EMP Weapons Within Everyone's Reach
(Electromagnetic pulse)
January 28, 2006
A year or two ago, I got in trouble with a decent housewife because I had reported the existence of American websites presenting weapons using electromagnetic pulses, for individual use. It is true that the right to own a weapon is enshrined in the Second Amendment of the American Constitution, but the type is not specified. Thus, an American walking around with a matter-antimatter weapon for personal use would be in compliance with his country's constitution.
In America, everything that is not explicitly illegal is totally allowed. Therefore, you can buy any type of weapons in the USA. Let's note the emergence of a very prosperous market for the distribution of weapons delivering electromagnetic pulses, offering a wide range already, at very affordable prices, with year-end promotions. See:
http://www.plans-kits.com/kits.html
You will see that for 475 dollars you can acquire a 65 kilowatt weapon, which constitutes an interesting power-to-price ratio.

As indicated by this advertisement, this rifle emitting electromagnetic waves is very easy to use: just press the ON/OFF button to caramelize the brain of an impolite neighbor.
To finally have your neighbors respect you, "Buy now!", in other words, "buy now!"
Tell yourself that if you don't buy this thing, it's your neighbor who will.
When will the individual atomic weapon arrive? Below is
the portable nuclear device "Davy Crocket"
(1961), which is a bit old, to be sure.

This page shocked some readers. When you have the hindsight of years, you can see that our social situation follows that of the United States with a delay measured in decades. At the time when the film "Seed of Violence", in black and white, with Glenn Ford, was released on our screens, our police wore top hats and capes and regulated traffic at intersections with white sticks. We watched, shocked, the actor playing the role of a high school teacher facing the leader of a gang of teenagers brandishing a knife in the middle of class. That was ... 40 years ago. Today, a French teacher is attacked with a knife in the middle of a class.
The phenomenon of serial killers is multiplying as well as sexual crimes. A few decades ago, this situation was already endemic across the Atlantic. We also had our Landru, our Dr. Petiot. But it didn't seem as frequent. Nowadays, there isn't a week without mentioning the case of girls raped (like yesterday) or children murdered, beaten to death (like yesterday again). It seems that it is beginning to be considered normal, that the world is becoming more and more crazy.
When the film "Razzia sur la Schnouff" was released in 1954, Jean Gabin, infiltrating the world of crooks, made us discover the underworld of drugs, heroin, and white powder. But this was not yet entered into our schools,
or our prisons.
Now it is. When I was a kid, at Lycée Carnot, we didn't even know what the word "drug" meant.
It's not because we don't talk about what's developing in the USA that we will be spared. It would only mean to veil the face of our future, near and increasingly worrying.
What this dossier shows is that science and technology are, across the Atlantic, putting themselves at the service of the prevailing madness. The electromagnetic pulse generator shown above is only the "civil" version of a gadget developed for the military. All of this shows that politics do not intervene at all to slow down the spread of deadly technologies.
A reader who works as an infographics designer reported to me numerous websites offering the purchase by correspondence of video games "for adults, over 16 or over 18 years old" incredibly unhealthy, morbid (I even found a "satanic" game whose slogan is: "give yourself the pleasure of sinning") exploiting the latent sadistic tendencies in human beings. What should we do? Talk about it? Keep silent about the invasion of these new "products"? In the name of a sacred freedom, we are preparing ourselves for painful tomorrows. The exhibition of brutal and murderous, monstrous images (Screem) creates mimetic effects. The electromagnetic weapons presented above can cause serious brain damage. Hence the expression "disabling weapons" (incapacitating or disabling weapons). In the USA
no law opposes the sale of such objects
. Will we equip ourselves in France with laws limiting such a spread? I doubt it. Here, no one does anything. No one lifts a finger to try to address the rise of these schools of violence.
From a reader:
Mr. Petit,
I just read your dossier "EMP Weapons Within Everyone's Reach". In it, you wrote: "A reader who works as an infographics designer reported to me numerous websites offering the purchase by correspondence of video games 'for adults, over 16 or over 18 years old' incredibly unhealthy, morbid."
Just a small clarification (which is actually quite significant). All these ultra-violent video games are not sold by correspondence. They are sold everywhere there is commerce to be made. They are displayed in the video game sections of all the large supermarkets in France and Navarre. It's time to get it into your head that they represent the new generation of games. This new generation will have delirious technical capabilities of realism, as the progress in computer graphics is fabulous at the moment. And every day, hundreds of young people pass through the video game sections of large stores and
can freely buy all these virtual trash. Who will stop a 12-year-old kid from buying a butchery game, an ultra-morbid game that is normally forbidden to at least 18 years old? The cashier? The store manager? The director?
The 18 years old minimum age restriction is a farce, a pure illusion that the publishing companies use to protect themselves and make their dirty business quietly.
As for the question "what can we do?", there are several possible solutions. One of the most effective would be political. A complete ban on these ultra-violent video games.
But why not a citizen action similar to "anti-GMO hacking"?
We would need a "José Bové" of computers! A group of citizens, in a large supermarket (which would certainly not expect it), would break ultra-violent CDs, freely available, and calmly walk out. Discreetly, a member of the "commando" would film the scene, for media purposes.
When will a squad of CRS protect this legitimate commercial activity.
Last minute: The Lafleur commando still holds the director of a supermarket, making him watch 15 hours a day the series he sells in his store. In case the management does not remove these psycho-toxic products from sale, the kidnappers threaten to feed the hostage only with genetically modified products. The family sends a desperate message: "No, not that!"

