Steven Greer, is an American man, 58 years old, who became known on May 9, 2001, by presenting at the National Press in Washington a project-manifesto called Disclosure Project, an English word that means in French "project revelation" or "project disclosure".

From the beginning of 2001, I had already touched on the way Americans had exploited certain aspects of the phenomenon and perhaps even information extracted from the examination of wreckage, to develop very advanced technologies. Among these were MHD torpedoes, which could travel at over 2000 km/h underwater, as well as a hypersonic vehicle, capable of moving at 10,000 km/h in the very high atmosphere, bouncing like a pebble, alternating between propelled and ballistic phases (and observation).
An aircraft that could replace the famous SR-71 Blackbird, the American trisonic spy plane, which flew over all regions of the world, including the USSR, at 27 km altitude, without ever being intercepted, as it flew faster than the surface-to-air missiles sent towards it. Since 1990, the Blackbird has been retired to the Seattle aviation museum. Developed in the 1970s and tested in Area 51, Nevada, it was a revolutionary aircraft, without equal, flying at 3200 km/h. Performing long flights, it expanded, like the Concorde, but much more. So much so that it was necessary to design all its structures allowing for this expansion. After takeoff, the SR-71 "heated up," both figuratively and literally. During this flight, its structures expanded, according to the non-uniform temperature field that its shock wave system created around it. It would have been impossible to prepare this aircraft for its mission by placing it in an oven beforehand.
This preliminary high-speed flight having been carried out, the aircraft was ready for its mission, but it had to be refueled in flight to refill its tanks. Today, the SR-71 has retired. But what has replaced it? It had replaced the famous U2, discreet but subsonic, flying at 20,000 meters altitude, which the Soviets managed to shoot down over their territory. Its pilot, Gary Pauwels, was taken prisoner upon landing. Contrary to the orders received, he did not trigger the self-destruction order of the aircraft before jumping. He also did not use the poison that was part of his equipment to commit suicide. He must have thought that if he triggered the destruction timer, the delay could very well be ... nothing.
At that time, I had decided to give credit to Greer's approach. I therefore contacted him and his group as early as 2001. At that time, I had not yet begun writing my book UFOs and American secret weapons, which was to be published by Albin Michel in 2005.
My reaction was to communicate to Greer all the information I had gathered about these American black programs, which my scientific knowledge allowed me to validate. It was not rumors about anti-gravity work, but solidly established concepts, concerning magnetohydrodynamics (in fact a physics of the 1950s, conceptually and technologically), which in a way explained mysterious observations (very rapid movement with a dotted trail, rumors related to Area 51) that over time had suggested that the Americans had a hypersonic spy aircraft called Aurora.
I fought for several months trying to convince Greer and his entourage to submit these data to physics specialists so they could testify that they were not wild speculations.
It was in vain.
That is when I understood that Greer and his team were not really trying to bring these things to light, but on the contrary to misinform.
I therefore open this file here urgently. Indeed, Greer has launched a large-scale communication operation, on an international scale, producing a film called "Sirius," which was officially presented in Los Angeles on April 22, 2013. My readers immediately provided me with a pirated copy of this document, in English. The release of a DVD is in active preparation, and I was told that this film would then be subtitled in many languages. But it will only be available in June 2013.
I will show that this film is nothing but a crude misinformation maneuver, which could then turn against its authors. The best way to respond to this will be to create a video document titled:

It will not be a DVD for sale, but a document that will be made available online for free, downloadable (while Greer's DVD will be sold for $19.90, and rented for 72 hours at $9. It is indeed important to denounce these maneuvers, which have been at work since the 1950s. Initially, it was just a denial and the negation of phenomena.

