revolutionize our way of life.

It’s... moving.

(Greer, Revelations, page 33):

- The fact that the official government—and the official guardians of truth in media and science—have been fooled for so long is itself proof of the sophistication, depth, scale, and omnipresence of a secret program unprecedented in history.

(Greer, Revelations, page 34):

- And thus was born the secret operation of the millennium.

(Greer, Revelations, page 36):

- It’s a Frankenstein that has been created—except it now has its own will, left the operating table, broken its chains, and now moves among us.

Greer claims he has access to the highest levels of intelligence, military, and government.

Still on page 36:

- In the months following this 1993 meeting, members of our team and/or myself met with extremely high-ranking officials from the CIA, Congress, the Clinton Administration, the United Nations, military staffs, and armed forces from England and elsewhere. ... Military, intelligence, political, and national security leaders nearly unanimously agreed that the time had come to tell the truth.

It’s a festival. This man—a country doctor with three children—seems to be everywhere. People "very high up," "very well connected," have revealed incredible secrets to him.

(Greer, Revelations, page 42):

- We learned from independent, corroborating sources that since the early 1990s, at least two extraterrestrial spacecraft had been targeted and destroyed by an experimental weapons system based in space.

(Greer, Revelations, page 46):

- Spacecraft appear, which are recovered along with deceased life forms (and one living).

(Greer, Revelations, page 47):

- I asked a physicist involved in military intelligence operations about UFOs why we were trying to destroy these spacecraft with advanced weapons implanted in space. He suddenly became nervous and said, "The cowboys launching these things are so arrogant and so uncontrolled that they consider any UFO violation of our airspace an offense deserving hostile retaliation. And if we’re not careful, they’ll drag us into an interplanetary war."

Source? Greer multiplies such claims without citing their authors.

He speaks of pressures to maintain secrecy, threats not only to individuals but also to their families. It’s easy to see why these "revelations" have so shaken our French publisher.

There is some truth in what is said. But precisely, the basic principle of disinformation is to present truths so incredible that they’re unbelievable—and package them with statements from untrustworthy sources. If Richard Feynman had made such claims, we might be more impressed. But Greer promptly provides, either by complicity or clever manipulation (or both, which isn’t incompatible), the very elements that discredit himself. In 2003, during a radio interview, he claimed to have met an inventor capable of extracting energy from the vacuum. He said this person wasn’t a real scientist, but "someone with good intuition about electromagnetic phenomena." He claimed to have held in his hand a device the size of an electric razor, capable of drawing "energy from the ambient vacuum" to produce perfectly free and non-polluting electricity—enough to power a house. He estimated the time until this miraculous invention would be commercialized in months. He added that he spoke on national radio "to protect my life."

According to him, implementing such a program would be an absolute emergency, citing documents sent to the Pentagon showing that the greenhouse effect could trigger a sudden and catastrophic climate disaster. Greer founded SEAS: (Space Energy Access Systems, Incorporated)—in short, a company aiming to develop systems capable of tapping into space’s energy resources, the vacuum.

In a more recent document (March 26, 2004), Greer backtracks. No longer does he mention this miracle machine or its self-taught inventor. He writes: "At this stage, SEAS has identified scientists capable of developing technologies that could completely replace fossil fuels. We estimate that a version of these energy production systems could be ready within 12 to 36 months" (Americans love precise numbers—even if they’re entirely fabricated. Greer always gives ranges in his predictions, making him seem more serious). But for this to happen, millions in research and development funding would be needed. Yet these research efforts are not funded by the government or financing bodies. Why? Why?

He asks the public to demand that such research begin immediately. Greer likely has a pathological personality. This affair makes him important. If it fails, it will of course be "because the military-industrial lobby paralyzes all such action." Everything will end in water. But the real goal is achieved: associating this conspiracy theory, these "revelations," with untrustworthy figures and inconsistent theories.

As shown earlier, the Biefeld-Brown effect—fraudulently linked to "anti-gravity effects"—was actually used and exploited to mask a real, functional technology: MHD.

The energy of the vacuum is an invention of quantum physicists. It is a delicate concept but leads to a perfectly measurable phenomenon called the Casimir effect. Wolfgang Pauli, one of the pioneers of Quantum Mechanics, doubted that such an effect could be observed. It all starts with the idea that quantum physicists have of the vacuum, in which virtual photons appear and disappear constantly. In quantum physics, every system is associated with one or more "states". The local reality corresponds to a superposition of all these "possible states". These are associated with energies, which leads physicists to say "that the vacuum is full of energy". Some believe that one can access this energy, others do not. Pressure is initially known as a force per unit area. But it is also an energy density per unit volume. A pascal is a newton per square meter, but it is also a joule per cubic meter. In the Casimir effect, it is considered that the presence of two closely spaced plates in a vacuum chamber causes certain virtual particle states to no longer be "allowed" between them. Therefore, there is, locally, a deficit in energy density per unit volume, hence a pressure difference, hence a force. This force, very weak but measurable, tends to bring the two plates together.

If there is a force, one tends to think that it can generate work (by making this force work) even if it is weak. For example, one could think "attach a mechanical system to one of these plates and let it move, we could then recover some energy". But once this is done, to create a new cycle, one would have to be able to move the plates apart again, hence provide the same amount of energy. One can imagine an example, that of a capacitor. Imagine two electrically charged plates, one positive and the other negative. They will attract each other. If we let them approach, we can make this force work and extract energy from this system. But to continue and start a new cycle, we would have to be able to return this system to its initial position by moving the charged plates apart again. Therefore, we would have to return to the system an energy equal to the one it just provided us. The energy related to the Casimir effect is therefore not directly recoverable. Some physicists then dream of directly drawing energy from "the vacuum energy". But this would mean changing its "state", which is "the zero state" (hence this word that often comes up in the mouths of these people: "zero point"). Skeptics will say that it is hard to imagine how to take this vacuum "beyond the zero point". Supporters of this approach believe, on the contrary, that this energy is accessible, but have no solution to propose for accessing it.

In quantum physics, it is not because something provides an explanatory model that this thing is directly exploitable. In physics in general, when we extract energy from a system, it is because it can pass from state A to state B, and these two states represent different energy states. For example, if I take hydrogen and oxygen in stoichiometric proportions and compare it with a new system composed of water molecules H2O, I can imagine that there is a difference between these two states, in terms of energy, and that this difference corresponds to energy production during a process called the combustion of hydrogen in oxygen.

For the vacuum, it is different. Take the Earth's surface and imagine, for good measure, that this Earth is ... flat. The "things" clutter this surface. We can then remove them (create a vacuum), until the Earth's surface itself appears, assumed to be flat like a hand. In theory, one should be able to create an infinite amount of energy by digging a hole in the ground, as deep as one wants. It would then suffice to let a load descend into this pit, attached to a rope operating a pulley, itself connected to a dynamo. At a more modest scale, one can imagine that the presence of two parallel walls, located at a distance d, disturbs the surface of our planet by digging it and that these walls tend to approach each other. It is a kind of image of the Casimir effect. The presence of these wall-plates causes a local modification of the vacuum, accompanied by the appearance of a slight force field. But, if we want this force to reappear, we have to return the system to its initial state, that is, provide energy to the wall-plates to move them apart again.

The phenomenon is real. It touches on the fact that the vacuum as we conceive it would only be this kind of flat Earth, a surface where one could imagine the presence of excavations used to produce energy. But the system then bites its own tail: how to create these excavations? A physicist who dreams of exploiting the energy of the vacuum is like a man who has just discovered the concept of potential energy mgz (m being the mass, g the acceleration of gravity, and z the altitude). After extracting the energy from "things" existing on the surface of his planet (like the energy contained in a water reservoir, which can drive a turbine), he says: "I live on a real energy deposit, which is ... under my feet". It is the potential energy mgz with negative z values, when considering being at zero level of the ground.

But this remains a purely conceptual vision. These people, in fact, have no idea at all to suggest how to extract even a single erg from this quantum vacuum "el dorado" of energy.

Enter this new labyrinth of the "web", you will discover another charlatan of the same kind as Bell, as well as the mention "numerous scientific articles published in the magazine 'The Spirit of Ma'at' (an Egyptian goddess)". Let's take a look at the virtues of these machines, which, materializing "The rate for zero point" ("The Race to the Zero Point"), perform "a miracle in the vacuum". These systems (I translate):

• These systems are limitless, inexhaustible, non-polluting, ecological, and do not secrete toxic waste.
• These are the ultimate systems for installing energy sources on site. One can create variants of these systems for all uses. They have no other cost than that of their manufacture, which is relatively cheap (...). These systems are easy to use, operate continuously (...) and require little or no maintenance (...). They allow desalination of seawater for agriculture and other uses. They can be used as low-cost heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning systems. Moreover, they can be implemented in all types of transport.

This raises a fundamental issue: what is science, exactly? We face two problems in answering:

• What a scientist has not managed to publish in a "scientific journal" is not automatically nonsense. Examples abound.

• What is published in a "scientific journal" is not automatically correct. Examples also abound.

So, what stands up?

The only touchstone is experimentation and observation. Today, large parts of scientists' activities have lost all contact with these two domains, that of experimentation and that of observation. The most typical example is that of superstrings, the ultimate theory, for centuries to come, which is obviously "under construction". There are no theories that are inherently good or bad. Bearden's theories claim to lead to experimentation (I unfortunately have not managed to capture the image of his splendid machine. &&& If a reader manages to do so, please send it to me).

Producing energy from the Casimir effect or flying with the effect of points are two comparable dreams. At the current time, there is better to do than to lose oneself in such fantasies: invest large sums of money to develop the exploitation of wind, solar, tidal, and geothermal energy, or even simply related to the large temperature difference of water in seas or lakes.

I make a brief parenthesis, as I will return to this theme of "soft energies" which are much more interesting than these fantasies about vacuum energy (but more disturbing for industrial and oil lobbies). Current three-blade wind turbines have three drawbacks:

• Noise pollution, the sound
• Size - Aesthetics.

We are just beginning to consider multi-stage, streamlined wind turbines, which resemble "reverse-acting compressors". These could be filled all over our planet, placed in cities, in buildings, protected by mesh at the entrance. Buildings would then be designed to serve as "wind traps", channeling power through narrow passages (imagine the power, in the south, in case of Mistral). The same applies to any natural terrain accident. But there is already a lobby for these expensive three-blade wind turbines!

