Knowledge without Borders manipulation Ummo-sciences

En résumé (grâce à un LLM libre auto-hébergé)

  • The 'Savoir sans Frontières' site is accused of being a manipulation linked to Ummo-sciences.
  • The site appears to be a fake official site, designed to create confusion with a sect.
  • The site's source code reveals links to advertisements and content unrelated to the association.

Knowledge Without Borders – Ummo-sciences manipulation

Attempt to discredit Knowledge Without Borders

Delroux is indeed the source of the manipulation

Ummo-sciences: it seems to be calming down

January 9–11, 2006

After a few days, things begin to become clearer. Everything started with the discovery of a website whose existence was brought to my attention by a reader:

Surprise! This site, presented as helping me "humbly in my endeavors," presents itself as the official website of the association, which does not yet exist. We are waiting for the statutes to be published, day by day, in the official gazette, to open a bank account in the name of the association, from which the fee for a paid server hosting the site will be automatically deducted, and which will then be extracted from the J.P. Petit site and will have no connection to it. In short:

  • The J.P. Petit site will link to the Knowledge Without Borders site, but not vice versa.
  • The J.P. Petit site contains committed dossiers, with various positions taken (political, ecological, philosophical, etc.).
  • The Knowledge Without Borders site is apolitical and non-denominational. Its content is strictly compliant with the association's statutes.

Meanwhile, the indicated site presents itself as a sort of "official site of international scope." See:

Appropriation of the Lanturlu acronym, advertisements (on the left), various banners. In terms of images, this creates confusion:

Knowledge Without Borders = money

fake site ssf3

International Management Site: It is indeed "the association's site, at an international scale," or at least everything is done to give the impression that this is the case. There is an email to contact this structure. When you click on this link, you land on:

fake site email

Email of the fake structure "Science Borders International Management Site"

Immediate sending of a message requesting the closure of such a site.

Delroux message

What does this Jean-Sylvain Delroux, IT specialist in Toulouse, have to do with this matter? The answer.

Continue to explore the page. On the left, advertisements for "coaching."

Naivety? Not at all! A person who would have wanted to help in his own way, asked to remove this site, would have immediately complied. No, it is much more insidious than that. My investigators tell me that the move originated from Quebec, as if by coincidence.

On the homepage of this site, you will find various buttons. One of them presents the "guest book" of the Borderless Association.

Well, look at that...

And it continues even more. Indeed, this access point constituted by the Management site of the Knowledge Without Borders Association sends us in a thousand and one ways to fill one's pockets.

Continue to click.

Business Success!

Here is the official forum of Knowledge Without Borders. All this without the slightest authorization. But it is not over.

When you click on a link that is supposed to point to one of the albums in foreign translation, you see appear, for a brief moment, a sort of transition page. But, in passing, a name will not go unnoticed, that of Raël, the well-known sect guru, established in Quebec (...)

The time to wait, as there is nothing special to read, one casts, consciously or unconsciously, a glance at the URL and what do we see?

A confusion between the word rael and the word ssf

It would take no more to discredit our association, to attract the mistrust of people who might be interested in it, to urge our translators and institutional supporters to drop us or to interrupt any contact maneuver. Of course, naive readers immediately told me "Mr. Petit, you are overreacting for little. This site:

is not the official site of the sect, which is:

On the contrary, it is a site that denounces the message disseminated by this sect." But these good people know nothing about psychological manipulation. The goal is the confusion:

Knowledge Without Borders = Money

Knowledge Without Borders = Sect

Remember that these two theses had been developed by Messrs. François Bourbeau (Radio Contact Choc Quebec) and Bernard Thouanel (speaker during this broadcast). Yet this manipulation in the form of a site was set up from Quebec. Simple coincidence? You judge.

