e 27 février 2009, la firme américaine Baxter, dans un de ses laboratoires, Orth Donau, situé en Autriche, a produit un vaccin expérimental, destiné à lutter contre la grippe saisonnière de type H3N2 (

). Ces vaccins alors ont été "accidentellement " contaminés par des souches H5N1,

actives,

correspondant à la grippe aviaire (mortelle dans 60 % des cas). Ils ont été ensuite transmis à la société autrichienne Avis Green, qui les a ensuite adressés à des antennes Tchécolsovaques et Slovène. C'est en testant ces vaccins sur des furets, qui décédèrent (alors qu'ils auraient dû subir sans problème des injections de vaccins contre la grippe H3N2) que les Tchèques, après examens, constatèrent la présence du virus mortel H5N1, sous sa forme active, dans les vaccins fabriqués par la firme américaine. Si ceux-ci avaient injectés à des hommes, ceci aurait déclenché une vague de décès, justifiant alors une vaccination massive.

n ne peut exclure la possibilité d'une manipulation de ce genre, où un vaccin délibérément contaminé puisse servir de déclencheur, de " Starter ", à une pandémie cette fois mortelle, justifiant la campagne de vaccination massive actuellement lancée.

l est pour le moins étonnant que notre ministre de la santé, Roselyne Bachelot, ancienne représentante, pendant de longues années, pour le compte de firmes pharmaceutiques, ait passé commande de vaccins à cette firme en juillet 2009, alors qu'elle était parfaitement au courant d'une telle affaire. Etonnant aussi qu'elle ait refusé de répondre, lors de la livraison de ces vaccins le 27 août, à la question concernant leur origine.

On assiste depuis quelques semaines à une forte agitation dans les médias officiels, qui se livrent à une contre-attaque en règle contre ceux qu'ils qualifient de " conspirationnistes" ou de " complotistes ". A cela s'ajoute un problème supplémentaire : ce projet de vaccination contre la grippe A(H1N1), étendu d'emblée à une échelle planétaire, sur simple décision de l'OMS, de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Santé, qui se positionne de ce fait comme une première instance de gouvernance mondiale , dictant à tous les pays du monde la conduite à tenir en matière de santé publique, en s'appuyant sur une pandémie, portée par celle-ci au niveau 6, le plus élevé, et cela sans avoir fourni le moindre justificatif chiffré.

Les citoyens de très nombreux pays voient leurs gouvernements et ministres répercuter dans l'urgence ces directives. Des plans de vaccination à très vaste échelle, incluant éventuellement des mesures coercitives, voire l'appui d'autorités policières et militaires, avec décret d'un état d'urgence, sont définis et commencent à être mis en place.

Tout le monde sait que l'affection virale nommée grippe, qui affecte indifféremment les hommes et les animaux, sévit avec plus d'intensité à la saison froide. Les lecteurs doivent savoir que la grippe banale, saisonnière, tue au bas mot un demi-million de personnes dans le monde chaque année ( et de 2500 à 3500 personnes pour le seul pays France ), en général en affectant le système de défense immunitaire des personnes touchées, et en les rendant vulnérables à d'autres affections, bactériennes cette fois, ce phénomène étant nommé surinfection. Les décès sont donc majoritairement le fait de personnes de plus de 65 ans, mais ces surinfections peuvent aussi déboucher sur des suites fatales pour des individus plus jeunes, de très jeunes enfants ou des individus apparemment en bonne santé.

Mon fils Jean-Christophe, quand il avait moins d'un an, a été sujet à un syndrome grippal très violent, avec une fièvre dépassant 40°. Hospitalisé à l'hôpital d'Aix-en-Provence dans les années soixante, il faillit mourir d'une surinfection bactérienne, subissant une détresse respiratoire très importante. Quand nous étions à l'hôpital, c'était un samedi soir, son sort était entre les mains d'une interne de garde. Vers minuit, la situation de mon fils ayant empiré, l'interne, perdant complètement les pédales et révélant son incompétence, commanda une ambulance pour le faire transférer à l'hôpital Nord de Marseille, où le service de réanimation l'attendit avec une ... couveuse, croyant voir affaire à un prématuré. Ca n'est que vers quatre heures du matin qu'un chirurgien put l'intuber et lui vider les poumons, mon fils ayant fait un arrêt du coeur droit, ce qu'on appelle un " coeur droit pulmonaire ". Il émergea le lendemain, après une dizaine d'heures de coma, et il fallut une bonne année pour que son système respiratoire "se répare". Simple exemple pour montrer vers quels extrêmes peut conduire un syndrome grippal, avec surinfection, à tous âges.

Des études ( citées dans le dossier du docteur Girard ) ont montré que, vis à vis de cette grippe saisonnière, l'efficacité d'une protection assurée par une vaccination n'était nullement prouvée, étant donnée la grande facilité que présentait le virus à évoluer au fil du temps, donc d'être moins vulnérable à cette vaccination. J'ai soixante douze ans. J'ai personnellement suivi une bonne demi-douzaine de fois la prescription de vaccination, en m'y prenant à l'avance, pensant ainsi couper à la grippe et ... ça n'a jamais marché. Simple expérience personnelle, certes. Mais j'ai tout à fait le droit d'en faire état.