Back to another type of pheasant, named Greer. His misinformation strategy, which is also that of many individuals and groups, consists of discrediting solid, well-founded information and concepts by inserting a nonsense at the opportune moment.
The Internet is full of people who discredit important subjects: David Icke with his reptilians, the "professor" Keshe and his flaky foundation, Claude Poher with his ridiculous universes, the champions of free energy, the machines with over-unity efficiency, the organizers of "projects," like the Camelot project, the Avalon project, etc.
In Greer's case, after having advocated the thesis that the UFO phenomenon corresponds to visits from extraterrestrials, he explains that the American government has drawn essential information from this UFO dossier, which has allowed it to master a technique for extracting energy from the vacuum ("zero point energy"). An energy that could save humanity. But the shadow forces keep this secret to better subjugate the population under their rule.
Years ago, I had listened to a radio program where Greer spoke like this:
- I'm talking to you today through a "coast to coast" radio (meaning covering the entire territory of the United States, from the west coast to the east coast). I hurry to communicate this information before being silenced (...). Here it is: I am currently with a man who has developed a technology allowing him to extract energy from the vacuum, thanks to a device that I hold in my hand and which is no bigger than an electric razor. This man is not a scientist, but he has acquired knowledge on his own, especially on magnetism. Thanks to this device, he powers his house. He heats, lights, and operates all his household appliances.
The style is given. In this film "Sirius," Greer speaks the same way. You will appreciate. It's like stabbing your ass with sausages. But, as it is, this document can cause damage among naive populations, among gullible people, dazzled by images, intoxicated by music, while reinforcing scientists and engineers in the futility of these statements, and by extension and confusion, in the uselessness of being interested in the UFO phenomenon and the possibility of extraterrestrial visits and imagining that there could be contact with them. When the film starts, you see people entering a room one by one to attend a Greer conference. Assistants inspect their bodies with a metal detector, similar to what is used near airport portals. And Greer explains that his approach is so bold that he must protect his life. He has been, he says, threatened with death.
Absurd.
You see Greer conducting group vigils. On the theme:
- If you meditate and deeply wish for the phenomenon to manifest, then your wish may be fulfilled.
And showing videos taken during such or such meeting, after such a meditation session. It is always lights moving around. In this regard, you must know that it is now perfectly possible to cross two microwave beams, of frequencies N1 and N2, such that in the volume where these beams cross, the difference N1 - N22 generates "beats." If this frequency difference is tuned to the optimal frequency for ionizing or exciting air molecules, then a luminous volume can be created, which can move at high speed before the witnesses' eyes, "making right-angle turns." And this even though the operators are located kilometers or tens of kilometers from the observation site and create this mirage at high altitude. And all this because there is no movement of a physical object, but the propagation of an "ionization wave."
Generally speaking, technological advances now allow us to create a whole range of mirages, of fakes. It is practically impossible to place any trust in photographic documents or videos. Only the genuinely scientific approach, with concrete, reproducible results, is left, which misinformation has no hold on.
I saw the film in English. I sent a copy to a friend who is more able to understand the argument, to avoid any misunderstanding. Later I will analyze it carefully, highlighting the passages where they try, rather clumsily, to take you for a fool.

Only a person like Jesse Ventura could have caught a pheasant like Greer, as well as the members of his brilliant team. Unfortunately, he has just ended his series "Conspiracy Theory." His son Tyrel continues, in an unfortunately much less vitaminated show.
From June, the world will therefore suffer, in N language, the bombardment that the Sirius film represents.
Let's give a bit of the plan.
Greer presents himself as a courageous man, "not fearing death." He says he is threatened with death, etc. The UFO phenomenon can no longer, says Steven Greer, be denied today. We are not alone. We are visited. From the United States, a new policy is developing. From 1947, the phenomenon was dealt with by "debunkers," who tried, with the help of scientists, to reduce all observations to natural phenomena or hallucinations. It was then a reducing misinformation.
But this could not last forever. Today, more than 500 exoplanets have been discovered. The number of habitable planets in our galaxy alone is estimated in tens of millions, and galaxies number in billions. Even Hubert Reeves says, in interviews, that he believes there are other planets with intelligent life "without being able to provide proof," he says.
Astronomers have launched a new race to detect traces of life on other planets, by searching for measurements through spectroscopy (absorption lines) that would highlight the presence of free oxygen (created by life) in the atmosphere of exoplanets. This discovery will be made in the next 5 to 10 years, while the attempt to listen to radio messages (the SETI project) was doomed to failure. Today, it would no longer be possible for a scientist to continue to claim that we are the only planet in the universe with intelligent life.
The problem of contact remains, and its corollary: the UFO phenomenon.
US technology has allowed the mastery of the technique of creating, not holograms, but mirages, in the form of moving ionized zones. Whether he is complicit in this operation or simply manipulated, Greer has set up "meetings" called CE4 (type 4).
The astronomer Allen Hynek had, very early on, tried to classify the different UFO observations.
Everyone remembers the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." There, extraterrestrials manifested themselves, came out of their crafts, and invited Earthlings to take a seat.
Greer invents the fourth type of encounter, where the UFO phenomenon manifests after Earthlings, gathered in meditation groups, manifest.

