The newspaper Le Monde:

The H1N1 Flu, at the Time of Criticism and Investigations "Dramatization," "overestimation of risks," "misinformation," "terrorist and irrational policy": the H1N1 flu pandemic has given way to criticism and investigation commissions on the management of the crisis by the government.

"Excess was one of the characteristics of this campaign," said the professor, from the Academy of Medicine, for whom the crisis ended in a "political fiasco" and "buffoonery." He mentions "disturbing pressure groups," especially at the World Health Organization (WHO), "terrorist" epidemiologists, a "much too heavy" logistics...

Health authorities indeed used major means: establishment of an interministerial crisis cell led by the Ministry of the Interior, mass vaccination plans, opening of hundreds of vaccination centers throughout the territory, purchase of vaccines by the tens of millions, expansion of antiviral use.

Alarmism was in order. The virus "is a sort of grim lottery," with young people who can die "suddenly," stated the health minister, who declared:

"People will die because they will not have been vaccinated."

As the epidemic peak approached, she emphasized that flu pandemics usually occur in several waves and that "the last ones are generally more virulent than the first ones."

Vaccine orders were quick and massive (94 million doses), before the European Medicines Agency established in November that a single dose was sufficient. The government had to cancel more than half of the orders, and should pay compensation. There are also important stocks of masks and antivirals to manage.

Early January, while announcing that she was canceling half of the orders, the minister defended herself from doing "too much or too little."

"I say clearly, we must practice the precautionary principle."

The "battle" waged against the virus, fueled by the painful memory of the 2003 heatwave, where the government had delayed implementing an emergency plan, appeared out of sync with a pandemic that was finally significantly less virulent than feared.

The vaccination campaign initially excluded family doctors who could have convinced their patients to get vaccinated. Counterproductive, it caused public distrust, which was sensitive to all rumors.

For Professor Gentilini, who fears "that these serious mistakes could harm the concept of vaccination," it is necessary "to learn from the crisis to not repeat them."

"I am for vaccination, the principle of vaccination is remarkable, but not just any way." Socialist deputies also feared a "loss of trust" from the population and "consequences" in public health. The experts on which the health authorities relied were criticized, and communist and Left Party senators requested an investigation commission on their "incestuous links" with laboratories.

Another investigation commission was requested at the National Assembly, "to take stock."

Mrs. Bachelot had already strongly defended herself before the deputies on January 12, opposing the "dangerous sophistry" and the "politically destructive" impact of preconceived judgments to her "wise and precautionary" speech.

Chronicle 15 - 30 January 2010

I have added a few lines to the " series - flu ". The "grog" curve (the official French site that serves as "an observatory of flu in France") speaks for itself. The "pandemic" is fading fast. Official figures indicate that 10% of flu cases are attributable to the H1N1 strain. It is clear that the flu phenomenon in France this year, mainly due to the "seasonal flu," has set records. Never in ten years has the flu caused less damage in France.

We were really taken for fools. It seems that Ms. Chan has resigned from her position as Director of the WHO to return to work for her real bosses: pharmaceutical companies. This does not prevent Mrs. Bachelot from sending us, at our expense, a circular letter urging us to get vaccinated. I received mine.

Pathetic.

What is less so is the Haiti affair. I have obtained all the technical details of the "earthquake machine." Initially invented by the Russians, it was the subject of a development contract with ... the Americans. I have all the documents on this. It is actually very easy to obtain them. There is no need to wonder "where has this mysterious machine gone." The traceability is without mystery.

Only the incurable optimists will continue to doubt that one can create earthquakes with such a device. There is even a paper published in a conference where the device is presented as "capable of preventing earthquakes by creating 'mini-earthquakes' to release accumulated tensions in faults." The paper shows that the Earth "responds" well. When I have a bit of time, I will detail all of this. No, it is not HAARP (which is an authentic weather weapon).

Similarly, it seems that avalanches can be prevented by triggering "mini" ones with simple fireworks, above the ski slopes and villages at risk. But one can also wait for a large amount of snow to accumulate, and negotiate the matter all at once, in a horrifyingly destructive way. Any physicist will evaluate the ratio between the energy developed by an avalanche and that delivered by the firework that caused it. It's ... staggering. In the same way, you will understand that horrifyingly destructive and costly earthquakes can be triggered by injecting minimal amounts of energy, in comparison.

It's the same with climate weapons. You thus discover the pinnacle of realpolitik: serving one's interests by making Mother Nature take the blame. The project is not new but ... from the 1950s.

For what purpose, some will say? By pure maliciousness or the desire to reduce the world's population (in which case it would remain quite effective). No, one ravages a country, then one helps it. First, maintain order. Then, the bread. One negotiates "aid for work." In fact, aid for ... anything, including the takeover of natural resources, the installation of military bases, with long-term leases (the Guantanamo lease expires in 2015), the exploitation of interesting regions for luxury tourism, the labor of slaves working to repay a debt that will never be settled, not least because it will have been largely diverted by complicit, corrupt leaders, and not used to rebuild the country, but to equip it with "profitable" facilities.

At the time when it was about organizing American aid, we briefly saw the son of Bush, at the side of Clinton and our Nobel Peace Prize winner: Obama. Do you remember the man who quickly went to the scene after a "natural disaster," with a nice hat on his head.

It was father Bush, in Indonesia

I strongly advise you to watch this video "Confession of an Economic Assassin," by John Perkins. It is probably the strongest document I have come across in years. It indicates the steps taken to take over a country, to enslave it to "the Empire." It would be necessary to add a zero step, before offering the said country aid that will make it deeply indebted. It would be necessary to add:

Zero Step: you ravage a country by making it look like a natural disaster...

Let's change the subject: I am currently finalizing a new Lanturlu comic book, which will be published in color, thanks to the help of a sponsor: the Free Foundation. The 64-page album will be devoted to electricity and will be completely different from the one that my readers may already know:

For a Few More Amperes

Here is a page, in advance:

38-basse-def

and here is the cover:

couverture_ambre_verre

According to the agreement with the sponsor, half of the print run of 2000 copies will be sent to us free of charge to CDI and municipal libraries that request it. These should be addressed to

J.P.PETIT BP 55 84122 Pertuis

or to the email address:

JIE

The rest of the print run will then be sold to benefit an "identical" association of Savoir sans Frontières: "Science and Culture for All." The selling price is not yet fixed. It will depend on the printing cost, but if you want to reserve one of the thousand available (there will be no reprints), let us know by communicating your email address to the address above. We will contact you when the album is available, in a few months. I would say that the album will not be available before three months. I finish the work in ink. It needs to be colored, printed. Thanks to this help from Free, we hope to be able to revive printed albums, and not remain limited to the pdf edition. But, given the cost of a color edition with such small print runs, without the help of a sponsor, it was not feasible. If there are others who come forward, we are open to it.

By the way, you may have seen the comic book "La Passion Verticale," on the helicopter, in color, on the Savoir sans Frontières website.

This album had been ordered two years ago by Eurocopter. Translated into three languages: English, German, Spanish. The goal was ostensibly to make print runs to give these albums to all Eurocopter staff. I did the job, on time. I even collected a laudatory postscript from our national glory: Jean Boulet, test pilot of the Alouette and holder of numerous records. There was printing in four languages. I inherited a few author copies. As for the rest, we never heard anything more. If you meet a person working at Eurocopter, in France, England, Germany or Spain and you talk to him about this comic book, he will tell you he has never heard of it.

Why? Because there was a hush-up within the "communication" department of the company. The director judged that this comic book was not "corporate." In English, this means: does not correspond to the company's image. Thinking back, I should have asked to recover a print run of several thousand books. At least some people could have read them. Where are these books, at Eurocopter? In a cellar, probably in Marignane. When you think about it, it's astonishing....

Do you know that Savoir sans Frontières has paid more than 50,000 euros in translations in three years: 330 albums in 33 languages. Listen to the interview on France Inter. And all this with small checks. Thirty euros on average. Never more than 150 euros. The names of the donors on the site. I don't see a banker. If this person reacts, it would be our first. But since it's not deductible, I have my doubts.

This work of designing a new comic book has somewhat distanced me from the editorials I must write. But I think, regarding vaccination, that the files I had set up have borne fruit. It was necessary to do this. One can say that without the internet, Mrs. Bachelot would have certainly had more success in her campaign. Mission accomplished.

bachelot_pere_noel

After the comic book, I will do an investigation on my site. One of my readers will help me, as he had already done two years ago. Goal: to know which books you would like me to print and sell by mail. Between what I have in my boxes and the books I can get in a few weeks, it makes 24 titles. You will choose. It is varied, you can imagine.

My readers must wonder if I have abandoned the UFO topic. No. They can, if they wish, read the text of the scientific communication I gave in Bremen, where I went in a wheelchair in October.

The Bremen paper.

Unfortunately, there will be no insertion on Dailymotion of the recording of the 30-minute conference I gave there, which was completely ruined by the member of the association who was in charge of filming. Lack of preparation, lack of equipment maintenance, lack of seriousness. A pity, but that's how it is.

The lab in the garage of Fontenay, on the outskirts of Paris: abandoned. The equipment was moved elsewhere, and the project was put on more solid tracks. Things are now well underway. The UFOcatch project is also progressing well. In fact, we fall back on what could be called a citizen reaction.

Yves Blanc, director of GEIPAN

The Geipan has a new director, engineer Yvan Blanc:

Yvan_Blanc

Yvan Blanc, director of the Geipan, at a "UFO dinner" in Toulouse

At a recent "UFO dinner," in Toulouse, Yvan Blanc, continuing the remarks of his predecessors, reaffirmed that the continuation of studies and research does not fall within the Geipan's responsibilities, and "this concerns scientists." This has been heard for 33 years. The Cnes service will therefore continue to accumulate verbatim reports established by the gendarmes, waiting "for scientists to decide to exploit this information mine." Blanc took office in early 2008, at the time of Patenet's retirement. Since then, nothing has happened. No initiative has been taken.

For a year now, we have distributed thousands of "network caps," with which we hope that one day, someone will capture an UFO spectrum. It's like putting salt on the tail of small birds. But it can work, one day. At least it's an initiative, in the face of no initiative at all.

reseau_diffraction

By getting them from the USA, in large numbers, we get them at low cost, twenty or thirty cents. In such cases, it is useless to sell them. It is simpler to give them. With two or three euros, you can give a thousand of these objects. This is what we have undertaken to do:

Here is the link

When there are none left, we will recommend more. It is indeed necessary to have a minimum number of these objects for someone to have the good fortune one day to have in hand his digital device, or his camcorder, and this small piece of cardboard resembling a slide. Otherwise, simple photos, or witness accounts, bring nothing, which the people of GEIPAN-SEPRA-GEPAN have not understood and will never understand. At UFO-science we have competent people to analyze these spectra and at least the public can say that if there is information in there, it will not be immediately sealed under the defense secret. There is an amusing thing in this story of a document taken in digital form: it is impossible to seize the original. Any photo can be immediately duplicated in an unlimited number of copies.

These network caps, we may need ten thousand in nature to have a photo. It's just a few thousand euros. Perhaps some UFO associations will take up this idea. It's starting. Anyone can do it. We don't hide our supplier and people can contact him directly.