Une pandémie est une épidémie qui touche une vaste population d'individus, et s'étend sur de nombreux pays. Sous cet angle la banale grippe saisonnière *est une pandémie. *

Le monde a connu des pandémies à forte létalité, comme la célèbre grippe espagnole de 1918. Mais d'aucuns feront remarquer que le phénomène a sévi :

- A une époque où les populations touchées possédaient des systèmes immunitaires affaiblis par les privations, la promiscuité, l'absence de mesures d'hygiène

- A une époque où l'absence de recours possible aux antibiotiques ne permettait pas de combattre les surinfections bactériennes par l'action des antibiotiques, voir un dossier précédent )

En 2004 des humains ont été victimes d'une grippe aviaire, véhiculée par les volailles, et transmissible à l'homme, avec un fort coefficient de létalité ( 40 à 60% de décès). Mais s'il s'est avéré que si le virus pouvait se transmettre des volailles d'élevage aux êtres humains, il n'y eut pas, ou peu de contaminations d'être humain à être humain. On associe aux grippes deux attributs bien distincts (voir le dossier):

*- Leur contagiosité : la capacité du virus à se propager au sein de populations humaines *

*- Leur létalité : le pourcentage de décès chez les sujets atteints. *

Sous cet angle la grippe aviaire qui a fait depuis 2004 quatre cent victimes ( en cinq ans, à l'échelle de la planète entière !) peut être considérée comme :

- A forte létalité

- Faiblement contagieuse ( pas de contagion d'être humain à être humain )

En comparaison :

• La grippe saisonnière est* très contagieuse* ( d'être humain à être humain ). Elle débouche très rapidement, étant donnée la contagion assurée par les moyens de transport modernes, sur une pandémie à l'échelle planétaire.

• Par contre son taux de létalité est faible ( un décès pour mille individus atteints )

La grippe porcine A(H1N1) ne doit pas alarmer systématiquement, de par son appellation, car il n'existe pas de barrière d'espèces entre les différents virus humains et animaux. Ces croisements ont toujours existé. Pour comprendre le sens des lettres " A " , " H " et " N " et quels sont les différentes espèces de virus, se référer au dossier précédemment présenté.

Le contexte saisonnier

Les pays à climat dit tempéré, sont des pays où celui-ci est fortement influencé par l'impact saisonnier. Voici, sur cette carte, les zones climatiques de la planète :

Au moment où nous écrivons ces lignes tous les pays de l'hémisphère sud, correspondant à un climat tempéré, de même évolution nature que celui de leurs équivalents de l'hémisphère nord ( Argentine, Australie, Nouvelle Zélande, Nouvelle Calédonie ) viennent de connaître leur hiver austral, en juin, juillet, août. En septembre-octobre, dans ces pays, c'est le printemps. L'hiver est derrière.

Dans les deux hémisphères, les saisons sont décalées de six mois. L'hiver chez les uns, c'est l'été chez les autres.

Je m'aperçois, en questionnant simplement mon entourage, que peu de gens connaissent l'origine du phénomène des saisons. Bien sûr, selon les lois de Kepler, la Terre décrit autour du Soleil une orbite qui n'est pas circulaire, mais en forme d'ellipse, le Soleil occupant d'un des foyers. Il en est de même pour toutes les planètes du système solaire. Si l'excentricité de l'orbite de Mercure est importante ( 0,2 ) et "visible à l'oeil nu " (sur une carte montrant les orbites de différentes planètes ) celle de la Terre, douze fois plus faible, est pratiquement négligeable. On peut donc considérer que le Soleil se situe pratiquement au centre de la trajectoire quasi circulaire, que la Terre parcourt autour de celui-ci. Le phénomène des saisons n'est donc pas dû à l'éloignement ou au rapprochement de notre planète vis à vis de l'astre du jour, comme certains ont tendance à le croire.

Il est dû à l'inclinaison de l'axe de rotation de la Terre par rapport à la perpendiculaire au plan dans lequel notre planète évolue. Si cette inclinaison était nulle il n'y aurait pas de saisons. La température au sol dépend de l'angle sous lequel le rayonnement solaire attaque l'atmosphère terre. Prenons l'exemple d'une planète imaginaire, dont l'axe de rotation serait parallèle à la perpendiculaire à son plan orbital (dit " plan de l'écliptique " ).

*- A l'équateur les rayons attaquent l'atmosphère perpendiculairement *: l'insolation est maximale.

- Aux pôles ces rayons arrivent tangentiellement : l'insolation est minimale.

*- A une latitude proche de 45 degrés ( pays de l'hémisphère nord ) les rayons attaquent les hautes couches atmosphériques sous un angle de 45°. Une partie atteint le sol et l'autre est réfléchie, et l'énergie que véhicule ce rayonnement va se perdre dans le vide interplanétaire. *

Sur une telle planète, exempte de saisons, on aurait donc des régions polaires, très froides, une région équatoriale à température maximale, et sur les deux hémisphères une variation continue entre ces deux extrêmes. S'il existait une pandémie grippale sur une telle planète, celle-ci sévirait, dans les deux hémisphères, sans variations saisonnières particulières.

Introduisons maintenant une inclinaison de l'axe de rotation de la Terre :

Cette inclinaison reste invariable, par effet gyroscopique. L'axe de rotation de la Terre, tout au long de l'année, pointe toujours vers la même direction, dans la voûte céleste. Il se trouve que dans l'hémisphère nord une étoile se trouve assez proche de cette direction, et nous l'appelons de ce fait l'étoile polaire. Si vous mettez un appareil photographique en pose, pointant dans cette direction du ciel, " pendant un certain temps ", vous obtiendrez ceci :

A droite, des arbres. Le " pôle céleste " est ... vide. L'étoile polaire " tourne autour ". Elle en est simplement très proche

Les Argentins, les Australiens, ne disposent pas, pour se guider la nuit, d'une direction du ciel indiquée par une étoile. La région avoisinant le "pôle céleste sud" est plutôt vide. En 1750-1752 un français, Nicolas Louis de Lacaille, effectue une croisière dans l'hémisphère sud. Il groupe les étoiles en constellations, de manière tout à fait arbitraire, selon son bon vouloir, et leur donne les noms de son choix, à la hauteur de son imagination de Jésuite

Membre de l'observatoire de Marseille pendant trente ans, en tant " qu'astronome non-pratiquant ", c'est à dire astrophysicien orienté vers la cosmologie, donc affecté d'une presbytie astronomique prononcée, je m'étais toujours demandé d'où venaient des noms d'une telle banalité, aussi exempts de lyrisme. Je viens de l'apprendre aujourd'hui, et je vous fais profiter de ma découverte.

