Derek Walkin makes death threats

Lying scoundrels from all countries, unite!

to February 21, 2006: Painful Mythomania](manipulations1.htm#mythomanie)** March 22, 2006 A sad fellow

A few months ago I had started to support Jimmy Walter and his team, authors of a DVD titled:

REOPEN 911

A remarkable work, both technically and in terms of courage. These people live in a country where they aren't afraid to shoot a President, like John F. Kennedy, or a charismatic leader, like Martin Luther King.

In this regard, Americans impress me. They represent both the worst and the best of humanity. Let's salute these men and women who really have courage. And if they, who live in the lair of the monster, have courage, we who live five thousand kilometers away must have it too.

When the documents, funded by Jimmy Walter, appeared in France, they were in the form of a DVD:

Walter spent part of his fortune to finance the production of this two-hour forty-minute DVD, available in English with many subtitles.

It would be good, by the way, to have a dubbed version, of good quality, and also a short version, 52 minutes, in line with television channel standards. We have asked, unfortunately without success, Walter and his team to send us the "masters" of these videos, including the image tracks without sound and without musical accompaniment, which would allow us to make a montage (we know people who can do this for free).

These videos were posted in different languages on echo sites. This wasn't without difficulties and we noticed that some sites no longer allowed access to the documents, having been quickly taken offline. But meanwhile some of us had captured them and we quickly put them back online on other echo sites that were immediately created by readers. In any case, the initial echo site, for French speakers, was accessible today, February 19, 2006, at the address:

http://www.reopen911.be

From this site you can watch streaming videos like:

http://streaming.reopen911.org/video/PainfulDeceptions_french.html

still accessible today. In any case, I had asked readers to convert the DVD and files into other formats, directly readable on computers, which they did, offering themselves as "volunteer burners". It was suggested that people send blank CDs with sufficient postage for their return, and these volunteers then distributed a certain number of copies to those who requested them.

In January 2006, three of these volunteers (to my knowledge) received a postcard posted from Dallas, Texas, all cut in the same model. Here is the back:

:

Reclose 911 means "close the 9/11 file". These cards are distributed by "The six floor museum", otherwise known as The Sixth Floor Museum, the place from which Lee Oswald is said to have fired the shots that killed President Kennedy.

A reader made a very relevant comment. In the word Reclose 911, the author used the French "un" instead of the American "un". Indeed, Americans do not put a "little hook" on top of the "un" but a simple vertical bar. It is so systematic for them that this remark has a good chance of being true. So, when you want to manipulate, you have to think of everything.

Other readers add: "threatening letters, people never sign them."

Let's now look at the front of the card:

**The "Sixth Floor Museum" from which Lee Oswald is said to have fired the bullets that killed Kennedy **

You can clearly see the building from which the shots that caused the death of President Kennedy are said to have come.

Here is the card received by another collaborator, Steve Higler, who asked me to mention his name and address. This time it's the "Lee Oswald shooting position", on the sixth floor of the building, that is shown on the front.

Dallas: the "Lee Oswald shooting position"

And here is the back:

**There, the "un" are even less American. A Yankee would read 77, without the slightest ambiguity. ** --- ** **

**Received on February 23, 2006: Another card, received by a Belgian volunteer burner. **

Obviously, everyone has received them.

Hello Jean-Pierre,

I am sending you an email to let you know that I have received this famous postcard from Derek Walkin. I am on the list of volunteer burners. I have come to the same conclusion as you, I imagine. This character Derek Walkin seems to be the imaginary "powerful and mysterious" friend of this Sylvain Roques. This gives him this mystery and importance in the eyes of others to fill an existential void or perhaps just a simple satisfaction of his ego. Well, let's not give this story too much importance. I think that was the inherent purpose of all this.

Attached are the front and back images of the scanned postcard.

If you think it is interesting to put this online, please gray out the references to my address and name.

Received a message from a Quebecer correspondent, who was also on the list of volunteer burners and who also received a similar card ten days ago. It is likely that everyone has received them. Like many readers, he concludes that this text was written by a Frenchman.