One of the simplest ways to produce electrical energy could be to design submerged power plants. At 20 meters deep, storms no longer affect. In tropical coastal regions, the temperature difference between the surface and the bottom reaches dozens of degrees. So a hot source and a cold source. The rest is simple engineering. And it is not seen. In lakes, where convection is zero, the difference is even more sensitive and reaches easily 30 degrees, even in our regions (dive, in summer, into a lake with bottles, you will see what the temperature is at 30 meters depth!). It is sufficient to extract the electrical energy with a cable. No personnel. A hatch to inspect the station from time to time. As for solar energy, I will explain how we could develop low-cost Fresnel mirrors "cylindrical". On the back of cars or near supermarket cash registers, you can see, in the form of transparent plastic films with striae of Fresnel lenses, convenient for backing up without hitting the sidewalk. When the Mistral blows in the Rhône valley, if tens of thousands of individuals produce surplus electricity (which would simply power neighbors who are not equipped), Edf could put a fuel oil power plant on standby. A person who comes on weekends to his second home could benefit from free electricity during that time, while during the week he would power his neighbors. One can also store energy in the form of thermal energy underground, in insulated underground pools. Someone who has "too much hot water" can power his neighbors. There are many such smart, feasible ideas. But you will not hear Greer promoting them. It would disturb too many people and they would silence him (try, in France, to touch Edf's monopoly!).

If there is one thing the Americans must have, it is superconductors working at high temperature, or even at room temperature. So the cost of electricity transport over distance is zero. But this, Greer carefully avoids talking about. It is high-level defense secret. The Star Wars, microwave weapons, plasma compressors, plasma cannons are the first customers of this gadget which could, this one, really transform our modern way of life. There, one would have to concentrate efforts (but the breakthrough, the breakthrough is probably made for decades, across the Atlantic). Does Greer talk about it? No. He gives the word to clowns who will divert the public's attention towards "vacuum energy". And our naive editor echoes.

I believe my next dossier will be on these "soft energies". It will be extensive.

Compared to these nonsense of flying with the Biefeld-Brown effect or "anti-gravity plates", hypersonic flight with controlled air intake via MHD is something quite concrete, which also involves the Hall effect. Regarding this, an anecdote comes to mind. In 75 I published a note in the Comptes rendus de l'Académie des Sciences (thanks to Lichnérowicz) on MHD aero-dynes ("a new type of MHD converters"). In 76 my ideas caused a certain media stir. Maurice Arvony, who was then a science columnist in Le Monde, wrote an article mocking my theories, saying "with the Hall effect, you couldn't even generate forces capable of lifting a cigarette paper". MHD involves considerable forces. Nothing to do with the Biefeld-Brown effect. Imagine a current of only one ampere per square centimeter. That makes ten thousand amperes per square meter. Note: Although I have decided not to teach MHD, due to military applications, I will still recall that there are two MHDs, practically completely different. How far can one go too far?

Good question. Beyond: is this UFO topic a "sensitive" subject or a trivial matter. Those who disseminate disinformation have done everything and continue to work to ensure that discredit continues to attach to this file. I see that Jean-Jacques Vélasco, "director" (and only member) of SEPRA, published a book in April 2004 where it seems he claims, this time, that "UFOs, they exist!". I remember a television show where Vélasco worked with my friends the Bogdanoff brothers. It was the CNES that had written the synopsis of the show and it goes back fifteen or twenty years. The message was "only one percent of the observations still resist analysis, but one day everything will be clarified".

I said to Igor and Grichka: "but why did you make such a documentary". Answer: "we were in difficulty on television. We were offered this, on condition that we go along with the desired direction. It was Vélasco who wrote the dialogues".

It was the time when it was in good taste to bury the UFO topic and to conduct a good witch hunt against those who wanted "to take the cat out of the bag". Bounias (deceased in 2003 from cancer) and I were approaching the CNES and its scientific council to be able to propose concrete projects. There had been Trans-en-Provence. We suggested trying to recreate the phenomenon by irradiating witness lucerne with pulsed microwaves, which do not exist in nature. It was an extremely cheap project at the scale of what is wasted everywhere. It required a small table microwave source, on loan. Bounias would do the biological analysis. A matter of 20,000 F. We were turned away. Alleged reason "you are not from CNES". It could have been anything: "you are Jewish, black, homosexual..."

I put a file on my site about it and sent him an open letter, which he never answered and that five hundred unfortunate gaziers signed (not enough to make a "public opinion movement"). But "times change and we change with them", said the chameleon Georges Pompidou. So it has become fashionable to say "UFOs, it's serious, it's even probably extraterrestrial (Cometa report)".

Logically, there should be a television debate where ideas, suggestions, and projects are presented. Do you believe that they would invite Jean-Pierre Petit? What would happen if, in public, I questioned the head of the SEPRA about the Caorge Saint Nicolas affair! ? It would be him they would invite, not me. The official conclusion will be (as for the Louange audit and the conclusion of the Cometa report) to "strengthen the SEPRA". It is a bad dream. What can the "scientist Vélasco" (as he himself presented himself in a show more than ten years ago), ex-optics technician, become a house engineer!

Think of the initial head of GEPAN, Claude Poher, another "from the ranks", another "house engineer", completely useless in advanced physics, author of this delirious book "Universons, energy of the future", the most fantastic scientific nonsense published in the last ten years, the result of twenty years of solitary thinking (there would be a stronger word, which comes to mind. But I don't want to be rude).

You will be shocked when you see the mess orchestrated by his successor, Alain Esterle, in MHD, before the CNES, worried about a beginning of scandal, hastily disappeared Gepan in a trap and put its head in a closet.

And now here is Stephen Greer who joins in, relayed by an editor seduced by the extraordinary testimony of "Dr B", a simple bar pillar. Exhausting...

Either the UFO file is serious, or it's nonsense. The same for these US black programs.

Greer mentions the way "he protects himself". But there are a thousand ways to silence someone. A good defamation lawsuit, first. Alessandri had one. You will see that he is not the only one. One can also make a void around an individual, put him on the sand. Jacques Pradel had five years of organized unemployment, after his two films on "autopsy", which were the ridicule of all. For five years, all doors remained closed in front of this man "with high ratings". Convenient to dissuade his colleagues from playing soldiers. I realize that if I could speak, it was because I was ... a civil servant, invulnerable. My credits were cut for twenty years, my career blocked. One day Auguste Meesen told me "but you must have killed someone to be the target of such cabals! I don't have these problems"

Of course, you will not find anything particularly disturbing in the writings of this quiet father of science, whose only originality was to say one day "I am interested in UFOs". I have gone much further in the game of science. I created some disorder. There are people who watch these shows and say:

• "So, what do we do? - But nothing, let him speak. On such sets he loses credibility points. People perceive him at best as an eccentric, a fantasist, at worst as a raving maniac, a guy who wants to settle scores with the whole world. As for scientists? No problem: they are completely allergic to the subject and it's unlikely to change on that side. - And his statements about underground nuclear experiments in France? - On Tapie and Ruquier they cut the passages. Greer doesn't disturb anyone. Whether he acts in concert with the structures that, in the US, run these disinformation operations or whether he is manipulated, the result is the same. This small country doctor, who plays the "big mouth" makes a lot of noise. He publishes a book that will be translated into many languages. He makes money and, honestly, in what he says, there is nothing concrete. It may be simply a liar. It is certainly a remarkable speaker. I disturb because I bring precise technical elements, like on Aurora. As I said in my book, on a TV set I would defeat any opponent who dared to go on the technical-scientific field. On a set or in a meeting where competent people are present. At Supaéro, in June 2003, where fluid mechanics teachers were present, I had no shadow of criticism on the theses I defended.

Ah, another anecdote: the 3-hour conference at Supaéro was filmed, with a digital camera, by the students. Ask the school to broadcast this tape. I could not get a copy. This could be the scenario—or any number of others. In the USA, land of J.R. Ewing, they don’t mess around. In France, we're content with defamation lawsuits, or simply letting things fester, since that usually suffices.

When I sent an open letter to Chirac, President of the French people, I received a reply. In fact, it was the only one. Try it yourself—you’ll see, they always respond. There’s an important department at the Elysée with multiple correspondents handling this job, managing thousands of letters each day. It's all electoral politics. It pleases the average citizen to be able to show off a letter bearing "Presidency of the Republic" and exclaim, "There it is! He actually replied to me!"

A very nice man contacted me, responsible for handling the more "unusual" letters in that department—topics including UFOs, the paranormal, haunted houses—and he forwards them to various specialized collaborators who draft responses using bureaucratic jargon. He told me:

Vélasco is about to publish his book. But sleep soundly and keep watching your TVs: nothing significant will happen regarding UFOs before 2020, or 2050, or even 2885, depending on the source...

I am a member of France’s CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research). I am 65 years old and hold the title of "Research Director." I studied from 1958 to 1961 at the National School of Aeronautics in Paris. I then worked as a test engineer in missile propulsion for submarines (MSBS). In 1965, I joined French research and built MHD converters (many years before anyone realized they could become energy sources for military space stations). In 1972, I shifted to astrophysics, theoretical cosmology, and geometry. I’ve written 32 books. That’s my CV. In 1975, I began focusing on MHD propulsion and published several papers on the topic. I directed a doctoral thesis on shock wave suppression via Lorentz forces—obviously very related to UFO technology. Papers were published at international MHD conferences in Moscow (1983), Tsukuba, Japan (1987), and Beijing (1990).

I’m currently preparing to publish a book early in 2003 (scheduled for January). Its title will be "UFOs and American Secret Weapons." I believe this book provides elements relevant to the path you’ve taken with your Disclosure project (revelation). Let me explain. In 2001, I attended a conference on "advanced propulsion." There I met American scientists involved in black programs, such as the Aurora program. At the end of the conference, the information I gathered completed what I had already learned on this subject. I’ll try to summarize briefly.

• I learned that Americans recovered an "unconventional" craft at Roswell in 1947. This device wasn’t designed for interstellar travel. It was merely a hypersonic space shuttle. For unclear reasons, it crashed and was later recovered by U.S. military forces. This immediately gave American officials definitive proof that UFOs were of extraterrestrial origin. They then decided (reverse-engineering) to exploit this technological bounty while misleading other nations. Thus, they made great efforts to discredit the UFO topic. This policy remains active in Europe. The goal was to develop new weapons from these data—nothing else...

In the early 1970s, American military personnel began to understand that MHD (magnetohydrodynamics) was linked to UFO propulsion (in certain atmospheric maneuvers). With this technology, interstellar flight wasn’t possible, but hypersonic flight was feasible—for example, flying a shuttle at hypersonic speeds. The Americans then decided to secretly develop MHD, while doing their best to convince other nations that this path led nowhere. They deliberately and ostentatiously let civilian MHD research deteriorate. Meanwhile, they developed, for instance, an MHD torpedo. I visited the U.S. in 1984, attending an international, civilian MHD conference. People there bitterly complained about government neglect of this field. I remember a researcher named Solbès (a Spaniard by origin), working with American Kerrebrock, who, pointing at me with a mocking tone, said:

• Gentlemen, I’d like to introduce a man still believing in MHD projects...

And he laughed. This was at a time when American military MHD projects were already operational. So in 2001, during that Brighton meeting, I learned that the American MHD torpedo had reached 2,000 km/h by 1980. Now this speed must be approaching 3,000 km/h. Very few people know this craft is real. I personally know how it’s designed and how it works. If this fits within the Disclosure project, I’m ready to provide all technical details.

