BWR 원자로(비등수로)의 안전 문제

한 독자가 최근 이 PDF 파일을 보내주었는데, 일본의 모든 원자력 발전소에 사용되는 BWR(비등수로) 원자로의 안전 절차에 대해 다루고 있다. 지금은 코멘트를 달 시간이 없다. 나중에 시간을 내어 보려 한다.
또 다른 독자가 이렇게 메일을 보내왔다. "왜 당신의 기사를 영문 번역본으로 온라인에 게시하지 않나요? 그러면 독자 수가 훨씬 늘어날 텐데요."

A reader just sent me this PDF file talking about safety procedures in the BWR (Boiling Water Reactors), the type which tools up all the Japanese nuclear plants. No time to make any comment. I will try to find time later.

Another reader wrote me : "Why don't you put online your articles in the form of English translation? This would a lot increase the readership.
I don't expect more, but who will translate?

Suggestion : make contact with me and translate articles in english. Provide me HTML pages, ready to be inserted. This will be time consuming to me to assemble this pages myself. If there are legends on pictures, pleaseo put these texts in English. This, is a useful job.
