On February 27, 2009 the American firm Baxter, in one of its laboratories, Orth Donau, located in Austria, produced an experimental vaccine, intended to fight the seasonal flu of type H3N2 (see the flu dossier for explanations on virus types ). These vaccines were then "accidentally" contaminated by H5N1 strains, active, corresponding to avian flu (fatal in 60% of cases). They were then transmitted to the Austrian company Avis Green, which then sent them to Czechoslovak and Slovenian branches. It was by testing these vaccines on ferrets, which died (whereas they should have undergone injections of vaccines against the H3N2 flu without any problem) that the Czechs, after examinations, noted the presence of the deadly H5N1 virus, in its active form, in the vaccines manufactured by the American firm. If these had been injected into humans, this would have triggered a wave of deaths, then justifying a massive vaccination.

One cannot rule out the possibility of a manipulation of this kind, where a deliberately contaminated vaccine could serve as a trigger, a "Starter", for a pandemic this time deadly, justifying the massive vaccination campaign currently being launched.

It is at the very least surprising that our health minister, Roselyne Bachelot, a former representative, for many long years, on behalf of pharmaceutical firms, placed an order for vaccines with this firm in July 2009, when she was perfectly aware of such an affair. Surprising too that she refused to answer, at the time of the delivery of these vaccines on August 27, the question concerning their origin.

For a few weeks now we have been witnessing a strong agitation in the official media, which are carrying out a proper counter-attack against those they label as "conspirationists" or "conspiracy theorists". To this is added an additional problem: this project of vaccination against the A(H1N1) flu, extended from the outset to a planetary scale, on the simple decision of the WHO, the World Health Organization, which thereby positions itself as a first instance of global governance, dictating to all the countries of the world the conduct to follow in matters of public health, relying on a pandemic, raised by it to level 6, the highest,and that without having provided the slightest quantified justification.

The citizens of very many countries see their governments and ministers relaying these directives in an emergency. Vaccination plans on a very vast scale, possibly including coercive measures, even the support of police and military authorities, with the decree of a state of emergency, are defined and beginning to be put in place.

Everyone knows that the viral affection named flu, which affects humans and animals indiscriminately, rages with greater intensity in the cold season. Readers must know that ordinary, seasonal flu kills at the very least half a million people in the world each year ( and from 2500 to 3500 people for the country of France alone ), generally by affecting the immune defense system of the people affected, and by making them vulnerable to other affections, bacterial this time, this phenomenon being named superinfection. The deaths are therefore mostly the fact of people over 65 years old, but these superinfections can also lead to fatal outcomes for younger individuals, very young children or individuals apparently in good health.

My son Jean-Christophe, when he was less than a year old, was subject to a very violent flu syndrome, with a fever exceeding 40°. Hospitalized at the Aix-en-Provence hospital in the sixties, he almost died of a bacterial superinfection, suffering a very significant respiratory distress. When we were at the hospital, it was a Saturday evening, his fate was in the hands of an on-duty intern. Around midnight, my son's situation having worsened, the intern, completely losing her grip and revealing her incompetence, ordered an ambulance to have him transferred to the North hospital of Marseille, where the intensive care unit awaited him with a ... incubator, believing they were dealing with a premature baby. It was only around four in the morning that a surgeon was able to intubate him and empty his lungs, my son having suffered a right heart arrest, what is called a "pulmonary right heart". He emerged the next day, after about ten hours of coma, and it took a good year for his respiratory system to "repair itself". A simple example to show towards what extremes a flu syndrome, with superinfection, can lead, at any age.

Studies (cited in Doctor Girard's dossier) have shown that, with respect to this seasonal flu, the effectiveness of protection provided by vaccination was in no way proven, given the great ease with which the virus was able to evolve over time, and therefore to be less vulnerable to this vaccination. I am seventy-two years old. I have personally followed the vaccination prescription a good half-dozen times, going about it in advance, thinking thereby to avoid the flu and ... it never worked. Simple personal experience, admittedly. But I am entirely entitled to mention it.

A pandemic is an epidemic that affects a vast population of individuals, and spreads across many countries. From this angle the banal seasonal flu *is a pandemic. *

The world has known pandemics with high lethality, such as the famous Spanish flu of 1918. But some will point out that the phenomenon raged:

- At a time when the affected populations had immune systems weakened by privations, overcrowding, the absence of hygiene measures

- At a time when the absence of any possible recourse to antibiotics did not allow bacterial superinfections to be fought through the action of antibiotics, see a previous dossier )

In 2004 humans were victims of an avian flu, carried by poultry, and transmissible to humans, with a high lethality coefficient (40 to 60% of deaths). But if it turned out that the virus could be transmitted from farmed poultry to human beings, there was no, or little, contamination from human to human. Two quite distinct attributes are associated with flus (see the dossier):

*- Their contagiousness: the virus's ability to spread within human populations *

*- Their lethality: the percentage of deaths among affected subjects. *

From this angle the avian flu that has caused four hundred victims since 2004 (in five years, across the entire planet!) can be considered as:

- Highly lethal

- Weakly contagious (no human-to-human contagion)

By comparison:

• Seasonal flu is* very contagious*(from human to human). It leads very quickly, given the contagion ensured by modern means of transport, to aplanet-wide pandemic.