The Geipan could have taken up this idea. But in this Shaddock universe, this idea may be too simple. Or maybe they didn't understand well. Or maybe it's a mix of both. In any case: no reaction. See the two precepts written above, in italics.

If I were asked for my opinion about this service, I would say that I am in favor of its complete and simple suppression. The State would save money. Why maintain a service that has never produced anything in 33 years and, due to a poor strategy and a complete lack of imagination, will never produce anything. But there is worse. If an event occurred, which had the good fortune to attract the attention of the politicians on the UFO topic, the reaction would be to immediately flood this service with credits, which it would not know what to do with, due to a lack of skills. When you think about it, this is exactly what happened in 1977. In 75-76, Viton and I had shown that this file could present some interest from a scientific point of view (through our MHD work). So they created the GEPAN, and placed a man with poor scientific skills at its head: Claude Poher. Thirty-three years later, we owe the ridiculous theory of the "universes," carefully concocted in a closet office. See his book "The Universes, the Energy of the Future."

If you look at the Cometa report, you can read the conclusions and recommendations at the end of this brochure: to strengthen the service that existed at the time of its publication, which had the name SEPRA, and was directed by an ex-optics technician, Jean-Jacques Vélasco. Surrealistic...

Let's go back to 1977. When the GEPAN was created, I was already bedridden, in a hospital, after my work accident in October 76. The logical behavior would have been to entrust me with responsibilities at the level of the direction of studies and research, which Poher was unable to ensure. The GEPAN had been given a scientific council of 7 members, and it would have never occurred to anyone that I could be part of it. This council gave no instructions, contenting itself with reading the reports composed by Poher. There was a plasma physicist, competent, René Pellat (deceased), but notorious anti-UFO and, for cosmology, the dean of the faculty of sciences of Orsay, Roland Omnès, equally hostile to any scientific approach to the file. This council could therefore not play the role of locomotive.

After a year, for reasons that were never clarified, Claude Poher resigned. He was replaced by the polytechnician Alain Esterle, who declared himself open to MHD studies. Again, I asked to be able to direct these researches. Refused. At the Cnes, engineer Bernard Zappoli declared himself capable of taking it over. Bragging: due to his incompetence, the project, set up at the CERT (Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches) in Toulouse, and funded by the Cnes, soon collapsed. Warned, René Pellat, sent to Toulouse by Hubert Curien, director of the Cnes, and future minister of research (now deceased), observed the mess and immediately demanded Esterle's resignation, who was replaced by his deputy, the optics technician Jean-Jacques Vélasco.

It is impossible to consider studies and research anywhere without having a competent direction. I could have fulfilled this function, which was refused to me twice. Today, the two successive directors of the Geipan, Patenet, who retired, and Yvan Blanc, pretend to ignore my existence ( "deploring the lack of interest of scientists for the UFO file" ). I leave the taxpayer to assess, if ever someone dares to calculate the cost of the Cnes service, since its creation in 1977, for a strictly null result.

To be French is above all to be able to cope with the absurd, with the waste. Currently, after having abandoned an 18 square meter garage, on the outskirts of Paris, we are setting up the most advanced MHD research unit in France, in a space of 9 square meters. It's not difficult: MHD is simply non-existent in the hexagon and the French "cold plasmas" group makes our foreign colleagues laugh. This wonderful technology that is UFOcatch is mounted in a kitchen corner. The year 2010, after some rearrangements, will be fruitful.

Some may have watched Hamouchi's show, on the Direct8 channel, broadcast in 2008. There, we had set a quality standard. It will be difficult, after that, to produce mediocre, vulgar performances, as we have seen so many. Will there be another show of this kind? In my opinion, no. The next one was scheduled for the fall of 2008, we are in 2010. No news from Hamouchi for more than a year.

direct8_hamouchi

There are two possible explanations, which can also be combined:

- Or the ratings were too low - Or it was blown out of the lungs

But do we really need the media? Currently, my wife and I are finishing our renovation in Pertuis. Setback: we have suffered a severe attack by termites (emergency treatment, beams to replace, etc.) and when it rains heavily I have to put pots in my office. So work, costs ahead (we have to completely redo the roof). But when everything is under control, I will convert the living room into a shooting studio. We have our personal camcorder, plus that of UFO-science. My Belgian friend Denis Roussel explained to me that for 2000 euros you can now buy a transparent screen and a projector: enough to comment on images, even films. The PowerPoint system allows for rudimentary but very informative animations (see the conference I gave at the Ecole Polytechnique ).

Darn, when we have sealed the water leaks, put on the tarp, killed the last termite, this living room will become a firing battery with large caliber shells. And, on this terrain, no competition.

It's the same logic at work. Wonderful high-tech devices are assembled in kitchens, cutting-edge work is being done in mini-laboratories, installed in a corner of a shed, series of "television" are being developed in living room studios. It would be foolish to wait for reactions from official organizations or controlled media. It would be just a simple waste of time.

Listen to this young man. He is the entire conscience of the world. The one speaking in front of the camera is a courageous young man. But if we are not, our world will sink. It is time for the World General Assembly to be held. Let's put on the table the needs and resources. Let's locate without indulgence, nor demagogy, the real problems. Let's think about how to curb the global population, without resorting to murder, silent assassinations. Let's look for energy sources that are not mirages, eco-fraud.

Let's write the declaration of human rights, but also of its duties

The right to life, to health, to education, to security. But also the duty to contribute intelligently to the great common march, the duty to question retrograde, harmful beliefs.

Theme: electricity, with a bit of emphasis on the security angle, in order to be able to tell the kid: that's why we strongly advise you not to put your fingers in the house's electrical outlets. What is behind them? Where does this magical fluid come from? What is its nature? Why can it both warm us, relieve us of exhausting tasks, illuminate us, and send us to death? Do you know that when a rescue helicopter flies over the site of a shipwreck, it drags a cable in the water that the survivor will grasp, to prevent him from touching the 100,000 volts under which he has charged, by moving the air with his synthetic blade?

I am halfway through and I am having fun. It will amuse you too. But it takes time. Hence a slowdown in the flow of news that you are fond of. So I can only relay in a few hours, haphazardly, in disorder, what comes to my eyes and ears.

You can see how our expert pilot, who in principle has only a few hours of experience on a light single-engine plane, engages his large aircraft in a wide loop, heading for the Pentagon, which is visible in the background, in gray. A 320-degree loop, instead of simply diving toward his target, which will lead him to negotiate, at a speed of 540 km/h and an altitude of 250 meters, a steep turn: nearly 45 degrees. Skillful, this beginner. Any other trainee pilot would have let "the ball" go to the right or left, would have gone into a slide or a skid. But this one perfectly coordinates his foot and stick movements. Professional pilots will appreciate

vol_77_2

Indeed, our "madman of Allah" is doing very well. Here he aligns himself with his target, at 130 meters altitude, performing a splendid turn at a 40-degree angle. He re-enters his trajectory, perfecting his 320-degree loop. Applause for the artist: this maneuver is a miracle.

Chronique: 6 - 7 December 2009

Analysis of Obama's recent speech at West Point

Obama is going to Oslo to receive his ... Nobel Peace Prize, while doubling the number of G.I. in Afghanistan!

I have spent a lot of time on this "vaccination battle" [http://fr.article/curseur-feuilleton_grippehtml]. Previously, I had created dossiers to allow readers to form their own opinion on the issue. All of this is a very exhausting work. I am not the only one in this fight. Several things have emerged over the months:

We were completely ignorant of all the collateral aspects related to vaccination in general. For me, people who questioned the systematic benefits of vaccination could only be Jehovah's Witnesses, or members of some sect. I was completely taken aback. I remember a dossier that was sent to me where parents had their child taken away, entrusted to the DASS, by force, because they had refused a vaccination. As soon as I started looking into the issue (I knew nothing about it, but I was responding to the urgent requests of my readers), an internet user sent me the book by Dr. Michel Georget. I strongly recommend you buy and read it. What you will discover in it will leave you speechless. I used some excerpts in my articles. It is very well documented, referenced. After reading this book, you will know much more than the majority of doctors. As pointed out by Georget, medical students receive practically no education on the harmful consequences of vaccinations. Later, doctors, during their professional practice, continue to "inform themselves." In fact, "they are informed," because medical journals are actually funded by pharmaceutical companies and health merchants (through advertising), which could not go against their own interests. Finally, the question of the harmful effects of vaccination lacks significant epidemiological studies. But who would fund them? Who would cut the branch on which they are sitting?

livre_vaccination

poher_universons

If you read this book, very clear and well done, very accessible, you will be shocked by what you discover. Dr. Georget deliberately documented his 464-page book because, he says, he did not write it only for the public, but for doctors, so that they also acquire a minimum of knowledge on this subject, which they usually ignore.

In parallel, we discovered that our health minister, Roselyne Bachelot, was actually working for the pharmaceutical industry, as were the experts who had concocted this plan. It all started with a redefinition of the concept of pandemic by the director of the WHO, Ms. Chan. Before, a pandemic was an illness affecting a large number of countries and causing significant damage, deaths, and disabilities in health. Important: numerically. Today, the second criterion has disappeared. It has been decided not to retain it anymore! The common cold becomes a ... pandemic. The "responsible" ones relayed by the press have coined the concept of pandemic flu. While seasonal flu has always been and will remain pandemic, given its ease of spread and its highly contagious nature. They are already talking about "the pandemic of next year." It is necessary to keep the pharmaceutical industry going.

I discovered, and you probably did too, that the common flu kills 2,500 to 3,500 French people a year, and 500,000 people worldwide, affecting three populations:

- Very young children, whose immune system is not yet fully developed, and whose blood lacks antibodies to defend themselves

- People who are "immunodepressed," whose immune system is weakened for one reason or another

- Elderly people, whose sources of cells ensuring defense against diseases (at their age, mainly bone marrow) no longer provide this service, or do so poorly.

I also learned that the flu, being viral and not bacterial, weakens the defenses of those affected, making them more vulnerable to other pulmonary diseases, of bacterial origin, not viral. It makes sense. A disease generally weakens us. We all have in our bodies a variety of pathogenic infections that are not completely eliminated by our immune system, or are in the process of being eliminated, and will manifest if this immune system (our lymphocytes, our "internal police") is temporarily weakened, lacking in numbers. Thus, generally, the deaths (one in a thousand die from a common flu, 90% of deaths affecting the elderly) are not due to the flu itself, but to a superinfection, to the expression of infections of other types, of bacterial origin.

I tried to explain this to my readers. At the same time, we could witness the manipulative manifestations of political leaders and journalists.

Thus, what is emerging today is that the public, the citizens, can no longer trust not only their politicians, their administrative authorities (prefects rushing to collaborate with this vaccination plan), but also their press. There is practically no free press left. The media are in the hands of large groups and serve their interests.

So, what remains? The Internet.