In early 1990, testing of the "Aurora" spy plane began in the U.S. It’s an extraordinary machine. If you have space for it (does Disclosure have a website?), I can also send all details on how this craft works. It’s a hypersonic aircraft capable of taking off under its own power using conventional turbojets. It then climbs and accelerates to Mach 3. At a certain altitude, the conventional air intakes are closed. The supersonic airflow is redirected through a different intake located on the completely flat upper surface of the craft. Upstream of this intake: a "wall" MHD generator. This slows down the air without heating it. This process occurs without creating a shockwave, so the compressed gas can be directed into a conventional turbojet intake, mixed with kerosene, etc. The generated electricity is then redirected to a wall MHD accelerator located ahead of the nozzle, providing additional thrust. This system is called an "MHD-bypass" or "MHD bypass."

The "Hall effect" then generates very high voltages. These are used to create electrical discharges near the leading edges, which protect them by creating a plasma shield. With this, Aurora can fly at 10,000 km/h and 60 km altitude. It behaves like a wave rider—a machine that rides on the pressure wave created beneath it by its own shockwave. Additional thrust is provided by conventional rockets, enabling satellite deployment. The atmospheric re-entry process is managed using wall MHD converters as generators, converting kinetic energy into electrical energy, which is then used for ionization and radiative dissipation. Aurora can take off and land under its own power and directly derives from the analysis of the craft recovered at Roswell. The Russians had a similar project called "Ajax," but couldn’t complete it due to lack of funds.

On the other hand, the B-2s we see aren’t the real ones. The machines displayed publicly during meetings or in photos are decoys. The actual B-2s only fly at night and use significantly different technology. They also fly at 10,000 km/h and 60 km altitude, but without creating shockwaves. They can take off from the U.S., fly to the antipodes, drop their bomb load, and return to base in a single night—without needing mid-air refueling. Like Aurora, being completely surrounded by plasma makes them entirely stealthy. I can also send you all details on these machines, which I describe in my book. If anyone in your group reads French, I can send the book when it’s published in January 2003.

In the mid-1960s, Americans discovered new energy sources. This discovery was accidental, made during underground nuclear experiments in Nevada. The goal of the experiment was to compress a material using "magnetic compression" (a system invented by Andrei Sakharov in 1952). In the 1960s, Sakharov and his team achieved pressures of 25 million atmospheres using just a simple chemical explosive. The Americans decided to use a "small fission bomb" (one kiloton), but the result they obtained was strikingly different. The pressure reached was so extreme that they synthesized antimatter. Later, they learned how to recover this produced antimatter and store it in magnetic bottles. This stored antimatter is now the energy source propelling a disc-shaped craft using MHD, capable of flying at Mach 10 at low altitude—something the Americans also possess. This machine thus becomes the perfect cruise missile that no conventional missile can intercept.

They also know how to store antimatter in crystals via electrostatic confinement and produce hundreds of millions of "bucky balls" (in French, "cochonnet," meaning the ball important in the game). These objects, golf-ball-sized, are surrounded by a thermal shield. Their power is only 40 tons of TNT, so they can be dispersed over a target without creating pulverized debris in the upper atmosphere—no nuclear winter. The Americans have already produced enough bombs to reduce a country the size of China to ashes. They’ve also stored much more powerful bombs on other planets. In such devices, antimatter wasn’t carried from Earth but synthesized on-site when the craft reached its target.

They’ve also developed high-specific-impulse MHD accelerators and used them for space propulsion. Thus, the solar system has been secretly explored.

All this represents a wide range of weapons—but it’s also a fantastic energy source capable of "making deserts bloom," while this entire technology has been diverted for military purposes.

Along the way, if sufficient antimatter is available, this energy can be used to induce transmutations and create new atoms from, for example, road dust or atmospheric nitrogen. Extraterrestrials don’t have "industrial production." Any object can be copied in unlimited copies using this technology. This means our visitors have no interest in our natural resources or "treasures."

This also leads to antigravity. We know how it works—but it’s probably quite different from what you imagine. Currently, Americans are working on designing interstellar vehicles—and that was the reason for their presence at the Brighton conference.

I think you’re on the right track. They’ve probably destroyed UFOs using directed-energy systems. The situation seems rather uncontrollable, and we may face a "Space Cold War."

I’m ready to discuss all this with you. You just need to say when and where. I hope other scientists will take the same initiative. It’s their duty to do so.

We have had some contacts with extraterrestrials for 20 years, from time to time. Usually they sent simple letters. More rarely there have been physical contacts. But that is not the main point. **Introduction. **

We are a group of French scientists. We became aware of the text that Dr. Greer put on the disclosure website and we were impressed by his statements. Indeed, like him, we are convinced that certain nations of the world, and especially the United States, have extracted from the study of the UFO file, the recovery of UFO wreckage and possibly contacts with aliens, information that has led to entirely new scientific knowledge. We will discuss later the evaluation of the works that may have been carried out from these informations. The question is "how far have they gone?". We have precise information regarding the American black programs related to hypersonic aircraft, whether it is the satellite-capable spy plane Aurora or a long-range hypersonic bomber, the B2 being only the cover. In these specific cases the technical data we have allow us to state our certainty.

These technologies directly derived from the analysis of the wreckage recovered at Roswell, which was that of a hypersonic space shuttle and not an interstellar vehicle. If the applications implemented are exclusively military, which we regret, it is evident that these techniques would find a better use, the second in the field of hypersonic civil transport and the first as a completely reusable space launcher, much more efficient and much less expensive than the classic rockets.

The possible synthesis of antimatter.

Beyond that, there is a strong presumption that the Americans have mastered the technique of mass production of antimatter, this, and not "vacuum energy" constituting this future, almost magical, energy seemingly coming from nowhere and inexhaustible. Unless this way of transforming matter into antimatter by thermonuclear compression can be considered as a way "to extract energy from the vacuum". I point out that once you have produced antimatter in this way, you can then use it to produce more. It is not necessary to carry out a nuclear explosion a) every time. But this technique provides humanity with bombs incredibly more destructive than the most powerful existing thermonuclear bombs. It also creates a potential war danger simply by the fact that the storage of very small quantities of antimatter in crystals, where it is then electrostatically confined in an extremely stable manner, allows the design of mini-bombs or "bucky balls", the size of an egg, including the thermal screen, with a power of 40 tons of TNT. The weakness of the power of these bombs and the fact that there are no debris produced makes these bombs usable. Instead of dropping powerful bombs on a point, which causes the lifting into the upper atmosphere of large amounts of pulverized debris and causes a nuclear winter effect, one can then spread a large quantity of these antimatter mini-bombs and cause comparable destruction, avoiding that this pulverized material, rising to high altitude, causes this nuclear winter effect.

We think that the United States already has a large number of such devices with which they would be able to reduce entire countries to ashes and that these devices, in a more discreet manner, will not be long in being used. All this makes us completely lose sight of the positive applications that humanity could derive from such a technology by making, as Dr. Greer rightly wrote, "deserts flourish".

The problem of raw materials and waste.

We think that the extraterrestrial vehicles that visit us use antimatter as their primary energy source, either stored on board or synthesized. This basic energy can be used for very diverse purposes. One of the most interesting consists of mastering the transmutations between materials and being able to synthesize any type of atom at will. This, combined with a very advanced nanotechnology, allows the synthesis of the most complex systems without any human intervention, that is to say what we call "work". Conversely, any system composed of atoms can be converted into a waste as neutral as helium, the ideal waste par excellence. This fits, if we survive the coming century, into our future technology. By completing this set of techniques with more intelligent biological knowledge than the one we currently use on Earth, the human being thus holds, very close to his hand, the keys to an age of gold.

**The current state of technology on Earth. **

We do not know how far these technologies have been pushed on Earth. We currently only have a strong presumption that the synthesis of antimatter by thermonuclear compression was achieved in the United States in the late sixties and we will come back to this point later. There is another problem, mentioned by Dr. Greer, which is the reduction of the weight of machines, the cancellation of it or its inversion (anti-gravity). We think this is a feasible thing. When UFOs move near the ground without causing air displacement, they use this technique. We think that understanding this requires an important paradigm shift, a deep change in our way of conceiving space and matter. This remains speculative for us and we will come back to this question later. It is evident that mastering anti-gravity would have applications for civil transport but we think that well beyond, this technique would be directly related to interstellar travel. Again, this is a question we will refer to at the end of the document.

**Our comments on the Space Energy Access Systems project. **

This project starts from a good intention, but it does not seem likely to succeed. Indeed, we think that the goals pursued (unlimited energy production, anti-gravity), if physically feasible, involve very advanced and very expensive technologies. By making a comparison, it's as if the foundation offered a full scholarship in gold to someone who could make an airplane fly a distance of ten kilometers, with three passengers. We are skeptical about whether such techniques could be compatible with a "soft" technology, accessible to amateurs or relatively modest laboratories. Such work can only be considered on the scale of laboratories with considerable resources and for which a million dollar price is only a small amount compared to the cost of these researches. The corollary would be that such laboratories could only be emanations of the military-industrial lobbies. At best, the proponents of such a project would see interesting theoretical ideas appear, but not practical, usable achievements. But, of course, by expressing this opinion, we could also be wrong.

Our response to the "Disclosure" manifesto

If we are not able to provide Dr. Greer a machine creating energy in abundance or allowing the cancellation of the force of gravity, we are, however, able to provide arguments supported in favor of his thesis of the diversion of technologies, by a military-industrial complex, possibly escaping the American political power, for the simple purpose of allowing these people to dominate the world by force. The elements we are able to produce concern the high-speed underwater propulsion and the implementation of long-range hypersonic aircraft, these two techniques being based on what is called magnetohydrodynamics or MHD.

Generalities on MHD.

MHD has been the subject of a major research effort in the sixties, with a civil sector, the only one obviously perceptible to the public. The goal was then to produce electricity by direct conversion (MHD conversion) using as primary energy either fossil fuels in what were then called "open cycles" or in these "closed-loop systems" where energy would have been produced by HTR reactors (high temperature reactors). In both cases, the teams encountered the fact that the gases, at "technological" temperatures, even seeded with substances with low ionization potential, like cesium, are too poor conductors of electricity. Their electrical conductivity remains too low below 3000°K. The Russians pushed this MHD electricity production technique as far as possible with their U-25 generator, operating with the combustion of a hydrocarbon and pure oxygen mixture. But these civilian researches were finally abandoned. There was another attempt where they tried to operate with gases having two temperatures, "out of equilibrium" (that is to say where the temperature of the "electron gas" exceeds that of the other components, atoms or ions). This was not possible in molecular environments containing a lot of carbon dioxide (therefore from combustion). Indeed, this molecule can be easily excited by collisions with electrons. This resulted in a strong loss of energy by radiation (radiative de-excitation). This type of operation with two temperatures was therefore reserved for "closed cycles" where the "conversion fluid" was then a rare gas: helium, seeded with cesium, used to cool the core of a high temperature reactor (1500°K). We should note that these reactors were never built and tested. The atomists only thought it was feasible to build them and, thank God, it was never done.