The matter is not closed in the sense that on this January 11, 2006, this fake Knowledge Without Borders site is still active. The code of the homepage gives the name of its author: Jean-Sylvain Delroux, who has little reason to hold me in his heart. See this file where he completely ridiculed himself. Therefore, the hypothesis of support from the Knowledge Without Borders association does not hold. Furthermore, the homepage states:

By whatever end one takes the problem, this billboard aims to make people believe that this is the official site of the association, which will only exist when the latter, with statutes published in the Official Gazette, has a legal existence, an account, and a paid site with a host. We are eagerly waiting for all this to create this site which, for the moment, mixes with mine, which remains temporary. Messages sent to the webmaster, requesting the removal of this page, have remained unanswered. You can still send emails yourself to this man.

If it is indeed Jean-Sylvain Delroux, here is his email:

I frankly doubt, given the feelings this person holds for me, that his intention was benevolent. At this moment, we are taking steps towards various organizations, either state or international scale. There is no doubt that the association:

rael.free.fr/ssf

even if fortuitous, would scare more than one person, even if the site:

created by Delroux tries to discredit the sect. That is his problem and we absolutely do not have to be involved in this undertaking.

In any case, there is appropriation of the content of my site and implementation of a fake. This is legally actionable and it is important that this site disappears as soon as possible. All this is a waste of time and energy. Delroux's non-response makes me lean towards the hypothesis of manipulation.

January 11, 2006: Delroux is indeed at the base of this manipulation.

One of my readers, Gérard Chenu, sent a message to Jean-Sylvain Delroux, at the indicated email address. Here is his response:

In order to respect the copyright that applies by default to any artistic creation (unless contrary indication stipulated on the support of the work), no file belonging to Jean-Pierre PETIT was copied to create the page www.ssf.int.ms which is only a set of links pointing directly to files installed on Jean-Pierre PETIT's site, INCLUDING THE IMAGES.

Making a link to a file (text, image, or other) respects copyright and does not require any authorization, which is quite normal: wanting to forbid that one makes a link to public information would in fact be wanting to forbid certain people from expressing themselves on a public subject!

Jean-Pierre PETIT confirms this on the homepage of his site where one can read: September 14, 2002: The author-manager of this site authorizes people managing other sites to install links pointing to his own files. (Note: he cannot in any case forbid what is legally allowed...)

  1. We decline all responsibility concerning the content of the site to whose pages we have created links. In particular, the promotion of Jean-Pierre PETIT's comics does NOT constitute an approval of the global content of his site and the personal theses he develops concerning other subjects.

  2. To those who threaten us while having the pretension to order us not to speak about this or that subject, our response is always the same, it is even provided in the form of an image so that everyone can understand it well:

This response does not justify in any way the maneuver consisting of presenting the site http://www.ssf.int.ms as "the official site of the association." If you click on the link indicated at the bottom of this message sent by Delroux, you have his response, that of a man who, whatever his motivations, is a pathological paranoid:

The "message" from Jean-Sylvain Delroux ---

Knowledge Without Borders will continue to develop. Yesterday, two new translations in Spanish. I am in negotiations with a company that should, in principle, order a comic strip fitting within the mission defined in our statutes. Decision by the end of this month. In exchange for the right to publish the comic as a corporate gift, in color and in two languages, as well as in CD-Rom format, it will pay an annual fee to... Knowledge Without Borders, to pay for new translations.

Nothing in my pocket? Frankly, as a guru, I am bad... ---

manipulation plan

In summary, here is the global schema of the manipulation:

The plan of the manipulation aimed at discrediting the Knowledge Without Borders Association.

It seems that we are disturbing.

January 11, 2006

Yesterday, following our announcement of the creation of a site dedicated to the Ummo and UFO files, André Jacques Holbecq had announced that he was retiring and had closed his site. Fortunately for his readers, he reconsidered his decision.

I will sign the contract with the company that will host our site, whose domain name is already registered. We will begin to put files online shortly. But before all this, I would like to clarify the spirit in which all this will be done.

The site will mention all other sites dedicated to the Ummo affair, including the site ummo-sciences.org.

The first point is that documents will be put online on our site without any copyright or watermark. Contrary to what was said on the ummo-sciences.org site, if people want to copy these documents and use them as they see fit, they will not need to specify the name of the source site, if these documents were copied from the one we are going to open.