Toujours-est-il que cette inclinaison de l'axe de rotation de la Terre, de 23° crée le phénomène des saisons. Au passage, cette inclinaison est aussi responsable *de l'allongement des jours durant l'été, et de leur raccourcissement pendant l'hiver. *Ces jours de durées maximale ou minimale son appelés les solstices. Le 21 juin est dans l'hémisphère nord le jour le plus long, celui du solstice d'été. Mais pour les Australiens cela correspond à la journée la plus courte, à leur solstice d'hiver. Inversion analogue pour le 21 décembre, solstice d'hiver pour l'hémisphère nord et d'été pour l'hémisphère sud.

Quand l'axe de rotation de la Terre se situe dans un plan parallèle à la perpendiculaire au plan de l'orbite terrestre, les nuits et les jours sont de même longueur. Ce sont les équinoxes, qui se situent, pour les deux hémisphères ( au même moment ) le 20 mars et le 22 septembre.

Les habitants de l'équateur vivent une situation d'équinoxe permanent. Tout au long de l'année, la durée des jours égale celle des nuits : 12 heures. S'il y a des phénomènes saisonniers (saison des pluies ) ceux-ci ne sont pas liés à la variation de l'orientation de l'insolation solaire au long de l'année.

Tout cela pour dire que pour les habitants de l'hémisphère sud, l'hiver correspond au mois de juin-juillet-août. En septembre nos Argentins, Australiens, Néo-Zélandais de Néo-Calédoniens émergeaient donc de l'hiver austral et il était donc possible de dresser, pour eux, un bilan complet de l'effet de la grippe H1N1 sur ces populations, ce qui fut fait.

Effet nul

Un témoignage émanant d'Australie, en date du 29 septembre 2009, 15 h 01 Bonjour Jean Pierre, Habitant depuis plusieurs annees en Australie, a Perth sur la cote ouest, je tenais a témoigner sur la realite du terrain de la pandemie suite a l'article que tu as poste, je me permets de te tutoyer et j'espere ne pas te froisser. Ceci reste un temoignage et non une enquete scientifique.

Nous avons passe l'hiver austral, bien que les temperatures restent assez fraiches pour la region.

Ici pas de pandemie, pas d'hysterie, pas de mesures particulieres, pas d'affiches dans les aeroports, pas de restrictions des deplacements et dieu sait que les australiens sont forts pour les mesures de quarantaine des produits importes (pates et foie gras, objets en bois interdits).

Il y a bien eut qlq classes fermees a la grande joie des ecoliers L'Australie qui est un des rares pays developpes de l'hemisphere Sud, je veux dire par la comparable aux pays europeens en matiere de sante et de richesses, a subi une epidemie de grippe A ou saisonniere sans dommages. Il y a eut qlq deces certes, c'est toujours triste, mais on est loin des previsions apocalyptiques de l'OMS et autres media.

J'ai probablement eu la grippe A, 2 semaines de petite fievre et une forte toux, j'ai consulte un medecin mais aucune analyse a été faite et le nom de grippe A n'a pas été mentionne. Cela date du mois d'avril et il faut dire que les medecins locaux medicalisent tres peu l'inverse de la France.

Au bureau une collegue a été diagnostiquee, avec confirmation via analyse, avec la grippe A. 2 semaines d'arret et puis de retour au boulot sans hysterie ni terreurs des autres collegues. Pour l'anecdote elle m'accuse de lui avoir refile le virus.

Au regard de ce qui se passe down under (ici bas) on peut se poser des questions. Un pays developpe a passe la saison hirvernale sans dommages, pourquoi tant de tapage en France?

Pourquoi cette menace/terreur est-elle entretenue (les seules affiches que j'ai vu etaient dans les aeroports francais)?

Pourquoi un bilan objectif de la situation an Australie ou NZ n'est pas diffuse par le gouvernement ou les journalistes?

Cette grippe ne fut en aucune façon plus dommageable que la grippe saisonnière habituelle. Les chiffres donnent même un nombre de décès inférieur à la moyenne des années précédentes. Ce qui n'empêcha pas les pays de l'hémisphère nord de mettre en chantier un vaccin, construit à la hâte ( en deux mois, mélangé à des additifs possédant des réputations exécrables, le squalène, le mercure ! ) afin se tenir prêts à subir des effets que l'OMS prévoit comme cataclysmiques. Préventivement, dans de nombreux pays, on s'apprête donc à vacciner des centaines de millions de personnes, éventuellement manu militari, alors que l'expérience vécue dans l'hémisphère sud semble indiquer que cette grippe est plutôt moins meurtrière que la grippe saisonnière des plus banales. Bien sûr, pour l'industrie pharmaceutique, cette opération s'avère fabuleusement profitable, se traduira par un bénéfice colossal. A l'inverse, si cette vaccination n'avait pas lieu, il s'agirait d'une perte sèche fort désagréable pour les gouvernements. Une question émerge immédiatement :

Pourquoi vacciner massivement les populations de l'hémisphère nord contre une maladie qui s'est avérée bénigne dans l'hémisphère sud ?