Clearly, these cards, posted from the United States, were composed by a non-American and very likely by a Frenchman. Indeed, one of the recipients received an anonymous phone call where his unknown correspondent, a French speaker disguising his voice, said "if you don't stop collaborating with Jean-Pierre Petit, we will take your son and break his arms and legs". The couple filed a complaint against an unknown person.

What do these postcards mean? That a certain Derek Walkin is sending these threatening postcards?

I doubt it. Any idiot who has stayed in the United States and brought back such cards could put any signature on them, send them to a correspondent who would post them from there, to provoke a reaction, create a damaging situation, a source of lawsuits, for example. Why not put "Donald Rumsfeld" or "George Bush" on the card?

These cards mean nothing at all. However, there is still one strange point that deserves to be noted. Will it be clarified? That's another matter. About a year ago, a certain Sylvain Roques contacted me. Here is his email:

sylvainroques@free.fr

You can find information about him quite easily, using Google. Here is not his private address, but the contact details of his company or the French subsidiary of the company he is said to represent

Vivimus Toulouse 17 avenue de Rangueil espace B 43 31400 Toulouse

there is also a phone number. Personally, I always ended up on his answering machine.

05 61 25 47 83

This reader of my site expressed interest, about a year ago, when I had started to ask my readers to help me fund the translation of my comics into foreign languages, the flat fee requested being 150 euros. Roques insisted for many months, telling me that if I opened this possibility to sponsors linked to companies I could find funding more easily. I was not very favorable to this formula, but after much effort I finally accepted. Roques then sent me two checks, one of 150 euros and another of 50 euros, which were addressed to two translators of my comics, the first translating into English and the second into Catalan. Roques sent me the logo of "his company", as follows:

So we can see written at the bottom "Method Derek Wilkin". Is there a link with the author of the postcards? Impossible to say. Sylvain Roques thought it wise to detail the different with me on a web page

http://french.cars.free.fr/lanturlu/index.htm

set up at the time when I was trying to get his address to return him the 200 euros of his sponsorship ( we are in a ridiculous situation given the modesty of such a sum). In this page you will find in particular:

Roques is therefore waiting for instructions from an American businessman, regarding my proposal to refund him! This one "advises him to disappear". For a story of two hundred euros (Roques writes "he was the biggest sponsor") : we are in a complete delirium.

In this same page, Roques offers us a specimen of his handwriting.

I have the impression that for months, various people, with a common denominator of their mediocrity, have been doing their best to make me lose my temper. A Canadian journalist compares me to a guru-killer. An aeronautical journalist presented me on his airwaves as a fraud in the work accident insurance. A third one sets up "the official website of the association Savoir sans Frontières" trying at the same time to create an amalgam with the Rael cult. One after another, they fire clumsy shots, wave red rags, but the bull refuses to charge. Worse: the latter takes his paper, his pen, and draws their portrait, in his own way.

For the accident, I respond by presenting the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent by the CNRS demanding "a certificate of non-death". A fraud in the work accident insurance who does everything to avoid paying his pension, admit that it's not very serious, especially for 27 euros a month. My defamer is revealed for what he has always been: an idiot. But everyone already knew that. It just confirmed him in his state.

As for the journalist, see his broadcasts. When I had to listen to them, I forced myself not to fall asleep.

Right now there is another one who uses me as a "keyword"! We had never done that before. What he gained: on Tuesday I will have his book. I will analyze it line by line and make a long reading note.

Next time, my God, what will it be?

I trust my readers and they return the favor. It is this complicity with so many people that annoys others. I think back to the Canadian journalist who received a flood of emails where he was called by all names. His reaction:

- Our hackers have identified the source of these messages. It's Jean-Pierre Petit who sends them, under different emails.....

He did a survey twice. Unfortunately: I was always first! His comment:

*- We know that it's again Jean-Pierre Petit who artificially raised his rating by sending emails under false identities. *

Pathetic....