These researches encountered an instability discovered in 1964 by the Russian Velikhov which completely destroyed the performance of the generators by making the plasma very inhomogeneous. This preliminary may seem strange but it allows us to understand why civilian MHD researches were abandoned in many countries, except in the United States and the USSR where a parallel and in the greatest secrecy, a military MHD was developing. In Russia, the father of this military MHD is Andrei Sakharov. His student was none other than Velikhov, the initiator of the Soviet-style "star wars" and the main advisor to Putin on advanced weapons.

**Description of the high-speed MHD torpedoes held by the USA and Russia. **

The USA and the USSR had long since obtained the absolute proof that the UFOs were of extraterrestrial origin. The USA had recovered at least one wreckage of a hypersonic vehicle, at Roswell and it is likely that the Russians benefited from a similar contribution. It was only in the early 1970s that the United States understood that MHD was one of the keys to the operation of the Roswell shuttle. Having understood that this military MHD had a major strategic importance, they launched an intense policy of misinformation, both within the country and in other nations, to convince researchers that these paths were dead ends. I have these informations because I was myself very involved since 1965 in the French civilian MHD projects. I built a linear generator, a Faraday type, based on a "shock tube", producing during 200 microseconds powers of several megawatts. The magnetic field was 2 teslas. We were able to obtain the first stable bi-temperature operation, with respect to the Velikhov instability and this was presented at the international conference in Warsaw in 1967. But, in our country as elsewhere these researches were abandoned in the early 1970s, despite the successes achieved. For example, our team was able to, by acting on argon flows at 10,000°K, entering a Faraday accelerator at 2750 m/s and under a pressure of one bar, to give this gas jet a speed gain of 5,500 m/s over a distance of barely ten centimeters. But at the time no one perceived in France the military interest of what would become, elsewhere, a high specific impulse MHD propulsion.

I went to the United States in 984, if my memory is correct, to an international MHD meeting, in Boston. The Russians presented the Pavlovsky generator, one of the different versions of the flux compression generator experimented as early as the 1950s by Sakharov's team, which would later become the standard power supply for their directed energy weapons (electron beams, lasers). Apart from this novelty, the representatives of the different countries, including American researchers (the conference was organized by J.F. Louis, of AVCO) lamented this disinterest of the different governments. However, and this we did not know, the Americans had already operated their first MHD torpedoes at ten thousand kilometers per hour three years earlier, which we only learned many years later.

Today, the propeller torpedoes have been abandoned for exactly thirty years in the countries at the forefront of the techniques. The rocket propulsion became quickly more interesting and led to devices such as the American Supercav or the Russian Sqwal.

During the French "Euronaval" exhibition where we try to sell our military gadgets to anyone who can pay, regardless of where they come from, the stupid admirals, confronted with this question of "hypervelocity torpedoes" (everything is relative) exclaimed: "in terms of torpedoes, speed is not everything". A word about this "supercavitation" torpedo, like this Russian torpedo. At the front a gas generator injects hot combustion gases which, mixing with seawater, turn it into steam. The torpedo then moves in a steam environment, which produces a much lower friction drag than the liquid medium. Of course, these torpedoes are guided, otherwise they would have no interest and their guidance system is visible on this photo. These are the thin rods that unfold after the torpedo has left its launch tube. The guidance is ensured by this ring of tubes surrounding the "nose" of the main propeller. The French are still at propeller torpedoes. They have two types. The first (seven meters long, 400 amperes) works with batteries that are only activated shortly before firing, by adding an electrolyte. It reaches one hundred kilometers per hour. The second uses a liquid fuel-oxidizer mixture, directed to a gas turbine. It can then reach 120 kilometers per hour. But these devices are delicate to handle. The explosion of such a torpedo caused the loss of an English submarine thirty years ago (details from M. H Allorant, allrant@defint.net: the English submarine was the HMS Sidon, built during the war. It was destroyed on June 16, 1955 in Portland Bay, following the explosion of a "Fancy" type torpedo). The French then prefer to fire these types of devices from helicopters.

Some people might then be tempted to say "but how did he get access to such information?". In this case, the answer is simple. During the summer of 2000 I took a boat trip on the Nile. Questioned, my neighbor told me he was a torpedo test engineer, working in a French company. Taking me for a commercial representative on vacation, he told me everything about his job in the following hour.

The English today have an equivalent device, the Spearfish (swordfish). But these devices are today completely outdated, although some countries like France do not yet have them. The MHD torpedoes, which the Americans and the Russians have also have a rocket propellant engine operating with a solid propellant (monergol). The divergent then works as an MHD converter, producing electrical energy. This then powers a wall accelerator, whose principle is given in the appendix, to not burden this presentation. Such a system sucks seawater extremely efficiently. The concept of friction drag then loses its meaning since this drag is canceled and reversed. Hence the very high speeds reached by these devices. These speeds allow them to reach their target in a very short time, on the order of a few seconds. It is estimated that today their speed could reach 3000 or 3500 km/h. It is easy to imagine that these torpedoes represent a major strategic advantage for any country, as they allow it to destroy its underwater nuclear firing platforms, the last response capabilities, located at a short distance from their targets. In fact, the destruction of these submarine launchers (MSBS) would represent the first act of war for any nation with a high technological level. The Chinese do not yet have such devices.

Nevertheless, the MHD torpedo and its wall accelerator propulsion represents one of the first applications of this military MHD linked to the detailed analysis of the Roswell wreckage.

**The American hypersonic aircraft. Aurora and the antipodal hypersonic bomber. **

It remained to design devices capable of moving in the air. It is known that from Mach 3, the recompression of the air behind a shock wave causes significant heating. By passing to the state, one can increase the Mach number. It is then possible to consider, around Mach six, a "scramjet" operation, where the combustion is carried out in hypersonic regime and where the fuel and oxidizer (hydrogen and liquid oxygen) circulate in the leading edge to ensure its cooling. But the analysis of the device found at Roswell would provide a much better solution, leading to the Aurora device, which made its first flight in 1990, at Groom Lake. It is a very clever device, which can take off on its own, gain speed at altitude, reach 10,000 km/h at 60 km altitude, then satellite using conventional rockets. There are then two successive operations, very different. Initially, Aurora, whose Russian version, Ajax, designed by Fraistadt, never saw the light due to lack of funding, resembles a conventional jet aircraft. Four turbojets without afterburners are installed under a very highly swept wing whose top is completely flat and the rear is very raised (in "duck tail").

Aurora then reaches Mach 3. The air supply to its engines changes. The lower air intakes close. The device then flies in a low-pressure air that is easier to ionize. An air intake opens at the top. In front of it an assembly of parallel electrodes, constituting a wall accelerator MHD. As this section works as a generator, the air is slowed down and recompressed by the Lorentz forces. A continuous slowdown occurs without the appearance of shock waves and with a very moderate heating, to the point that this gas can then be sent to the air intake of the conventional turbojet while the aircraft is flying at speeds reaching 10,000 km/h and around 60 kilometers altitude. The Hall effect creates very high voltages. The Americans use in these wall accelerator converters superconducting systems developing 12 teslas. The Velikhov instability is controlled by magnetic confinement. The very high voltage produced by the Hall effect is used to create a plasma cushion near the leading edge which then protects it from the intense heat flux that would result from the presence of an "attached shock". The thermal gradient is then greatly reduced. . The electrical power is then used to increase the overall specific impulse through a wall accelerator located downstream of the exhaust nozzles (MHD by-pass or "MHD bridge"). In France, some idiots in UFO discussion forums and cautiously hiding behind pseudonyms have argued that the "MHD bridge system" was long known. But none of them, if they had been put in front of a paper and a pencil, would have been able to describe what I will present at the beginning of January in my book "UFOs and American secret weapons", which has not been described in any website or document in circulation to date. Another idiot, who is beginning to really annoy me, has spread everywhere about me the thesis of a "technological delirium". I always find it surprising that people without the appropriate knowledge can so recklessly manifest themselves in private or even in the media, fortunately for them away from my presence, posing as "specialists in black programs".

It is designed to operate with a fixed expansion rate, at a given altitude, which depends only on its geometry, not changeable in flight. At lower altitude this gas expansion becomes too pronounced (compared to ambient pressure) and the jet then presents a succession of nodes and antinodes, characteristic of "overexpanded" jets.

This phenomenon is well known since the end of the war 39-45, as soon as engines with turbojet or rocket propulsion were implemented. As long as the variable geometry nozzles, made up of "petals" driven by a system of jacks, were not perfected, all the jets of the airplanes rolling on their "tarmac" had this characteristic "dotted" appearance with a succession, clearly visible on archive photos, of bright and dark areas. This is the explanation of the mysterious photograph taken in 1990 near Groom Lake, where the aircraft, flying exceptionally during the day, had not yet reached its adaptation altitude. What is interesting is that the Americans, wanting to delay as long as possible the awareness of their technological superiority in other countries, sponsor, through internet sites, false information. If you go to sites mentioning the Aurora device you will find perfectly fanciful images associated with a "pulsed combustion".

Even a non-specialist would notice that the designer has given this device vertical fins, which would then be in total contradiction with the requirements of stealth.

The lift of the "real" Aurora device is ensured by the shock wave that is established and on which the device surfs. Thus it is a "wave rider". But Aurora is not designed to function this way for a long time because the creation of this shock wave is accompanied by a wave drag and thus represents an energy expenditure. Rockets allow the device to either satellite at an altitude of 80 kilometers, that is to say at the edge of the atmosphere, or to perform ballistic jumps like a stone bouncing on water. In this form it is then a kind of controllable semi-satellite, in the manner of the "silver surfer", a well-known hero of comic book fans. The device, completely surrounded by plasma, is obviously perfectly stealthy. When it is satellite at 28,000 km/h it can perform its re-entry at a very low angle, without needing a ablative thermal shield. The entire surface then functions as a wall MHD generator. The high voltage produced at the front creates a protective plasma cushion. The energy is mainly dissipated in the form of radiation. In re-entry phase it could be compared to a hypersonic MHD glider, equipped with a rather special type of aerobrakes, spread over its entire surface. When the device returns to its base all operations are performed in the reverse order. It is then, in the approach phase, propelled like a conventional aircraft and lands on a normal runway.

All these things are kept secret. The Americans try to delay the awareness of other countries by carrying out rather crude misinformation actions, making Europeans believe that they are about to embark on the hypersonic adventure while they have already dominated these techniques for twelve years. As for French aeronautical journalists, their total incompetence in MHD prevents them from having a clear idea on these issues.

In the drawing above, some things correspond well to the "real Aurora". The flat top of the device, the position of its four engines, attached under the belly of the machine and especially its truncated front. Note also the very raised rear in "duck tail", linked to a very high expansion rate. On the other hand, the vertical fins are pure fiction. At this stage, why not add a propeller?

This American strategy represents a concealment of technological progress. The civilian version of Aurora would not be a satellite-capable spy plane but a completely reusable launcher, much more economical than the classic rockets which must rely entirely on the thrust of their propeller and fight against the wave drag related to the creation of a shock wave.

