It is a very well-written, clear book, getting straight to the point. No publisher has considered publishing the French version. I think it would be worth it. It is divided into two parts. The first part is 51 pages. The rest consists of appendices and photocopies of documents. It is the "supporting documents" section.
This first part is easy to read, in one go. I don't know if you know what Salas is referring to. I have already spoken about this on my website, in a page from December 2010. Reread this page. It's not trivial.

I reproduce below the translation of the last lines of his book:
The fact that events are now brought to the public's attention means that each of us is called upon to question what we believe is the way we are governed.
If we want to behave as responsible citizens, we must recall some lessons we learned at school. History shows that governments have collapsed when they lost contact with the people they were supposed to lead. This happened when the interests of the people and those who govern them began to diverge.
We can list a few governments that met a similar fate: The British Empire, The Roman Empire, The Spanish Empire. Each of them began to decline when the contact with the people began to break down.
No one wants to be governed by a secret oligarchy serving a small group of individuals. No one wants to see a government solely focused on controlling the lives of its citizens. History shows that this is what the people want.
If it is true that our government has hidden information about extraterrestrial visitors, and may have exploited knowledge from this, without the public being informed, then we are controlled by a secret government that has lost all contact with the people it governs.