But let's go back to Vivimus. When you type "vivimus" on Google, you get:

Apparently, the Derek Walkin Method TM is a direct sales system, through the internet. There is a T2 for sale. The contact phone number is the same as Roques'.

I will stop these investigations here. The character seems to offer little interest. Soon after I put online, for free download, the translations of the albums that they had sponsored, in whole or in part, I quickly added a few lines in (bad) English where I introduced myself. Roques then sent me a series of scathing emails, denouncing my abysmal use of the English language, adding that it would give a bad image of his company. I did not comply quickly enough to his liking. It would have been simpler if he had sent me the text, corrected by himself. There is no day that goes by without me having some typo to correct, which my readers point out to me. They know that I work a lot and am often tired. With what I have to deal with, there is enough.

Back to Mr. Roques who then contacted other "sponsors", using them as witnesses and asking them to unite their efforts with his "in order to pressure me to keep my commitments and to finally present proper work". They replied that his approach was somewhat misplaced. As for me, I quickly offered to return his money. But, having only forwarded the checks to the translators, I admit that I had not noted his address, which I had vainly requested in a series of emails.

Things took on ... disproportionate proportions. Roques told how I had cheated him, in a web page that you can easily find. He participated in an interview with a somewhat brilliant Quebec journalist, of a vulgar and foolish kind quite remarkable, where he told his misfortunes that I had caused him, adding, I quote:

*- Since he lost his son, fifteen years ago, Petit only sleeps with pills. It is therefore normal that he goes off the rails from time to time. *

A person who can utter such aggressive and mean sentences can only be deeply unbalanced.

As it was still impossible to get a response from Roques to get back "his expenses", I finally sent him a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and a check, the only solution to put an end to this lamentable farce:

I have not yet received a response to my registered letter. It doesn't matter much.

This move would put an end to a rather bright affair, if it weren't for these strange cards coming from the United States. The addresses of my collaborators were indeed found on my site since the sender, posting all his cards from Dallas, reproduced errors that had crept in there. If readers live in the Toulouse area, they may have the opportunity to meet this Mr. Roques to get more explanations from him.

This page will only stay on my site for a very short time. Just so my readers are aware. After all, it will go into oblivion, into the trash, into the toilets. That's all it deserves.

It's terrible, you know, to return to anonymity when you've done your best to make yourself known. The only thing that can keep you afloat is talent.

I am currently quite busy with the editing of two sites, one dedicated to the operation "Savoir sans Frontières" and the other to the editing of a UFO site. As soon as it becomes a bit clearer I will resume my work on the 9/11 dossier, consisting of building, from the video of Jimmy Walter and other videos produced by the channel Arte, and which then constitute pearls in terms of disinformation, htm documents with still images and short sequences in the form of animated gifs. In one of the two films broadcast by the channel Arte (which, paradoxically, broadcasts documents pointing in a diametrically opposite direction, like the film "Le Nerf de la Guerre", recently rebroadcast) we see a video sequence showing the impact of one of the two planes on one of the twin towers. Strangely, the flash that was just before the impact had been "erased". One of my collaborators, a recipient of one of the cards sent by Mr. Derek Walkin, worked to produce the animated gif below where on one side we see the sequence shown by the Arte channel, which corresponds to a file assembled in the United States, and on the other side a video extracted from the American channel CNN's website.

See my page http://www.jp-petit.com/Divers/PENTAGATE/REOPEN911/image_effacee.htm where this image is present.

DVD Walter

Arte on the left, CNN on the right

It may be this kind of contribution that disturbs people, across the Atlantic. There is still a lot of work to do to analyze, frame by frame, the fantastic fraud found in the second film broadcast by Arte, presented by ... the designer of the twin towers himself, who explains "why they collapsed due to the heat". Walter reacted by offering a one million dollar prize to engineers who would be able to support this explanation in a credible way. No one showed up. We will detail in a future dossier this incredible technological fable. At one point the designer even uses a model that ... shows exactly the opposite of what he wanted to achieve. All of this will have to be shown, explained in terms perfectly accessible to a wide audience and only reinforces the idea that is becoming more and more clear: the only way to bring down these towers in this manner (and especially building 7, a neighbor, which had a "cantilever" structure, completely different) can only be a long-prepared demolition.