Si cette vaccination est justifiée, serait-ce à dire que pour un raison mystérieuse, le fait d'habiter dans l'hémisphère sud protégerait les terriens de la grippe, ou qu'à l'inverse le fait de résider dans l'hémisphère nord les rendraient plus vulnérables ? Tout ceci semble parfaitement absurde. Et à ce stade le seul mot qui vient aux lèvres est

Pourquoi tout ce cirque ?

Pour quelle raison ce virus H1N1 se révélerait-il plus meurtrier dans l'hémisphère nord ?!? Comment, et de quel droit envisage-t-on de contraindre de vastes ensembles de populations à subir les injections de cette vaccination, qui plus est avec un vaccin non testé, dopé par des adjuvants qui sont de dangereux neurotoxiques ?.

Ma conclusion est simple. Toute grippe "normale ", saisonnière, est pandémique. Grâce aux moyens de transport modernes elle se propage rapidement à l'ensemble de la planète. Et c'est le cas pour cette grippe H1N1, ce qui avéré. Sur la base des données dont nous disposons, concernant son impact dans les pays à climat tempéré de l'hémisphère sud :

*- Cette grippe est fortement contagieuse, d'être humain à être humain, comme la grippe saisonnière habituelle, ni plus, ni moins. *

*- Son taux de létalité, sa dangerosité est inférieure à celle d'une grippe saisonnière normale. *

Le faire serait admettre la possibilité qu'un virus grippal, qui s'étendra nécessairement à l'ensemble de la planète, comme tout virus saisonnier, puisse être plus virulent dans l'hémisphère nord que dans l'hémisphère sud, ce qui relèverait alors d'un phénomène que l'on pourrait qualifier de paranormal, ou de simplement ... *d'anormal. *

Nous allons donc vivre, nous, habitants de l'hémisphère nord, cette aventure de la vaccination contre le H1N1. Certains se feront volontairement vacciner, cédant à l'intense propagande ambiante, à un bourrage de crâne ahurissant, relayé par les pouvoirs publics. D'autres s'abstiendront de le faire. Dans certaines régions du monde des citoyens y seront peut-être contraints par la force armée, par leur police. Dans le milieu médical, dans certains pays, le refus de se faire vacciner entraîne déjà le licenciement des intéressés. Aux Etats-Unis des mesures ont d'ores et déjà été prises pour rendre obligatoire la vaccination :

*- pour les personnels du corps médical

• pour les militaires - pour les gardes nationaux *

Il y aura deux scénarios possibles.

*- Ou cette grippe H1N1 ne sera pas plus dommageable en vies humaines qu'une banale grippe saisonnière ( hypothèse la plus probable, sur la base des données collectées dans l'hémisphère sud où, rappelons-le, les gens vivent leur saison printanière ). *

- Ou il y aura des morts, en nombre significativement plus élevé, ce qui sera alors totalement anormal, d'un point de vue scientifique.

Dans tous les cas de figure, l'industrie pharmaceutique aura réalisé des profits colossaux. On aura fait la démonstration qu'on pouvait inciter des citoyens, ou les contraindre, à consommer " des produits de santé (? ....) " par simple incitation, bourrage de crâne, avec le relais des gouvernements en place et des médias.

Dans la première option, les vaccinés devront subir les dommages collatéraux liés aux adjuvants présents dans des vaccins conçus à la va-vite et diffusés sans " AMM " ( Autorisation de Mise sur le Marché ). Si la campagne de vaccination, volontaire ou obtenue par la contrainte, est importante, et si le nombre des décès n'est pas significativement important, l'OMS pourra clamer que " c'est grâce à cette mesure de prévention ".

*En cas de succès de cette campagne, de facto, cela représentera le premier impact d'une gouvernance à l'échelle mondiale, de l'exercice d'un arbitraire non motivé par des faits. *

Cela constituera ainsi une sorte de test, vis à vis du projet d'instauration d'un gouvernement mondial, qui est loin d'être un mythe. La réaction de la population sera aussi testée, ainsi que la possibilité d'y faire face par la contrainte, de mille façon, y compris en procédant à l'internement des récalcitrants ( " pour protéger la population de risques de contamination par des gens irresponsables qui pourraient devenir porteurs du virus " ).

Si la population reste passive, ou peut être matée sans trop de difficulté, grâce à un arsenal répressif qui révélera alors son existence et son ampleur, cela montrera, dans certains pays, qu'il existe une possibilité d'instaurer une dictature de nature fasciste. Déjà, l'arsenal des armes non léthales, de contrôle des foules, existe, qui permet d'interdire toute manifestation ou rassemblement ( armes chimiques, armes à micro-ondes, armes laser, armes soniques ).

Le discours de l'OMS, des dirigeants de nombreux pays, sinon de tous les pays, à commencer par le nôtre, nous contraint à nous poser sérieusement des questions, vis à vis d'une situation devenue complètement ubuesque. Ces gens agissent-ils - Par simple connerie ? - Parce qu'ils sont au service de puissances d'argent ? - Ou pour des raisons plus graves encore ?

Une quatrième option étant ... un possible mélange des trois.