This is the weak point of the film, which will be relatively easy to dismantle, as the montages evoked are grotesque. But the American public is gullible, and the general public, around the world, probably also. There will therefore be work to do to dismantle these lamentable clowneries.
In the following part of the film, Greer broadens his scope, allowing all possible speculations. Everything goes: the doubt regarding the official version of the events of September 11, financial manipulations, the FED, secret groups, etc. etc.
In the middle of all this, the team presents a 15 cm long being, "found, desiccated, in the Atacama desert, by a person whose identity Greer cannot reveal." Could it be a ... extraterrestrial?
The ... creature Suspense, which will not be lifted. It will only be known that the DNA analysis reveals a great similarity with that of humans.
I am not an expert in the structure of the skeleton, but I do point out that when a small human is born, the bones of his skull are not fused. This is indeed a human specificity, which allows the human female to give birth to an offspring with a relatively larger brain than a monkey's. I may make you smile by telling you that Haramein tried "to recruit me" a few years ago, contacting me under the guise of science. He is indeed not devoid of knowledge in mathematics, and in particular in differential geometry. Rather than continue to struggle with the crowd trying to see clearly in cosmology, after publishing an article or two in Physical Review, Harramein preferred to put his sword at the service of disinformation, which was certainly more lucrative than what a university could offer him.
By refusing, I may have missed a lucrative opportunity. Indeed, the Boy surface is much more sophisticated and rich than the zero-gorge torus, which James Foster Gamble had stopped in front of. I always thought, using also the Ummo texts, that I could have founded a cult next to which Scientology would have looked like a kindergarten.

To shift from propulsion to an MHD Aerodyne, one only needs to accelerate the air externally, along its outer skin, using Lorentz forces. We successfully dealt with various problems : wall confinement of two-temperature plasma obtained by inversion of the magnetic pressure gradient , annihilation of the Velikhov electrothermal instability by magnetic confinement of the streamers, establishment of a stable spiral distribution of the current, obtained by an original method. Another direction of research is devoted to the study of an MHD-controlled inlet which, coupled with a turbofan engine and implying an MHD-bypass system, would extend the flight domain to hypersonic conditions.

MHD propulsion has been extensively developed since the 1950s. To design an MHD Aerodyne, it is sufficient to accelerate the air that is outside the machine using Lorentz forces. This is something else than the UFO nonsense, the papers of the "superunitary" fans or the vacuum energy. None of these people have managed to place even a single article in a real refereed journal, where the articles are selected and validated by experts.
We do not communicate, we, in "UFO colloquiums", nor do we publish our work in "UFO journals", like the Belgian journal SOBEPS: "Inforespace", which eventually disappeared due to lack of contributions. SOBEPS ceased its activities a few years ago, claiming that it was time to "pass the baton to ... GEIPAN" (...) and leaving us ... its archives: three decades of investigations, solely focused on observation reports, three hundred kilograms of papers without any interest, without anything scientifically exploitable:
- The object came from there and went away. It was round, triangular, pulsating or not pulsating. It had a position light in front and three at the back.
This represents dozens and dozens of boxes that we can do absolutely nothing with, no more than the archives of GEPAN or those that have been made public by the British. This reinforces what I have always thought:
- The best way to catch an UFO is in a ... laboratory. After that, you put it in the columns of a scientific publication. By doing so, you "score goals" in the science field.
The rest, in so far as it cannot be extracted any analyzable data, is just wasted saliva and nodding heads.