Many recall the failure of a magnificent misinformation operation from a few years ago: the referendum on the European constitution, the text of which was sent to every French citizen by mail. Do you believe that politicians, journalists, and television channels would have analyzed the document, launched a debate, formulated criticisms? No. When you attended pseudo-debates (one of which I remember, hosted by this figurehead, Christine Ockrent), it was evident that the people on the panel had not read the document! It all started with small blogs. Overnight, a completely unknown history teacher saw his website receive tens of thousands of visits. Personally, I found points in this project (which is now passing without referendums) completely alarming. For example, the fact that "the police could use their weapons and fire on demonstrators if this demonstration turns into a riot (....)". The referendum was a failure for the government. So what? Why consult the citizens.

Currently, the "non-professional" journalists we are are fighting as best we can. The number of daily consultations has risen from 3,000 to 4,000 per day. A professional who had managed an investigation estimated a year ago that my readership was between 40,000 and 60,000 readers, in total. The number of people touched, at one time or another, by my writings. If we do the proportionality, it must currently be between 60,000 and 80,000 readers....

Strange adventure, initiated more than ten years ago. A slow rise in audience.

Agoravox, the first citizen media (http://www.agoravox.fr), founded by de Rosnais, experienced an extraordinary rise in audience. The article of the day (read it, it defies imagination!):

http://www.agoravox.fr/tribune-libre/article/h1n1-le-niveau-6-du-plan-pandemie-65927

There, citizens themselves become not only readers but ... journalists. The technique allows inserting an unlimited number of images, as well as videos. This parallel press is increasingly competing with the traditional press, which is losing ground, entering a crisis. These sites refer to each other. Roselyne Bachelot, after "ten new deaths confirmed by H1N1" (while the seasonal flu kills in France, on average, between 2,500 and 3,500 people a year), is considering raising the alert to "level 6" (maximum). I don't have the time to write on this topic, but I immediately refer you to this Agoravox article (above).

There remains the last bastion, the television news, the brainwashing machine, the mind-erasing machine, easy information, the mushy spoonful, casually consumed by the viewer at lunch or dinner. But the number of computers with internet connections is growing irrepressibly. More and more people discover that there is another way to inform oneself. Of course, the internet is, as journalists in the field say, "anything". But over time, internet users discover that they find in these pages, written by amateurs, more structured, more documented information, in conclusion of better quality than what they find in the traditional press, which continues to discredit itself. They discover studies, political and economic analyses, more relevant than the hastily compiled dossiers by "professional information" people, who themselves do not even realize their mediocrity!

This is the current battle, and Alex Jones has chosen a good title by calling his site infowar ("the war of information") http://www.infowars.com.

In this Sunday chronicle, which I have been working on since Sunday morning, there is a mass of topics to discuss. One doesn't know where to start.

Analysis of Obama's speech at West Point, November 2009

Either an idiot, or a sellout, or the truth is somewhere in between

After all that has been said and written about September 11, read this recent speech by President Obama before the cadets at the West Point military academy, justifying the sending of 30,000 additional troops to Afghanistan (doubling the American expeditionary force currently stationed in the country). On the Voltaire network website, you will find a transcript of the speech given by Barack Obama before the officer trainees, the cadets of the American Saint-Cyr.

Here, once again, we have a new source of this "parallel information" in motion, the Voltaire network website, founded and run by Thierry Meyssan.

**Barack Obama gives a speech at the West Point military academy, late 2009, before the officer trainees. **

Read this speech. He announces, regarding the military intervention in Afghanistan, "that he will carry this war to its conclusion" (a sweet illusion: Afghanistan will be another Vietnam). The region is far worse, strategically, than Iraq. The French have experienced these colonial wars, which are impossible to win, with the so-called Indochina war (1946-1964), then the Algerian war. Mountainous regions, full of caves, suitable for ambushes. The Russians had their teeth broken in Afghanistan.

Let's talk about the Algerian war. During all the years that the Algerian war (1954-1962) lasted, the French had to mobilize large forces, up to 400,000 men. On the French side: 25,000 dead, 65,000 wounded among the military. 4,000 to 6,000 among the pieds noirs. On the Algerian side, 500,000 dead, mostly non-combatants, a million, according to the Algerian government. The French tried to cut off the FLN (National Liberation Front) from its supplies by blocking access by sea and along the border with Tunisia, with a double electrified barrier. But it proved impossible to "pacify the country," to "end this war," to use the expression used by Barack Obama. Eventually, the one million pieds noirs living in Algeria would be forced to follow the inescapable order: "the suitcase or the coffin."

Strategically, the hinterland is mountainous, full of caves, caches, impossible to control, despite air support, helicopters (airborne forces), and ground attack aircraft (T6, Invaders, Mistral jet aircraft). It is impossible to "end this war."

A look at the Vietnam War, where the US engaged against "a war against communism" after the French left 'Indochina', the Americans took their place, sending a force of "advisers" to South Vietnam, whose political leader at the time was the Vietnamese Diem. The American ambition was to support the South Vietnamese army, enabling it to resist the pressures and infiltrations coming from the communist North Vietnam. In 1964, the United States opted for intervention and put ... their finger in the gears.

At that time, South Vietnam was in total political instability, and coups d'état followed one after another, a situation that would continue until the political and military collapse of the region and the extension of the communist regime.

On August 7, 1964, Congress granted President Lyndon Johnson the authority to take all necessary measures to counter communism.

With his "legitimacy" (you will find this concept in Obama's speech), after triggering the war with the Gulf of Tonkin incident, Lyndon B Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, assassinated, launched carpet bombings on North Vietnam, gradually moving toward Hanoi. The operation was named Rolling Thunder (Rolling Thunder). Crushed by this deluge of fire, the enemy would crack, ask for mercy, surely. The technological advantage seemed overwhelming. The imbalance of forces seemed phenomenal. It began with the monstrous B 52 bomber:

b52-bombs

**The B 52 bomber and its carrying capacity. **

B52_vietnam

**A deluge of bombs on North Vietnam **

But the formula proved ineffective. Giap, chief general and Ho Chi Minh, political leader, had learned the lesson from the Korean War (see below). The entire North Vietnam was ... buried 20 meters underground. The country completely transformed into an ant hill. In terms of logistics, the North Vietnamese were supported by China, which would soon send fighters (two to three hundred thousand). There, it was impossible to cut off the supply sources, to have control over the Sino-Vietnamese border, as well as the supply of equipment and men also came from communist China.

It is worth noting that in both the Korean War and the Indochina War, the use of nuclear weapons was requested. A US general, MacArthur, drew up a plan to bomb China (Manchuria) with "a few well-targeted nuclear strikes," which was rejected. MacArthur, exceeding political orders and conducting operations beyond the Chinese border, was dismissed. Similarly, when the French saw that things were going badly in Indochina, some military leaders addressed the Americans, requesting a nuclear intervention to fight against "the common enemy": the communist threat. Refused.

Transported throughout the country, stored in countless caches, the arms convoys passed through the jungle, through Vietnam and Cambodia. The "Viets" transported loads on trails, sometimes on ... bicycles! This network of supply routes would be called the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

The US then played its second card: the combat helicopter.

helico_vietnam

The war would be a source of fabulous profits for the American military-industrial complex, which, under the cover of an ideological struggle ("for all free people," a theme repeated in Obama's speech), strongly pushed for military intervention. In the United States, no one would dare to account for these profits (not even after all the wars, for that matter). In any case, it is the arms manufacturers who win the wars, even the most absurd ones, like the First World War. Afterwards, they distribute handfuls of medals to veterans, who are called "veterans," and they raise some commemorative monuments, waiting, when everything has settled, for former combatants from both sides to meet and ... fraternize. Below is a marine, returning from Iraq.

Bombing with napalm in Vietnam

Failure. An expeditionary force cannot overcome an elusive enemy, merged with the population. It is not about "rebels," but about a completely organized army, which will reach 900,000 men, led by strategists trained in Western schools, mainly French. When they take over, the Americans merely repeat the failure of the French, whose adventure ended on May 7, 1954, with the defeat of Dien Bien Phu. Frenchmen, in the Algerian War, would take up a theme that served as their guiding principle, a mix of authoritarianism (intimidating the adversary with targeted strikes) and paternalism ("the peace of the brave").

Years pass and the Americans are completely bogged down. The American troops, composed of conscripts and not professional soldiers, increasingly find a war that seems to have no end. Protests movements arise in the USA. The press constantly shows the return of the soldiers' coffins (this will be banned in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq). Soldiers called up, and even officers, refuse to go there. To everyone's surprise, while the American strategists believe their enemy is out of steam, the latter launches the Tet Offensive, on January 30, 1968, where hundreds of thousands of equipped soldiers suddenly pour through all of South Vietnam, finding the American and South Vietnamese troops in a state of total unpreparedness. The Americans have never been very good at intelligence on the ground. They rely on satellite images and reports from experts and military analysts sitting in their offices. Obama is currently making the same mistake. See his speech.

offensive_du_Tet

**Map showing the scale of the Tet offensive, led by the Vietcong in South Vietnam **

The Vietminh does not manage to seize the cities, but the scale of the offensive shows "that he is in South Vietnam as at home." Indeed, the previous infiltration operations of hundreds of thousands of combatants were carried out with the complicity of the population and without the knowledge of the American expeditionaries, completely caught off guard!

This operation instantly ruins the trust that the rural population could have in the security that the Americans could provide. If the South Vietnamese hold the cities, the countryside is controlled by the Vietcong. It is the same today in Afghanistan, where the government of Hamid Karzai (former executive in the Unocal oil company), set up on the basis of questionable elections (mentioned by Obama in his speech), only holds the cities, while the countryside and mountainous regions increasingly fall under the control of the Taliban. It is said that there is rule in Kaboulistan (Kabul being the capital of the country).

American action is bogged down. The American population, constantly seeing planes loaded with coffins arrive, becomes exasperated. They rightly understand that this war cannot be won, and that the only solution is to withdraw.

In Korea (1950-1953), where the conflict does not begin with attacks and guerrilla actions, but with a brutal invasion of 135,000 North Korean soldiers, determined to seize South Korea, immediately strongly supported by the Chinese and the Russians. There, carpet bombing (raids where indiscriminate bombing creates passages where everything is destroyed, where no life remains) has been carried out. The Americans target civilians, in addition to military bases and installations.

B29_sur_Coree

**Bombing of American B-29s on North Korea **

excerpt from Wikipedia

** - -

The text below explains very well why the strategy implemented by the Americans in Korea "worked". Deadly air strikes for Korean civilians. At the same time, the decision to intensify strategic bombing campaigns resulted in the death of a larger number of North Korean civilians. (But in North Vietnam, by burying everything, Giap and Ho Chi Minh rendered this strategy ineffective. Moreover, the war in Vietnam was fought on the ground and not in the air.) The US Air Force, according to official statistics, dropped 454,000 tons of bombs during the 37 months of the conflict, or 12,270 tons per month (Compare with the 537,000 dropped on Japan during the Pacific Campaigns, the 47,778 tons monthly during the entire Second World War and the 44,014 tons monthly during the Vietnam War.

According to the North Koreans, "more than 10,000 bombers (cumulative number) carried out more than 250 air raids on the city of Pyongyang alone between mid-July and mid-August 1951, the 'targets' ranging from hospitals (all 20 meters underground during the Vietnam War), to rural houses near the city. The north of Korea, although only a third of the area of Japan, was bombed 3.7 times more than the latter during the Second World War, or 600,000 tons of bombs (napalm and others)" The American historian Bruce Cummings adds that the experts in Korea developed a new form of aerial warfare, refining methods already used against Japan: "The Korean War is considered to have been limited, but it resembled the aerial war against the Japanese Empire during the Second World War, and was often led by the same American military commanders. If the attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki have been the subject of numerous analyses, the incendiary bombings against Japanese and Korean cities have received much less attention".

