Virtual Reality Cosmo Player 3D display virtual interactions
Instructions for controlling the display in
Virtual Reality
You have successfully downloaded Cosmo Player. You have selected one of the objects you want to create images of. The object is displayed in the right window. There, anything can happen. The object may seem too far away. But you can also see it appear on the side. Or you might even end up... inside it.
...At the bottom of the screen, there is a kind of control panel with different controls. Click on the small switch indicated in the red circle. You need to move it to the position indicated below, upwards.
...You then switch to a more convenient control panel. If you click on the arrow just to the right of the red circle, you will then be able to, by clicking on the displayed object, move the object closer or further away using the mouse.
Continuing to the right, the central button controls the rotations. You can then spin the object as you like. But there is a very simple, quite fascinating maneuver. You can "grab" the object by clicking on it with the mouse. Then you start rotating it in any direction and "release" it (you stop pressing the mouse button). The object will then continue to... spin on its own.
...The small cross just to the right controls the translations: up-down and left-right.
