trionphant_vanguard

Two employees of the English and French navies, Messrs Vanguard and Triomphant, carrying in their pockets flasks of anthrax bacilli, collided in a corridor along which they were walking and where total darkness reigned. Both had switched off their flashlights to avoid being spotted, counting on their particularly keen hearing to detect the approach of any other night owl. But as they were both tiptoeing along, neither heard the other coming. The collision having occurred at low speed fortunately caused no damage to their dangerous cargo.

Following the lecture I gave on 9 March 2009 at the École Polytechnique (l'X)

Confirmed: the Americans are indeed withholding information concerning the results obtained on the ZR machine, following the 2008 tests. .
The French are doing and will do nothing. Effect of the pressure exerted by the Megajoule and ITER lobbies and ... incomprehension. Timidity on the military side.
Deafening silence in the science media, which follow the instructions (but in any case understand neither the approach nor the ins and outs)

There are none so deaf as those who will not understand.

News in brief: During an international congress devoted to hypersonic flight, a retiree, a former Cnrs researcher, ran over with his wheelchair an aeronautical journalist who had claimed, on a Quebec radio station, that he had passed off a hang-gliding accident as a workplace accident in order to collect a pension.

Authentic

The author of this is the aeronautical journalist Bernard Thouanel. Below is the end of a long insulting email he sent me on 22 November 2009. Header Thouanel To finish with your story about Claude Poher. I perfectly confirm that he told me your story on the phone. I don't see why he would have invented such nonsense. I had no intention whatsoever of making it public because I felt I had nothing to gain from it on a personal level. And if in the end you had had a hang-gliding accident and found that the fall of an electromagnet was more poetic, that was your problem, not mine. Franois Bourbeau had somewhat forced my hand by asking me to confirm this fact on the airwaves of his radio station. I don't hold it against him, he's from Quebec, and unlike you, he's honest... I have nothing else to add. Bernard Thouanel Excerpt from his recent interview: http://www.paperblog.fr/2487136/ovni-interview-de-bernard-thouanel-ii thouanel