According to the same source, Bruce Cummings observes that these massive bombings did not correspond to the "precision bombing" invoked by the American army:

"Within the American Air Force, some enjoyed the virtues of this relatively new weapon, introduced at the end of the previous war, laughing at communist protests and misleading the press by talking about 'precision bombing'."

The lessons of the aerial war for American experts If the Korean conflict is a particular case, due to political and geographical data, it is still worth noting that the air commanders, nourished by the rich lessons of the Second World War, were able to adapt quickly to achieve the imperative of air superiority, completing the action of neutralizing enemy terrain in North Korea by fixing the Soviet and Chinese air forces in a quadrilateral chosen by them.

This strategy of fixation worked. Indeed:

the rate of losses in flight was low, half of that observed during the Second World War.

the support for the overwhelming numerical forces of the North Koreans was consequently insignificant.

The years of war in Korea ended with a ceasefire and, after the Panmunjeon negotiations, a return to a border around the 38th parallel, the limit of the communist penetration in the country. That is to say the "return to the starting point." The Americans keep bases in South Korea, but are able to pass the baton to the locals, both politically and militarily. Let's call it "a victory." It is worth noting that several countries, including France, were involved in the conflict in Korea.

coree

The Americans therefore tried to apply to North Vietnam the tactic used in Korea. But, this war being fought exclusively on the ground, in a country with a high vegetation cover, rendered this bombing technique ineffective. The brutality of American actions against civilians only served to unite the fighters with the North Vietnamese people. Thus, at this time, the US used grenades, explosives, bombs, projecting not metal fragments, but plastic particles, not visible on X-rays, according to the principle: "a disabled person costs more than a dead one," a tactic recommended by the Nobel Prize in Physics Gell-Man, within the Jason Commission, where scientists were asked to contribute to military actions by suggesting the use of new technologies. One could say that today, the international scientific community has become a "vast Jason Commission."

The Americans used defoliants (Agent Orange) to clear border areas, fully aware, given that this agent was toxic to both plants and humans, that this would cause long-term damage to the Vietnamese population, multiplying malformed children, monsters (they did the same in Iraq, using depleted uranium shells, to "punish the Iraqis"). Here we see the fundamental stupidity of the Americans, over decades, who then wonder why they are hated by large masses of people, who do not thank them for their actions "in the general interest," "for the defense of the free world and democracy." See Obama's speech.

As an information, Obama, Nobel Peace Prize winner (...) has just refused to sign the moratorium banning the production of anti-personnel mines:

Source (in English):

In short, the Americans lost the Vietnam War, simply and purely, as they will lose the war in Iraq. In the first, they considered a "Vietnamization" of the conflict, pretending to withdraw, after having trained a South Vietnamese army capable of countering alone, with the support of American equipment, the attacks of the North Vietnamese units. A big lie. As soon as the American forces withdrew, the South Vietnamese units were quickly defeated, and the military operations reached their climax with the fall of Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam, on April 3, 1975. Result: Vietnamese losses, one and a half million dead. 60,000 killed on the American side and 300,000 wounded.

After the end of the Vietnam War, I went to the United States several times, and each time I tried to get the Americans I met to talk about this topic, I was met with the answer:

  • Vietnam is our problem. We don't want to talk about it

It's the first war that Americans have lost, in a country where they don't like "losers," the defeated. Films recount the disillusionment of former soldiers, treated as outcasts, almost as criminals, upon their return to the country, at least as living proof of a humiliating, unbearable failure for a people without history, without memory, always looking forward, whose obsession is to move forward (let's roll: "let's go!"), rushing as quickly as possible to turn their backs on their past. A people of amnesiacs. This amnesia, this blindness, may be one of the causes of American stupidity in foreign policy, adding to the limited, selfish, and irresponsible greed of its military-industrial complex, which will dress itself in good conscience by convincing itself that it is forging weapons to defend freedom and fight the evil of the moment.

Freedom, how many crimes are committed in your name

Obama, in his speech, announces that the deaths will be honored, by a letter signed by his own hand. Ceremonies will be held, medals distributed, pensions assigned. They will be kind to the amputees, the disabled, promised. This will not happen as during the Vietnam War.

He announces an "Iraqization" of the conflict in Iraq, just as he presents the American presence in Afghanistan only as "temporary," "limited to 18 months" (similar speeches had been made when sending military advisors to Vietnam). Having cleaned up, considering that Afghans will now be able to ensure police in their own countries, they will withdraw, believing that the fate of Afghanistan is now in the hands of Afghans themselves and under their responsibility (...). Read, I am not making this up! Either it is naivety and innocence in the face of bullets, or it reflects the most complete cynicism, or a docility towards powers that have nothing to do with the US Constitution.

He announces that in 2011, Americans, who have already lost 4,500 men in Iraq, will withdraw, entrusting now to a local government, "democratically elected," the responsibility of ensuring the country's security and development.

We are in a state of political surrealism...

Below are excerpts from this long speech. Reading it, one has the impression that Obama has learned nothing from past misadventures, understands nothing about the local situation and beyond, about geopolitics. Where does he get his advice? What guides his decisions, which he presents as carefully considered (...)?

Is it recklessness? Is he obeying orders? Is he subject to physical threats, against himself and his family, of the kind "walk straight. Otherwise, remember how Kennedy ended up."

Perhaps we should return to past situations, and to the behavior of Johnson just before the Vietnam War (toward the end of his life, he declared that he was tormented by this mistake, which had cost the lives of so many Americans, for... nothing). The French experience was of no help to the Americans. With their experience of the effectiveness of the carpet bombing deployed on the cities of North Korea, the Americans said at that time: "The French did not have our technology and our military power, they don't have our B-52s." Everything was combined: the pressure from the military-industrial lobby for which any war was good as long as others were sent to die. There was also the anti-communist hysteria, communism being at the time identified with what Bush would call the "Axis of Evil," which now takes the face of Islamic extremism. The Good, as everyone knows, is always on the side of the Americans (see Obama's speech). The Good, and of course God, who blesses America in passing (see the last sentence of the speech).

Read, it's worth it. Obama confirms to you that the September 11 attacks came from Afghanistan, instigated by the terrible and elusive Bin Laden, the genius of evil, entrenched in his super sophisticated hideout of Tora Bora, in the east of the country, on the border of Pakistan. You can't doubt it: it's the President of the United States who tells you.

If today it's false, tomorrow it's true

Obama tells you, you can't doubt it

To the young cadets of West Point, whom he asks to go and die there, and announces that this anti-American conspiracy is still active, and that extremist terrorists have been apprehended on the territory of the United States, coming from Al Qaeda and Afghanistan. This war is against Al Qaeda. The myth still works, at least in the mouth of Barack Obama. Does he believe it or is he pretending? Is he promoting it for some... obscure, opportunist reasons?

It's possible that he is as obtuse, naive and manipulable as his predecessor

Unless he is just another pawn on the geopolitical chessboard. See further: Afghanistan as a route for the transport of Caspian hydrocarbons. Let's recall that one of the goals pursued by the Americans in this war in Afghanistan is to allow a gas pipeline and an oil pipeline to make possible the transport of the precious energy resources of the Caspian Sea region, to the south. Afghanistan is an essential passage to transport the precious hydrocarbons to Pakistan and its ports of the Arabian Sea. I hope I haven't gotten myself into this constellation of countries. Afghanistan extends to the east through the Waziristan valley, once traveled by Marco Polo to go to China, and by one of my friends, an alpinist, more than thirty years ago. It ends in a circle of mountains and passes, bordering three frontiers: Tajikistan, Pakistan and China. At the time when my friend went there in a Renault 4L, the region still sheltered some goats with long spiral horns, called "Marco Polo." They may have completely disappeared. Wars are nothing for endangered, more edible species. I have forgotten the name of this friend, but I remember one of his inventions, the boustrophedon, describing the complete fool. The word comes from the Greek bous, the ox, and strophedein, the furrow. The boustrophedonic writings of antiquity are those where, after writing from left to right, one continues from right to left, and so on (like the farmer who plows his field).

Example of boustrophedonic writing, ehcuag à oetoird ed tircé roiva sèrpa ùo on writes from left to right, and so on

Afghanistan

The real reason for the American presence in Afghanistan: the Caspian Sea - Arabian Sea pipeline

To understand what is hidden behind certain wars

I don't have the answer to all questions, nor ready-made solutions to offer. Below are excerpts from the (long) speech of Barack Obama, which allows us to know what this man has in his head, to compare with the evocations of expeditionary operations, like the Vietnam War.

Americans have little chance of successfully implementing this pacification plan in this region of the world, even by doubling the troops. Afghan public authorities, otherwise riddled with corruption, like the successive governments of South Vietnam, have authority only over the Kaboulistan, the capital, Kabul. The country is prone to an endless guerrilla, due to its geography. The Russians had used the big means. Attack helicopters, real flying tanks:

helicoptere_attaque_russe

The [Russian MI-24-D] Hind, used in Afghanistan. Armored cockpit and air intakes. Rapid-fire machine gun, deluge of fire

D for Dorabotanni: Terminator

You can see a Hind at the Brussels Air Museum: a real flying tank

The Russians also use armored ground vehicles. But the Mujahideen destroy them during ambushes, by laying mines that can now be triggered remotely using modified mobile phones. Thanks to the infrared-guided Stinger missiles, which fly towards their target at Mach 2.2, over short distances (4800 meters), provided by the ... Americans, attack helicopters become easy targets and the Afghans destroy them during their ground attacks, with a weapon light enough to be carried by a single man. They hide when the Hinds fly over them, and immediately fire in their direction.

taliban-uses-stinger

A Taliban using a Stinger provided by the Americans against Russian helicopters

The infrared-guided missile locks on to the engine exhausts, powerful sources of heat. The Hinds, so fearsome, with their terrifying firepower, start to fall like flies (333 Soviet helicopters destroyed in the air). Finally, the Russians lost this first Afghan war, and the Americans took over, putting their finger back in the gear. They probably imagine that new technologies (drones, combat robots) will change the game. But this will not solve the problem.

Taking the example of Iran, let's recall that this country became strongly Westernized after the war. The Mullahs were not as prevalent as today. But the United States caused the overthrow of the democrat Mossadegh, who wanted the Iranians themselves to benefit from the profits from their oil resources. Unacceptable! They installed the Shah Reza Pahlavi, who ruled the country with a regime of terror. When he was diagnosed with cancer, the Ayatollah Khomeini, in exile, returned to the country, after finding refuge ... in France, which hoped that in exchange for this service, the new Shiite regime would make a small effort regarding oil prices. But well ....

Situations where, due to short-sightedness and the desire to maintain their immediate profits at all costs, the USA have set up the seeds of much more serious problems are numerous.

Excerpts from Barack Obama's speech, before the cadets of the West Point military academy.