What the westerners ignore and that I will reveal to them in a book is that the Americans also have a long-range hypersonic bomber flying at similar altitudes and speeds. These bombers, seen from below, resemble the B2. The saw-tooth shape of their trailing edge serves to stabilize them in the landing phase. The vortices that are then created constitute barriers preventing the separation that occurs at the wingtips from rising towards the front of the aircraft (this phenomenon caused the destruction of the flying wing invented by Jack Northrop just after the war). The B2s based in Witheman, which are said to have cost two billion dollars each, are only decoys. The real device is not subsonic. It also does not have a cockpit or upper covers for its four engines. They are entirely housed in the thick wing, so that the turbine blades cannot reflect radar

Long-range hypersonic bomber * (Note: since February 2003 and after examining the film broadcast by Northop Grumman, it is known that the ejection of the gases from the nozzles is not as indicated but through a slit that runs along almost the entire trailing edge of the device, which gives maximum expansion and a minimal infrared signature). *

At the front part of the wings are boundary layer MHD converters. In front of the engines, these systems allow the incoming air to be recompressed without shock waves by directing it into the inlets of conventional turbojets. The machine is a subtle combination of regions where the boundary layer MHD converters function as gas decelerators (as power generators) and others where the gas is accelerated. This system allows full control of the gas flow and achieves the suppression of all shock waves, hence of wave drag. If these shock waves persisted, these machines would not be able to fly for very long, given the energy spent to create them. This complete elimination of shock waves was achieved in 1997 and allowed the first antipodal flights. In fact, this bomber is more sophisticated than the Aurora in more than one respect. The electrical discharge performed at the leading edge, for example, has a better controlled geometry, which allows the creation of a real "virtual leading edge" by reducing the relative thickness of the profile. The machine hidden behind the B2 is thus capable of taking off from the USA, bombing any point on the globe, and returning to land in the United States within a single night, in four hours of flight, even if its target is at the antipodes, 20,000 km away. Bombing missions have been carried out in Europe and Afghanistan (Kabul), the latter being presented as 40-hour flights, subsonic, with six in-flight refuelings, most of them being conducted above Russia, which the aircraft had to cross. Knowing how vulnerable an aircraft is during these refuelings, who would be naive enough to believe this version of these missions? It should be noted that the B2s shown have no cabin allowing any rest. What pilot could endure, seated on an electric seat, a 40-hour flight? In many areas, the United States strive to hide their military technology advances. They have a hypersonic drone whose air intake is controlled by an analogous system. On the photos they release:

these stealth air intakes could absolutely not function if the aircraft were flying at supersonic speed, as any fluid mechanic or simple SUPAERO student could confirm. American documents are generally silent about the speed achieved by these aircraft, but even if they are stealthy, it is hard to see the Americans producing subsonic combat drones! Nevertheless, the naivety and blindness (or simply incompetence) of French aeronautical journalists or scientific journalists means that none of them, to date, has even asked the question.

These few elements (there are many more, especially regarding microwave weapons, crowd control systems, etc.) may allow the reader to consider that the USA may have indeed acquired a significant military advantage by using information extracted from UFO observations and analysis of recovered wreckage.

I agree with Greer. I think that as soon as the United States had directed energy weapon systems, they shot down UFOs to be able to analyze them.

**Presumptions that the US may possess antimatter bombs. **

The public is now beginning to know the "flux compression" generators, such as those experimented by A. Sakharov in the early 1950s. These are the generators that equip E-bombs and cruise missiles used during the Gulf War. Specialists know that these generators (see Appendix 3) can also compress objects at very high pressure (25 megabars in 1952) and accelerate them at very high speed (50 km/s in 1952). By the end of the 1960s, the Americans therefore considered operating these systems using low-power atomic bombs (1 kT of TNT). The pressures obtained were then so considerable that they recreated in this kind of "laboratory" the real conditions of the Big Bang, with matter transforming into antimatter. The energy released was then a hundred times greater than expected. This was kept secret. The Russians and Chinese later tried to perform such experiments but were unable to do so due to lack of sufficiently high-quality superconductors.

The Americans learned to separate matter from the produced antimatter and to store it in magnetic bottles. Since then, this antimatter has been used, for example, to power a disc-shaped drone capable of operating in dense air at Mach 10, operational since 2000, which the Americans are trying to keep secret. This machine operates according to the principles described by the author as early as 1976 (MHD induction aero-dyne, note to the Comptes rendus de l'Académie des Sciences de Paris). At this stage, it should be noted that the Americans have practically reconstructed the operation of UFOs in atmospheric cruise, thanks to MHD, except for the stationary flight without air flow, which relates to "antigravity" and sharp turns. They are now trying to go beyond this technology, which would allow them to be able to carry out interstellar travel. We do not know whether they have or have not made significant progress in this direction. Some think they have. If this were the case, it would put the future of humanity itself at risk, as extraterrestrials would not tolerate a barbaric people like ours from disturbing neighboring civilizations.

Meanwhile, the Americans use small amounts of antimatter to accelerate silicon vapor to 500 km/s in MHD accelerators used for space propulsion. With such engines, they have been able to accelerate probes to speeds reaching 100 km/s and thus carry out a complete exploration of the solar system, practically completed five years ago. They have experimented with antimatter bombs where very high charges were synthesized on-site at the moment of impact. The first tests of these bombs, totally oversized for a terrestrial test, were carried out by sending them to the Sun. For this, probes, using these MHD propulsion systems with very high specific impulse, were able to position themselves along a trajectory far from the plane of the ecliptic and thus be confused with a well-known family of comets. The tests continued with impacts on Jupiter. Again, the bomb modules were positioned to be confused with comet debris. These modules, initially loaded on the military shuttle Atlantis, were brought to the site by an MHD propulsion cargo ship, which then self-destructed. The modules created a magnetosphere to simulate cometary outgassing. The modules entered the upper atmosphere of Jupiter at 100 km/s thanks to their MHD shield. The synthesis of antimatter by thermonuclear compression, followed by an immediate explosion, allowed these impacts to be completely confused with those of comet debris.

Subsequently, shots were fired at Jupiter's satellites like Io and Europa. At each of these occasions, the Galileo satellite, placed in orbit precisely to follow all these tests, did not transmit its images to the ground, at least officially. It experienced several failures, depriving Earthlings of close-up images of Jupiter's satellites.

**An open question. **

The meaning of such shots remains mysterious. Could they be anti-comet weapons? Some astronomers think that at the time of the formation of the solar system, a terrestrial planet may have been ejected by tidal effects into an orbit that was both highly eccentric, long-period, and very inclined relative to the plane of the ecliptic (2000-3000 years). Moreover, this planet may have been shattered into a multitude of fragments as it passed inside the Roche sphere of the planet that ejected it. The periodic return of this swarm of fragments, the size of comets or asteroids, therefore undetectable at a distance greater than that of Jupiter, would pose some problems. Would aliens have provided the Americans with elements accelerating their technological-scientific evolution in order to enable them to manage the destruction of such objects between 2020 and 2030? Could this acceleration have been triggered by leaving a fake wreck at Roswell? All hypotheses can be considered. One must realize that if such a risk existed, one would have to go to meet an object approaching at 40 km/s, which could not be done with conventional propulsion, because one would then have to turn back to match the object. One would then have to dig a tunnel with an antimatter jet, for several kilometers, to go and explode a charge of several tens of thousands of megatons at the center of the object in order to convert it into debris smaller than a meter so that they could be stopped by the atmosphere. Did the shots on Jupiter and those on Io and Europa correspond to such a plan?

In fact, we know nothing about our solar system and the future of the Earth. Here in France, our group has been warned several times by phone about comet approaches, the messages indicating precisely the date of perihelion, well before the object could be detected by terrestrial telescopes.

Recently, Dr. Greer posted on his website a text where he mentions possibilities of planetary-scale manipulation. One cannot reject this thesis a priori. In any case, the military-industrial lobby (now essentially American) is surfing on its own political and financial interests. In the mid-1970s, the magazine Aviation Week and Space Technology never stopped describing the fantastic threat posed by a Soviet-style space war. It was therefore essential and urgent to fund the American equivalent, that is, the IDS. In the following years, after a brutal awakening, General Gallois, the spokesperson for the French military, published at Fayard a book titled "La Guerre des cent Secondes" (The Hundred Seconds War) in which he developed similar theses. Of course, the Russians have never been amateurs in the technical-scientific field, far from it. But at the time when Gallois wrote his book, he would have been strictly incapable of imagining the brutal collapse of the Russian empire, which today would be incapable of threatening anyone, except through the devastating responses of its giant Typhoon submarines or through uncontrolled technological transfers (sale of mini-bombs A to terrorist groups or advanced technologies to potential belligerents like China).

It is very difficult to know the truth. One could argue, for example, that the document "SL9," posted on the internet, is just another manipulation aimed at crediting the possibility of a comet threat to justify new investments in military technology. Perhaps. But then why does the number of "near-Earth objects" that approach the Earth seem to increase year by year?

**About antigravity. **

The theoretical cosmology works we have published, inspired by information provided by aliens, have led us to construct a cosmological model consisting of two universes, which extends the ideas proposed in 1976 by Andrei Sakharov (article "Twin universe cosmology" published in 1995 in Astrophysics and Space Science). We think, in fact, that he was also contacted by aliens. See the strange ending of his Nobel Prize acceptance speech, read in Sweden by his companion Hélène Bonnaire. In this model, there are two sheets of space-time, two twin universes. Today, two Australians, Foot and Volkas, are working on a similar project, the twin universe now called "mirror sector" (mirror sector). They are the authors of an article published in Physical Review. In this model, the second universe is "P-symmetric" ("mirror, P meaning 'parity'), while mine is CPT-symmetric. See this model on my website. According to this, the "apparent mass" of the particles of the twin is negative. If they attract each other according to Newton's law, they repel our own particles according to "anti-Newton". One of the effects of this repulsion is this re-acceleration of the cosmological expansion, which is confirmed day by day, the twin "pushing our own universe forward". It should be noted that if the action of the twin universe renews the expansion of ours, the latter induces in this twin the inverse phenomenon (read "On the loss of half the universe", Albin Michel, 1997).

When interstellar ships move from one star to another, they use this twin universe as a sort of "express subway". In this universe, extremely rarefied in the part adjacent to ours, the distances are shortened and the speed of light is high. This makes it possible to travel while obeying the principle "one cannot exceed the speed of light in the universe where one is located". An American team is working on an idea that consists of trying to locally modify the value of the speed of light (warp driving concept, in French "tordre l'espace"). Our approach is different and already much more advanced.

In principle, the device must transfer its mass into the second universe. However, when it performs this operation near the Earth, the Earth becomes invisible to it, but behaves then as a negative mass, repulsive. If the device rapidly alternates between stations in our universe and in the adjacent region of its twin, this is not perceived by the observer, but in one phase the ship falls, attracted by the Earth, while in the other it rises, repelled by it. Overall, this results in an apparent cancellation of the weight of the device (regardless of its mass). This is our interpretation of what people call antigravity. We do not know if aliens would have or not communicated these techniques to Earthlings.

Conclusion.