Si la pandémie liée à l'extension des effets du virus H1N1 dans l'hémisphère nord se traduit par un accroissement significatif des décès, il faudra s'interroger sur las cause d'un tel phénomène, qui serait alors parfaitement anormal. Encore faudrait-il que cet accroissement soit réel ou non simulé, dramatisé à coup de médias. On imagine déjà les gros titres des journaux :

*- Cinq nouveaux décès au centre de Créteil de malades atteints par le virus H1N1. Roselyne Bachelot réconforte les familles, et dit que tout sera fait pour endiguer ce terrible fléau. *

- Documents exclusifs : nos reporters, vêtus de tenues spéciales, ont été admis à filmer le bunker souterrain, biologiquement sécurisé, d'où Roselyne Bachelot et ses collaborateurs gèrent le combat contre le H1N1

- L'Elysée s'interdit désormais tout déplacement dans les zones à risque. Sur cette carte, l'extension inexorable du virus, dont le nombre des victimes atteint désormais 1400 personnes.

*- Un second ministre atteint par le virus et admis au centre de soins intensif du Val de Grâce. *

*Il faut garder en tête que si la grippe saisonnière, qui sévit pendant disant, un maximum de quatre à six mois, elle tue alors en moyenne de vingt à cent malades par jour. *

Si on constate un accroissement significatif du nombre des victimes, alors celui-ci ne pourra qu'avoir été provoqué. Et si le public s'étonne que la grippe tue sensiblement plus de monde dans l'hémisphère nord que dans l'hémosphère sud, on lui expliquera ( l'explication est déjà prête à l'emploi ) " que c'est parce que le virus, entre temps, a muté " ( auquel cas l'acte de vacciner perdrait alors tout son sens, le vaccin H1N1 devenait complètement inutile ).

Les hypothèses évoquées sont lourdes, mais pas plus que ne le sont celles qui affleurent derrière le doute affiché vis à vis de la version officielle des attentats du 11 septembre 2001. La société Baxter est une société pharmaceutique américaine qui fabrique, entre autres, des vaccins anti-grippaux. Dans son interview, Jane Bürgermeister évoque la disparition d'une masse considérable de virus H5N1 (aviaire), en Autriche où elle réside. Elle parle de 72 kilos. Ces souches de virus aviaire auraient été manipulées par la société Baxter à des fins d'expérimentation sur des animaux, mais 36 personnes auraient été hospitalisées, contaminées à la suite de ce qui aurait été présenté comme un accident. Il y a également un incident qui se serait produit dans un train, au cours d'un transport de flacons. Interpellée par cet incident concernant la contamination de ces personnes, elle a vainement tenté d'alerter les médias, et dit s'être trouvée confrontée à un véritable mur de silence. Elle estime que les médias médicaux sont sous contrôle. Le moyen qu'elle a alors imaginé pour que cette affaire paraisse au grand jour a été de déposer une plainte contre la société Baxter, auprès de la justice autrichienne, après avoir été conseillée juridiquement.

Elle prétend alors que cette plainte auprès, qu'elle a doublée en déposant une plainte auprès du FBI, par l'intermédiaire de l'ambassade des Etats Unis à Vienne, n'a pas reçu l'écho qu'elle aurait souhaité.

Dans l'interview qu'elle a donnée le 8 septembre dernier, que nous reproduisons en cinq parties, elle évoque tout un train d'hypothèses possibles.

A travers cette " affaire Bürgermeister " on est amené à s'interroger sur cette opération visant à vacciner des centaines de millions de personnes, alors qu'il n'existe aucun élément logique et concret de le faire, surtout après les données récupérées, émanant des pays de l'hémisphère sud. On pourrait alors invoquer un principe de précaution. Certains disent que par exemple l'épidémie de la grippe espagnole procéda en plusieurs vagues, et qu'il fallut attendre une seconde poussée pour que cette pandémie révèle son ampleur et sa gravité. Dans ces conditions, les pays de l'hémisphère sud constitueraient " un laboratoire " vis à vis des actions envisagées dans l'hémisphère nord. Ces pays connaîtront-ils une seconde vague meurtrière ? Si oui, des actions devraient alors être menées pour les populations de l'hémisphère nord, décalées de six mois par rapport à ces voisins de l'hémisphère austral.

Mais si cette seconde vague ne se manifeste pas, pourquoi effectuer un tel forcing sur les populations ? Cette vaccination cacherait-elle autre chose ?

Such behavior would only make sense if a second deadly wave was observed in the countries mentioned. But as long as such an event does not occur, I see no reason to rush to the nearest vaccination center. It is interesting to compare the maps of two global pandemics. First, that of the Spanish flu of 1918, which spread very quickly, across the entire planet, using the transport means of the time (troop transports).

In the short sequence you can watch, extracted from this interview by my friend Peter, Amar mentions the theory of engineer Baloche, a fire safety specialist at the French building safety center (CSTB). Participating in a previous show, where Alix Atmoh, president of the association reopen 9/11, was present, this "specialist" explained that the fire in the twin towers "had, according to him, spread to the seventh tower through the underground". A completely surreal theory, which raises some concerns about the competence of this CSTB official. But for journalist Paul Amar, it is the opinion of an expert, which cannot be disputed. So, hold on.

If I had been on the set where Baloche uttered such nonsense, I would have exploded immediately:

*- Where did you get the idea that a fire could spread hundreds of meters through underground tunnels, deprived of all oxygen supply? Where did you get your engineering degree, from a surprise package? *

It should be noted that Bigard insists on the fact that Science should reopen the investigation on September 11. There is a scientific police, in all countries. One of the means of investigation, if not the main approach that investigators take when they have the opportunity, is to carry out reconstructions. This is what "structural specialists" claim to do by simulating, for example, the destruction of the twin towers using software. But we know that on this issue, experts on both sides are at war, claiming that there has been manipulation of the parameters used for the calculations (such as the amount of kerosene burned, the duration of the fires, etc).

Regarding the event at the Pentagon, a reconstruction would be perfectly feasible, and given the stakes, this should be done. It would suffice to reconstruct, at least in its mechanical structure, the wing of the Pentagon that was hit. I have been the only one to propose this for six years*. This 1/1 scale model, with walls, bulletproof glass, road sections, the famous street lamps, vehicles, grass, the generator: everything could be reconstructed identically. It could be done far from any habitation. The reconstruction would then be carried out in front of legions of experts, observers from all over the world.

The plane? A 757, old but in perfect flying condition, with its kerosene, the suitcases, and possibly human corpses. This is done in car accident reconstructions. I am convinced that relatives of recently deceased people would accept that their loved one's body could be used for this crucial search for truth.

Remote control? No problem, at the meter, by placing a microwave beam transmitter in the model, serving as a "track" for the aircraft. The famous surveillance camera that allowed obtaining the famous images would be placed in position. Key witnesses would take their place, doubled by video recorders.

So, if we managed to retrieve* all aspects of the event*, the facade traces, the exit hole, the intact grass, the furniture, papers and computers not burned, the absence of debris and body fragments allowing identification through DNA and fingerprints, we would have elements to confirm or refute the official version.

The reconstruction project of the Pentagon crash

The show includes various files, prepared by Alexandre Gamelan, which stigmatize the effect of a global misinformation campaign. Thus the film Loose Change, made by a young man "who is not even a journalist" has been viewed 100 million times worldwide. An investigation covering 18 countries showed that more than half of their inhabitants now doubt that the September 11 attacks were really orchestrated by the group Al Qaeda. The DVD of the European parliament member Giuletto Chiesa's film "Zero", presented by Guillaume, as the previous one, as a profit-making operation, was bought by 35 million Russians. Faced with what Durant calls "a global delirium", it was necessary to gather on a set "experts" and "specialists" to counter this worrying trend.

For the first time we have images of a young structural engineer: Jérôme Quirant. While more than eight hundred American architects have formed an association contesting the official theory of the collapse of the three towers of the World Trade Center due to, for the twin towers, the heat from the kerosene combustion, and for the seventh tower, also at a speed very close to free fall, as a consequence of the fall of these two first buildings, this young academic, who has never built or even designed a single building in his life, but only manipulated structural calculation software, has an answer to everything.

Regarding the remarkable precision of the Boeing 757's piloting, supposedly having hit the Pentagon, he tells us confidently that he has seen untrained pilots succeed in making three precise shots using flight simulators. I imagine the reaction of professional pilots to such statements.

*But where did they find such an idiot? *

Durant shows caution, taking care to have his guests endorse the statements, unlike Paul Amar, who clearly knows nothing about the subject he pretends to address, except what he read in a dossier prepared in a few days by students for rue89, under the direction of Guillaume Dasquié. He has not even read the official report of the commission tasked with investigating these events, a year and a half after they occurred. Quirant adds:

*- Why reopen the investigation when it's so simple to address experts and ask for their opinion on the subject? *

Indeed, all of this is very weak, mediocre. I will not detail this show. You will have to form your own opinion. At one point, one of the participants says:

*- But if it's not the terrorists who were piloting the planes that crashed into the towers, would it be the pilots themselves who turned into kamikazes? *

This man forgets that for decades it has been known to remotely guide an aircraft and send it precisely to a target, especially if that target emits a microwave beam as a guide. This should be corroborated with the fact that one of the planes seems to carry under its fuselage a "pod", a protrusion found on military aircraft, not on civilian ones.

All the failures of the American security systems that day are attributed to excessive naivety, innocence and trust of Americans, who would never have imagined that they would be subjected to such a blow.

As a conclusion, the attitudes of conspiracy theorists and conspirators are considered as the expression of a primary anti-Americanism, behind which anti-Semitism is waiting to express itself. I don't have the names of the different participants in mind, and it's already quite late. One believes that the September 11 attacks are among the best-documented historical events. Another evokes, as evidence, videos showing the terrorists preparing the attacks with maps of the Pentagon in front of them, and adds "I don't see what better evidence could be found." He believes that the doubts expressed by Jean-Marie Bigard "constitute an insult to the victims' families." He forgets, in passing, that it was due to the insistence of these same families, for eighteen months, that the American government finally decided to open an investigation commission, whereas until then it had not felt the need to do so.

At the end of the show, the Belgian Philippe Geluck, the Candide of the band, vainly tries to mention the Northwoods affair, according to which American conspirators, led by General Lyman Lemnitzer, during the Kennedy years (two years before his assassination) had proposed to stage a false attack by a civilian American plane, by a fake Cuban plane.

The aircraft, carrying American students, would have flown below the radar coverage, and landed, to be replaced at the same time by an empty and remote-controlled drone (already). It was this drone that would then have been attacked and shot down by an American plane disguised as a Cuban aircraft, after sending loud calls for help. And the Americans would then have used this cowardly attack against a civilian aircraft to trigger a military attack against the Castro regime.

Faced with this historical reminder, one of the participants shrugs, saying that all this is part of the "package" of videos displayed for a moment by Guillaume Durant and that, not being aware of it (...), he does not comment.

If I had been on the set, it would not have been the Northwoods affair that I would have talked about, but of:

The raid was quite long. The aircraft provided by the Americans had to carry, in addition to their bombs, additional fuel tanks. One of them estimated that it did not have enough fuel to return to Nicaragua, and decided to quietly land in Miami, asking for political asylum. The diplomat Dean Acheson then showed the world press photos of a Cuban aircraft, "having participated in a counter-revolutionary attempt, unfortunately unsuccessful."

The Cubans immediately replied, because of the different nose, by showing that this aircraft had never belonged to their air force.

A reader had promised to write an article on this subject, on which there is a vast documentation. Unfortunately, he did not keep his promise. However, to use the expression of one of the participants in Guillaume Durant's show, it is one of the best-documented passages of American history. As a rather tasty detail, after one (or two, I don't remember) of their comrades had been shot down by the Sea Fury, the naval version of the Second World War Tempest, flying at 750 km/h, that is 300 more than their own aircraft, the Cuban counter-revolutionaries felt their courage melt and refused to launch a second attack.

October 12, 2009: Numerous rumors report coercive measures prepared or already implemented on the territory of the United States. It is known that military units have been deployed everywhere, "to assist the health personnel and either force people to be vaccinated or quarantine the recalcitrant."

The situation of employment, housing, is deteriorating in a country that traditionally does not worry much about the "economic laggards."

October 10, 2009 (New Solidarity) On October 7, 2009, the (CBO) published the figures of the American budget deficit: the Obama administration did three times worse than the Bush administration. The federal deficit for the fiscal year 2008-2009 reached 1409 billion dollars, or 10% of GDP, against 459 billion for the previous exercise. Contrary to the arguments of the White House, to justify its "reform," [ ] the main cause of this deficit is not the increase in health spending, but the unconditional largesse granted to the banking institutions responsible for the crisis.

The increase in spending (532 billion) is due to two-thirds to the Wall Street rescue plan (154 billion) and the semi-public mortgage credit agencies Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac (91 billion), as well as the (non) economic stimulus plan (over 100 billion). On the other hand, the Medicare and Medicaid programs, which guarantee access to care for the elderly, the poor, the disabled and the chronically ill, represent only 16% of this increase (88 billion).

The other factor of this abyssal deficit is the 17% drop in tax revenues, or a loss of 419 billion dollars. Tax revenues from individuals are down 20.1% and the decline reaches 54.4% from companies!

These figures reveal the total bankruptcy of the American economy on which the "credibility" of the dollar is based internationally. And it is the Federal Reserve that today buys half of the bonds issued by the American Treasury to cover this deficit; in other words, it is printing money. The dollar has lost 18% of its value since March and nothing in the current policies can prevent its decline. It is in fact accelerated by the desire of other countries to replace the dollar with their own currencies, without considering the general collapse that this would trigger, nor the inability of their economies to support any monetary value.

In the United States, since the beginning of the year, 5 million jobs have been lost and nearly three million additional families are facing eviction due to non-payment of their mortgage. In September, 400,000 people lost their unemployment benefits. 48 of the 50 states are bankrupt (a budget deficit of 160 billion for the current exercise) and are making massive cuts in public and social services, waiting for a "rescue" that the White House has forbidden.

And the movement of protest that emerged this summer against the government is now spreading to the entire African-American population, among which Obama still had the most support. Obama is in a bad position for the Nobel Prize of Peace...social.

Toward Modern Jacqueries?

If we believe these informations, economically, financially and especially socially, the USA would be on the verge of becoming a powder keg. Hence these internment camps, whose photos have been published, spread everywhere (and perhaps this spectacular purchase of coffins, whose storage is visible ... from space!). As it is difficult to intern American citizens by force, even after the suspension of habeas corpus and the enactment of the Patriot Act, on suspicion of participation in terrorist activities, there remains the threat regarding health, the threat of an epidemic. Then, incarceration becomes "quarantine," a quarantine that could potentially be prolonged ....

From this angle, this pandemic, whose unreality and artificiality become more and more evident every day, would appear as a pretext for the deployment of a coercive force on the territory of the United States, to deal with outbreaks of violence, predictable in the case of a serious economic crisis (as the USA have already experienced).

Times have changed. The differences in wealth have become glaring. The poor know that the rich are rich. All of this makes one think of the medieval era, when the "peasants" no longer respected their lords and rebelled, engaging in jacqueries, where armed bands roamed the country, killing and looting.

October 10, 2009: Rereading this page, I suddenly think of the novel by H.G. Wells, The Time Machine. The hero, after discovering the torments of a near future, decides to make a vertiginous plunge into the future, and ends up on a land populated by two species, descendants of humans, the Eloi and the Morlocks. The Eloi live lazily, seemingly indifferent, not only to what surrounds them, but to their fellow beings. In the film based on the book, our time traveler saves a young woman from drowning, while his companions watch the scene with indifference.

Later, sirens sound, crying "go to the shelters." The Eloi then obediently go to places that indeed resemble underground shelters, closed by heavy iron doors. Before Wells can see what is inside, the doors close, the shelters turn into prisons. It is only later that he discovers that the Morlocks, beings living underground and fearing the light, are simply cannibals....

Faced with this phenomenon of global misinformation that represents the incitement to vaccination against the H1N1 flu, which the data from the southern hemisphere lead to consider as simply benign, some wonder, apart from the fantastic financial operation at stake, whether it is not a test to evaluate the possibility of manipulating the human masses on a large scale.

Some imagine even worse things. Obviously, there will not be a lack of journalists to invoke yet another "conspiracy theory." Unless it is Pierre Lagrange, a brown sociologist.

