This is a video produced by Channel 9, United States. You know that in the USA there is no difference between a "folder" and an advertisement. This video is overwhelming. We "captured" it to prevent it from disappearing, then transcribed, translated, and finally subtitled by Oliver Rouault. Regarding the concern of preserving documents, note that a video included on the Taser company's website, showing an American police officer shooting a disarmament suspect in the back while he was calmly walking toward a police car, as well as another video showing officers shooting a prisoner in his cell, suddenly disappeared one day.
The video "Under your skin" (subtitled), reaches 11 megabytes. We will subtitle it in German, Italian, and other languages if possible, and we hope it will be widely disseminated around the world. Thank you to those who did the text entry, the translation, and to Olivier who created the first subtitled version.
In fact, to expose a danger, nothing is better than giving a voice to those actually involved in carrying out the operation. It takes complete ignorance not to see what is going on here (but many are indeed ignorant). Our television constantly floods us with trivialities. I believe such a document should be broadcast during prime time, but undoubtedly it will only receive a banal mention.

People wonder what they could do. You have something simple here. Get moving. Maybe you know people in other countries. We are living on a "Titanic" that is sinking. There's that, plus the recent news that Australians have made implantable chips mandatory in the military and among bank employees.
This was the trigger showing that serious operations have now begun. And it won't stop there. If you knew all that lies behind it, you'd be terrified. We've known for years that these things would eventually happen. Soon there will be vaccination campaigns implanting chips so small they could pass through a syringe's needle. Intracranial implants are programmed.

On the Titanic there were three kinds of people:

I've been in risky situations before, and I've always reacted like those in the fourth category. On the Titanic, I would have coordinated the construction of rafts using all the wood on board, employing the ship's carpentry materials and ropes. In a short time, we could have created enough rafts on this calm sea to save those who had no space on the lifeboats (but on Earth today, there may not even be any lifeboats, not even for the wealthiest...).
I know I would have reacted this way—just a matter of temperament. The world is taking this turn because it is in the hands of complete lunatics descending into exponentially growing paranoia. We are not obliged to follow their example, nor to pay the price for their escalating stupidity. Human beings are numerous. Around the world, there are people who are not only honest and generous, but also intelligent (true intelligence leads naturally to honesty and generosity—through simple calculation).
We must save this old ship "Earth." I believe it's worth saving, and that it's possible. Help me, help us...

Don't wait for a leader to take charge. I'm not the "rescue guru." Think for yourself. Accept the idea that your leaders have been incapable for a long time. Try to see clearly around you, take initiative, and see what you can do.