This story of threats made on postcards from the United States (Dallas) is beginning to unravel a bit. It is quite pathetic and even shocking on some sides, as it went as far as threatening phone calls (from a French speaker) targeting the young son of one of the couples involved and this is the reason why it will result in a joint legal complaint, because it is necessary to stop such revolting actions. The procedure is ongoing.

It will be seen that all of this is part of a general framework that could be called

The Web and its mythomaniacs

Fortunately, I have readers who take the time to play Sherlock Holmes. Here are their remarks. Before mentioning them, it is necessary to cite Sylvain Roques himself through the account of an expedition he made in the United States in a 2CV Citroën. http://french.cars.free.fr/houston/fhoust3.htm

  • Three minutes later, turning on the television for our daily episode of "Star Trek, next generation", we noticed, surprised, that our watches showed... an hour ahead!? Our flagship ship would have made us cross some mysterious dimensional portal in Lincoln Forest, accelerating our space-time and disturbing local weather phenomena? In fact, a careful examination of the maps by Bruno shows that, if the city of Roswell is not very far, we have, more prosaically, simply crossed... a time zone on a stormy day!...

. ... to celebrate the repair, we decided to break our piggy bank (already damaged by the unexpected repair) and go to a French restaurant to cheer us up. We went there, of course, in a 2CV. A few minutes after placing the order, the chef came to our table, alerted by a customer who arrived after us and asked what this strange French car parked on his parking lot was. At the exit, it will be an American who will approach us, or more precisely the driver of an American who wants to speak to us, if we are willing to wait for his boss to finish dinner at La Cigale. He offers us to wait in the long air-conditioned limousine of his boss, a pharmaceutical industrialist, where we play with the air conditioning settings and review the various channels on the TV, comfortably seated in large leather seats. It's not quite the same as a 2CV! Finally, the driver informs us that "

Mr. Derek Walkin is waiting for us

". We find the francophile industrialist next to our 2CV. He assures us that he has several French cars in his collection: DS, Traction, Panhard and a 2CV Charleston. It is probably true because he is very intrigued by the many small details that differ between our 2CV and his, particularly the engine which seems to him "really very different". And for good reason: according to what he describes, his 2CV is maybe from the 60s, like ours, but obviously it has been completely rebuilt with modern parts. It is the "suicide" doors of our 2CV that amuse him the most. We give him a little tour and bring him back to his limousine, happy.

  • Unlike the French, who barely consider the 2CV as a car, the Americans look at it with a new eye, free of all prejudices, and see the small Citroën, whose design dates back to 1939, just as exotic as a Ferrari Spider 355. The 2CV in the photo is equipped with a custom-made stainless steel exhaust system, which alone costs... the price a French person would hesitate to pay to buy a used 2CV! For the record, it is registered

"CLUSO" (pronounced "clouzo", in reference to the famous inspector!) and lives happily in South Carolina within the collection of fast cars of its happy, and francophile, owner, Derek Walkin.

For information, other readers have also shown up, who also received threatening cards, including in French-speaking countries like Belgium and Canada. Detail: their addresses were all in the list of volunteer burners, reproduced on my site, who had offered to duplicate the documents produced by Jimmy Walter "REOPEN911". Likewise, all these cards had the same error regarding the calligraphy of the numbers "un". Conclusion: the sender of these cards is a Frenchman, not an American. A Frenchman who has a simple contact in Dallas, who re-sends the cards, and the CIA probably has nothing to do with all this.

Moreover, can you imagine "a person as important as this Derek Walkin, driving in a limousine with a driver" would waste time threatening French people by sending cards from Dallas, signed with his name, while making errors in the calligraphy of the numbers?