After inquiry, Rafael Farriols had indeed, as I had read in the works of Christel Seval, deposited all Ummo texts under his name at the Society of Authors in Madrid. The goal, quite justified, was to be able to oppose exploitation by a sect. Indeed, about twenty years ago, a sect, whose guru was a woman residing in Switzerland, had tried to appropriate the Ummo theme to claim it. But the affair had little echo. I was also approached at that time by emissaries of the Raël sect, but after reading the man's books, my reaction was a huge burst of laughter.

Raël, the backup guru

Insofar as Rafael had already taken this precaution, which would have had effect only if things had taken undesirable proportions, it was not necessary to introduce an "additional protection," which was the alleged goal of the ADUMMO group. As Farriols refused to join it, the approach became moot.

It is also difficult to justify the presence of watermarks on the scans of the original pages, supposedly to avoid any recovery or alteration of the text. This makes the operation simply a bit more complicated and makes reading the documents more difficult.

No translation is entirely satisfactory, neither the one initially produced by Jean-Jacques Pastor, nor those installed subsequently by the ummo-sciences group. Nevertheless, the names of all people who participated in this translation effort will be mentioned and thanks will be given to them. However, an essential thing is missing: the online posting of the original texts, first scanned and then converted into text files by OCR. We will approach Rafael Farriols to be authorized to scan all documents, which will be converted into text files by OCR to constitute the base working documents, of low weight and accessible to all.

It is important that these translations be as faithful as possible, as a mistranslation can lead to a scientific path that may turn into a dead end. The situation will be "dynamic" in the sense that a more competent reader can always, by comparing the original and its translation, signal any error or improvement to be made.

Some IT readers have already offered their services to suggest a presentation that gives the set of documents the most usable database structure possible. As these are text files, whatever the presentation, the volume will never be considerable. The presentation can therefore be improved, or even completely redesigned and revised over time.

The site will mention all books relating to the Ummo file, including those of the late Antonio Ribera and the Belgian character, a retired IT specialist calling himself "Jean Pollion." We hope in passing that he finally decides to abandon this pseudonym, as pretentious as it is unjustified. There is an age, it seems to me, when one must abandon this kind of childishness.

The site will have a science section where files representing scientific works that found their source in the Ummite texts and in the UFO file, or having been influenced by one or the other of these sets of documents, will be installed. Presentations will be made at different levels, from popularization for the general public to a form accessible only to seasoned scientists or students, and possibly including research topics.

Unlike the ummo-sciences.org site, we think that limiting interest to the Ummo file alone is too restrictive.

We have scientific results that are both very solid and recent (spring 2005) which illustrate once again the fertility of the Ummo texts. Contrary to the statements made by Norman Mohlant on the airwaves of Radio Contact-Choc in December 2005, the link cannot be contested. Insofar as we have invested in a presentation of these works in the seminar of one of the largest French scientific institutes, we will not be able to report on it until a response is provided to us, positive or negative (and, in the latter case, argued). For the moment, for ten weeks, despite a follow-up, we are facing a non-response, although the work is perfectly wrapped up mathematically.

The "forum" problem remains. It is quite legitimate that people from very diverse horizons wish to debate these Ummo subjects, or Ummo + UFOs, in various contexts, following more or less binding "charters." After reflection, we think that people should be left free to create their own forums, following their different affinities. These will be mentioned on our site, without exclusivity, which will allow people to know their existence and choose those where they feel most comfortable.

Our position: the right to use a pseudonym without having to provide justification is the door open to all excesses and all impostures. I will recall, for example, that a certain "Magellan" kept the participants of the ummo.sciences forum in suspense for months by presenting himself as the head of a scientific training, a theorist, initiator of an experiment where "atoms were transferred to the twin universe." Finally, the man admitted that he was only a science student who had wanted to "test the credibility of the people participating in this forum." We will recommend to people wishing to open forums to ask those wishing to register to state their true identity, age, training, diplomas, skills, experience, and if they wish to use a pseudonym, to justify this request. If necessary, we can perform checks for them regarding the alleged functions and skills. We advise the managers of these forums to structure them in such a way that this information appears in a few lines at the bottom of each "post." Thus, at any moment, it would be possible to know who is speaking and who we are dealing with. However, and to answer a correspondent, Mrs. Victoria Hipacia (I do not know if this is her true surname), I will say that I do not grant a priori any priority to titles and diplomas. These attributes are guides, but can also act as brakes, as obstacles. On my site, I have very often cited excellent ideas, to which no one had thought "in the discipline," coming from people who had no other training regarding the subject concerned than their common sense. An example.