... This is not a battle we sought.

On September 11, 2001, nineteen hijackers took over four airplanes, which they used to massacre nearly three thousand people.

(it's true, since it's your President who tells you) They struck the nerve center of our military and economic power. They took the lives of innocents, men, women and children, regardless of their religion, race or social condition.

Without the heroism of the passengers on one of these planes, they could have also attacked one of the great symbols of our democracy in Washington and caused even more casualties ..

...

... In the days following September 11, Congress authorized the use of force against Al-Qaeda and those who gave them asylum - this authorization is still in effect today. The Senate voted in favor by 98 votes to 0. The House of Representatives voted in favor by 420 votes to 1 (theme of legitimacy) ....

...

The United Nations Security Council endorsed the use of all necessary measures to respond to the September 11 attacks (theme of legitimacy) . America, its allies and the world were united in destroying the Al-Qaeda terrorist network and protecting our common security ....

... In a few months, Al-Qaeda was scattered and a large number of its militants killed. The Taliban were driven from power and brought to their knees. At a conference convened by the UN, a provisional government was established and entrusted to President Hamid Karzai. And an International Security Assistance Force was set up to bring lasting peace to this war-torn country .....

...

Then, in early 2003, it was decided to wage a second war, in Iraq. The painful nature of the debate on the question of the war in Iraq is well known and it is not necessary to return to it here (well, of course ...) .....

... Today, after incurring extraordinary costs, we are ending the war in Iraq responsibly.

We will withdraw our combat brigades by the end of next summer, and all our soldiers before the end of 2011.

The fact that we act this way proves the character of our men and women in uniform. Thanks to their courage, their perseverance and their tenacity, we have given the Iraqis the opportunity to forge their future, and we leave the Iraqi people to take their country in hand (fabulous ...)....

... This review is now complete.

As Commander-in-Chief, I have determined that it is in our vital interest to send 30,000 additional soldiers to Afghanistan. After eighteen months, our soldiers will begin to return to the United States.

These are the resources we need to seize the initiative while building Afghan capacity that will allow a responsible transition to enable our forces to leave Afghanistan ....

(see the American adventure in Vietnam) ...

If I were not convinced that the security of the United States and Americans is at stake in Afghanistan, I would gladly order all our soldiers to return tomorrow .

....

( you talk about ... ) ... No, I am not taking this decision lightly. I am taking it because I am convinced that our security is at stake in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The region is the epicenter of the violent extremism practiced by Al-Qaeda and it is from there that the September 11 attacks originated. It is from there that new attacks are being prepared even as I speak. This is not a vague danger or a hypothetical threat.

Over the past few months, we have arrested extremists inside our borders coming from the border areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan ready to commit new acts of terrorism. The danger can only increase if the region regresses and Al-Qaeda can act with impunity. We must pressure Al-Qaeda and, for this, we must strengthen the stability and capacities of our partners in the region .....

...

Since the September 11 attacks, Al-Qaeda safe havens have served as a starting point for attacks against London, Amman and Bali .

...

.(fantastic brainwashing) ... Our overall objective remains the same: to destabilize, dismantle and defeat Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan and prevent it from threatening the United States and our allies in any of these countries ....

... Together, the additional American and international forces will allow us to accelerate the transfer of the country's security to the Afghan forces and begin to withdraw our forces from the country starting in July 2011. As we did in Iraq, we will manage this transition responsibly, taking into account the conditions on the ground. We will continue to advise and assist the Afghan security forces to ensure their long-term success.

But it must be clear to the Afghan government, and especially to the Afghans, that in the end, it is they who will be responsible for their country (...) ....

... We will strengthen Pakistan's capacity to target groups that threaten our two countries, and we have clearly emphasized that we cannot tolerate the existence of a safe place for terrorists whose location is known and whose intentions are clear ....

... There are people who think that Afghanistan will be a new Vietnam. They believe it will be impossible to stabilize and that we have an interest in minimizing our losses and making a quick withdrawal. I think this argument is based on an erroneous analysis of history. Unlike Vietnam, we have with us a large coalition of 43 countries that recognizes the legitimacy of our enterprise (the legitimacy...).

Unlike Vietnam, the Americans have been violently attacked from Afghanistan and remain a target for the same extremists who conspire along its border (...).

...

... It must be clearly understood that the Afghans must assume responsibility for their security and that America has no interest in waging an endless war in Afghanistan (good luck, my old Barak...)..

..

... In summary, at the time of my taking office, the cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan approached a thousand billion dollars. I am now resolved to address these costs in an open and honest way. Our new approach in Afghanistan will likely cost us 30 billion dollars this year (a million dollars per American soldier engaged, which recalls the book by Lartéguy on the Vietnam War: "A Hundred Thousand Dollars for a Vietnamese" ).

I will closely collaborate with Congress to deal with these expenses while we work to reduce our deficit. But as we end the war in Iraq and carry out the transition in Afghanistan, we must restore our power here, at home (security issues? ) ...

... As a result, we will have to show our power by the way we end the wars and prevent conflicts, not only by the way we conduct them (that would be a first) ....

...

We must invest in our domestic security (the Patriot Act, Big Brother, etc.) , because it is impossible to capture or eliminate all violent extremists abroad. We must improve and better coordinate our intelligence services to stay ahead of the terrorist networks ....

...

We will have to take away their tools of mass destruction (hey! They too? Definitely ...... ) ....

... Because every nation must understand that real security will never come from an endless race to acquire ever more destructive weapons - real security will come from those who reject these weapons (do as we say, not as we do).....

... That is why we must promote our values by respecting them at home - and that is why I have banned torture and I will close Guantanamo (when?) . We must also make it clear to every man, every woman and every child in the world who lives in the darkness of tyranny that America will speak in favor of their human rights and maintain the flame of freedom, justice, progress and the dignity of all peoples. That is what we are. That is the source, the moral source of America's authority (touching) .....

... We have spilled American blood in many countries and on many continents. We have spent our money to help other countries recover from their ruins and develop their economies (and we have pillaged many others...) ....

...

We have not always been thanked for these efforts, and we have sometimes made mistakes. But more than any other country, the United States of America has guaranteed the security of the world for six decades - a period during which, despite all the problems, walls have fallen, markets have opened, billions of people have emerged from poverty, unprecedented scientific progress has been made, and the frontiers of human freedom have advanced (the camp of the great Good) ....

... Because unlike the old powers, we have not sought to dominate the world (Ah? ...) .

....

... We do not seek to occupy other countries. We will not appropriate the resources of another country (that's new) ... It is easy to forget that when this war began, we were united - united in the vivid memory of a terrible attack, and by the resolve to defend our nation and the values that are dear to us ....

... We will move forward, confident in the strength of the good and determined to build a safer America and a safer world, and a future that represents not our deepest fears, but our highest hopes. Thank you. May God bless you, and may He bless the United States of America....

War and Peace: the Nobel Prize in the face of the paradox. Nine days after announcing a reinforcement of the American contingent in Afghanistan, Barack Obama receives his Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo.

A paradox that the American president should directly address in his acceptance speech, the highlight of a brief visit to Scandinavia.

A premature success. The American president Barack Obama knows that he is not comparable to Nelson Mandela or Mother Teresa, who were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize before him, which he must accept on Thursday in Oslo, said his spokesperson.

Robert Gibbs responded to a question about the contradiction between this honor and the fact that Mr. Obama announced last week the sending of 30,000 additional soldiers to Afghanistan.

Thus, the reluctant hero will come to collect his prize. The messiah, who finally gave up his detour through Copenhagen - on the occasion of the climate conference where he will attend the closing - will make a minimal visit and sacrifice to a narrow ritual before quickly returning to the United States.

Air Force One must land in the late morning in Oslo. Barack Obama, who accepts the title of "war president," will attend the official ceremony, deliver his speech, be present at the banquet that follows... and return to Washington on Friday morning, without participating in the traditional ball.

Having taken office 11 months ago, without major diplomatic successes on his record and having inherited two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the occupant of the White House will receive the prestigious award from the Norwegian Nobel Committee president, Thorbjorn Jagland.

No press conference is planned, nor the obligatory CNN interview. Similarly, the American delegation will be limited. The man from Washington will be accompanied by his wife Michelle, but not by his daughters Malia and Sasha, who remain with their grandmother.

The Nobel Committee surprised the world - and the winner himself - on October 9 by awarding him the prize "for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples."

Upon the announcement of this choice, Barack Obama, taken by surprise, declared that he did not deserve this reward.

Two months later, the access is still causing many skeptics, including across the Atlantic.

Two out of three Americans believe that the first of them is not worthy of the Nobel, according to a survey published this week.

In his acceptance speech at the City Hall, Mr. Obama, will receive his peace prize "as the commander-in-chief of a nation engaged in two wars," said Jon Favreau, the Capitol's pen.

Mostly written by himself after reading the speeches of previous laureates, Obama's speech will also address his vision of American leadership in international security issues.

As for the check of 1.4 million dollars awarded with the prize, it will be, as announced in October, given to several charitable organizations.

Besides its legitimacy, a majority of Norwegians find it impolite for the controversial winner to significantly shorten the program of the stay.

Activists have planned a 5,000-person anti-war demonstration. Posters reusing the now famous campaign image of the Democrat with a question mark after the word "Change" have also been posted in the streets of the Norwegian capital. Finally, a torch procession is planned in front of the hotel where Barack Obama will stay from Thursday to Friday, during which participants will mock his own slogans.

Victory and success isolate. Crowned in Oslo, Mr. "O" has never had to play it so solo.

Videos are circulating, made by Alex Jones and his team. They highlight the complete discrepancy between Obama's statements before his election, and what followed. What is shocking is realizing that Obama is ... just an actor, another puppet. And Jones says, "Kennedy was the last true president of the United States." We see a list of about twenty of his collaborators. All are members of the Trilateral.

trilaterale_logo

Trilateral logo

They are also members of the Bilderberg group and the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations: Council for Foreign Affairs). Below is a map showing the origin of the members of this group, where a strong Anglo-American predominance can be noted. But all that is blue bonnet and bonnet blue.

bilerberg_carte

Map showing the origin of the members of the Bilderberg group

No one will deny that Obama has a lot of charm. They form a beautiful couple with his wife. Obama's smile could be used to promote the qualities of a toothpaste. In the world, billions of men and women wonder who Obama is, elected on slogans accessible to the average American: "change" and "yes, I can." Yes I can. A slogan that he makes large crowds chant. I have Senegalese friends who were so happy that Obama was elected that they traveled to Washington to attend his inauguration ceremony.

Still, the facts remain. His Nobel Peace Prize (a million and a half dollars) seems like a joke. How could the Nobel committee have awarded it to him (unless they are part of the aforementioned groups). Still, his environment. His secretary of defense is that of Bush, the last one whose name I have forgotten. He has not deemed it necessary to change it. You don't change a winning team ...

Alex Jones questions. How can Americans be so naive? How can they still believe for even a second that "this president will save America."