Ultimate provocation: the commando leader leaves his card:

Instead of launching an energetic campaign to reduce the level of violence displayed on television, we will prefer to equip our law enforcement agents with
Tasers
, electric shockers, imagining that this will solve the problems, while it will only multiply them. No one reacts. Our screens are full of morbid series where young actors wearing rubber gloves lean over corpses and joke. ("The bullet entered here, then bounced off this bone, finally..."). These series, whose number has multiplied dramatically, are causing... vocations of young people wanting to enter the scientific police.
Happy Halloween! How did men become so crazy as to create a festival dedicated to monstrosity? The answer is simple: money, always money. There is a market...
I think of a scene from Spielberg's series "Taken". At one point, two ten-year-old children are face to face. They are going to the Halloween party. We are in the United States. Suddenly, a pretty little blonde with blue eyes, evoking the recent crisis of a man who has an object in his brain that causes him terrible crises, says to another kid:
- We know that your father is crazy...
The other lunges at him. The mother intervenes, calms things down.
- His father is sick. He has a brain tumor.
He will be treated.
The blonde boy immediately changes his attitude:
-
I... am sorry. I didn't know. Excuse me.
-
It's okay.
-
If you want, we'll go to the Browns.
It's said they have cool monsters.
No one notices this little innocent phrase. Later, they are surprised
that young people commit murders wearing these masks,
while it was just for fun.
Continue, continue to let your kids play with these nonsense! One day you will be surprised to find them on a bench in court.
- I... don't understand what happened...
When one finally decides to open one's eyes, one realizes that the TV series serve us murder by the bucketful, to the point of nausea. It's the typical product of the small screen. People are so numb that they no longer even notice. Even when Hercules Poirot, with his well-cut suit and waxed mustache, unravels intrigues, it's still about murders that he talks to us, in a polite tone. I have reached a point where I can no longer stand even the Poirot series.
Do you hear all this? Don't you see
that this shapes people's minds, sculpts their unconscious
? It would be best to quickly remove all images of murder from the media, in all countries. But this is utopian.

It will be hard to change things. That's why so many people, young people, are participating in the "Savoir sans Frontières" operation. It's good, for once, to spread products that contain nothing toxic, that awaken people's minds, educate them, make them laugh, make them dream in the right way.

Our world is rushing to its destruction, but people don't see it. I read that in the USA, the effect of offshoring has already practically transferred all civilian industry to countries with lower labor costs, like China. The country's economy now has only one backbone: the arms industry. That's why wars must continue, to keep exports going, to break equipment, to clear stocks. In France, Chirac made headlines with a recent speech during a visit to Long Island, in Brittany, where he advocates maintaining our strike force. Since the weapons involved are now oversized,
we will design more modest ones, better suited to the "problems"
. We will eventually be able to strike "people who threaten our supplies". He thinks of jobs, the good Jacques.
If this continues at this rate, we will become like the United States. It's heading that way at full speed.
Here, Villepin talks about jobs while Alstom is about to create a 2000 engineer study office in India. It was in Le Monde.

This will multiply our social tensions. I read that since 2000, the planet has counted 550,000 "new billionaires". For the others, see
the book by Ziegler
, if you have a strong enough heart, of course. You will discover that the most carnivorous octopuses live ... in Switzerland, which "washes whiter".
It will be hard to save the world, I swear. I have the weakness of believing that we can still change the course of things, provided we pay the price, consider drastic changes in mindsets, behaviors, that the curtains fall, that the truths are known, the lies denounced. With the Internet we have the power to reveal what is being desperately hidden: the rapid rise of social inequalities. I will explain soon.
