The security problem for BRW nuclear reactors (Boiling water reactors)

A reader just sent me this PDF file talking about safety procedures in the BWR (Boiling Water Reactors), the type which tools up all the Japanese nuclear plants. No time to make any comment. I will try to find time later.

Another reader wrote me: "Why don't you put online your articles in the form of English translation? This would a lot increase the readership.
I don't expect more, but who will translate?
I receive often mails from people who "would want to be useful for something, in this world which looks like to Titanic more and more".
Suggestion: make contact with me and translate articles in english. Provide me HTML pages, ready to be inserted. This will be time consuming to me to assemble this pages myself. If there are legends on pictures, please put these texts in English. This is a useful job.

For pity's sake, high schoolers, stop asking me for leading your supervised personal project (TPE), and strangeness lovers, stop plaguing me with questions. There are more urgent things to do.