Consider what we already know, the text by Greer has greatly interested us. It is clear that a group of humans possesses elements of technology and science far ahead of the rest of the world. How did they acquire these elements, why? Is it simply because of the accidental crash of an extraterrestrial craft at Roswell? Is there a much more complex plan behind all this? Have there been contacts between aliens and this group? What are the goals of each? The hegemony and domination of this group over the rest of the planet would be a simple consequence of a policy aimed at helping Earthlings to survive a close passage through a fragment swarm of a planet? We would like to know. Could humans, finally realizing they are not alone, finally gain some wisdom and decide to use their technology, which has reached a level allowing them to do so, to transform their planet into an Eden?

In any case, we think that it is time for those who are in these secrets to speak out, and this is the meaning of the approach we have taken towards disclosure.

**January, February 2003: No reactions. **

I finally had to contact several times Debbie Foch asking if my manuscript (which I had easily made accessible by hosting it on my server, where the entire document was therefore downloadable by anyone who knew its address on the site) had been read by a member of the team of scientists surrounding Dr. Greer. No answer. I insisted several times. She pretended to be on vacation for two weeks in January. Someone finally gave me the email address of Greer's own secretary to whom I reported the existence of this document, therefore the possibility of downloading it immediately. No reaction either.

One can ask questions. When considering Greer's recent and sensational radio statements, there is a finite number of interpretations.

1 - Greer has indeed come across a groundbreaking discovery made by a non-physicist (...) who would be able to flood the planet with free and inexhaustible energy in an incredibly short time.

2 - Greer, completely naive, would have been deceived by an able charlatan. But this would have implied that it was also the case for all the members of his scientific team. In any case, the result would have been a complete discredit of the Disclosure project and all its goals: to discover free energy and draw people's attention to secret American programs, possibly arising from very troubling relationships with "Aliens". All of Greer's efforts would then be merged with the fantasy of Star Trek, Mars Attacks, Independence Day, etc.... Later, this discredit would naturally extend to anyone who tried to support similar positions.

3 - Greer was perfectly aware of the real goals of "the Disclosure operation", namely, first, to divert people's interest by crying "we are being hidden things!" and then to brutally deflate the hype at the price of a well-paid discredit.

It should be noted that even before his energy research company was formed, Greer had launched in his manifesto a passionate call to researchers working on supposed secret projects involving the withholding of scientific and technical information, which is very harmful to the entire humanity. Then followed some testimonies from retired officials, without much interest. In fact, no one came forward. Question: was this manipulation intended to encourage talkers to come forward in order to better locate and "eliminate" them, using the expression used in the manifesto? In this perspective, the dissemination of the information I had tried to insert into the Disclosure website would not have been welcome because it could have... created imitators. Hence this strange lack of reaction.

It is difficult to believe that the members of the Disclosure scientific team, including physicists, are all ignorant incompetents. Moreover, I generally have a reputation for being able to present things in a simple and accessible way. In the months following the sending, a logical reaction would have been an email from one of the team members, saying "I am the physicist Greer has charged with evaluating your submission. Could you please answer the following questions..."

This did not happen, and the more time passes, the less hope there is of such a reaction.

**I suggest you write (in English) to Dr. Greer or to Debbie Foch and send me a copy of your emails. I will also reproduce any responses I receive. **

At the moment, this Disclosure matter does not seem to be obviously clear. I rather see it as part of a general policy of disinformation. MHD is a very structured discipline. Everything I have written in my book stands perfectly. It has been seen that in a film presented on his site by the company Northop Grumman, the B2 seemed, in transonic, to reveal a very strange behavior that seemed to be related to a powerful electrical discharge. It should be noted in parallel that a lot of noise has been made around the Biefeld-Brown effect, which some do not hesitate to link to some phenomenon of antigravity. You will find on the web papers where it is suggested that the B2 and other devices corresponding to ongoing test programs could implement antigravity. There are entire pages on this. MHD is less discussed, except in the most stupid way, by putting everything under a hypersonic machine, while the key to the problem is to move the air intake to the top and slow down the incoming air with a boundary layer generator.

Another strangeness: the behavior of a journalist like Alexandre Szamès, who was the first to put me on the track of these American hypersonic aircraft by publishing in the December 2000 issue, I believe, a sensational article on the Russian Ajax project, the magazine having put a beautiful artist's image of the aircraft on its cover. When I reread Szamès' article, I cannot help but find a great number of "clues" like the MHD bridging; the Hall effect, the idea advanced by Fraidstadt, the designer of Ajax, that it could operate in hypersonic with conventional turbojets. Later, I vainly tried to keep in touch with Szamès by offering him, at the time of the release of my book, the material to produce an article that could have been quite interesting. Before the book even came out, I even offered to pass him some tips, concerning, for example, the sawtooth leading edge of the B2, which ensures its stability at high angles, etc.

Szamès did not respond. On the contrary, he devoted many pages to the Biefeld-Brown effect. One day I will have to go and see J.L.Naudin "in his works". In any case, these works are very interesting in themselves. But do they have a real future in terms of future propulsion? We will have to discuss. Is this "electroaeronautics" (I immediately think of the photo of Orville, the first "electroauteur") not having the effect of diverting all attention from a subject that would be much more important than MHD?

SG: Well, we are of course. I'm not so sure it's really zero point energy. Some would say it's the quantum vacuum flux field energy. There are a lot of people with different theories about it. My scientific advisor and the board of directors of this group - our group - have recently done an onsite inspection and testing of this system and I can tell you that, except for some of the extraterrestrial devices in UFOs that I've seen, this is the most astounding material object I've ever seen in my life. And that's saying something.

So the reason I am speaking about this at this very early stage of its discovery is that the millions of people listening tonight are our protection. Those of you who are listening to this should tell everyone they know that this is a thing coming down the path. It is our intention to protect this system, get it tested, get it perfected, get it out to the public and terminate the need for gas and oil and coal and start an entirely new sustainable civilization on this planet, and that is long overdue. It could have happened probably fifty years ago or more. But it's now time for us to do it as a people. The people who are hearing this for the first time need to understand that I have considered carefully whether or not to even talk about it at this stage, but we felt for security reasons it's very important to talk about this.

If the testing and development of this holds up, it will be the single most important scientific breakthrough in the history - the recorded history - of the human race, and that is not an overstatement.

Let me describe what I saw, if you have a moment.

GN: Sure, and tell me how big it is, Steven.

SG: It's not very big at all! I picked it up - you can pick it up with one hand. Took it out actually on a sidewalk. This device gathered, very passively, less than one watt of power from the environment - I won't say how it was done, I'm not allowed to at this point - and the machine started up. It generated hundreds of watts of power in usable form, actually running, and we were astonished to see this. We hooked this up ourselves, so it was no mystery about it. We even selected the things to hook up to this thing. It ran a 300-watt light bulb, a 100-watt light bulb, a stereo and an oscillating fan with an electric motor, all at the same time with literally no artificial manmade input of power. So, this is of course an extraordinary scientific breakthrough. The inventor certainly deserves to get the next Nobel prize, or the one that would be awarded after this is fully tested by the scientific community, if indeed what we see holds up.

Now I have to say, our criteria - those who are familiar with our search for this, and we've been doing this for some years because we know that they're not traveling through interstellar space using Exxon Jet-A fuel.

GN: Right!

SG: And we know that these technologies could run our planet without pollution, without poverty, and without any more oil wars forever. So, you know, when we began to look for this, our criteria was that the inventor had to be sane and rational enough to allow it to be transparently vetted or tested, and in fact, this person was exactly that kind of very brilliant, humble, realistic man who allowed us to transparently see this device - look at it in its entirety. There were no hidden power sources. As I said, it could be picked up and taken outside and put on the sidewalk, and there it ran! And this is something obviously which could be put in every home, in every car and every industry and would enable the world to leave the era of want and war and enter an era of abundance and peace for as long as we want to create it. So this potentially is one of the greatest breakthroughs I've ever seen. And one of the things I'm so grateful for is that, you know, we have heard of these things coming and going in the time of Tesla, in the time of Floyd Sweet, in the time of T. Henry Moray, and others, but to actually stand in the presence of a man who could build such a circuit and see it run. If I had to go to my grave tomorrow, at least I would know that such a thing was possible, which shines an enormous ray of hope into the world of humanity as we apparently march off to the next oil war.

So, I think that it's a very significant breakthrough. However, it's preliminary. We are requiring that - we have an agreement with the inventor to have a more robust version of this device made in the coming month or two. It will then go through further research and development and reproduceability studies, meaning we must be able to independently reproduce the effects. It will then be tested in at least three independent government and university labs which we have already pre-selected for their honesty and cooperation, and when all those ducks are lined up and we are certain of what we have - I'm telling you this now in a preliminary way - it will then be massively disclosed to the world in what has to be regarded as one of the most important scientific announcements in our time.

GN: Very good. Is this person, Steven - if you can tell me - is he a physicist by any chance?

SG: Um - no. Well, I guess anyone dealing with this kind of energy would be a type of physicist, but not a formally trained physicist. This is somebody who is what you would consider an innate genius in this area and since childhood had a very deep, almost intuitive knowledge of electromagnetism, electrical circuits and things of this sort.

GN: One of Albert Einstein's protégés many years ago, his name was John Wheeler, once said about this kind of energy that in the volume of a cup of coffee there is enough energy to evaporate all of the world's oceans. It's that powerful and could provide that much energy to the world and if you are able --

SG: If you can harness it, yeah.

GN: Yeah, I was just going to say, if you can harness it - my gosh, you're going to save humanity!

SG: Well, this is why I'm talking to you. I returned from this trip, … and I wanted to be very very clear that this information got out …because I have to tell you that this is the sort of thing that people have unfortunately in the past been absorbed into operations where these technologies have been suppressed. People have been murdered, people have been imprisoned, people have had these things bought out only to sit on the black shelf at a major corporation.

GN: Mm Hmm.

SG: That is not a conspiracy theory. We can prove this in a court of law that this has happened over and over again. And the reason that we are moving quickly to let the world know that this exists is that the ultimate shield against that happening is two things: Number one - my absolute assurance that I will take a bullet before I will let this be suppressed, and number two - that there is no amount of money, that you cannot put enough zeros after a one, to buy us out and keep this thing from getting out to the public. In addition to that, the public needs to understand if anything is to happen to this prospect that is a suppressive effort, that they should absolutely, if they have to, march in the streets to see that it is released again. This is the time for this nonsense, where these sorts of inventions have been suppressed and where humanity has been left basically in a state of downward spiral of poverty and pollution and what have you. We simply have to reverse that trend.

And of course, you're taking on a five trillion dollar global energy and utility and transportation sector that deals with fossil fuels. But it is really time for that era to close and for another era to open. Even as the President said in his State of the Union address after 9-11, it is a national security imperative that we become energy independent.

GN: Absolutely!