When you see who the people are who openly participate in meetings, for example, of the Bilderberg group, you can see the theme of a hidden governance of the world. In these meetings gather the real masters of the world, that is to say, the people who live "in the dark countries." Corollary: there are not really, in these states, real heads of state. In his video, Alex Jones suggests that Obama may have secretly attended the last meeting of the Bilderberg group, which took place, from June 5 to 8, 2008, at the Marriott Hotel in Virginia. To confuse the tracks, he had planned a trip in his private plane, but investigators checked: they were not there.

Is it adopting a conspiracy theory to imagine, as Jones does, that people like Obama are in fact ... actors. Like Bush, and so many others. "Puppets," marionettes. They have some room for maneuver, but not more.

Remember the scene from - If you come from the future, who is the president of the United States in 1985?

  • Ronald Reagan

  • What? An actor!

Do heads of state have a choice? Before answering this question, it is enough to compile the statements and positions of Kennedy, just before his assassination.

My own opinion is made (just by reading his speech at West Point). Obama is a puppet. He has, however, behind him a career as a left-wing man, a defender of civil rights and all that. Where to find the explanation? It may be dizzying to be suddenly offered the chance to become president of the United States, playing the role of political opponent of Bush. In this context, one realizes that everything was just a sad farce. Bush played the role of the shameful president, after two disastrous mandates. Obama was the white knight, the black version. You will have noticed in his speech that he follows the official version of September 11 without changing a single word. Americans would benefit from trying to think for themselves, rather than letting others, whatever their political color and skin, do it for them.

One can ask the question: is Obama naive or corrupt? I think, like many readers, that he is too intelligent and talented to be naive. There has been a meeting with the real masters of the world and a deal.

If you follow our instructions, you will become president and, obviously, if you deviate from our line, you will take a risk. It's up to you ...

Is Obama dangerous? Bush never hid which side he was playing for. With Obama, it's a rather phenomenal turnabout. Now, if you still want to see in him a kind of Messiah, it's your problem...

Fifteen hours of work. Next file: CO2 is not the cause of global warming.

It's the Sun, my friends, that is the master of the terrestrial climate. --- 2012

For the first time in five months I went to the cinema (in Pertuis) and saw the movie 2012. As a scientific fiction, it's interesting. The film tells us that at that time, on December 12, 2012, the planets of the solar system should be aligned (false, see further on). If it were true (but it isn't), the combined tidal effects could then have an unpredictable effect on the mechanism of solar eruptions, whose origin is unknown. All we know is that it's MHD. Regarding the Earth's magnetic field, a "dynamo effect" is invoked, but the models are still in their infancy.

Conceptually, the Earth is a mass of hot, electrically conductive magma, with an additional metallic core. There is energy to dissipate. Anything goes. Convective cells will appear, "Benard cells", for example (like in a saucepan). The surface of the Earth ensures a loss by radiation, but it's weak. The magnetic field is another way to disperse energy. The magnetic energy, per unit volume, is equal, in joules per cubic meter, to B²/(2 µo). It increases like the square of the magnetic field. If a system that has energy to dissipate can create a magnetic field in its environment, it's as if it's lost. Can this field appear spontaneously? If yes, it would be by auto-excitation. It's a MHD phenomenon, magnetohydrodynamics. Saying that we master this process would be a lot to say. We observe, we impute and we suppose.

Solar eruptions are also a way to evacuate energy. This is not modeled either. We have observed an 11-year cycle, but that's all. Why does this activity seem to have completely disappeared currently? There are no spots on the surface of the sun.

zero_taches_solaires

The sun on June 22, 2009. Zero sunspots, except for a fly speck, at the bottom and left

These spots are at the base of the pillars that represent solar eruptions, which initially appear as arches that are ejected. I had written a text on my website, in January 2001, about the phenomenon, explaining why this MHD phenomenon ensured the maintenance of the high temperature of the solar corona. Why dark spots? Because the solar plasma is colder at that point. The magnetic field, whose field lines emerge from the surface of the star, serve as guides for charged particles and prevent them from moving. Now, turbulence, thermal agitation is synonymous with temperature.

An alignment of planets could create a paroxysmal solar activity (but, see further on, on December 21, 2012, we are far from that). The movie's fiction indicates that, for some mysterious reason, the neutrinos emitted by the sun, linked to fusion reactions in its core, would suddenly interact with matter. At the beginning of the movie, a scientist is called to the bottom of a mine, where neutrino detectors are housed (to protect them from cosmic rays), and which are immense volumes filled with water. Neutrinos interact so little with matter (they pass through the Sun and the Earth without problems) that occasionally, an interaction occurs, and it is the secondary effect that is recorded by sensors. Normally, the energy input is negligible, well below measurable. Shocking image from the movie: a colleague opens a panel covering the mass of water: it is ... boiling.

In the theme of the movie, this energy input, purely hypothetical, would create phenomenal tensions in the Earth's crust. Hence the abundance of special effects. One can imagine. The heads of state then conceive "a rescue plan for humanity" (starting obviously with themselves) by undertaking to build enormous motorized arches, built in China, capable of hosting 100,000 passengers each. When the catastrophe occurs, in addition to collapses and land uplifts, we witness tsunami phenomena in the middle of the ocean. Imagine, for example, that the ocean floor, somewhere, sees its level vary by dozens, or even hundreds of meters. A circular wave would start, which would intensify near the coasts, giving what is called the tsunami phenomenon, or tidal wave. A variation of the order of a meter gives, at thousands of kilometers away, a wave of tens of meters high. But if the movement of the seabed is in the order of dozens or hundreds of meters, then the wave becomes monstrous. It would not be wrong to predict that the wave hitting the coasts could be more than a kilometer high. Facing such a monster, nothing can be done. And the movie shows dozens of people waiting for their end without fleeing, without doing anything.

Going to higher ground? Useless, given the "pandemic" nature of the crustal rearrangement.

How to get out, escape this end of the world? The movie presents arches built in China, six, anchored to the ground "to withstand the impact of the wave". Only a few privileged people will have the right to this lifeboat, some even going as far as paying a billion dollars per person. An image from the movie shows the ... Queen of England boarding with her two dogs (how much for the dogs? )

I'll skip the aspects of Hollywood ideology, which spread, drip, I should say, in this super production. During the two years during which enormous sums are spent to ensure the construction of these modern Noah's arks (where a cabin is reserved to store ... artworks, like the Mona Lisa!) people remain silent about what will happen to the populations of the world, to avoid general panic, and undoubtedly that these ships are sought, identified, and attacked. Why worry about condemned people? They even kill those who eat the piece.

In fact, to get out of it, there would be no need to build these monstrous arches. A simple well-sealed boat would suffice. The sailor Slocum, who knew a lot about the subject, said:

  • During a strong storm, the best ship is a well-sealed bottle.

First, if you are in the middle of the ocean, you won't even notice the birth or passage of the tsunami, which will be represented by the rise and fall of the sea level, without any problem, the phenomenon was strongly attenuated, distributed in a vast liquid mass. The tsunami wave propagates at very high speed: hundreds of kilometers per hour. But it is the speed of the wave, the disturbance, not the water itself, which only rises and falls on its passage. The wave will only form when there is an uplift of the seabed. Thus, a group of people who have chartered a modest boat and have put a thousand kilometers between themselves and the coast, until they reach areas where the sea is deep, will experience this end of the world like the cork of a fisherman's line gently lifted by the passage of a wave. The alignment of the planets will not last. Know that the tidal effects are proportional to the inverse of the cube of the distance to the celestial body. Thus, the tiny Mercury creates on the Sun as much effect as Saturn. Very quickly, in a month, Mercury will no longer be in alignment, then Venus, the Earth, Mars. Then the effects will weaken.

Instead of saving a few hundred thousand privileged people by building these costly ships, we could have saved billions by multiplying the construction of nuts of all sizes. By the way, know that the worst storms are nothing once you go under the sea. No one has ever had seasickness, nor seen their coffee cup overturned, in a submarine. At thirty meters below the surface, the worst storm is no longer felt. This is what Captain Nemo said, on board his Nautilus. When I was twenty, I liked to go and observe the fury of the waves, on the rocks of Cap Taillat, near Saint Tropez. Seen from below, the explosion of a wave on a rock is manifested by an explosion of bubbles. Very nice spectacle. If you approach, at worst you bob in this underwater swell with movements of the order of a meter, while ten meters higher the sea is in fury. It's fun to surface a few tens of meters from rocks on which waves are exploding, then to return to calm, ten or fifteen meters lower, with two strokes of the fins.

Near a coast, over periods measured in centuries or millennia, there will always be violent storms capable of colliding amphorae of a cargo and reducing them to the state of "tile fragments". These fragments of terracotta, found in abundance near the Mediterranean coasts, at shallow depths, are only debris of amphorae with edges smoothed by centuries of water turbulence. These same amphorae will pass through the centuries without damage, if the wreck lies at twenty meters depth, and more.

Back to the surface. Instead of these "decision-makers", I would have converted all industries towards the construction of all kinds of closed and unsinkable units. For example, large camembert-like motorized boxes, capable of carrying a thousand people, with enough fuel to slowly reach the geographical center of the great oceans and calmly wait for the events while sunbathing on the deck. But it wouldn't have had the spectacular character sought for the movie.

When the end of the world comes, call me. I'll fix it.

November 9. A Canadian reader, Christian Mangin, used an astronomy software to see how the planets were situated on that famous December 21, 2012. Apparently, if I believe the charts he sends us, it's a big mess, not an alignment.

2012_configuration_telluriques

Near the Sun, on December 21, 2012

2012_configuration_geantes

At a greater distance. Still no alignments

What is amusing is to compare these data with those of a crop circle.

2012_Crop__tel_apparait

Crop circle appeared on July 15, 2008, at Avebury

To get back to the images above, you need to perform a 180° rotation, which you will obtain by chaining a vertical symmetry and a horizontal symmetry of the image:

2012_crop

If we ignore the distances, it fits with the planetary configuration of December 21, 2012

It should be noted that there is no chance that the giant planets will be aligned in the next two years. The orbital periods of Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus are respectively 11.8, 29 and 84 years. So in two years, it will not have moved much.

Chronicle: November 21, 2009

It is known that the stoning of adulterous women, or those guilty of misconduct, as well as the cutting off of the hands of thieves, is part of the Sharia, the Islamic law. There are countries where it is still applied literally. A friend who had worked in Saudi Arabia told me that he had witnessed these public amputations, the culprit was first given a local anesthetic. The amputation was performed, not with a curved sword, but by a surgeon, in good aseptic conditions (progress). The skin of the arm was then pulled and the surgeon performed a suture. Then the condemned was left to his sad fate.

There are Muslim thieves who remain and will remain unpunished: those who pillage the planet's resources, not hesitating to treat their brothers like slaves. I think of the Sheiks of the United Arab Emirates, who "invest in luxury tourism". I have seen this with my own eyes.

I believe that Allah must be occupied elsewhere, otherwise he would strike these fools, ex-goat herders, now billionaires, thanks to black gold. Do we cut the hands of these people? I doubt it. What a shame!

Stoning is still practiced in some Muslim countries. A Jew living in France, Richard Touitou, quite friendly, a secularist adhering to Zionist theses, sent me, this video, which is on many internet sites, especially on that of the Front National. It refers to events from April 2007, and shows a perfectly real and authentic stoning of a 17-year-old girl who was caught by "her clan". After being posted online, an investigation by a reader quickly showed that in this specific case, it was not the application of the Sharia. The victim, named Du'a Khalil Assouad, * is ... Kurdish and belongs to the Yezidi tribe, who ... are not Muslims * but members of a community of about a hundred thousand individuals, living near Mosul, in northern Iraq.