A remark in passing: the only ones among us who managed to contact Sylvain Roques by phone heard him say, from this Derek Walkin, "that he was a very important man, that it was better to have him as a friend than as an enemy".

  • To summarize. We therefore have a pharmaceutical industry industrialist, a Francophile, driving in a luxurious vehicle, worthy of an American soap opera, owning a collection of cars in South Carolina, who we meet in a limousine in a French restaurant in Taos, New Mexico, who has a TM (trademark, patented) "Vivimus", which has nothing "American" technologically, and who in addition takes the time to grant a license for this kind of product to a type like Roques.

The Vivimus website? Let's perform a request on the Toulouse company register. Vivimus Toulouse: unknown. Request on Whois for the site vivimus.com. It is Roques who responds and "Espace B43" becomes more prosaically Bat B appt 43. Therefore, it is his home. No authentic headquarters.

Commercial: com@vivimus.fr.st Press:mailto:press@vivimus.fr.st Webmaster: web@vivimus.fr.st Recruitment: bobafett@vivimus.fr.st In English: johndoe@vivimus.fr.st Other: contact@vivimus.fr.st

France: france@vivimus.euro.st Other: contact@vivimus.euro.st

Interestingly, the addresses are on an unlimited site and not on the domain name vivimus.com. Therefore, to save money, Roques has taken a hosting without an email address, which is not very serious for the company that "exploits the license of the direct sales process, patented by the powerful Derek Walkin".

Detailing the addresses: com, press, web, contact, france..

Everything is fake.

Bobafett, johndoe: names of television series of the "fiction" type (a character from Star Trek and a hero with "super-powers").

mandat roques

The fake-mythomaniac did not go to the post office to pick up this letter (a few months later the postal order I had sent him to refund me was even returned to me!)

I don't know if you would consider buying a real estate property by using a company as ... phantom. The thing would simply be ridiculous if the mysterious "Derek Walkin" whom Sylvain Roques claims to be, and to whom he would have "bought a license for the use of his exclusive direct sales process Vivimus" had not "sent" threatening cards, from Dallas, to all my collaborating readers who participated in the CD burning and distribution operation of the document of Jimmy Walter "Painfull Deception", one of the Americans, increasingly numerous, who are demanding the reopening of the 9/11 file.

Threatening letters, without a doubt.

ReClose911 Belgium back

instructions Derek Walkin

The text on the card

On one side of the card, a photo of the bookstore from which the shots that caused the death of President Kennedy were supposedly fired. On the other, the instruction "RECLOSE 911", meaning "close the 9/11 file". There were also verbal threats at the same time, going in the same direction, made by a French-speaking person trying to disguise his voice, warning a couple that if they did not stop distributing the copy of Jimmy Walter's CD, they would take action against their ten-year-old son, "breaking his arms and legs".

Only Sylvain Roques claims to know this Derek Walkin, whom he presents on his website as his mentor and thought leader, and whom he said on the phone "it was better to have him as a friend than as an enemy". He will have to explain all this to the gendarmes who will question him following the joint complaint that has been filed. One can only hope that this American actually exists, and not just in his imagination, otherwise it will be necessary to wonder who the real author of these messages is.

Those who have already read the entire page, including what follows, can skip this. This section undoubtedly marks the conclusion of a dark affair, the work of a lamentable pathological liar who tried, through these tricks, to escape anonymity for a moment. It is likely that there will be others, all of whom will meet the same fate:

siege Vivimus2

Continuation of the text installed in February 2006:

One of my readers, living in Toulouse, went to photograph the headquarters of

Vivimus Society 17 avenue de Rangueil, espace B 43 31400 Toulouse

Here is what it looks like. The message is as follows:

Mr. Petit, good day.

I live in the Toulouse suburbs and I went to 17 avenue de Rangueil.

17 is a residential building. On the mailboxes, I did not see the name Vivimus.

It seems that the address is fake.

In the attached file you will find 2 photos of the building.