SG: And there's no question that the situation we're facing around the world today and the vulnerability of so many nations is related to our unnecessary addiction and dependence on fossil fuels - oil, coal, things of this sort. And these technologies, which have been so long suppressed, they're almost legendary. But I have to tell you, the other important thing - and anyone technical listening to this will know what I'm talking about - we have seen in the last few years a number of devices that looked very promising, but they don't put out energy in a form that's usable. This thing, if you can imagine as I've described it operating, put out energy at 60 hertz, 110 volts, correct amperage, ran whatever we wanted to plug into it and did so for as long as we left it to do so. Now this is something which, in all my experience going all over the world studying this, I have never witnessed anything like this!

We can see no explanation in the way of a hoax for this and the scientist is completely without guile, honest, straightforward and it was an honor to be with this person. I felt like I was in the presence of someone like Tesla as I saw this person work and to see my science advisor, Dr. Ted Loder, who is a tenured professor of science at the University of New Hampshire, there working beside the man who very openly showed everything and let everything be hooked up by our scientific team. It was just an extraordinary experience and I just hope and I pray and I hope others will be praying with us that we can be guided aright to get this out as quickly as possible to a world that, at this virtually the twelfth hour, certainly needs to find some way of living on this planet without cannibalizing the Earth that sustains us.

GN: Steven, I sense this air of immediacy coming from you. Have you or has this inventor been threatened at all about this?

SG: No, not at all, and the reason we haven't is that immediately, I have moved this into some very high circles. I mean, you know we have in our network - in the Disclosure Project network and in the corporate entity, the Space Energy Access Systems, which by the way, the website for that is seaspower.com. We have access to virtually anyone of significance in the world today. I mean, literally not six degrees of separation, not really one degree of separation, and we are beginning to notify the correct people that such a thing exists. It would be very very difficult, with me talking on this show tonight and with the phone calls we've made this week, quite frankly, for this thing to disappear. So we have not received those threats.

Remember, in 2001, we had over a hundred military and intelligence witnesses and their testimony put out in book and video form and many of them with top secret SDI-TK clearances, holding very sensitive information. Not a single one of them were ever visited and told to be quiet and the reason they haven't is because we have strategically created security around what we're doing such that it would be extremely dangerous for that group to do that. However, the reason I feel it very important for the public to know this, and everyone listening needs to refer this show to their friends - very important because I think that people need to understand that the kinds of operations that have kept these things secret do so only in the shadows. They cannot do it in a spotlight shining on them. They function only like vampires in the dark shadows and in the darkness of night. And if we put this thing out into the light and the people understand what it's worth to the future of humanity and to our children's children's children, the people will not let it be suppressed again.

GN: All right, Steven. Stay with us because I want to chat with you a little bit about how this kind of energy actually works and how soon you think in terms of it being a reality, could get into households. I'm George Noory. Stick with me. This is Coast to Coast A.M.

GN: Welcome back to Coast to Coast. I'm George Noory with Dr. Steven Greer. Steven, because of your heavy involvement in really defining proof of extraterrestrial existence, and what you know, what are the possibilities that this individual who has invented this apparatus might have reverse-engineered it from some source up there?

SG: Zero.

GN: OK

SG: Yeah, I'm very confident that's not the case. In fact, that's one of the criteria we have is that the pedigree, or intellectual property pathway, has to be clean so that it can safely be brought out to the public without the risk of it being legitimately held back by some interests. In this case, I have high confidence that this is a clean pedigree. And, what's more, that the technology is extraordinarily simple. Now, of course, I guess the genius in all simple things is to understand how to do it. And I don't pretend to know that. This is - I tell people - I remember when I was at the Pentagon doing a briefing for the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency I said, you know, "I'm just a country doctor here in Virginia."

GN: (chuckles)

SG: And you know, really, I don't pretend to be a physicist or theoretician. We have some very good people who are and who would understand that better, but I can certainly say that this particular inventor, I think that there is zero chance that he discovered this from anything other than his own ability to experiment - the good old fashioned empirical scientific method - and came up with this after many many years of looking into it. But the astonishing thing is the relative simplicity of it. I know that this device had to have weighed less than twenty pounds, that it was small, no more than a foot to foot and a half in diameter. We could see straight through it, see all the components of it, no hidden battery or energy sources and it operated as I described it. So, this of course meets the criteria of what we've been looking for and wanting to get protected in our network and get it disseminated and secured and out to the public, we hope at least in terms of it being in a form that would be very stable and functioning and easy to use. If not commercially available, at least something that would be disclosable and transportable to any scientific lab. We hope to have that done in the next few months and known by the public certainly this year and hopefully mid-year. So again, it's hard to say. This is a very very early stage of an important and rather rigorous process on our part, but we're going to go with all due speed.

GN: Why would you rule out its - I don't want to say authenticity - but its use within your organization if something did come from extraterrestrial technologies? So what? If you can get it, and harness it, and use it. What's wrong with that?

SG: Oh no, that would be fine, but if it has been ripped off out of a government lab or out of a classified project....

GN: Ah, I get it!

SG: Which are the ones who are doing all that work, George. We wouldn't want to - we really at this stage wouldn't want to deal with that. Although, because I believe those projects are unconstitutional and illegal, one could probably make the legal case. But it would be an encumbered and difficult pathway and this is why we have been searching for what I call a clean or virginal pathway for these technologies, and indeed this is what I believe we have found. Again, I'm sharing this information very early. Some have said that I shouldn't even be discussing it at this stage. However, I think that for security reasons there's safety in numbers. The thing that has had made most of these inventors disappear and most of these efforts disappear are their obscurity. And so, Coast to Coast A.M. is providing a very important service to humanity by letting the people know about this.

GN: Well, when I was talking to Producer Lisa today, she said, "George, I've talked to Steven before, but I've never heard him this immediate, this energized, where he felt he had to say something and say it now." So I said, "All right, let's set it up. Let's get him on!"

SG: Yeah. No, this was something that was just so astonishing and I have to tell you that I felt like we were walking through history as we saw this thing functioning, and the implications of it - if I can just sort of, in a thumbnail sort of sketch, give you the implications of this. Imagine having free energy so that you could desalinate all the water you need to for agriculture and for returning these vast areas of the Earth that have become desert that used to be lush, could be returned to their original condition. Imagine being able to manufacture things with no cost for the energy component, no fuel costs. Imagine the poverty that could be eliminated and the disease and suffering. Most death and suffering into the world is because basic sanitation, clean water, refrigeration, etc., is not available. This can change all that without building multi-billion dollar power plants with transmission lines. Imagine civilizations that do not have electrification now. Just like people went from having no land line phones to having cell phones, they could go from having no power lines to having these devices in their villages and their areas where they could then have a growing level of prosperity and abundance. All the studies have shown that when civilizations move into greater abundance, and with that greater educational opportunity, that the birth rates go down remarkably from ten or eleven per woman down to two or three. So the Malthusian dilemma of all these teeming large populations booming areas and poverty could be corrected. I mean the implications of this are just enormous. In addition, we know that all manufacturing effluent is largely related to the high cost of energy. We have had -- Buckminster Fuller and Archibald MacLeash told me back many years ago in the early seventies, that we already have the technologies to scrub to zero pollution all the manufacturing processes, but they use so darn much electricity that it became a point of diminishing return because the energy sources we were using were polluting.

GN: Of course.

SG: So, In this case, where the energy source is clean and non-polluting and free, you could scrub everything to completely and virtually no pollution into the environment. So you're talking about the ability to literally transform the way humans live on the Earth and therefore lay a real foundation for living together peacefully and eventually going out in space together peacefully. So --

GN: Just, just -- go ahead, Steven.

SG: Yes, I mean, so these are the sorts of implications of this kind of breakthrough. Of course, as people say, there will be winners and losers. Well, 99.999 % of humanity will be the winners. The Earth will be the winner. Our children's children's children will be the winners. Now there are people who have very key interests in the fossil fuel area and this is not to be trivialized. But I think that our goal is to do this in a way that would protect and empower those segments by having them have some kind of a cushion as these technologies are phased in and the old smokestack technologies are phased out. This can certainly be done if we're wise about it and if the current holders of the existing technologies are wise in allowing the transition to happen in an orderly fashion.

GN: Tuesday, George Bush in his State of the Union address was pushing for the use of hydrogen fuel in cars, which is something I've been jumping up and down for, for years now. But, one of the problems today with the hydrogen fuel is to generate the kind of electricity in order to generate the hydrogen.

SG: That's right.

GN: And that has been a serious problem, so my two-fold question - my question two-fold is will your zero point energy concept - would that work directly in automobiles or could you use it to create the electricity to make the hydrogen for the cars?

SG: Well, the answer is both. In other words, you already have two hundred million cars on the road in America, and six hundred and some million in the world. Those are using oil and gas. The ideal thing to do initially - because most people are not going to yank the engine out of their car and buy a multi-thousand dollar engine.

GN: No, they can't afford it.

SG: So what you want to do is use this free energy to have a way of cracking the hydrogen off of water and then have that hydrogen run the cars. I have just met with an inventor who has a fuel injector that you can screw into where your spark plug goes and the car will run on hydrogen! So this technology would allow that to be feasible what the President called for. So the existing internal combustion cars and trucks could be converted to clean burning hydrogen until such time that all the cars that are made come out with a purely electric propulsion system that would be running off of this generator. So I think that, you know, this can be done. Again, we intend to get this information, when we have the final scientific reports in a few months, to the President and to his inner circle. We certainly can get access to that. And I think that this would be an important thing for the National Security Council, the aspect of it that deals with economic security and energy issues, to know about because there's no question. I mean, whether you're on the left or the right, or whatever, everyone acknowledges today that it is in the long term, and even short term interest of the United States to wean ourselves off of this addictive black gold known as oil. And I think that the sooner that can be done, the sooner we can move on to a new and more hopeful phase in our history.

GN: Zero Point energy results from the principals of quantum mechanics, which has to do with the physics of subatomic phenomena. Would you explain that for us so that most of us can understand just what we're talking about here?

SG: Well, as I understand it, if you look at the space around us, not outer space, just the space in the room where you're sitting. That space and the structure of space and the actually fundamental level at which matter and energy is fluxing out of some very potent field of energy. That's in some type of a sort of homeostasis. And what these technologies do is that it sort of perturbs the homeostasis enough to tap into that baseline energy or that energy that's in the quantum vacuum, some would call it, that's around us, that matter and energy are sort of fluxing in and out of and can tap into it and it's almost like pulling energy out of a reservoir of energy that's there all the time but isn't in a form that can actually be used. What these systems do is tap into that energy and in the case of the device that we saw, actually converts it into usable controlled energy on demand, which was the astonishing thing. I have to admit I have seen some other "over unity" systems where there's more energy coming out than put in, but it was in a form that was not electric power that was easily usable or convertible and therefore wasn't really immediately practical and in some cases people were estimating upwards of fifteen million dollars to get it into a form and an access form that this brilliant inventor had in this very simple system that you could literally pick up with one hand and carry out on a sidewalk and turn things on with. So I think that there's such an enormous body of information on this. If you look, there's a new almost thousand page book that Dr. Tom Bearden has put out that's almost encyclopedic in the information on this and he sent me a copy of it. I'm very grateful to him for that and I encourage people to get it if they have the stomach to go through the details. But I think that many people, as I said, Dr. Gene Mallove, Tom Valone, and many people, have studied this and have written about the fact that this has happened and have done sort of an ethnography of this where they've studied where there have been a whole culture of scientists over the last hundred years who have in fact discovered this and have invented devices that worked like this, but they have all met some terrible fate out of, of course, the big special interests and cartels that would like to keep us all metered to the public utility companies and to the gas pumps and while that's certainly understandable, it's no big surprise that people of vast economic and power and geopolitical interests would do such things. We're at the point now that it cannot go forward any further without jeopardizing the entirety of the human future.