  • But they have two deputies in the Iraqi parliament ... *

Yeizidis

**Yezidis, photographed in 1920 **

The beliefs of the Yezidis have nothing to do with the Muslim dogma. The entity that focuses their beliefs is Melek Taus, symbolized by a peacock.

Melek_taus

**Melek Taus, the "peacock god", emblem of the deity venerated by the ** **Yezidis **

Yezidism adapts to the conditions of time and place. Indeed, there is no official form of Yezidism, no clergy, not even a caliphate. Each sheikh is a guide in the broad sense of the term: he decides on prohibitions, taboos, and the precepts to follow. In short, a religious structure essentially tribal.

A document concerning this Yezidism, transmitted by a reader

This stoning takes place in the context of violent tensions between Yezidis and their Muslim Sunni neighbors, who consider them infidels. The stoning of the young girl would have taken place, according to Wikipedia, on April 7, 2007, in response to her inclination towards a representative of "the enemy": in this case, a Sunni Muslim. The following August, two Kurdish cities, inhabited by Yezidis, would be the target of four suicide attacks, carried out by Sunni Muslims, which killed 572 people and injured 1500. The deadliest attack in Iraq.

*Whoever understands, understands. *

A small parenthesis: who are the Kurds? On Wikipedia. There you find a photo of Kurds demonstrating in Iraq for the independence of the "Kurdistan".

**Kurdish demonstration in Iraq, demanding their independence **

The "Kurdish people": between 25 and 37 million people. Geographic distribution: Turkey (10 to 20 million), Iran (6 million), Iraq (6 million), Syria (2 million). Plus a Kurdish diaspora (3 million) spread between Europe (130,000 in France, 600,000 in Germany), the United States and Australia. Compared to the hundred thousand members of the Kurdish tribe of Yezidis, to which the stoned girl belonged. Where is Kurdistan? Before doing this research, I thought it was a mountainous region located in the extreme north of Iraq, grouping some tribes. In fact, Kurdistan has the particularity of being composed 100% of border territories. The autonomy claim of Kurdistan is likely to bring it the blue ribbon of inter-ethnic conflicts, the entry in the Guinness Book of Records.

In 1988, Saddam Hussein, to quell a Kurdish revolt, used his cousin Ali Hassan al-Majid, nicknamed "Ali the Chemical". 200,000 Kurds were killed, accused of complicity with Iran. At this time, large quantities of gas were used, chemical weapons, especially in the small town of Halabja.

The exploration of Kurdish religious positions requires the use of the English version. Hang on. There are Kurdish Muslims, Sunnis, with a Sufi tendency. Add to this a dozen million Alevi (go see, I give up ). Plus the Yazdanism (religion practiced by these people before the Islamization of Kurdistan, in the 10th century after JC). To complete this "Russian salad", there are among the Kurds Christians and ... Jews. The majority of Kurdish Jews immigrated to Israel in the 1950s. Below is a reproduction of a Ayyubid coin.

You now have a quick overview of the "Kurdish nation"

While the "civilized nations" are sharpening bacteriological weapons and microwave crowd control, some tribal communities, already very consuming of all kinds of explosives, will probably, when technology has evolved, proceed to beheadings with laser swords.

A reader sent me some information, mentioning the two following addresses:

http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doaa_Khalil_Assouad

http://www.tsr.ch/tsr/index.html?siteSect=370501&sid=9297963

Here are the facts, as mentioned in the second reference :

We are in April 2007, in a small village in northern Iraq, Bashika, a stronghold of the Iraqi Kurdish community.

The young Doaa, 17 years old, is caught in the courtyard flirting with a young man from the village.

She is then the victim of an unprecedented violence, dragged by a crowd of furious men, who throw heavy stones at her.

Some film the scene with their mobile phones, while the police remain with their arms crossed.

The young girl dies in terrible suffering and her body is thrown on a pile of debris.

These images spread around the world via international channels.

Shocked by what he sees of his homeland, Giawdat Sofi, a Kurdish director based in Geneva, finds the courage to go to Kurdistan for the account of Temps présent and to investigate this abominable crime. The director uses his knowledge of the terrain and the language to access the family, the police and the details of this crime, in a tense climate and a still-warring area. He brings back an exceptional report, revealing a Kurdish society still stuck in the Middle Ages in its approach to customs and tribal relations. And where the hopes of modernity meet fierce ancestral resistance.

Rediffusion on Friday August 22, 2008 at 0h05 and Monday August 25, 2008 at 15h00 on TSR2. A report by Giawdat Sofi

The contrast is shocking between the primitive, tribal brutality and the ... mobile phones with cameras or capable of turning into mini-camcorders. Indeed, many people photograph and film the scene, where this teenager dies, beaten with kicks, her head crushed by a brick. Absolute horror.

In the United States everything is pushed to the extreme. There are people brave enough to demand the truth about the September 11 attacks, even if it must splash the starry flag.

Anyway, we have nothing to say. The USA, it's us in a few decades. But in terms of violence, they have the blue ribbon. Read this:

Translation :

A Taser used on a 10-year-old girl who refused to take a shower In Ozark, in Arkansas, an American police officer, Dustin Bradshaw, was called to the home of a family because his daughter was behaving in an undisciplined manner, and refused to take a shower.

When he entered the house, the girl was curled up on the floor, screaming and struggling, while her mother tried to make her take a shower before putting her to bed. The mother asked the officer to help her subdue her. But the girl reacted by kicking him, and insulting him. The officer tried to grab the child and put the handcuffs on her, but the girl kicked him in the groin.

Dustin then drew his Taser and shot her in the back to neutralize her.

In his report, the police officer stated that the mother had given him permission to taser her daughter.

The police officer was suspended, without any disciplinary action being taken, pending an investigation, not for having used his taser on a 10-year-old girl, but for having failed to put on the video camera that should normally be attached to the weapon during any intervention, and which allows knowing the conditions under which it was used. .

The child's father, Anthony Medlock, divorced from the mother, said that his daughter was in an emotional crisis, but did not deserve to be treated like an animal. But Dustin Bradshaw's superior, Jim Noggle, said that the use of the Taser, as an incapacitating system, was a safe way to neutralize individuals when they became a danger to themselves and others. And added:

  • We did not use the Taser to punish the child - only to put her out of a position to hurt herself, or to hurt another person. Without this, trying to put the handcuffs on the girl, he could have accidentally broken her arm or leg.

And he added that the child would have to account for her disorderly conduct, as a minor.

Where are the "good" and "where are my villains", like in our B-series from childhood? Readers attack me, sending me documents testifying to the barbarity of both sides. One day I read that Islam is a monstrosity, that the Israelis are little saints and Tsahal an unknown humanitarian work. Another day, others testify to the rumor that the legions of Tsahal take organs from the bodies of Palestinians killed in confrontations, returning the bodies of the dead to the families, sewn up, when they agree to return them. I was even sent photos of sewn-up bodies... It's not impossible when you know that Jewish religion prescribes to bury the bodies of the deceased as quickly as possible. You have probably seen on the sites of suicide attacks carried out by commandos, rabbis wearing yellow vests, frantically collecting human debris, to have everything buried as quickly as possible, according to the rules.

In these conditions, is it possible, in Israel, to bequeath one's body to science? How to benefit from a kidney, heart, cornea, etc. transplant?

Jews may answer this question.

I discover that Muslims are beginning to appropriate streets in Paris, to cover them with carpets and to pray on Fridays, prohibiting traffic, in violation of the laws of the republic, fundamentally secular, which welcomes them, or has welcomed them. I will reproduce these photos that shock me. I am sent daily testimonies of human rights violations, in Muslim countries, and of mistreatment of women, often very young.

*Reminder that Muhammad took a prepubescent girl as his second wife. * **** **

Second-hand Information Added on January 3, 2009, about Aisha:

Hello Mr. Petit, I am a Senegalese reader (yes, no one is perfect) occasional visitor of your website that I find interesting in many ways, even if I do not always agree with some of your theories. What I appreciate the most is having the lines of reflection to relate with my own knowledge, beliefs, etc. Usually, I read and that's all, but I read a small sentence that caught my attention and I would like to make a small comment to you. It is:

Link: /legacy/CHRONIQUES/2_11_09.htm#6_1_10 Remember that Muhammad took a prepubescent girl as his second wife.

I would like to recall that Aicha, since it is about her, was not at all prepubescent. Moreover, some accounts even say that she had been married and divorced from another before being married to the prophet.

At that time, it was considered that a woman was ready for marriage once she had reached puberty, which is no longer the case today...

I think that the links on the way Muslims see this story and the historical and religious reasons for this choice are quite documented (always to have the Islamic version).

Sincerely BARRY Papa Seydou

All this takes me a lot of time. I would like to dedicate it to a new scientific comic strip, but at every moment new urgencies emerge. It will be necessary to complete the important vaccination file. I need to make a more concise and targeted presentation of a 90-minute investigation, showing how a vaccination trial was conducted in Zaïre by Westerners, at a time when it was still "Belgian Congo", and where a million blacks were vaccinated, by force, with a polio vaccine, cultivated on the kidneys of a species of monkeys very (too) close to humans: the chimpanzees, and the consequences that this large-scale vaccination trial, carried out for purely commercial purposes, may have had on ... the world population. A vertiginous document, which once again makes us reflect on the subject of vaccination in general, a topic on which it would never have occurred to me to delve a month ago.

It is regrettable that we do not develop a vaccine against stupidity, with or without adjuvants and preservatives. On our planet, a large-scale anti-stupidity vaccination operation would be welcome. On the contrary, our media teach our children violence, sadism. We will have to come back to the famous Milgram experiment, an study on submission to authority.

Subject during the Milgram experiment: "Continue, please!"

*The words would deserve to be translated into French and subtitled. A key document to understand the human. *

It is in the light of such an experiment that one can understand the content of the statements made after the war by Germans who actively participated, in Russia, in the "Shoah by bullets", and who replied:

  • *We, we obeyed orders, and we made sure that these men, these women and these children died as humanely as possible, with the minimum suffering, and for the minimum time.... * ---

Chronicle: November 2, 2009

I don't know if I'll find the time to write new chronicles and articles. Regarding vaccination, I did my best. People will decide. It should be noted that Obama declared a state of emergency in the United States when the number of 1,000 deaths from H1N1 flu was reached, while seasonal flu, in this country of 300 million people, kills between 10,000 and 15,000 people each year. In France, they also refrain from publishing comparative numbers. When I was in Germany, at the AIAA congress, the media reported on the scandal of the discovery that "adjuvant-free" vaccine batches had been set aside to vaccinate politicians and military personnel, while the rest of the population was to receive squalene-adjuvanted vaccines containing a mercury preservative. I should point out that similar information circulates in France, which will not surprise anyone. Roselyne Bachelot is not giving up on vaccinating everyone, with time. Normal: 94 million vaccine doses will expire in eighteen months.

