In Australia, military personnel and bank employees
with subcutaneous chips implanted

We initially presented this document on March 11 with the usual reservations. Even so, some readers (scientists) told me, "You should remove this file. It might be a hoax." But I preferred to keep it online with a warning note. Then we conducted checks with AFP, where the information was confirmed.

The news release was issued on:
March 11, 2005, 08:12:22

For those still doubting, here is the image copy of the AFP flash report:

Here are the chips, about the size of a grain of rice:

This is... grave.

And what makes it even more serious is that French media aren't covering it.

We possess a mass communication tool called television. And this medium broadcasts trivialities, overwhelms us with silly games, stories about crushed dogs. A car accident on the highway, announced seriously by Claire Chazal; a fire in a retirement home, continues Pierre Pernot.

But it's "Planet Earth" that's burning while the average French person is being numbed by "La 1° Compagnie."

Should we alarm people, tell them things are going very badly? No, responds Raffarin, who pulls out his slogan of "positive attitude," as he watches his stock portfolio rise. His personal stocks, of course.

I believe we should be alarmed—and quickly—otherwise your children and grandchildren will never reach adulthood.

I've been running this site for five years and have 3,500 daily connections, sometimes more. But that doesn't mean 3,500 readers, nor even one ten-thousandth of the population.

I tell you, the "wave of subcutaneous chips" will flood the world within three years. And that will only be the beginning.

I need to compile a dossier:

&&& The True and the Plausible

Today, truth is no longer plausible—
if it ever was—simply because humanity dares not look itself in the mirror.
We make lies, enormous and brazen, seem believable and credible.
Humanity, the herd, lets itself be led into an abyss of stupidity, without reacting—
just like the Jews being marched toward the gas chambers at Auschwitz.
Do you remember the anecdote I mentioned in my dossier "Shoah"? (I am not Jewish, nor "Zionist," nor anything at all—I simply try to feel like a citizen of the world.)
A group of Jews arrives from the death trains at Auschwitz.
They are told to undress, "to go take a shower."
That seems plausible.
The kapos collect their clothes.
Suddenly, one of them recognizes among the people about to die a woman from his neighborhood.
They've known each other since childhood.
He says to her, "We're not going to let you take a shower. We're going to kill you with gas."
Because of their shared childhood, she believes him.
She rushes toward the line of men and tries to warn them.

No one believes her—because it's not plausible.
Even the women, holding their children by the hand or carrying them in their arms, don't believe her.
No, it's too horrible—this can't be happening.
The Nazis then seize her, drag her away, and brutally torture her until she confesses who the man was who just told her the truth.
Then, once this group of Jews has been "dealt with," they take the man, tie him with wire, and shove him alive into an oven in front of the other kapos, saying:

—You see. If you speak, this is what awaits you!

Today, science "has made progress."
We won't gas entire groups anymore.
We'll kill them with "natural" deaths.
Ever since the Vietnam War, Nixon created the "Jason Commission," whose goal was to develop more sophisticated military techniques.
Thanks to this distinguished commission—where Nobel laureate Gell-Mann, father of quark theory, once served—came the fragmentation grenades with undetectable plastic fragments.
The commission also developed the strategy that a wounded or disabled person costs more than a dead one.
Gell-Mann found "war an interesting mathematical problem and what's called operational research."
From the Jason era onward, they actively researched "ethnic biological weapons," capable of targeting only certain ethnic groups—such as Asians or others.
AIDS was an accident born from these experiments, conducted in Zaire on green monkeys (small, common primates).
One day, entire human groups will disappear through "epidemics" affecting only specific population categories.
We'll manipulate nature.
We'll trigger "natural phenomena" and direct them toward "targets."
We'll implant chips in you, hiding them in syringes during vaccinations.
"Non-lethal weapons" will make torture accessible to a mass of psychopaths, who will enjoy total impunity.
Do you remember that anecdote from a Central American country? A mother has searched for weeks for news of her child. Suddenly, a policeman calls out to her: "Your son sends you a gift." He hands her an object wrapped in a handkerchief.
It's... her eyes.

Meanwhile, our modern-day Panglosses of the scientific world, lagging behind by ten meters, will only draw attention to the environmental degradation's consequences—thirty years from now.
You'll be asked to sign petitions to save the Amazon rainforest, but:

The tree hides the forest,
and it's far worse than that.

If you don't understand that the issue of subcutaneous chip implantation is grave, then you have dirt in your eyes and wax in your ears.

They're implementing policies that will make Nazi policies look like amateurish tinkering.
These "chips" are just one vector—there are many others.
With chip-receivers, they'll dull your minds, bring to life the "Zorglum" of the Spirou comic strip.
At the DGA (General Delegation for Armaments), there's a division called "Cancerous Weapons."
Such divisions exist in all countries.
People are crushed under their fears and immense naivety.
They're cheated with nothing, with smoke and mirrors, with images.
They're conditioned.
Just recall the total emptiness of Schwarzenegger’s election campaign speech—elected to the U.S. Senate in one of the most powerful and important American states.

In the Senate, only one man—82 years old—must stand alone:
Robert Byrd—
while the others remain silent, out of cowardice or because they're corrupt.
And many are corrupt.

Will we reach the shores of wisdom without paying for this journey with billions of deaths?

That is the question of our time.
We can doubt it, given how little we've learned from the two world wars.
But what can be done to wake humanity from its stupor?