GN: How long had your inventor been working on this project?

SG: Seven years.

GN: That's not bad! That's not bad in R & D [research and development]. Did he ever explain to you why this revelation came to him? Why he decided to do this?

SG: Well, this is an individual who has had a passion for electromagnetism and electricity since apparently age seven. By age ten was taking things apart and coming up with just extraordinary innovative little inventions all on his own, as a ten year old person - child. And now, of course, put his focus on this and also did study the - very carefully the study of the early greats like Tesla and Faraday and Maxwell and what have you. And in fact, apparently, between that knowledge and his own experimentation, intuition, insight - a gift if you want to call it - was able to devise this system. I have to say we were stunned.

I know that three of the members of our board of directors were there, and one of them is a very successful businessman who was just completely in a state of - stunned - because of the implications of this thing. Because this particular businessman was telling me how he spends two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year just in electric utility bills for his business and I went "My god in heaven! I would like to make that much as a doctor!"

He said, "Yes, that's just my electric utility bill."

I said, "Oh my gosh. Imagine what that would do!" And this person is not General Motors, of course, but what … efficiency it could add to our civilization and the cost reduction it could bring to manufacturing and the ability for each home to have its own - even micro-agricultural greenhouse where you have a computer controlled delivery of water, heat, and what have you, under controlled circumstances. The energy would be free. You could, almost in any climate, have and grow organically almost anything you would need. The rate-limiting thing to most of these developments is the high cost of energy and the very polluting forms of energy. If you change that equation you fundamentally change the way humans live on Earth.

GN: Now realistically, Steven, if you had no obstacles, and you're going to have some, but if you didn't have any, when do you think you might be able to get something like this to market, or at least to a practical test phase?

SG: A practical test phase - we're shooting for two to three months, and out to then a manufacturable prototype after the test phase, perhaps a year or so, and then after that to market. We hope that by the first quarter or mid-2004 these can be made available. Now, of course, we don't know what we're going to encounter and when you get into these sorts of engineering issues you may run into all kinds of disappointments and so I'm speculating here, but this is our intention and we intend to be able to do that. And remember, there are many applications for this. Imagine if you had a power up system for satellites so that you didn't have them failing in their power or having solar panels that had micro-meteorites damaging them, you could extend the life of satellites and save an enormous amount of money. If you had these things, these sort of power systems eventually could be in every appliance so that every appliance wouldn't even need to be plugged in. Eventually you could have construction so homes wouldn't even have wiring. Every lamp and every appliance could have its own power source. This thing is efficient and miniaturizable, if there is such a word - so that you could do this and you would be able to have everything that is made have its own power source and it would completely change the way architecture and construction takes place. Of course the list just goes on and on, but our goal is to be able to do this at least in a generation one stable, usable system, certainly within a year to year and a half. I would like to think sooner, but knowing how things happen in the world, I think it could very well be that long or a bit longer. I would caution we don't want to take too much longer. We are going to be very aggressively capitalizing this, putting the funds into this, so that that can be done and we can collapse the timeframe because, frankly, Tom Bearden and I were discussing this one time just before we were meeting with members of, doing a briefing for, the staff of the senate environment committee. He said that if these new technologies don't begin to roll off of the conveyor belt like sausages by the first quarter, or some time around that, of 2004, given the fact that the biosphere is being so strained, given the geopolitical tensions, we may simply just be out of time. So, I think it's a stroke before midnight and we really need to make this project succeed. I hope that this technology holds up to the scrutiny. I can't say that at this point. I can say that the onsite testing was extremely promising and I'm hopeful that it will hold up to reproduceability studies and to the scientific analysis that are required in our society and which our team requires, so that will be done in the next few months and we will hope for the best.

GN: All right. And you're still going to continue to follow up with your Disclosure Project, I'm sure.

SG: Yes, this is the first part of it and in fact this is one of the big disclosures. Remember, UFOs are secret not because people are so afraid so much of extraterrestrials but because UFOs themselves are running off of energy and propulsion systems that would replace the need for oil and gas. So, the secrecy has been mostly out of greed, not out of a security.

Dear Sir,

I belong to the french CNRS (Centre National de la rechercheScientifique). I am 65 and I am "Directeur de Recherche". I attended in 1958-1961 the french aeronautical School (Ecole Nationale Superieure de m'Aeronautique de Paris). Then I worked as a test engineer on solid propellent rockets (missiles for submarines)

1965 I join the french research and build MHD convertors (many years before they would become the main sources of electrical power for battle space stations).

1972 : Astrophysicist, theoretical cosmology, geometry.

I wrote 32 books.

That's for my curiculum vitae. In 1975 I started to be interested in MHD propulsion and published several papers on the subject. I directed a phd thesis on shock wave cancellation par Lorentz force field action. This was evidently closely related to ufo's technology. Papers in international MHD meetings (Moscow 1983, Tsukuba, Japan, 1987, Pekin, China, 1990).

I am close to publish a book, at the very begining of 2003 (january) whose title is "UFOS and secret US weaponnery". I think the content of this book brings elements related to what you say in the disclosure project. I explain. In 2001 I attended an international meeting devoted to advanced propulsion.There I met US scientists involved in black programs, like Aurora. At the end of the meeting what I learned there completed my own conslusion on the subject. I will try to resume that as briefly as I can.

• I was told there that US got some "unconventional" ship in Roswell, 1947. This ship was not designed to cruise from a star to another star. It was just an hypersonic shuttle. For uncleared reasons this ship crashed on ground and was recovered by the US army. Immediatly this bought to the US official the absolute proof that ufos were vehicules coming from other planets. The goverment decided to try to pick technology from that and to desinform other countries. That is for a great care was bought to show the ufo suject as insane and ridiculous. This politic is still active in Europe. The goal was to use alien technology to make new weapons and only that (...). At the begining of the seventies they began to understand that MHD (Magneto Hydro Dynamics) had something to do with ufos. It does not make an interstellar travel possible but corresponds to shuttle flight, for example. Then the american decided to develop MHD in deep secrecy, while the succeded to convice other countries that such technics could not bring very interesting things. They let civil MHD (oriented towards electricity production) starving and finally it died. At the same time they developped MHD torpedo, for example. I went in USA in 1984 and attended some MHD international (civil) meeting. There, the atmosphere was quite sad. People claimed their goverment were definitively not interested in MHD. I remember a guy named Solbes, working with Kerrebrock, who said, when he saw me :

• Gentlemen, may I present to you a man who still believe in MHD projects...

and he laughed. But in secrecy the first military applications were already operational. In 2001 I was told in England that the US MHD torpedo cruised at 1000 knots in ... 1980. Now its velocity is close to 1500 knots. Very few people know that this weapon is a reality. I know how it is designed and if this corresponds to yout disclosure project I can describe it and give all desired technical details.

At the begining of 1990 the americain started to test the spy aircraft "Aurora". This is an extraordinary machine and if you have some place for that (does disclosure have a website ? ) I can send you all details about Aurora. This is an hypersonic machine. it takes off by its own, with ordinary turbofans. Then it climbs and cruises at supersonic velocity, up to Mach three. At such velocity and altitude the air inlet which is located down is closed. The supersonic air is driven through another inlet, located on the flat top of the machine. Before the air entry : a wall MHD generator. The gaz is slowed down, compressed but not heated. This transformation is achieved without creation of a shock wave. So that this compressed air can be admitted in a ... normal turbofan, mixed with kerozen, and so on. The electric power produced by the wall generator is directed to a wall accelerator located juste behind the outlet of the motor (four units).An additional thrust is bought. They call it "MHD bypass".

The so-called Hall effect gives high voltage. An electric discharge creates a plasma which protects the leading edge, working like a protecting cushion. In such configuration, Aurora gets a 100,000 ft altitude and 6000 knots velocity. It flies as a "wave rider", surfing on its own shock wave. Then an additional thrust given by rocket transforms it into a low altitude spy satellite. The re-rentry process is operated using wall MHD convertor to transform kinetic energy into electricity, moderate heat and radiation. Aurora can take off and land by its own. Aurora is directly derived from the carefull study of the Roswell machine. The Russian had the same project, called "Ajax", but not enough money.

On another hand the B2 are not the "real ones". The machine that are shown to people are nothing but delusions. The "real B2" fly only by night. Their technology is different. They fly at 100,000 feet and 6000 knots but do not create shock waves. They can take off from US, fly to antipodes, drop bombs and come back in a night. As Aurora they are completely surrounded by a plasma and are full Stealth machines. I can describe these machines too. In the middle of the sixties, Americans discovered new energy sources. They discovered it by accident, while conducting underground nuclear tests in Nevada. The goal was to compress material by "magnetic compression" (a system invented by Andrei Sakharov in 1952). In the sixties, Sakharov achieved 25 megabars with simple chemical explosives. The US military decided to use a "small fission bomb," but the result was quite different. The pressure was so high that they synthesized a certain amount of antimatter. Later they discovered how to store this antimatter, in magnetic bottles. These are the source of energy of a new kind of machine, disk-shaped, propelled by MHD, which can cruise at Mach ten at low altitude. It is the "perfect hypersonic cruise missile" that no rocket can bring down.

They can store antimatter in crystals (electrostatic confinement) and have produced billions of "bucky balls," as large as an egg, including its thermal shield for re-entry. Power: 40 tons of TNT. This power is so small that they can... be used (no nuclear winter!). The Americans have produced enough of such bombs that they could destroy a country as large as China. They tested bigger antimatter bombs on other planets. In such weapons, antimatter is not stored in the bomb but synthesized by compression when the bomb hits the target.

They developed high specific impulse MHD accelerators, used for space propulsion. All the solar system was explored in secret.

This is weaponry, but if it was used for peaceful purposes, it would be this fantastic source of energy that would "put flowers in deserts." All was developed for military purposes.

By the way, if one has antimatter, he owns enough energy to make transmissions and produce any kind of atom he wants, from the nitrogen of the air or from the stones of the roads. Aliens have no industrial productions. Any object can be copied, transformed into many copies, through this technique. That's why they are not interested in our materials and "treasures."

This leads to antigravity systems. We know how they work. It is probably different from what you can imagine. Currently, Americans are trying to build interstellar vehicles. That's why they came to this international workshop.

I think you are right. They have destroyed UFOs with energy beams. All this is not controlled. We are close to face a "Space Folamour effect."

We have had some contacts with aliens, since 20 years, from time to time. Generally they sent simple letters. Sometimes, rarely, there were short physical contacts.