• On the other hand its lethality rate is low (one death per thousand individuals affected)

Swine flu A(H1N1) should not systematically alarm, by virtue of its name, because there is no species barrier between the different human and animal viruses. These crossings have always existed. To understand the meaning of the letters " A ", " H " and " N " and what the different species of virus are, refer to the previously presented dossier.

The seasonal context

Countries with a so-called temperate climate are countries where it is strongly influenced by the seasonal impact. Here, on this map, are the climate zones of the planet:

At the moment we are writing these lines all the countries of the southern hemisphere, corresponding to a temperate climate, with the same natural evolution as that of their equivalents in the northern hemisphere (Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia) have just experienced their austral winter, in June, July, August. In September-October, in these countries, it is spring. Winter is behind them.

In both hemispheres, the seasons are offset by six months. Winter for some is summer for others.

I notice, simply by questioning those around me, that few people know the origin of the phenomenon of seasons. Of course, according to Kepler's laws, the Earth describes around the Sun an orbit that is not circular, but elliptical in shape, the Sun occupying one of the foci. The same is true for all the planets of the solar system. If the eccentricity of Mercury's orbit is significant (0.2) and "visible to the naked eye" (on a map showing the orbits of different planets), that of the Earth, twelve times smaller, is practically negligible. One can therefore consider that the Sun is practically at the center of the quasi-circular trajectory that the Earth travels around it. The phenomenon of the seasons is therefore not due to our planet's moving away from or closer to the day star, as some tend to believe.

It is due to the tilt of the Earth's axis of rotation relative to the perpendicular to the plane in which our planet moves. If this tilt were zero there would be no seasons. The temperature at ground level depends on the angle at which solar radiation strikes the Earth's atmosphere. Let us take the example of an imaginary planet, whose axis of rotation would be parallel to the perpendicular to its orbital plane (called the " plane of the ecliptic " ).

*- At the equator the rays strike the atmosphere perpendicularly *: insolation is maximal.

- At the poles these rays arrive tangentially: insolation is minimal.

*- At a latitude close to 45 degrees (countries of the northern hemisphere) the rays strike the upper atmospheric layers at an angle of 45°. Part reaches the ground and the other is reflected, and the energy carried by this radiation is lost in interplanetary space. *

On such a planet, free of seasons, there would therefore be very cold polar regions, an equatorial region at maximum temperature, and on both hemispheres a continuous variation between these two extremes. If an influenza pandemic existed on such a planet, it would rage, in both hemispheres, without any particular seasonal variations.

Let us now introduce a tilt of the Earth's axis of rotation:

This tilt remains invariable, by gyroscopic effect. The Earth's axis of rotation, throughout the year, always points toward the same direction, in the celestial vault. It happens that in the northern hemisphere a star is found rather close to this direction, and we therefore call it the pole star. If you set a camera on a long exposure, pointing in this direction of the sky, "for a certain time", you will obtain this:

Argentines and Australians do not have, to guide themselves at night, a direction of the sky indicated by a star. The region surrounding the "south celestial pole" is rather empty. In 1750-1752 a Frenchman, Nicolas Louis de Lacaille, made a cruise in the southern hemisphere. He grouped the stars into constellations, in a completely arbitrary way, according to his own good will, and gave them the names of his choice, in keeping with his Jesuit imagination

A member of the Marseille observatory for thirty years, as a "non-practicing astronomer", that is to say an astrophysicist oriented toward cosmology, and therefore affected by a pronounced astronomical presbyopia, I had always wondered where names of such banality came from, so devoid of lyricism. I have just learned it today, and I am letting you benefit from my discovery.

Be that as it may, this tilt of the Earth's axis of rotation, of 23°, creates the phenomenon of seasons. Incidentally, this tilt is also responsible for the lengthening of days during summer, and for their shortening during winter. These days of maximum or minimum duration are called the solstices. June 21 is in the northern hemisphere the longest day, that of the summer solstice. But for Australians this corresponds to the shortest day, to their winter solstice. Analogous inversion for December 21, winter solstice for the northern hemisphere and summer for the southern hemisphere.

When the Earth's axis of rotation lies in a plane parallel to the perpendicular to the plane of the Earth's orbit, nights and days are of the same length. These are the equinoxes, which occur, for both hemispheres (at the same moment) on March 20 and September 22.