In practice, nothing seems to emerge from "scientific debates" located in forums. The reason is quite simple. Scientists discuss "on paper," analyzing works they have already built, structured, and sent to each other, documents that remain out of reach for non-specialists. These exchanges are relatively rare and have little to do with the chatter found in forums. One could rather compare them to presentations of papers during "informal seminars." For us, this happens at the rate of a few exchanges per year, at most. One does not have ideas every day. Often one must tear everything down and start again, reformulate everything. From time to time, the work takes shape and results, that's all. We are lucky to be productive, but this production follows the famous rule:

1% inspiration and 99% perspiration

There is no good or bad debate. Only results matter. Our only claim is to have constantly provided, for thirty years, concrete, quality results, published or presented in conferences. The breakthrough of spring 2005 (which I consider one of the most important results of my entire scientific career) confirms the fertility of our team.

Beyond these dissensions that evoke an "everything for the ego," the problem of discussion subjects on these forums arises. The same impression for people who participated in the European meetings in Châlons-en-Champagne where "Pollion" spoke of "daily life on Ummo" with a greedy look. It seems that people are completely disconnected from realities, starting with the "ufologists" and the "ummologists." To reconnect, it is enough to read the old and recent Ummite letters. The time is for urgency and not for nonsense like copyright. I did not go to these "Châlons meetings" (the municipality's dream was, ultimately, the creation of a theme park). From the echoes I gathered, one is surprised by the lack of awareness of the majority of speakers, with a few notable exceptions, of the dramatic development of the planetary situation. That is the central subject, and nothing else. What the UFO and Ummo subjects bring us back to is what is happening on our own ground. The central subject is no longer even science, or arguments about the authenticity of this or that document. The content of debates on forums falls? It is not "due to lack of science" but due to lack of awareness. The planetary situation is not a Venetian carnival where one can stroll and pontificate, protected by ridiculous pseudonyms and draped in a mantle of vanity, playing the "space enthusiasts." We become aware for the first time, thanks to people like Christel Seval and Gilles Pinon, of the magnitude of the phenomenon constituting the risk of ethnocide and its corollary: the impossibility of a manifestation of extraterrestrial ethnicities. Personally, I admit that I had never seen things from this angle, taking the full measure of the phenomenon. If you doubt it, know that you have examples under your eyes, right now of cultural disintegrations in "technologically advanced" countries, of social decompositions that give you a very slight glimpse of what could result, on Earth, from the awareness of an extraterrestrial presence, or even simply the existence of ethnicities under observation. The USSR collapsed. In the former empire, it is a free-for-all, everyone knows, a climate that is simply spreading to the entire planet. What are the consequences in Russia? In this country, the religious framework had been eradicated. What remains? Alcohol, which flows freely (the "solution" towards which older ethnicities such as the American Indians have turned and still turn). The number of road deaths in Russia is 3 to 5 times higher than in France. Driver's licenses and police officers... are bought. Normal: corruption is everywhere. The new rich drive at full speed, intoxicated with alcohol in powerful cars. The life expectancy of women is 74 years, but that of men is, if I remember well what I heard yesterday... 58 years. People believe in nothing anymore. After a few years, 70% of marriages end in divorce. The birth rate is plummeting, to the point that Putin considered creating a tax hitting couples without children!! Nonsense...

Young graduates, especially women, only think of emigrating, attracted by the mirage of the West. Beside this, a fringe of marginal people fills their pockets, buys yachts 48 meters long. And all this because, suddenly, "Bye bye, Lenin." Imagine what would follow the awareness of the presence, or even simply the existence, of extraterrestrials. This would deserve discussions, debates. Wake up, damn it!

Instead, in forums, one wonders about the sex of angels ---
