Yesterday I watched the movie Matrix. It's really well done. A few days earlier, a young journalist from the magazine Inrockuptible came to interview me, as a "conspiracy theorist". Who gave me this label? "People" on forums, always courageously hiding behind their pseudonyms.

We didn't talk much about this. I've fought hard to challenge the official theory of the events of September 11. Ten years later, I'm still shocked by the lack of echo on this anniversary date. This crime will remain unpunished, like many others. It's pointless to accumulate evidence to make those who don't want to believe, believe.

I'm 75 years old. What to do? I use my neurons to "crack the nuclear elite". It's quite pleasant and relatively easy. Iter: there are only ruins left. Mégajoule: same.

These people don't really want to face me, mano a mano.

An addition dated November 4, 2002: Following the recording of a 45-minute interview for Canadian television.

A Canadian television network sent a team that traveled to different countries, including France, to compile a dossier on UFOs and the Ummo affair. So I was just one of the many people interviewed. My interview was scheduled for 45 minutes. The journalists were first surprised to see me reappear after seven years of silence. I explained. I believe it's time to explain two things to the public:

1 - Americans have been managing the UFO file with the utmost attention for over half a century and are now exploiting its outcomes in the form of technological breakthroughs entirely focused on weaponry. The Russians have also known about this for just as long, but their economic collapse prevented them from reaping these fruits.

2 - In other technologically advanced countries (excluding perhaps China), people have remained out of the loop for several reasons. They were first highly sensitive to the powerful disinformation campaign disseminated by the United States since the late 1940s. The discredit work carried out by the Americans was truly remarkable. Lacking, unlike the USA (since the late 1940s), tangible evidence capable of convincing, other countries, starting with Europeans, remained in limbo for decades. If awareness is beginning (in France, COMETA report, 1999), it's far too late, and the delay is now irreversible.

The Canadian journalist who interviewed me said:

*- You are greatly criticized by your colleagues. - By whom, in particular? *

His answer surprised me greatly, as he cited not an authentic scientist, but a figure who, despite his responsibilities, could not possibly deserve such a title. And this is precisely when it becomes clear that it's high time to enlighten the public. In France, the UFO file has never been managed in a genuinely scientific manner. People have illusions about the level of reflection "animating the high echelons of the state and the army." As my book will show, these people... know nothing, or practically nothing. They only have "a few disturbing analysis results" that emerged from the chain:

**public ----> gendarmerie ----> SEPRA -----> laboratories of the ETCA (Central Technical Establishment of the Armed Forces) **

French military personnel are completely ignorant of the advances made by Americans in MHD applied to underwater propulsion and hypersonic flight. At the end of October, France hosted the "Euronaval" exhibition, a kind of trade fair where French cannon merchants can offer their production to emissaries from foreign countries, including the Saudis. A journalist specializing in aviation visited and questioned French experts on torpedoes. Learning (something I had already mentioned in conferences and a radio show) that, in my opinion, Americans possess MHD torpedoes capable of reaching two or even three thousand kilometers per hour, the specialist replied:

*- Torpedoes traveling at such speeds would be completely unusable. *

On the right, the "Supercav" torpedo, propelled by reaction, traveling at "over two hundred knots" (over 370 kilometers per hour). At the front end, the exhaust port of the gas generator, indicated by a sort of red spike. It's this high-temperature gas, mixing with seawater, that surrounds the torpedo with a vapor bubble, a phenomenon that has little to do with what is traditionally called cavitation, which led the journalist from Sciences et Avenir Larousserie to believe that simply moving the torpedo very quickly through water would create this gaseous environment by reducing drag.

The French specialist's comment reminds me of General Gallois's remark in the 1970s, when I first addressed on the radio, during a debate, the issue of the "Star Wars" war:

- Jean-Pierre Petit's statements seem to me a perfect example of disinformation. How can you hit a one-meter target a thousand kilometers away!?

( Gallois quickly retooled and published, a little over a year later, a book titled "The Hundred-Second War" with Fayard Editions).

We can also think of the reaction of French military personnel in 1910, when they saw the first French machine gun (Hotchkiss) in action. Seeing that it had completely emptied a box of bullets in one minute, they exclaimed:

*- This weapon is totally unusable: it consumes too many ammunition! *

Echoing an email that has been circulating for six months without citing its author, whom we know, the journalist continued:

- What response do you have to those who say you're engaging in technological delirium?

*- In 1976, I was the first non-American to see with my own eyes the first neodymium lasers developing a power of one terawatt (a million megawatts). When I returned from the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, French specialists unanimously dismissed these claims as "technological delirium," even though I brought back excellent color photographs of these installations, which Science et Vie (which had sent me there) refused to publish, believing it to be a hoax (the article was completely rewritten, at the request of the magazine's editor-in-chief, Philippe Cousin, by journalist Françoise Harroy-Mounin). Indeed, at the time, in Europe, a laser power of a few megawatts (CO2 lasers) seemed the maximum conceivable. In another context, today all newspapers contain descriptions, often schematic, of "electromagnetic bombs" (or missiles). The generators equipping these devices are "flux compression systems," commonly developing hundreds of millions of amperes. You can find a more detailed description of such sources on the Internet, which I had already described in my book "Les Enfants du Diable," page 303, in 1995, i.e., seven years ago. I should clarify that this book was actually written ten years earlier, i.e., seventeen years ago, at the request of publisher Olivier Orban, who refused to publish it due to the enormity of the claims made. The manuscript remained on a shelf for ten years until Albin Michel considered turning it into a book. These works were presented in France in 1984 in a book compiling the works of Andrei Sakharov, published by the editions Anthrops, i.e., eighteen years ago. To be even more precise, flux compression systems were experimented with by the Russians as early as 1952, i.e., half a century ago! You see therefore the time that elapses between the moment a first mention of an advancement can be made and the moment these ideas "enter the public domain." When I published my book "Les Enfants du Diable," some of the concepts presented were labeled by specialists as "technological delirium." This is therefore a completely normal reaction. I think some of the concepts mentioned in the book I'm about to publish won't begin to be assimilated and accepted in the French or even European techno-scientific sphere for another seven to ten years, or even more. *

If there's one thing readers of my book can take away from reading it, it's the impression of the totally surreal gap that exists between the level of studies and reflections conducted in France (UFO community, SEPRA, COMETA report) and what the American military have extracted from studying the UFO dossier over the past half-century. Let's be honest, the Americans have really outsmarted us (as anticipated by the authors of the COMETA report in 1999).