The inhabitants of the equator live in a situation of permanent equinox. Throughout the year, the duration of days equals that of nights: 12 hours. If there are seasonal phenomena (rainy season) these are not linked to the variation in the orientation of solar insolation over the course of the year.

All this to say that for the inhabitants of the southern hemisphere, winter corresponds to the months of June-July-August. In September our Argentines, Australians, New Zealanders and New Caledonians were therefore emerging from the austral winter and it was therefore possible to draw up, for them, a complete assessment of the effect of the H1N1 flu on these populations, which was done.

Hello Jean Pierre,

Living for several years in Australia, in Perth on the west coast, I wanted to testify about the reality on the ground of the pandemic following the article that you posted, I take the liberty of using the familiar "tu" and I hope not to offend you. This remains a testimony and not a scientific investigation.

We have gone through the austral winter, although the temperatures remain rather cool for the region.

Here no pandemic, no hysteria, no particular measures, no posters in the airports, no travel restrictions and God knows that Australians are strong on quarantine measures for imported products (pasta and foie gras, wooden objects banned).

There were indeed a few classes closed to the great joy of schoolchildren

Australia, which is one of the rare developed countries of the Southern Hemisphere, I mean by that comparable to European countries in terms of health and wealth, underwent an epidemic of flu A or seasonal flu without damage. There were a few deaths certainly, it is always sad, but we are far from the apocalyptic forecasts of the WHO and other media.

I probably had flu A, 2 weeks of slight fever and a strong cough, I consulted a doctor but no analysis was done and the name flu A was not mentioned. That dates from the month of April and it must be said that local doctors medicalize very little, the opposite of France.

At the office, a colleague was diagnosed, with confirmation via analysis, with swine flu. 2 weeks off and then back to work without hysteria or terror from the other colleagues. For the record, she accuses me of having passed the virus on to her.

In view of what is happening down under (down here) one can ask questions. A developed country went through the winter season without damage, why so much fuss in France?

Why is this threat/terror being maintained (the only posters I saw were in French airports)?

Why is an objective assessment of the situation in Australia or NZ not broadcast by the government or the journalists?

This flu was in no way more harmful than the usual seasonal flu. The figures even give a number of deaths lower than the average of previous years. Which did not prevent the countries of the northern hemisphere from starting work on a vaccine, built in haste (in two months, mixed with additives with execrable reputations, squalene, mercury!) in order to be ready to suffer the effects that the WHO predicts as cataclysmic. Preventively, in many countries, they are therefore preparing to vaccinate hundreds of millions of people, possibly manu militari, whereas the experience lived in the southern hemisphere seems to indicate that this flu is rather less deadly than the most banal seasonal flu. Of course, for the pharmaceutical industry, this operation proves fabulously profitable, will translate into a colossal profit. Conversely, if this vaccination did not take place, it would be a very unpleasant dead loss for the governments. A question immediately emerges:

Why vaccinate the populations of the northern hemisphere en masse against a disease that proved benign in the southern hemisphere?

If this vaccination is justified, would that mean that for a mysterious reason, the fact of living in the southern hemisphere protects earthlings from the flu, or that on the contrary the fact of residing in the northern hemisphere makes them more vulnerable? All this seems perfectly absurd. And at this stage the only word that comes to the lips is

Why all this circus?

For what reason would this H1N1 virus prove more deadly in the northern hemisphere?!? How, and by what right, is it envisaged to force vast groups of populations to undergo the injections of this vaccination, moreover with an untested vaccine, boosted by adjuvants that are dangerous neurotoxins?.

My conclusion is simple. Any "normal", seasonal flu is pandemic. Thanks to modern means of transport it spreads rapidly to the entire planet. And this is the case for this H1N1 flu, which is proven. On the basis of the data we have, concerning its impact in the temperate-climate countries of the southern hemisphere:

*- This flu is highly contagious, from human to human, like the usual seasonal flu, no more, no less. *

*- Its lethality rate, its dangerousness is lower than that of a normal seasonal flu. *

Consequently I will not get vaccinated for simple scientific considerations

Doing so would be admitting the possibility that a flu virus, which will necessarily spread to the entire planet, like any seasonal virus, could be more virulent in the northern hemisphere than in the southern hemisphere, which would then be a phenomenon that one could qualify as paranormal, or simply ... *abnormal. *

We are therefore going to live, we, inhabitants of the northern hemisphere, this adventure of vaccination against H1N1. Some will get vaccinated voluntarily, yielding to the intense surrounding propaganda, to an astounding brainwashing, relayed by the public authorities. Others will abstain from doing so. In certain regions of the world citizens will perhaps be forced to do so by the armed forces, by their police. In the medical world, in certain countries, refusal to get vaccinated already leads to the dismissal of those concerned. In the United States measures have already been taken to make vaccination compulsory:

*- for medical personnel - for soldiers - for national guards *

There will be two possible scenarios.

*- Either this H1N1 flu will not be more harmful in human lives than a banal seasonal flu ( most probable hypothesis, on the basis of the data collected in the southern hemisphere where, let us recall, people are living their spring season ). *

- Or there will be deaths, in a significantly higher number, which will then be totally abnormal, from a scientific point of view.

In any case, the pharmaceutical industry will have made colossal profits. It will have been demonstrated that citizens could be encouraged, or forced, to consume " health products (? ....) " by simple encouragement, brainwashing, with the relay of the governments in place and the media.

In the first option, the vaccinated will have to suffer the collateral damage linked to the adjuvants present in vaccines designed hastily and distributed without " MA " ( Marketing Authorization ). If the vaccination campaign, voluntary or obtained by coercion, is large, and if the number of deaths is not significantly large, the WHO will be able to proclaim that " it is thanks to this prevention measure ".

*In the event of success of this campaign, de facto, this will represent the first impact of governance on a global scale, of the exercise of an arbitrariness not motivated by facts. *

This will thus constitute a sort of test, with regard to the project of establishing a world government, which is far from being a myth. The reaction of the population will also be tested, as well as the possibility of confronting it through coercion, in a thousand ways, including by proceeding to intern the recalcitrant ( " to protect the population from risks of contamination by irresponsible people who could become carriers of the virus " ).

If the population remains passive, or can be subdued without too much difficulty, thanks to a repressive arsenal that will then reveal its existence and its scale, this will show, in certain countries, that there exists a possibility of establishing a dictatorship of a fascist nature. Already, the arsenal of non-lethal weapons, of crowd control, exists, which makes it possible to ban any demonstration or gathering ( chemical weapons, microwave weapons, laser weapons, sonic weapons ).

The discourse of the WHO, of the leaders of many countries, if not of all countries, starting with ours, forces us to seriously ask ourselves questions, with regard to a situation that has become completely absurd. Are these people acting

• Out of simple stupidity? - Because they are in the service of money powers? - Or for even more serious reasons?

A fourth option being ... a possible mixture of the three.

If the pandemic linked to the extension of the effects of the H1N1 virus in the northern hemisphere results in a significant increase in deaths, it will be necessary to wonder about the cause of such a phenomenon, which would then be perfectly abnormal. It would still be necessary for this increase to be real or not simulated, dramatized by dint of media. One can already imagine the newspaper headlines:

*- Five new deaths at the Créteil center of patients infected by the H1N1 virus. Roselyne Bachelot comforts the families, and says that everything will be done to stem this terrible scourge. *

- Exclusive documents: our reporters, dressed in special outfits, were admitted to film the underground, biologically secure bunker, from which Roselyne Bachelot and her collaborators manage the fight against H1N1

- The Elysée now forbids any travel to risk zones. On this map, the inexorable spread of the virus, whose number of victims now reaches 1400 people.

*- A second minister infected by the virus and admitted to the intensive care center of Val de Grâce. *

*It must be kept in mind that if seasonal flu, which rages during let us say, a maximum of four to six months, then kills on average from twenty to a hundred patients per day. *

If a significant increase in the number of victims is observed, then this can only have been provoked. And if the public is surprised that the flu kills noticeably more people in the northern hemisphere than in the southern hemisphere, they will be explained ( the explanation is already ready for use ) " that it is because the virus, in the meantime, has mutated " ( in which case the act of vaccinating would then lose all its meaning, the H1N1 vaccine becoming completely useless ).

The hypotheses mentioned are heavy, but no more so than those that surface behind the doubt displayed with regard to the official version of the 11 September 2001 attacks. The company Baxter is an American pharmaceutical company that manufactures, among other things, anti-flu vaccines. In her interview, Jane Bürgermeister mentions the disappearance of a considerable mass of H5N1 virus (avian), in Austria where she resides. She speaks of 72 kilos. These strains of avian virus would have been manipulated by the company Baxter for experimental purposes on animals, but 36 people would have been hospitalized, contaminated following what would have been presented as an accident. There is also an incident that would have occurred in a train, during a transport of vials. Then reorientation toward journalistic activities in the medical and pharmaceutical field. Alerted by this incident concerning the contamination of these people, she vainly tried to alert the media, and says she found herself confronted with a veritable wall of silence. She believes that the medical media are under control. The means she then imagined so that this affair would come to light was to file a complaint against the company Baxter, with the Austrian justice system, after having received legal advice.

She then claims that this complaint, which she doubled by filing a complaint with the FBI, through the United States embassy in Vienna, did not receive the echo she would have wished.

Through this "Bürgermeister affair" one is led to wonder about this operation aimed at vaccinating hundreds of millions of people, when there is no logical and concrete element to do so, especially after the data recovered, coming from the countries of the southern hemisphere. One could then invoke a precautionary principle. Some say that, for example, the Spanish flu epidemic proceeded in several waves, and that a second surge had to be awaited before this pandemic revealed its scale and its severity. Under these conditions, the countries of the southern hemisphere would constitute "a laboratory" with respect to the actions envisaged in the northern hemisphere. Will these countries experience a deadly second wave? If so, actions should then be carried out for the populations of the northern hemisphere, offset by six months compared with these neighbors in the southern hemisphere.

But if this second wave does not manifest itself, why carry out such forcing on the populations? Would this vaccination hide something else?

Such a behavior would find logic only if a deadly second wave were observed in the countries mentioned. But as long as such an event does not occur, I see no reason to rush to the first vaccination center that comes along. It is interesting to compare the maps of two pandemics on a global scale. First that of the Spanish flu of 1918, which spread very quickly, over the entire planet, using the means of transport of the time (troop transports).

Same lethality coefficient in both hemispheres

The percentage of infected sick people dying was exactly the same in all regions of the world affected by the virus, whether in the northern hemisphere or the southern hemisphere.

No "second wave" in the southern hemisphere, whose winter falls in June - July - August 2009

The A(H1N1) flu raged in the (temperate, comparable to ours) countries of the southern hemisphere (Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand) during its winter season, which falls in June - July - August. The media of the northern hemisphere keep dinning into our ears a "second wave" that we should expect, after the first attacks of this H1N1 virus. Yet the countries of the southern hemisphere are six months ahead of those of the northern hemisphere climatically. There, October - December - January correspond to spring. If the virus is to proceed in two waves, three observations are essential:

*- As there is no reason why this A(H1N1) virus should behave differently in the countries of the northern hemisphere, its effects should remain below those of a seasonal flu. There is therefore no urgency to vaccinate massively. *

*- If a second wave were to be feared, it would manifest itself first in the southern hemisphere, six months in advance, which would leave ample time to prepare for it, in the northern hemisphere. *

*- If the northern hemisphere experiences a second wave, significantly more deadly than that of an ordinary seasonal flu, it is because these deaths will have been deliberately provoked, in a criminal manner. *

In the short sequence that you will be able to view, extracted from this interview by my friend Peter, Amar evokes the thesis of the engineer Baloche, a fire safety specialist at the French center for building safety ( the CSTB ). Participating in a previous program, where Alix Atmoh, the president of the reopen 9/11 association, was present, this " specialist " explained that the fire raging in the twin towers " had according to him spread towards tower number seven through the underground passages ". A completely surreal thesis, which leaves some concern hovering as to the competence of this CSTB administrator. But for the journalist Paul Amar it is the opinion of an expert, which cannot be con-tested. So, hold on tight.

If I had been on the set where Baloche spouted such nonsense, I would have immediately exploded:

It will be noted in passing that Bigard insists on the fact that Science should reopen the investigation into September 11. There is a scientific police force, in every country. One of the means of investigation, if not the main approach that investigators take when they have the possibility, consists in carrying out reconstructions. This is what " structural specialists " claim to do by simulating, for example, the destruction of the twin towers using software. But we know that on this front the experts on both sides wage a war by claiming that there has been manipulation of the parameters used for the calculations ( such as the quantity of kerosene burned, the duration of the fires, etc ).

Regarding the Pentagon event a reconstruction would be perfectly feasible, and given the stakes, this should be done. It would suffice to rebuild, at least in its mechanical structure, the wing of the Pentagon that was struck. For six years I have been* the only one to propose it*. This 1/1 scale model, with the walls, the armored windows, the pieces of road, the famous streetlights, the vehicles, the lawn, the generator: everything could be reconstituted identically. This could be done far from any hab itation. The reconstruction would then be carried out before legions of experts and observers from all countries.

The plane? An aging 757, but in perfect flying condition, with its kerosene, the suitcases, and possibly human corpses. We do this all the time in car accident reconstructions. I am convinced that relatives of recently deceased people would agree that the body of their loved one could be used for this crucial search for the truth.

Remote control? No problem, to the meter, by placing the transmitter of a hertzian beam in the model, serving as a " rail " for the aircraft. The famous surveillance camera that made it possible to obtain the famous images would be put in place. The key witnesses would retake their places, doubled by video recorders.

So, if we managed to find* all the aspects of the event*, the traces on the facade, the exit hole, the intact lawn, the furniture, papers and computers not burned, the absence of debris and body fragments allowing identification using DNA and fingerprints, we would have elements capable of confirming or invalidating the official version.