Internet users discovered with some surprise that their president, Nicolas Sarkozy, was reading exactly the same speeches, in many different places. You will notice the identity of the intonations, the perfect similarity of the gestures. Go see a play, two nights in a row. You will see the actors making eyebrow raises, winks, hand gestures, identical to the fraction of a second. In fact, politicians are above all actors. The same observation applies to George Bush, who never wrote a single speech he ever gave, but knows how to "deliver a text" with the required conviction.

Power is no longer at the end of the rifle, but at the end of ... your keyboard. Use it. Inform yourself, express yourself. Segala, "son of advertising", a great specialist in the media, hasn't he recently declared "that the Internet was the worst piece of filth ever invented". Yes, it's the freedom to inform and be informed. Do you realize, what a scandal, what horror!

My interventions will ... be a bit spaced out, because I will have to write a new book on evolution, I think. The one I proposed on my site is running out at high speed. As for the "message in question," no one has been interested. Vox clamat in deserto. Well, the book paid for the construction of the aqua gym pool and the move, which is not bad (thank you to Yann Romé for the gift of the wheelchair). To become more mobile, I will have to, like snails, be able to take, if not my house, at least my bed with me. It's hardly feasible with an old Ford Escort that I plan to give to a friend. A new vehicle like a Vannette Nissan (which I once used) would be a good choice. You can fit a large bed in the back. I am unable to stand for long. I can sit, but for a limited time. After these few hours spent in front of my keyboard, I will go for a dip in my pool, to put everything back in place. The word "prompt recovery" makes me smile. These things don't get fixed with a magic wand, especially at almost 73 years old.

This change of vehicle, even when aiming for a deal, is a ten to fifteen thousand euro expense, and it's urgent, otherwise I will continue to be "confined to residence." Apart from this trip to Bremen, to attend an international scientific congress, probably the last one I will attend, I haven't left Pertuis for five months. If I don't want to miss the next glider season, I will need this new vehicle, to wait for the time of the flight. This will occupy me for a while. I won't launch, as I did several years ago, a "Petithon."

  • I have put my property up for sale in a life annuity "on one head," namely mine. 50,000 euros as a "bouquet," plus a monthly pension of 1,500 euros.*

Other than that, at Savoir sans Frontières, we have exceeded 300 translations in three years of existence. For a shop managed by two people (my friend Gilles d'Agostini and me), that's not bad.

The excerpt from the interview conducted by Grelé, which had made me react:

J.C.Grelé: What surprises me the most about your career is that you have been traveling for many years to military centers around the world. How do the military receive you, knowing your profile as a journalist favorable to the UFO phenomenon? Are you required to keep silent on certain things? Under penalty of losing your credentials for your next reports?

Bernard Thouanel: Exactly. We are a very small group of aviation journalists with one thing in common, we are all interested in the "Black Programs." Because that's where the real action is. I went to NORAD. I regularly go to airbases. A few days ago, I was at Edwards AFB. I was never bothered in the least. Why? Because, you have to know how to socialize, as they say, that is, not to come with an idea in mind, to provoke. Being interested in UFOs is not illegal... as far as I know. The big secret and the big conspiracy belong more to people like Gildas Bourdais and Jean-Pierre Petit, who have never set foot in the places I visit regularly...

There, it's pure fantasy... But the reality is fortunately different from the words and literary fantasies of the two authors mentioned. Each has their own thing. That's why I have always been able to carry out my investigations further than others. With objectivity, honesty, and occasionally putting my convictions aside. Once again, you have to know how to be a bit clever. I am not convinced that Gildas Bourdais or Jean-Pierre Petit are meticulous investigators (...). They are religious in their own way. You adhere to their theses or not. For obvious professional ethics reasons, I don't adhere to any...

Regarding the "Black Programs" in the US, you completely reject the theses of Jean-Pierre Petit. Can you tell us if you have any fresh information on the "alleged" programs currently in progress?

Bernard Thouanel: Without revealing any big secrets, I will say yes. Because Jean-Pierre Petit is indeed an excellent theorist, a talented laboratory researcher with an overflowing imagination, but certainly not an experienced experimenter familiar with operational feedback. A recent example.

The USAF and DARPA are developing, as you know, the X-51, a pilotless hypersonic prototype that will be dropped from a B-52H bomber in the coming months. It turns out that I met two of their officials, officers from the U.S. Air Force. I learned through these conversations that they are facing a major technical problem. Plasma! No electronic radio transmission, no communication, no signal can pass through during the hypersonic flight of the vehicle, as during the atmospheric reentries of capsules or the space shuttle. They have not found any solution to this problem to date. So the theories of Mr. Jean-Pierre Petit, former CNRS researcher, collapse like a house of cards. He who claimed that hypersonic was perfectly operational within the US military forces, is completely wrong. As they say, sometimes you have to leave your remote corner to get informed, even if the Dr. Petit is a doctor in cosmology, aerodynamics, I'll pass and others...

This is one example among others that shows that nothing beats on-the-ground investigation. The adventurer who discovers everything like a ghost behind a computer screen is pure fantasy and imagination. Let's call it politely science fiction, I call it technological delirium!

My comment: This poor Thouanel is really incompetent. Hypersonic spy planes bounce off the upper layers of the atmosphere and then switch to powered flight. In these phases of flight, they are indeed surrounded by plasma and therefore unable to make ground observations. But between two of these "bounces," they evolve outside the atmosphere, in ballistic flight, in a near vacuum, but much lower than satellites, and can then make observations.

If you asked Thouanel what exactly plasma is, he would probably have some difficulty answering.

Thouanel lives in the United States. He occasionally has access to some places, which he perceives as "sanctuaries," where Americans make him swallow any kind of nonsense, taking advantage of his incompetence to make him an involuntary accomplice of their disinformation.

The Americans discover the "alternative theories" on the 9/11 attacks. Here the architect Richard Gage, on the popular Fox News channel. When I had dinner with him in Brussels ten months ago, his association had five hundred architects. Now the number has almost doubled. A sign of the times, maybe. Or perhaps Obama will manage, thanks to the flu and the state of emergency he has just declared, to recreate a fear effect that was beginning to fade over time. I'm afraid this black is just another puppet.

I bought the DVD of the movie "Alert!" by Wolfgang Petersen, with Dustin Hoffman, from 1995

alerte1

In this film, America is hit by an extremely virulent and contagious flu epidemic. You see people infected in a cinema, by the sneeze of a spectator. Dustin Hoffman is a colonel, in charge of health surveillance, and is under the CDC. The Center for Disease Control, created in 1946, under military authority, does indeed exist in Atlanta. In the film, Hoffman and his team will discover that the dangerous flu virus threatening America is a mutation of another, artificially created as a biological weapon, and tested in Zaire, against civilian populations. This virus constitutes a formidable weapon, in that the one who deploys it, as cynically revealed by an American general, played by Donald Sutherland, has the vaccine to protect himself.

Is bacteriological warfare a novelty? Not really. The English used it to decimate the indigenous populations of New Zealand, without having to fire a single shot, by distributing blankets infected with smallpox, which the soldiers were immune to. In the 1930s, the Japanese reached horrifying levels in the experiments they conducted in Unit 731, under the direction of General Shiro Ishi, on prisoners, soldiers, and then simple Chinese civilians. It is estimated that the number of victims of these atrocities could be in the hundreds of thousands. Because of a pact concluded in 1946 between General Douglas Mac Arthur and Hirohito, the officers of the unit did not appear before the Tokyo Tribunal.* "In exchange," the United States received from Shiro Ishii the entire results of the tests conducted at Unit 731, which he had kept during his escape; he thus benefited from complete impunity.*

cocote_Poher_small

There is one thing that is less known. Having discovered the existence of jet streams going from Japan to the western coast of the United States, the Japanese used them to carry balloons. Some reached their target and were discovered by the population. The American police managed to maintain a complete blackout on these events, which means the Japanese never knew if their plan had been successful. Their goal had been to launch a bacteriological war against the American population using various bacilli, including anthrax and plague, carried by fleas, attacks that they had already verified the effectiveness of by dispersing them over Chinese cities.

In 1979 a film by Lewis Gilbert, Mooraker, has as its theme a threat of genocide by bacteriological means, designed by a mad scientist, played by the French actor Michael Lonsdale. His plan is to repopulate the Earth with beings possessing qualities superior to those who inhabit it. He has planned to destroy as many inhabitants of the Earth as possible using viruses dropped from space, in capsules. James Bond, played by Roger Moore, will manage to destroy them in extremis, using a laser implemented from the space shuttle.

In the film Alert, Hoffman notices, in Zaire, the devastation caused by an epidemic:

alerte1bis

He will later learn that the army had the means to contain this epidemic, which it actually caused and was testing there. Using a monkey as a host, the virus travels. A wild importation lands this small monkey in the USA. It escapes and infects several people by bite. Then the virus mutates, becomes "aerosolizable," starts functioning like a flu virus. The epidemic then spreads very quickly. A town of 2,500 inhabitants is affected and isolated.

alerte3

The devastation of this military-origin virus in a small American town

A cynical general, played by Donald Sutherland, explains that the decision will be made to eliminate all its inhabitants, confined by the army in an enclosure surrounded by barbed wire. These people, he says, must be considered "as war victims."

bombe_thermobarique_explosion

Explosion of a thermobaric bomb

The film is fourteen years old. It is projected to use a single bomb to carry out this operation, which is demonstrated in Zaire at the beginning of the film. At the time I wondered how it would be possible to achieve such a result with anything other than a low-power nuclear device. Yet, at that time, the director, who was certainly well-informed, described a bomb "almost as powerful as a small atomic bomb," which works with the oxygen of the air. This is stated literally in the film, and at the time I didn't realize. At first the "fuel" is spread over a large area. Then, mixed with air, it ignites, creating a fantastic fire tornado.

Everyone knows the existence of fuel-oxygen weapons like napalm. Thermobaric bombs are an improvement of already old systems, essentially related to the use of nanotechnology. Masters in this field, the Russians have developed such a device, which, with a weight of 7 tons, would achieve a destructive power equivalent to 44 tons of TNT (7 times less than that of the smallest ground nuclear device). Nanotechnology allows a drastic increase in the chemical reaction speed. This difference transforms the slow system of thermite, which generates high temperatures, but is over a century old, into a formidable military explosive, nanothermite.

They have given them a name, these are thermobaric weapons. Thermo, because of the heat. It's "super napalm." "Baric," because of the pressure effect, or rather the depression that results. This is explained in the mentioned link.

arme_thermobarique_schema

**Thermobaric weapon operating diagram, with the depression it creates, after the passage of the shock wave. **

arme_thermobarique

**The portable version, for attacking enemies hiding in bunkers, which acts by the effect of depression **

A detonation wave is initiated in the core of the cloud, which propagates towards the periphery. It creates behind it a rarefaction of the air, a depression. This then bursts the lungs, the eyeballs of the enemy. As much as one can protect oneself from an explosion, from a shock wave and by taking shelter in a simple trench "in the shadow" of any obstacle, as much as one cannot fight against the effect of a depression, unless one is sheltered in an airtight bunker .

*I am still surprised by certain information that is discreetly placed in fictional works, with, as here, fourteen years of advance. *