I hadn't released a book dedicated to the UFO topic since 1995, after seven long years. A strong return is planned with "fresh ammunition," as they say at Roland Garros.

In this book, I will fully commit and answer a number of questions people ask, providing supporting arguments.

• Do governments hide important things from us regarding the UFO dossier? The answer is yes.

• Do some governments have the deep conviction that UFOs are machines of extraterrestrial origin? Same answer.

• Did Americans recover UFO wreckage at the end of the 1940s? Positive answer. It was a hypersonic shuttle.

• Have ultra-secret research projects been launched in certain countries directly linked to the UFO dossier? Yes, in the USA and the USSR. The Russians had to abandon due to lack of means.

• Was there disinformation? Yes, the Americans implemented a vast global disinformation campaign that worked beyond all expectations (they were strongly aided by the skepticism of scientific communities in various countries). Europeans, in particular, all fell into the trap, without exception. This disinformation had various consequences. In different countries, MHD research was abandoned in the early 1970s. While there was nothing apparent (no theses, no teachings, no contracts with universities), the Americans had already, from the early 1970s, developed "black programs" focused on MHD with budgets equivalent to Apollo or Manhattan, in complete secrecy (especially in the depths of Area 51).

• Have secret research projects directly inspired by information drawn from examining UFO wreckage succeeded? Yes, the Roswell craft could, in broad terms, be reconstructed (even though not all concepts were managed). In doing so, the Americans dramatically "crossed the heat barrier" and succeeded in mastering the problems related to hypersonic flight without wave drag (shock waves). In Europe, "experts" declare skepticism, labeling certain American ideas as "far-fetched" and relying on the fact that "the laws of physics are the same everywhere." An understandable attitude, as Rémy Chauvin put it, "the expert is someone who suspects nothing." And that's exactly the case. All European military personnel are currently discovering with shock and anxiety the American lead in advanced weaponry. This anxiety was clearly evident in the COMETA report in 1999. See

The COMETA people had only vague information, emanating from French intelligence services. In 2001, meeting with American MHD specialists abroad, this anxiety proved justified (a meeting that sometimes takes on the aura of a thriller, in the style of the best spy films. But the author won't renounce his "adventurer-scientist" temperament). Americans have had MHD torpedoes capable of traveling at 2000 km/h since 1980, rendering nuclear launch platforms obsolete, as they can be hit and destroyed in seconds. US high-speed submarines can exceed a thousand kilometers per hour. Aurora, the mythical craft, has been flying since 1990. It's a satellite-capable hypersonic, successor to the SR-71 Blackbird. It can fly at 10,000 km/h at 60 km altitude. But, powered by additional rocket boosters at the end of its journey, it's actually a satellite in ultra-low orbit (80 km) capable of taking off and landing anywhere on its own. The scientific appendices of the book will reveal all the secrets of this incredibly clever craft capable of descending to take hold of the upper atmosphere and turn like "the silver surfer." It re-enters the atmosphere without a "thermal shield," using an "MHD shield." There is as much difference between Aurora and the Mirage 2000 as there is between the latter and a Spad from World War II. Aurora is a "wave rider" that sustains itself on its shock wave. But other aircraft manage to completely eliminate shock waves, thus freeing themselves from any "wave drag." We have nothing equivalent in Europe, but only at the project stage. Yet, through my work since 1975, we were at the forefront in France. I recall that I was forced to abandon all MHD research in 1987.

Meanwhile, Americans continue their remarkable disinformation work by making it seem "they have a hypersonic project for the coming years." In fact, MHD, dubbed by some aviation journalists "electro-aerodynamics," has long since taken over the cutting-edge aviation world in the USA. Europeans have no idea how Americans create the high voltages that allow them, by surrounding their modern flying crafts with "plasma," not only to ensure their MHD operation but also to make them completely stealthy. All this will be revealed in the book. Everyone knows the famous "subsonic" B2 "Spirit" bomber, renowned for its stealth.

Did you know that the 21 units of this bomber group are grouped in the 509th Bomb Wing, which was initially based in Roswell (and at the time consisted of B-29s carrying atomic bombs)? The Americans love this kind of wink. Below is the observation made by one of the most credible witnesses in 1997, describing a B2 flying around Edwards Air Base at three in the morning (no, it can't be the illumination of water vapor condensation at the leading edge by landing lights, clearly visible. The climate is far too dry in this region of the Mojave Desert). Thus, we see the B2 flying at night, with its MHD air intake control system active. Explanation? See the upcoming book.

All these "gadgets" represent only the tip of the American iceberg. This represents a completely irreparable 25-year delay for all Europeans (there is no longer any team working effectively in the field of MHD-gas in Europe). All the arguments presented in the book will of course be supported by technical appendices. As a "premiere," the author mentioned some of these aspects in the radio show of Marc Ménant on Europe 1, at the beginning of 2002.
