EMP Weapons: The Technology of Violence

EMP Weapons Within Everyone's Reach

( Electromagnetic pulse )

January 28, 2006

A year or two ago I got chewed out by an honest housewife because I had reported the existence of American websites presenting weapons using electromagnetic pulses, for individual use. It is true that the right to bear arms is written into the second amendment of the American constitution. but the type is not specified. Thus an American strolling around with an antimatter weapon for personal use would be in compliance with his country's constitution.

In America, anything that is not explicitly illegal is totally permitted. One can therefore buy any type of weapon in the USA. Let us note the emergence of a very prosperous market concerning the distribution of weapons delivering electromagnetic pulses, constituting an already very extensive range, at very affordable prices, with end-of-year promotions. See:

http://www.plans-kits.com/kits.html

You will see that for 475 dollars you can acquire a 65-kilowatt weapon, which constitutes a fairly interesting power/price ratio.

As this advertisement indicates, this rifle emitting electromagnetic waves is very simple to use: you just press the ON/OFF button to caramelize at a distance the brain of an impolite neighbor.

So that your neighbors will finally respect you, " Buy now ! "

Tell yourself that if you don't buy this thing, it's your neighbor who will acquire it.

When will we see the individual atomic weapon? Below, the portable nuclear device " Davy Crocket" ( 1961 ), which is a bit dated it is true.

This page shocked some readers. When one has the perspective that comes with age, one can see that our social situation follows that of the United States with a delay measurable in decades. At the time when the black-and-white film " Blackboard Jungle " with Glenn Ford came out on our screens, our cops wore kepis and capes and directed traffic at intersections with white sticks. We watched, aghast, as the actor, playing the role of a middle-school teacher, faced the leader of a gang of teenagers brandishing a knife in the middle of class. That was ... 40 years ago. Today a French teacher is stabbed in the middle of her classroom.

The phenomenon of serial killers is multiplying just as are sex crimes. A few decades ago this situation was already endemic across the Atlantic. We too had our Landrus, our Doctor Petiots. But it did not seem as frequent. Nowadays not a week goes by without mention of the case of a little girl raped ( as yesterday ) or of children murdered, beaten to death ( as yesterday again ). It seems this is beginning to become the norm, that the world is becoming crazier and crazier.

When the film Razzia sur la Schnouff came out in 1954, Jean Gabin, infiltrating the underworld, introduced us to the shady world of drugs, of dope, of smack. But it had not yet entered our schools, our prisons. Now it has. When I was a kid, at Lycée Carnot, we didn't even know what the word " drug " meant.

It is not because we don't talk about what is developing in the USA that we will be spared. That would only mean burying our heads in the sand before the deadlines of our future, near and increasingly worrying.

What this dossier shows is that science and technology are, across the Atlantic, being put in the service of the ambient madness. The electromagnetic pulse generator shown above is only the "civilian" version of a gadget developed for the military. All of this shows that politicians do nothing to slow the spread of technologies for deadly use.

A reader who works as a graphic designer pointed out to me numerous sites offering mail-order purchase of video games "for adults, over 16 or over 18" that are incredibly unhealthy, morbid ( I even found a "satanic" game whose leitmotif is: "give yourself the pleasure of sinning" ) exploiting the latent sadistic tendencies in human beings. What should we do? Talk about it? Keep quiet about the invasion by these new "products"? In the name of a sacrosanct freedom we are preparing painful tomorrows for ourselves. The fact of displaying brutal and deadly, monstrous images ( Screem ) creates effects of mimicry. The electromagnetic weapons presented above can create serious brain lesions. Hence the expression "disabling weapons". In the USA no law opposes the sale of such objects. Will we equip ourselves in France with laws limiting such distribution? I doubt it. Here, no one does anything. No one lifts a finger to try to address the rise of these schools of violence.

Mr. Petit,

I have just read your dossier " EMP Weapons Within Everyone's Reach ". In it, you write: " A reader who works as a graphic designer pointed out to me numerous sites offering mail-order purchase of video games "for adults, over 16 or over 18" that are incredibly unhealthy, morbid ".

Just a small clarification ( a big one all the same ). All these ultra-violent video games are not sold by mail order. They are sold everywhere there is business to be done. They are displayed in the " video games " aisles of every large supermarket in France and Navarre. You have to get it into your head that they

represent the new generation of games. This new generation will possess insane technical capacities for realism, so fabulous are the advances in synthetic imagery at the moment. And every single day that God makes, hundreds of young people pass through the aisles of the big chains and

can freely buy all this virtual crap. Who will forbid a 12-year-old kid from buying a butchery game, an ultra-morbid game that is normally forbidden to under-18s? The cashier??? The department manager??? The store director???