Regarding and the GEIPAN, Mathieu Ader, a technician in the Toulouse aeronautics world, an active member of the association, has just given a long interview on a radio.
One question remains unanswered. What sums of money have been spent over 36 years by this service of the CNES (The GEPAN was founded in 1977), for a strictly NIL result. Which accountant of the Court of Auditors would dare to launch such an investigation??
It should be remembered that this service of the CNES was founded at the initiative of General Sillard, a military engineer, who was director of the DGA, military research. The sole and only purpose of this service was to try to capture exploitable information in order to develop new weapons. Thus, the MHD aerodynes were perceived by these chimpanzees that are our military engineers as ... supersonic cruise missiles!
NB: this goal is the same in all countries that have, or have a service of this kind, which always falls under the army.
At the CNES, everything has failed, including lamentable attempts at idea pumping, led by this idiot polytechnician, Gilbert Payan, failures that I described in books. Today, with an annual budget of 150,000 euros, the GEIPAN employs four guys, who continue to archive testimonies, and complain about not having the means to conduct investigations and analyses.
Today, to justify the fact that the GEIPAN does not do research (listen to the radio interview), its director "mentions the era of austerity, of restrictions", adding "that it would be frowned upon for the CNES to spend money, referring to research focused on the UFO phenomenon".
Alone in his small garage, the courageous Jean-Christophe Doré is preparing the next step in Rochefort: the highlighting of gas drag, with measurements carried out on the velocity field in the surrounding air. All this in his small and already crowded premises, with a total expenditure, since the beginning of this research, not reaching 10,000 euros, which should allow this "Lambda Laboratory" to be listed as the "Cheapest Lab in the World", offering a record results/savings ratio. The techniques planned to perform speed measurements would leave more than one speechless. But it should be remembered that before becoming a theorist I was a scientifically competent, clever and very productive experimenter, successfully performing my experiments on the first try (like the first annihilation of the Velikhov instability, in 1966, by "going into Coulomb regime", a work skillfully taken over by my student, Jean-Paul Caressa, after my departure from the lab, the Institute of Fluid Mechanics, which earned him the Worthington prize and served as a springboard for his brilliant career as an administrator, Director of the CNRS, PACA region).
After being deprived by the CNRS of even a single cent for three decades (this is his "title of glory"), everything has resumed thanks to Doré and his small, crowded, and battered garage, thanks to the profit from the sale of a book and donations from those who wanted to support our efforts by funding the UFO-science fund. I believe we have not disappointed them. A story worthy of Spielberg, Doré playing the role of MacGyver and me that of "Doc".
All our experiments work on the first try, because we have neither the time nor the means to struggle to achieve the desired results.
You can imagine that these works, in contrast to the toroidal delirium of Gamble or the ecstasy of Greer in front of vacuum energy, will one day, we hope, have the effect of a ball heading towards a set of pins.
It happens that readers contact us, trying to help. It is a difficult thing on the scientific level. We cannot guarantee the training of people who want to participate (intelligently) in our experimental work.
I obviously pass over the numerous infiltration attempts we have been subjected to, by military authorities, in every possible and imaginable way. Under the pretext of material transfer, directly, or through "front companies" (like Bertin, for example, who played this role), or through students, from polytechnique (a school very linked to military research).
Infiltrations, why? Simply because MHD is the object of essentially military applications. Civilian MHD ... does not exist. It has allowed the creation of railguns, electromagnetic cannons delivering projectiles at very high velocity, hypervelocity torpedoes, vehicles operating at hypersonic speed, occupying "the intermediate space", below 250-300 km altitude, where satellites cannot venture without being slowed down, and above 27 km altitude where maintaining flight requires being able to cruise at a Mach number exceeding 3.5. Indeed, the higher you fly, the faster you have to go. At 10,000 meters altitude our current liners have to fly at 900 km/h, otherwise they would fall like stones.
The CNRS and the Army have therefore equipped themselves with a "ICARE complex" housing several hypersonic wind tunnels, built at great expense. But these people don't know what to put inside. They plan to start by studying the heat fluxes endured by simple models, inspired by drawings circulating on the net.
Incidentally, these men have spent fortunes to build wind tunnels capable of operating in a steady state, thanks to huge and costly vacuum pumps, whereas wind tunnels providing a few seconds of gust, by filling a vacuum capacity of a few cubic meters, would have been sufficient. For the measurement of heat fluxes, it would have been sufficient to use fast-response sensors, metal films deposited under vacuum, constituting thermistors, with response times of the order of a microsecond.
These researches have only a civilian appearance. The French military, with more than three decades of delay, dream of having their hypersonic, spy plane or laser platform. Now, MHD is the key to the operation, and in this field, in France, apart from me, no one touches its bill. One does not neglect a discipline for so long without paying the price. Add that our modern fluid mechanics engineers obviously swear only by computer simulations. Unfortunately, the plasma instabilities, which are automatically encountered in these bitemperature regimes with high Hall parameter, can only be considered in the phase space, at 7 dimensions (position + velocity + time), with a tensorial calculation treatment. Beyond the reach of computer calculations (as is also the case for a machine like ITER).
The extension to the bitemperature domain implies managing a system of three coupled integro-differential equations by the electromagnetic field, which I did in my doctoral thesis, in 1972. It was published in The European Journal of Mechanics and in a Russian journal, after a battle in which I had almost been expelled from the CNRS, the referee of the Mechanics journal, directed at the time by Paul Germain (deceased in 2009), Henri Cabanne, gave the following opinion:

He had not understood at all the biparametric mathematical method I had had to invent to solve the problem. It was the Russians, in particular Evgueni Velikhov, helped by the late mathematician and academician André Lichnérowicz, who got me out of this hexagonal quagmire.
At the time, I felt the wind of the bullet . It was well before 1975, which shows that at the CNRS it is not necessary to be interested in UFOs to have problems, innovating is enough.
When we go to colloquiums and present our experimental results, scientists regularly ask us:

I remember that during the presentation of pure theory I gave at the international colloquium in Vilnius, Lithuania, many people looked at this flow of differential equations, projected on screen, with some perplexity, waiting for ... simulations.
The theoretical study of bitemperature plasmas is, and will remain for a long time, out of reach of the most powerful computers in the world. A good understanding of the phenomena, intuition and a minimum of mastery of theoretical tools are a safer guide.
Doré is terribly short of space, having only ... a few square meters. Many have offered us distant premises. But Jean-Christophe, who obviously works voluntarily, and outside the hours dedicated to his professional activities, must reconcile this research with his family life, which implies an immediate proximity between his home and the place where the experiments are carried out.
A solution would be to acquire a plot of land, located nearby, and to build a lab of at least thirty square meters, with water and electricity, with a large basement of about sixty square meters would be ideal. UFO-science would be incapable of making this move and for the moment we have no solution in sight. This would allow the installation of a proper workshop and to install experiments carried out in hydraulics, with the eventual construction of a hypersonic wind tunnel.
Doré will ask, just in case, if the owner of the land would accept to sell (or rent) his land. Here is the land in question:

With a rental, and a 5-year lease, it would be possible to install a lab, in wood with a fibrocement roof, for 5000 euros. If the owner accepted to rent, by calling on those who support UFO-science, the association could rent this land. Example of such a realization:

The idea is taking shape. Doré is currently inquiring with the owner.
Here is the famous land as a cadastral parcel. A small part of the land would be sufficient to produce an extension of 60 square meters. We are waiting for the owner's proposals to report on them.

At the limit, it would be in no way necessary to buy this land. Renting it with a good 5-year lease, renewable for another 5 years, would be enough to change people's perception regarding the UFO phenomenon. Not more than ten years. I am 76 years old and I give myself 10 years of life expectancy, which is already generous.
But this would be more than enough to expose the lies of people like Steven Greer, David Icke, and this expensive charade that is the French GEIPAN, a service of the CNES which this year has a budget of 150,000 euros. Enough to pay four people. Why? To "collect data," which is what this fake service has been doing for 36 years (the GEPAN was founded in 1977. Its first director was the brilliant Claude Poher, author of the theory of ... universes!).
How much has this CNES service cost over 36 years? 150,000 euros for 36 years, that's more than five and a half million euros. And we know that at the beginning, this service, which had the status of a CNES department, cost much more. Which accountant from the Court of Auditors will have the courage to get involved in this matter, to ask for ... accounts.

It's a pile of uninteresting papers. Like the archives of the Belgian SOBEPS. Paper that will end up in a trash bin.

A3F is the latest farce, producing learned "reports," like "the COMETA report." This group A3F brings together civilian and military pilots and presents itself as a "learned society." But where are the "scholars" in this? What is "scholarly" about all this? Nothing. They just continue to "collect information, testimonies," as the SOBEPS did in Belgium, the GEPAN-SEPRA-GEIPAN in France, as did the CUFOS (Center for UFO's Studies) of Allen Hynek in the United States, or The Journal for Scientific Exploration of Jacques Vallée and Peter Sturrock, also in the USA. What was "scholarly" about the antics of the Belgian SOBEPS, despite the fact that it had "two university professors" in its ranks; Meessen and Bougard.
Saliva and paper
The quality and originality of our work have not gone unnoticed by the international scientific community. Witness our ability to appear in major international conferences and to publish in top-level refereed journals. This situation, worthy of a Spielberg film, presents only one risk: that the French Research world may one day fall into complete ridicule when, for example, an American television channel comes to do a report on the activities of the "Lambda Laboratory." Unless someone like Spielberg decides to make a movie about this story.
After thinking, although the road has been difficult, and we are certainly exhausted, physically and morally, what emerges from the Lambda Laboratory is an illustration of the principle:
