Sono un scienziato francese, astrofisico. Ho 66 anni. Faccio parte del CNRS francese (ma sono in pensione dal aprile 2003). La mia email è science
jp-petit.com. Molti anni fa, ho lavorato sulle centrali elettriche a MHD (magnetoidrodinamica). Ho personalmente conosciuto E. Velikhov, che è diventato il collaboratore di Putin per le questioni militari (...). Ho ancora un vecchio amico a Mosca, il professore Golubev, che lavora in un laboratorio di laser (ma forse è anche in pensione). Le racconto questo per convincerla che non sono uno scherzo. Conosco la verità sull'incidente del Kursk. Ho due fonti.
- Un giornalista francese, Michel C., che ha cercato di realizzare un documentario televisivo sull'argomento. Ha ottenuto molte informazioni.
- Ho avuto un contatto con il servizio segreto francese che era in contatto con il servizio segreto russo contrario a Putin.

Due anni fa un giornalista francese, Michel C., è venuto da me. Voleva realizzare un documentario televisivo sul Kursk. Conosceva le mie conoscenze e la mia esperienza in immersioni profonde. Mi ha mostrato alcuni documenti. Secondo la versione originale, una torpedine sarebbe esplosa nella stanza anteriore del sottomarino. Ma ci sono state due esplosioni, la prima più debole. L'esplicazione sarà data.
Il mare di Barents non è così profondo. Il Kursk si è arenato a una profondità moderata. Considerando la sua altezza, la porta superiore della camera di salvataggio doveva trovarsi a 90 metri di profondità. Oggi, tutti i membri dell'equipaggio dei sottomarini possiedono la propria tuta di salvataggio individuale. In Europa, queste tute sono progettate dall'azienda Beaufort, nel Regno Unito. Possono essere ripiegate in piccole valigie. Posso fornirle immagini a colori di queste tute. L'equipaggio può entrarvi e gonfiarle moderatamente. Poi l'ufficiale incaricato dell'evacuazione aumenta la pressione nella camera di salvataggio e apre la porta. L'acqua marina vi entra. Ogni membro dell'equipaggio si sistema appena sotto la porta di salvataggio e gonfia completamente la tuta con l'aria. Successivamente, la forza di Archimede agisce. Sale a 3 m/s. Nel caso del Kursk: 30 secondi per raggiungere la superficie.
Una volta in superficie, l'uomo può gonfiare un piccolo gommone, sistemarsi e aspettare. Questo sistema può essere utilizzato fino a 150 metri di profondità.
È estremamente sorprendente che nessuno abbia utilizzato questo sistema. È impossibile che tali sistemi di salvataggio non fossero a bordo. Inoltre, il Kursk disponeva di un sistema di salvataggio sofisticato: due piccoli sottomarini in grado di ospitare l'intero equipaggio e garantire il salvataggio a 600 metri di profondità. Ma questi due sottomarini erano fissati nella torretta, il posto di comando della nave. Così, questo sistema di salvataggio avrebbe potuto essere bloccato dall'esplosione della stiva delle torpedini. Comunque, non riesco a credere che l'esplosione potesse aver bloccato tutte le porte di salvataggio.
Dopo Michel C., l'ammiraglio della nave "Pietro il Grande", dopo la tragedia, non si è recato sul sito del relitto, ma si è allontanato di diversi miglia.
La stampa internazionale ha detto che "i russi non disponevano di dispositivi specializzati per recuperare l'equipaggio del sottomarino". Se il Kursk si fosse inabissato a 600 metri, sarebbe stato plausibile, ma non a una profondità così moderata. Deve esserci un'altra spiegazione.
Per quanto riguarda la causa dell'incidente, la stampa ha parlato immediatamente di una "collisione con un altro sottomarino". Sapevamo che un sottomarino occidentale era ormeggiato in Norvegia per essere riparato.

Il diametro dei tubi per le torpedini è stato aumentato prima delle manovre nel mare di Barents. Questi tubi erano progettati per lanciare una nuova torpedine chiamata "la Grosse" (in francese). In inglese: "The Big" o "The Fat".

È scoppiata una rivolta a bordo del Kursk. Alcuni membri dell'equipaggio sono stati uccisi. L'ufficiale incaricato delle armi è stato trovato, dopo la tentativa di salvataggio del Kursk, morto con una pallottola in testa.