The under-18 restriction is a sham, a pure illusion that the publishing companies use to protect themselves and do their dirty business quietly.

To the question " what can we do? ", there are several possible solutions. One of the most effective would be political. A pure and simple ban on these ultra-violent video games.

But why not a citizen action of the " GMO uprooting " type ???

We would need a " José Bové " of computing! A group of citizens, in a large supermarket ( which would surely not expect it ) would break ultra-violent CDs, freely accessible, and calmly walk out. Discreetly, a member of the "commando" would film the scene, for media purposes.

When will we see a squad of CRS protecting this lawful commercial activity.

Latest news: The Lafleur commando is still holding a supermarket director, forcing him to watch 15 hours a day the series he sells in his store. In case management does not withdraw these psycho-toxic products from sale, the kidnappers threaten to feed the hostage exclusively with genetically modified products. The family sends a desperate message: " no, not that! ".

**Ultimate provocation: the commando leader leaves his card: **

Instead of waging an energetic campaign to reduce the level of violence shown on television, we prefer to equip our law-enforcement officers with Tasers, with electric Karchers, imagining that this will solve the problems when it will only multiply them tenfold. No one reacts. Our screens are full of morbid series where young actors wearing rubber gloves lean over corpses and joke. ( "the bullet entered here, then ricocheted off such-and-such a bone, and finally..." ). These series, whose number has multiplied spectacularly, are spawning ... vocations among young people who want to join the forensic police.

Happy Halloween! How have men become crazy enough to create a holiday dedicated to monstrosity? The answer is simple: money, always money. There is a market...

I think back to a scene from Spielberg's series "Taken". At one point two ten-year-old children are face to face. They are going to the Halloween party. We are in the United States. Suddenly a cute little blond with blue eyes, evoking the recent crisis of a man who has in his brain an object that triggers terrible seizures in him, says to another kid:

- We know your father is crazy...

The other throws himself at him. The mother intervenes, calms things down.

*- His father is sick. He has a brain tumor. He is going to be treated. *

The little blond immediately changes his attitude:

*- I ... am sorry. I didn't know. Excuse me. - It's okay. - If you want, we'll go to the Browns'. Apparently they have cool monsters. *

No one notices this innocuous little sentence. Later on, people are surprised that young people commit murders wearing those masks, when " it was just for fun ".

Keep going, keep letting your kids play with this nonsense! One day you will be surprised to find them in the dock of an assize court.

- I ... don't understand what happened...

When one finally decides to open one's eyes, one realizes that our television series serve us murder by the ladleful every day, to the point of nausea. It is the standard product of the small screen. People are so stupefied that they no longer even notice. Even when Hercule Poirot, with his well-cut suit and his waxed mustache, unravels plots, it is still of murders that he speaks to us, in a polished tone. It has reached a point where even Poirot's series I can no longer stand.

Do you hear all this? Do you not see that this shapes people's minds, sculpts their unconscious? We should as quickly as possible root out every image of murder from the media, in every country. But that is utopian.

It is going to be hard, to change things. That is why lots of people, young people, are taking part in the Savoir sans Frontières operation. It feels good, for once, to scatter to the four winds products that contain nothing toxic, that awaken people's minds, instruct them, make them laugh, make them dream in the right direction.

Our world is racing toward its ruin, but people don't see it. I read that in the USA the effect of offshoring had already practically transferred all civilian industry to countries with lower wage costs, like China. The country's economy has only one backbone left: the arms industry. That is why wars must persist, to keep exports going, break equipment, clear stocks. In France Chirac made headlines with a recent speech delivered during a visit to Île Longue, in Brittany, where he advocates maintaining our strike force. As the weapons involved are now oversized more modest ones will be designed, better suited to the "problems". We will eventually be able to strike "people who threaten our supplies". He is thinking about jobs, good old Jacques.

If this continues at this rate we will become like the United States. We are heading that way at breakneck speed

Here at home Villepin talks to us about employment while Alstöm is preparing to create a design office of 2000 engineers in India. It was in Le Monde.

This will multiply our social tensions tenfold. I read that since 2000 the planet has counted 550,000 "new billionaires". For the others, see Ziegler's book, if you have a strong enough stomach, of course. You will discover there that the most predatory octopuses live ... in Switzerland, which " washes whiter ".

It is going to be hard to save the world, I swear to you. I have the weakness to believe that we can still change the course of things, provided we pay the price, envisage drastic changes in mentalities, in behaviors, that the curtains fall, that truths be known, lies denounced. With the Internet we have the power to make known what is being hidden at all costs: the galloping rise of social inequalities. I will explain soon.