On the stage of the big official media, the buffoonery is only just beginning. On October 1 Guillaume Durant was hosting various speakers in his program " L'objet du Scandale ":

The show comprises various segments, prepared by Alexandre Gamelan, which stigmatize the effect of an intoxication on a planetary scale. Thus the film Loose Change, directed by a young man "who isn't even a journalist," has been viewed 100 million times worldwide. An investigation covering 18 countries showed that more than half of their inhabitants now doubted that the September 11 attacks were really orchestrated by the Al Qaeda group. The DVD of the film by European MP Giuletto Chiesa "Zero," presented by Guillaume, like the previous one, as a profit-making operation, was bought by 35 million Russians. Faced with what Durant describes as "a planetary-scale delirium," it was appropriate to gather on a set "specialists" and "experts," to counter this worrying drift.

For the first time we have images of a young specialist in structural calculation: Jérôme Quirant. While more than eight hundred American architects have organized themselves into an association contesting the official thesis of the collapse of the three World Trade Center towers under the effect, for the twin towers, of the heat released by the burning of kerosene, and for tower number seven, also at a speed very close to that of free fall, as a repercussion of the collapse of the first two buildings, this young academic, who has never built or even designed a single building in his life, but only handled structural calculation software, has an answer for everything.

Regarding the remarkable precision of the piloting of the Boeing 757, supposedly having struck the Pentagon, he declares to us with assurance that he has seen people poorly trained in piloting succeed three times in hitting a target within a meter using flight simulators. I imagine the reaction of professional pilots to such remarks.

But where did they dig up such an idiot?

Durant is cautious, taking care to have his guests endorse the remarks, unlike Paul Amar, who visibly knows nothing about the subject he claims to address, except what he has read in the dossier put together in a few days by students, on behalf of rue89, under the direction of Guillaume Dasquié. He has moreover not read the official report of the commission tasked with investigating these events, a year and a half after they occurred. Quirant adds:

- Why reopen the investigation when it is so simple to turn to experts by asking their opinion on the subject?

Decidedly, all this is very weak, mediocre. I will not detail this show. You will just have to form your own opinion. At one point one of the participants says:

- But if it wasn't the terrorists who were piloting the aircraft that crashed into the towers, then would it be the pilots themselves who turned into kamikazes?

This man forgets that we have known for decades how to remote-control an aircraft and send it within a meter onto a target, especially if the latter sends a microwave beam serving as a guide. This being to be corroborated with the fact that one of the aircraft seems to carry under its fuselage a "pod," forming a protrusion, which is found on military aircraft, not on civilian ones.

All the malfunctions of the American security systems that day are put down to the excessive naivety, candor and trust of the Americans, who would never have imagined that such a trick would be played on them.

By way of conclusion, the attitudes of the conspiracy theorists and the conspiracists are considered as the expression of a primary anti-Americanism, behind which antisemitism is just waiting to express itself. I don't have the names of the various participants in mind, and it is already very late. One believes that the September 11 attacks are among the best-documented historical events. Another cites, as proof, videos showing the terrorists preparing the attacks with plans of the Pentagon before their eyes, and adds "I don't see what better proof one could find." He considers that the doubts expressed by Jean-Marie Bigard "constitute an insult to the families of the victims." He forgets in passing that it is because of the insistence of these same families, for eighteen months, that the American government finally decided to open an investigative commission, whereas until then it had not felt the need.

At the end of the show, the Belgian Philippe Geluck, the Candide of the group, vainly attempts to bring up the Northwoods affair, according to which American conspirators, led by General Lyman Lemnitzer, during the Kennedy years (two years before his assassination) had proposed staging a fake attack of an American civilian aircraft, by a fake Cuban aircraft.

The aircraft, carrying American students on board, is said to have descended below radar coverage and landed, only to be replaced at the same moment by a drone, empty and radio-controlled (already). It was this drone that was then allegedly attacked and shot down by an American plane disguised as a Cuban aircraft, after having sent out ringing distress calls. And the Americans then allegedly used this cowardly attack on a civilian aircraft to trigger a full-scale military attack against the Castro regime.

At this historical reminder one of the participants shrugs, saying that all this is part of the "package" of videos shown for a moment by Guillaume Durant and that, not being aware (...), he does not comment.

If I had been on the set, it is not of the Northwoods affair that I would have spoken, but of:

A reader had promised to write us a detailed article on this subject, on which there is extensive documentation. Alas, he did not keep his word. Yet, to use the expression of one of the participants in Guillaume Durant's show, this is one of the best-documented passages in American history. As a rather tasty detail, after one (or two, I no longer know) of their comrades had been shot down by the Cuban Sea Furies, the navalized version of the Second World War Tempests, flying at 750 km/h, that is to say three hundred more than their own aircraft, the Cuban counter-revolutionaries felt their courage melt and refused to launch a second attack.