Mr. Petit, good day.

17 is a residential building. On the mailboxes, I did not see the name Vivimus.

It seems that the address is fake.

In the attached file you will find 2 photos of the building.

The photos:

"The headquarters of the company Vivimus", 17 avenue de Rangueil, Toulouse

According to my correspondent, at this address, if you don't find any trace of this phantom company Vivimus, you will find a mailbox with the name Sylvain Roques. This is his home address, and from this operational base, Mr. Sylvain Roques applies the "Trade Mark" correspondence selling methods, which correspond to a license purchased from the American billionaire Derek Walkin.

There remains a question: who is Derek Walkin?

In Hebrew, Derek means "the way, the path". Added to Walkin ("walk in"), it becomes "walking path" meaning "journey meeting" but also "you are being tricked".

Unless we are given proof to the contrary:

Derek Walkin does not exist

This powerful American businessman is an invention of Roques intended to enhance his companies:

For any other information: Vivimus Europe Inc. P. O. Box 5103 Bridgeton

New Jersey 08302 Vivimus Europe Inc. is a company registered under the laws of Delaware (United States).

Imagine "the powerful Derek Walkin" advising Roques to "play dead" (for a story where he never stopped repeating, even in a radio interview) "that he was the biggest sponsor" for 200 euros !!

Know that Delaware is a tax haven where you can set up a scheme via the Internet. You create a company in "inc" which only needs a post office box in the state in question, which is said to be "the equivalent of a SA", but with only one shareholder, no capital contribution, etc.

http://www.incorporate-usa-direct.com/typedesociete.html http://www.incorporate-usa-direct.com/index.html http://www.axefirm.com/

You can thus protect your personal assets, give the appearance of multinational companies, escape French legislation for a small fee if you choose the right agent. The Internet is the kingdom of all kinds of schemes.

Other readers have used tools to access information about companies on an international scale. Everywhere, the answer is the same:

Derek Walkin: unknown to the battalion

Walkin, the wealthy American with his TM method (who would believe such a story?), is there to try to serve as "guarantee". Roques is leading us astray, trying to exploit the notoriety of others.

He has American contacts, but this Derek Walkin, Roques has imagined him (drawing on some real elements and exploiting memories of TV series). The "TM method" probably aims to dissuade potential imitators, as well as the feared procedural power attributed to Walkin.

Roques needs to know important people, to live off notoriety, and this delayed teenager, perhaps manipulated, lives off tricks, like a Delroux.

There is no need to believe in a reaction from the CIA. These cards are only individual initiatives of "corbies" who, through these maneuvers, want to become interesting, to get out of the gray of their anonymity and mediocrity. The Web can only generate this kind of phenomenon and it is only beginning. We must be aware of it and take it into account in the future to avoid unnecessary time losses. We have better things to do than to be interested in the maneuvers of such fools.

As a way to increase your audience? By giving sensational and provocative interviews in low-level media, by making attacks on people with more audience to provoke their reaction. Others, uncatchable, insolvent, create sites that are nothing but impostures. It's the race for clicks.

There are also entire sites made up of various borrowings, which "hold the top" until the "life of such sites" ends, due to lack of quality input, when there is nothing left to retrieve, to scrape here and there, texts, images. Forums then reveal their boring emptiness, the lack of skills of their "star participants", none of whom can claim real achievements of a confirmed scientist.

There are also small smarties, apprentice gurus who use other people as "keywords" in order to gain notoriety by promoting books with grandiose titles. Is the affair really profitable? We don't know. The Google fee is 4 cents per click, unless I'm mistaken.

This is also the life of the Web: the round of the mediocre who see here a unique chance to emerge from the pile. It's cacophony, the central point of all schemes, dear to Valérian, with his "Shingouz", where the background noise that disturbs the signal causes a waste of time, at a time of all urgencies. Fortunately, the Web is not only that. But for all these contributions, after a brief mention, the only answer will be:

After that, all these people will not even be worth finding by my internal search engine. ---
