En résumé (grâce à un LLM libre auto-hébergé)

  • The Boy-cube is a creation related to the Boy surface, described by Apéry.
  • This surface can be described using elliptic meridians.
  • Assembly instructions for the Boy-Cube are available in the comic book 'Le Topologicon'.

Smooth Version

The "Boy-cube".

The first implicit equation of the Boy surface was given by the French mathematician Apéry, who was able to achieve this result because I had shown that this surface could be described using elliptical meridians. The Boy surface is extensively described in my comic book "Le Topologicon" (see the "cd-Lanturlu"). I invented the "Boy-Cube" in 1983. All assembly instructions can be found in the Topologicon, page 47.