October 12, 2009: Numerous rumors report coercive measures prepared or already implemented on the territory of the United States. It is known that army units have been deployed just about everywhere, " to lend a hand to health personnel and either force people to get vaccinated, or place the recalcitrant in quarantine ".

One might wonder why the government of the United States, after the election of Obama (recently named Nobel Peace Prize winner, although he has done strictly nothing concrete), seems to be heading toward a situation not very far from martial law, when this vaccination presents no character of urgency, given the information coming from the countries of the southern hemisphere (Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, etc...) whose seasons are six months ahead of ours (see this dossier).

Obama inherited a catastrophic economic situation left to him by his illustrious predecessor, George Bush, after his two successive terms. We know the completely crazy policy pursued by the FED, the Federal Reserve Bank, and the financial recklessness of the credit companies, launched into a system of cavalry drafts. No need for an epilogue. Obama had to "run the printing press" to bail out the dishonest, the clumsy and the reckless as a priority, that is to say the banks and the credit companies. Social plans are, behind these perfusion operations, lagging behind.

The employment and housing situation is deteriorating in a country that traditionally cares little about the "stragglers of the economy."

Towards Modern Jacqueries?

If we give credence to this information, on the economic, financial and especially social level, the USA would be on the verge of turning into a powder keg. Hence these internment camps, of which several photos have been published, scattered here and there (and hence perhaps this spectacular acquisition of coffins, whose warehouses are visible... from space!). As it is difficult to intern American citizens manu militari, even after the shelving of habeas corpus and the promulgation of the Patriot Act, on suspicion of participation in terrorist activities, there remains the threat concerning health, the threat of epidemic. Then incarceration becomes "quarantine," a quarantine that may possibly be prolonged....

From this angle, this pandemic, whose unreality and artificiality are becoming more and more obvious every day, would appear as a pretext for deploying a coercive force on the territory of the United States, to face outbreaks of violence, foreseeable in the event of a serious economic crisis (as the USA has already experienced).

Times have changed. Differences in fortune have become glaring. The poor know that the rich are rich. All this brings to mind the medieval era, when the "peasants" suddenly no longer respected their lords and revolted by engaging in jacqueries, where armed bands roamed the country, killing and pillaging.

October 10, 2009: Rereading this page, I suddenly think of H.G. Wells's novel, The Time Machine. The hero, after having discovered the throes of a near future, with new wars, decides to take a vertiginous plunge into the future, and finds himself on a land populated by two species, descendants of men, the Eloi and the Morlocks. The Eloi living nonchalantly, seeming indifferent, not only to what surrounds them, but to their fellows. In the film adapted from the book, our time traveler saves a young woman from drowning, while her companions watch the scene with indifference.

Later, sirens sound, shouting "get to the shelters". The Eloi then docilely head toward places that do indeed look like underground shelters, closed by heavy iron doors. Before Wells can see what is inside, the doors close, the shelters turn into prisons. It is only later that he will discover that the Morlocks, beings living underground and fearing the light, are simply cannibals....

Confronted with this phenomenon of planet-wide intoxication that this incentive to vaccinate against an H1N1 flu represents, which data from the southern hemisphere lead one to consider as simply benign, some wonder, beyond the fantastic financial operation that is the key to it, whether it is not a test to evaluate the possibility of manipulating human masses on a very large scale.

Some envisage even worse things. Obviously there will be no shortage of journalists to invoke for the umpteenth time "conspiracy theory". Unless it is Pierre Lagrange, a maverick sociologist.

A young thirty-year-old reader drew my attention to two things. The first is an interview with the writer Aldous Huxley, who wrote this fabulous work in 1932:

The second is a film adaptation of the work, accessible today on the net in five files. I recommend them to you. "Le meilleur des mondes", in English *The brave New World, * is a film released in 1998, by director Leslie Libman. The role of Mustapha Meunier is played by the actor who played the famous science fiction character Spock.

I don't know who directed this film. There are no credits. I find that the screenwriter or screenwriters have adapted the theme very well to the present era. It is only by having both read the book and seen the film that one can appreciate all its flavor. At the limit, the order followed hardly matters. The heroes, if one excepts Mustapha Meunier "his Forderie", are very "run-of-the-mill", as if from any soap opera, beautiful as Mattel characters. They are perhaps similar to what will one day be made of the human species, clones without identity, without personality, without family, without offspring and above all without a soul, never asking themselves a question about anything. .

Throughout the film the characters absorb blue pills of "soma", a drug with very weak side effects, which provides human beings with a sort of tranquil happiness, soothes all their anxieties. On the screen scroll from time to time the slogans with which these human beings are fed from birth, including by hypnopaedia, by a conditioning carried out during their sleep. The very same that future masters of the world will be able to distill to all bearers of tiny implants, which will automatically lodge themselves in the head, near the auditory nerve, provided their density is lower than that of blood. Receiver chips which, piloted from space by transmissions relayed by immense plasma mirrors, maintained in the ionosphere by devices of the Haarp type, will distill in a state of subception discreet, insidious and effective orders.

The central theme of Huxley's novel is very well taken up in the film:

*Don't think. Distract yourself, take pleasure and love your work, appreciate feeling useful to the community. *

In this future described by Huxley the world is organized, hierarchical, from the alpha pluses to the delta minuses. The alpha pluses rejoice at not having to perform manual labor and the delta minuses congratulate themselves on working in the mines, far from the bad weather prevailing on the surface, etc.

Men and women learn not to like old things, books, to turn away from history, full of sad things. Pregnancies are carried out in jars, by the Bokanowski method, which makes it possible to create 80 twins, in the uterus of a donor. Genealogy disappears. Men and women choose their own first and last names. Which ones will understand that we already have our "soma"; alias "Huxley's feeling cinema", in other words television, a fantastic decerebration machine. When will men make a bonfire of these machines, replacing them, as I have long since done, with a good DVD player, and building up a collection, by buying or exchanging quality documents?

What more is there to say? We see images appearing, which will soon be our daily life, where sorts of masked Darth Vaders bash kids, catch them in mousetraps, taser them, gas them, spray their brains with directional loudspeakers emitting shrill sounds, while waiting to destroy their retinas with lasers. One thinks one is seeing scenes from Soylent Green again. Countries have passed laws "where the forces of order will be able to shoot to kill at human groups, if demonstrations turn into insurrection". It is in black and white in the annexes of our European constitution. But there it is: who sets the boundary between demonstration and insurrection? The constitution does not specify it.

In spite of this depressing panorama, there remains a glimmer of hope. The cat is out of the bag. The Internet, our first and last space of democratic freedom, exists, on too large a scale, now, to be able to be bridled, and one can imagine that the laws that will be attempted to be implemented to bind and bridle this space of freedom may prove ineffective, like those of yesteryear that tried to protect software.

I am going to give you an example. In 2003 or 2004, I no longer remember exactly, I had started publishing lots of things about September 11 on my site. One day the American billionaire Jimmy Walter financed a large demonstration, which was held in New York and was filmed, a sort of "9/11" show, the first of its kind. Good professionals put this together by producing a three-hour document. I believe the title was Painful Deception. Walter paid for the publication of 100,000 DVDs, traveled to different countries and gave press conferences, very surprised by the little echo he most often encountered, particularly in France.

Then, one day, the three-hour film appeared on the net, subtitled in I don't know how many languages. When I saw that, I said on my site:

- I don't know how to do it, but save the files quickly. All of this is going to disappear!

Forty-eight hours later the site was inaccessible. But ATMOH and others had saved the precious files. Thus was born what was later to become reopen 9/11. And therein lies the hope. How can a man be muzzled by closing his site, if he has the leisure to spread his writings or his images elsewhere? How can terabytes of documents that can be duplicated to infinity be placed under seal? The fight will be hard. It has moved... into the virtual world. One hundred million human beings have seen Loose Change, a film made by a young man "who isn't even a journalist," as that luminary of modern times Guillaume Durand told us. These one hundred million earthlings have... voted, in their own way. The mouse replaces the ballot box. Thirty-five million Russians have acquired the DVD of Zero. More than half of the inhabitants of the Earth no longer believe that Al Qaeda was at the heart of the September 11 attacks. One day the demonstrations will take place on screens. It will be enough for someone to invent a means of placing thousands or tens of thousands of faces on a screen. With an "elevator," they can be made to scroll by.

You have already seen those screens of mobile phones, or computers, where a tiny icon fills the screen. Imagine a screen filled with clusters of pixels. When your mouse arrives on one of them, the spot grows and there appears the man or the woman hiding behind that shapeless spot, an image transmitted by their webcam. Technically feasible.

By clicking on a face, one will hear the voice of this "virtual demonstrator," who will not mince words. And where will the "cyber police" be? How can virtual demonstrators be tear-gassed, electrocuted? How can they be imprisoned? The screens will fill with clamors of protest, while the Darth Vaders will watch the demonstrators on empty squares. The sound tracks can be mixed, slogans can be chanted, a figure on the screen indicating the number of those chanting them.

Internet users of all countries, unite!

Alongside this, the press, sold to the trusts, discredits itself a little more each day. Here, as soon as my wife has finished unpacking the heap of crates cluttering the living room, I will place a piece of black velvet on a wooden frame. By putting our camcorder on its tripod and a halogen projector, we will have our mini television studio. My collaborators will illustrate my lectures with archival images.