Tre uomini erano a bordo del Kursk: un cinese e due arabi.

È stato trovato un foglio nella tasca di un marinaio del Kursk. Aveva scritto (al buio, secondo le sue parole): "Siamo nella camera di salvataggio. Due ufficiali cercano di manovrare la porta. Dicono di conoscere bene il sistema. Ma sembra bloccata."
Ora dobbiamo incrociare due nuove storie. Nel gennaio 2001, sono andato a una riunione scientifica a Brighton, in Inghilterra. Lì ho incontrato un esperto di MHD, incaricato di progetti speciali alla NASA. Mi ha detto che aveva lavorato venti anni fa su una torpedine MHD ad alta velocità. Sono stato sorpreso, perché pensavo che i MHD fossero stati abbandonati in tutto il mondo all'inizio degli anni '70. Ma ha detto che i MHD militari avevano continuato negli Stati Uniti e nell'Unione Sovietica in segreto, con sforzi considerevoli.
I dati tecnici sono i seguenti. Da trent'anni, americani e russi dispongono di torpedini a propulsione a razzo. Il modello russo è il "Sqwal" e il modello americano si chiama "Supercav". La resistenza nell'acqua è molto maggiore rispetto all'aria. Il Sqwal e il Supercav emettono un gas caldo fornito da un razzo secondario. Questo gas viene iniettato nell'acqua proprio davanti. Il calore di questo gas trasforma l'acqua marina in vapore. Così, la torpedine può muoversi in una bolla di vapore a velocità più elevate, fino a 1500 nodi.
Le torpedini MHD funzionano in modo diverso. Sono anche propulse da un razzo a propellente solido. Sul "divergente" di questo razzo, un generatore MHD trasforma l'energia cinetica del gas in elettricità. Il sistema utilizza un convertitore MHD a parete. Posso fornirle la progettazione completa della torpedine, se necessario.
Questa elettricità viene inviata alle elettrodi lineari di un acceleratore MHD a parete che aspira l'acqua molto fortemente. In questo modo, la resistenza di attrito viene annullata. La velocità della torpedine era, secondo l'esperto americano incontrato nel 1980, di circa 6000 nodi.
Nel 2002, ho messo alcune informazioni sul Kursk sul mio sito web. Sono stato immediatamente contattato da un uomo che lavorava per il DGSE francese. Volevamo ottenere ulteriori informazioni su questa torpedine MHD. Ci siamo incontrati a Parigi e abbiamo scambiato informazioni.
L'uomo del DGSE mi ha detto che aveva ottenuto le sue informazioni da una parte del KGB contraria a Putin. Ha confermato che un cinese e due arabi erano a bordo. Ha detto che erano stati portati a bordo con un elicottero e che il cinese era un generale. Se ha confermato la presenza dei due arabi, ha detto che non sapeva nulla di più su di loro. Il russo, secondo lui, aveva pianificato di mostrare in azione la sua torpedine MHD russa, per venderla ai cinesi.
Queste torpedini a alta velocità sono molto importanti per scopi strategici, poiché possono essere utilizzate per distruggere i sottomarini nucleari nemici prima che lancino i loro missili. Senza tali torpedini, nessuno può lanciare un attacco nucleare.
Dopo quest'uomo, il diametro della torpedine era di 1 metro. Ma il servizio segreto americano conosceva tutto questo. Allora un sottomarino occidentale si è avvicinato al Kursk e gli ha ordinato con il sonar di risalire in superficie e di consegnare il VIP cinese. I russi non hanno risposto. In conclusione, la decisione di affondare il Kursk è stata presa.
Da quando il 1960, molti sottomarini sono stati affondati da "collisioni". Il sottomarino attaccante non lancia una torpedine. Si avvicina alla sua vittima e lancia una carica che perfora la nave. Questo è il primo rumore. Poi il sottomarino attaccante può fuggire. Poco dopo (il secondo rumore), l'arma esplode all'interno del sottomarino, che affonda immediatamente.
Ma la stiva delle torpedini è stata solo parzialmente distrutta, il che ha permesso di spiegare l'incidente come un'esplosione accidentale di una torpedine.
I russi non volevano che la gente sapesse cosa stava succedendo a bordo del Kursk prima dell'incidente. Dopo l'uomo del servizio segreto francese, un ordine sonar è stato inviato dalla nave ammiraglia "Pietro il Grande", che ha bloccato tutte le porte del sottomarino. Un ordine simile ha annullato tutte le possibilità di comunicazione con la superficie.
La nave ammiraglia ha detto a tutti i navi presenti nelle vicinanze:
- Chiunque si avvicini al Kursk, lo affondiamo!
Poi i russi hanno cercato di recuperare il loro VIP a bordo. Una nave russa specializzata si è avvicinata al Kursk con due piccoli sottomarini a bordo. Uno è stato lanciato e ha raggiunto il relitto. Solo 8 uomini potevano imbarcarsi. L'idea era di recuperare il VIP. Ma l'equipaggio del Kursk non credeva che sarebbero tornati a salvarli. È scoppiata una rivolta. Alcuni uomini sono stati uccisi. Il piccolo sottomarino è tornato alla nave madre e si è rimesso a bordo.
Poi Putin ha deciso di lasciare che l'equipaggio del Kursk morisse. Affare segreto.
In seguito, il relitto è stato recuperato, non per recuperare i corpi, ma per nascondere questa storia. La stiva delle torpedini, con i suoi tubi da 1 metro di diametro, è stata distrutta in profondità. Le torpedini MHD sono state recuperate. Molti dispositivi sono stati recuperati, tra cui le eliche e i preziosi missili supersonici Granit. L'uomo del DGSE ha detto che il Kursk era equipaggiato con armi molto segrete utilizzate per distruggere a distanza le torpedini nemiche.
Spero che pubblicherai questo. La verità deve essere conosciuta.

Rirkinhot volevo solo unirmi a voi per pregare per i vostri defunti eroi e per compatire le famiglie. Questo terribile evento mi ha profondamente colpito nonostante la distanza che mi separa da loro, visto che sono francese. Two years ago a french Journalist, Michel C., visited me. He wanted to make a TV document about the Koursk. He new my knowledge and experience about deep skin-diving. He showed me some documents. From the original version a torpedo would have exploded in the front room of the submarine. But they were two explosions, the first being weaker. The explanation will be given.
The Barentz sea is not so deep. The Kursk sank on a moderate depth. Considering its height the upper door of rescue chamber should be at 90 meters deep. Now, all submarines' crew men own their individual rescue suit. In Europe these suits are designed by the Beaufort Company, UK. They can be packed in small luggage. I can give colored pictures of such suits. The seaman can take place in it and inflate it, moderatly. Then the officer who runs the evacuation operation grows the pressure in the rescue chamber and open the door. The sea water fills it. Each member of the crew takes place just below the rescue door and fills the suit completely with air. Then Archimedes force acts. He climbs at 3 m/s. In the case of the Kursk : 30 seconds to reach the surface.
There, the man can inflate a small rubber boat, takes place in it and wait. This system can be operated up to 500 feet deep.
It is extremely surprizing that no man used this system. It is impossible that such rescue systems were not on board. In addition the Kursk owned a sophisticated rescue system : two small submarines, able to welcome the whole crew and to ensure the rescue at 2000 feet deep. But these two submarines were docked in the turret, the cockpit of the ship. So that this rescue system could have been blocked by the the explosion of the torpedo room. Anyway I cannot believe that the explosion could have blocked all the rescue doors.
After Michel C.the nuclear admiral Ship "Peter the First", after the drama did not come on the site of the wreck but moved away a several miles.
The international press said that "Russian did not own specialized devices to pick the crew from the submarine". If the Kursk had sunk at 2000 feet deep it would be plausible, not at such moderate depth. There must be another explanation.
About the cause of the wreck the press talked immediatly after of "a collision with another submarine". We new that a western submarine was docked in Norway to be repaired.

The diameter of the tubes for torpedos was enlarged before the manoeuvres in the Barentz sea. These tubes were designed ti fire a new torpedo called "la Grosse" (in French). In English "The Big" or "The Fat".

A riot took place in the Kursk. Some members of the crew were killed. The officer who kept the guns was found, after Kursk rescue, dead with a bullet in hi head.

Three men were in the KURSK : a Chinese, an two Arabian.

A paper was found in the pocket of a Kursk seaman. He wrote (in obscurity, he said) : "We are in the rescue chamber. Two officer try to handle the door. The said they know the system very well. But it seems to be locked.
Now we have to cross two new stories. In january 2001 I went to a scientific meeting in Brighton, England. There I met a specialist of MHD, in charge of special projects for Nasa. He said he worked 20 years ago on a high velocity MHD torpedo. I was suprized for I thaught that MHD was abandonned over all the world at the begining of the seventies. But he said that military MHD continued in US and USSR in secrecy, with considerable effort.
The technical data are the following. Since 30 years American and Russian have rocket propelled torpedos. The Russian model is the "Sqwal" and the American one is called "Supercav". The drag in water is much more important that if air, gases. The Sqwal and the Supercav blow hot gas, provided but a secondary rocket. This gas is injected in the water juts in front. The heat of this gas transforms sea water into vapor. Then the torpedo can move in such a bubble of vapor at higher velocities, up to 1500 knots.
MHD torpedos work differently. They are also propelled but solid propellent rocket. On the "divergent" of this rocket a MHD generator transforms the kinetic energy of the gaz into electricity. The system uses a wall MHD convertor. I can give the complete design of the torpedo, if desired.
This electricity is sent to the linear electrodes of a MHD wall accelerator which sucks the water very strongly. Then the friction drag is cancelled. The Velocity of the torpedo was, in 1980, after the American specialist I met : about 6000 knots.
In 2002 I put some information abour Kursk on my website. Then I was immediatly contacted by a man working for the French DGSE. We wanted more informations about this MHD torpedo. We met in Paris and "exchanged informations".
The guy of the DGSE said he had his informations from a part of the KGB who was against Poutine. He confirmed that a chinese and two Arabian was on board. He said they were bought on board by helicopter and that the Chinese was a general. If he confirmed the presence of the two Arabian he said he did not know more about them. The Russian, after him, had planned to show their Russian MHD torpedo in action, in order to sell it to Chinese.
These high velocity torpedoes are very important for strategic purpose for one can use these to destroy the ennemy's nuclear submarine before they could lanch their missiles. Without such torpedoes nobody can start a nuclear attack.
After this man the diameter of the torpedo was 1 meter. But the American Secret Service new all that. Then a western submarine approached the Kursk and ordered it by sonar to break surface and give them the chinese VIP. The Russian did not answer. As e conclusion the decision to sink the Kursk was taken.
Many submarines have been sunk since 1960 through "collisions". The attacking submarine does not fire a torpedo. It gets in close contact with its target and fires a shell, which punchs the subsmarine's hull. That was the first noise. Then the attacking submarine can escape. Few time after (the second noise) the weapon explodes insides the submarine which sunks immediatly.
But the torpedo room was only destroyed which made possible to explain the "accident" in terms of an accidental explosion of a torpedo.
The Russian did not want people to know what was going on abord the Kursk, before the "accident". After the man from French secret services a sonar order was sent by the Admiral ship "Peter the First", whick locked all doors of the submarine. A similar order cancelled all possibilities for communication with surface.
The Admiral ship said to all ships located around :
- The first which approaches de Kursk, we sink it !
Then the Russian tried to pick their VIP from aboard. A Russian specialized ship approached the Kursk with two small submarines aboard. One was put at sea and reached the wreck. Only 8 men could take place aboard. The idea was to pick the VIP. But the crew of the Kursk did not believe they would come back to save them. A riot occured. Men were killed. The small submarine went back to his mother ship and took place aboard.
Then Poutine decided to let the Krusk' crew to die. Secret affair.
Later the wreck was recovered, not to get the corpses but to hide this story. The torpedo chamber, with its 1 m large tubes was destroyed in depth. The MHD torpedoes were recovered. Many devices were recevered, including the propellers and the precious Granit supersonic missiles. The man of DGSE said that the Kursk was equiped by very secret weapons used to destroy attacking torpedos at distance.
I hope you will publish that. Truth must be known.

Rirkinhot je tenais juste à me joindre à vous pour prier pour ses défunts héros et pour compatir avec les familles. Ce terrible évènement m'a marqué malgré la distance qui me sépare d'eux vu que je suis francais. J'espère sincèrement que les familles pourront bénéficier d'un procès pour mettre au clair toute cette sombre affaire et enfin pouvoir faire le deuil de leurs proches. Cette tragédie doit servir de leçon pour que plus JAMAIS des choses comme ca arrivent ... Il y a assez de misères dans ce monde donc nous nous devons d'éviter ce genre de catastrophe "humaine".