I don't know who made this movie. There is no credits. I think the or the screenwriters have well adapted the theme to the current time. One can only fully appreciate its salt by both reading the book and watching the film. In the end, it doesn't really matter the order. The heroes, except for Mustapha Meunier "his Forderie", are very "commonplace", as if from any soap opera, as beautiful as Mattel characters. They may be similar to what we will one day make of the human race, clones without identity, without personality, without family, without offspring and especially without soul, not asking any questions about anything.

Throughout the film, the characters take blue pills of "soma", a drug with very few side effects, which provides humans with a kind of quiet happiness, calming all their anxieties. Occasionally, slogans are shown on the screen, which these humans are fed from birth, including by hypnopædic conditioning, during their sleep. The same that future world masters will be able to distribute to all implant carriers, tiny ones, which will automatically settle in the head, near the auditory nerve, as long as their density is lower than that of blood. Receiving chips, controlled from space by transmissions relayed by huge plasma mirrors, maintained in the ionosphere by devices of the Haarp type, will distribute discreet, insidious and effective orders in a state of subception.

The central theme of Huxley's novel is well taken up in the film:

Don't think. Amuse yourself, have fun and love your work, appreciate feeling useful to the community.

In the future described by Huxley, the world is organized, hierarchized, from the higher alpha to the lower delta. The higher alphas are happy not to have to do manual work and the lower deltas are happy to work in the mines, far from the weather on the surface, etc.

Men and women learn not to love old things, books, to turn away from history, full of sad things. Pregnancies are done in flasks, by the Bokanowski method, which allows creating 80 twins, in the uterus of a donor. Genealogy disappears. Men and women choose their names and first names as they wish. Who will understand that we already have our "soma"; alias "Huxley's smelling cinema", otherwise known as television, a fantastic machine to make people brainless. When will men burn these machines, replacing them, as I have done for a long time, with a good DVD player, and forming, by buying or exchanging quality documents?

What else to say? We see images appear, which will soon be our daily life, where some sort of masked Dark Vador hit kids, catch them in traps, taze them, gas them, blast their brains with directional speakers emitting shrill sounds, waiting to destroy their retinas with lasers. One believes to see scenes from The Day the Earth Stood Still. Countries have voted laws "where the forces of order can shoot to kill on human groups, if the demonstrations turn into insurrection". It is written in black and white in the annexes of our European constitution. But here's the thing: who defines the border between a demonstration and an insurrection? The constitution does not specify.

Despite this depressing panorama, there remains a glimmer of hope. The cat is out of the bag. The Internet, our first and last space of democratic freedom, exists on such a large scale now that it can't be restricted, and one can imagine that the laws that will be tried to implement to restrict this space of freedom may prove ineffective, as those that tried to protect software in the past.

I will give you an example. In 2003 or 2004, I don't remember exactly, I had started to publish a lot of things about September 11th on my website. One day, the American billionaire Jimmy Walter funded a big demonstration, which took place in New York and was filmed, a kind of "9/11" show, the first of its kind. Good professionals put it together, producing a three-hour documentary. I think the title was Painful Deception. Walter paid for the edition of 100,000 DVDs, traveled to different countries and gave press conferences, surprised by the little echo he usually encountered, especially in France.

Then, one day, the three-hour film appeared on the net, subtitled in as many languages as I don't know. When I saw that, I said on my website:

- I don't know how to do it, but save the files quickly. Everything will disappear!

Forty-eight hours later, the site was inaccessible. But ATMOH and others had saved the precious files. Thus was born what would later become reopen 9/11. And there is the hope. How to silence a man by closing his site, if he has the leisure to spread his writings or images elsewhere? How to seal terabytes of documents that can be duplicated infinitely? The fight will be hard. It has moved... into the virtual world. Hundred millions of people have seen Loose Change, a film made by a young man "who is not even a journalist", we were told by this light of modern times, Guillaume Durand. These hundred million earthlings have... voted, in their own way. The mouse replaces the ballot box. Thirty-five million Russians have bought the DVD of Zero. More than half of the inhabitants of the Earth no longer believe that Al Qaeda was at the heart of the September 11th attacks. One day, demonstrations will take place on screens. It will be enough that someone invents a way to place thousands or tens of thousands of faces on a screen. With an "elevator", they can be scrolled.

You have already seen these screens on mobile phones, or computers, where a tiny icon fills the screen. Imagine a screen filled with packets of pixels. When your mouse arrives on one of them, the spot grows and the person hidden behind this shapeless spot appears, image emitted by their webcam. Technically feasible.

By clicking on a face, you will hear the voice of this "virtual demonstrator", who will not hold back. And where will the "cyber police" be? How to gas, electrocute virtual demonstrators? How to imprison them? The screens will fill with cries of protest, while the Dark Vador watch for demonstrators on empty squares. We can mix sound tracks, chant slogans, a number indicating on the screen the number of people chanting them.

Internet users of all countries, unite!

In contrast, the press, sold to trusts, is increasingly discredited each day. Here, as soon as my wife finishes unpacking the pile of boxes that clutter the living room, I will place a piece of black velvet on a wooden frame. By putting our camcorder on its stand and a halogen projector, we will have our mini television studio. My collaborators will illustrate my conferences with archive images. Denis Roussel, a professional editor, is finishing the editing of the video taken during the conference I gave at the X, on the Z-machine, in the spring, filmed by Julien Geffray. You will see, it "goes very well". It is lively, funny. We had bought a radio microphone. The sound is good. On the "com" side, we are not bad. And from here, with my bad vertebrae, I won't finish launching my pamphlets, between two sessions in my pool.

On Wednesday, the 21st, I will give a lecture at the Bremen colloquium on hypersonic flight, sitting in a wheelchair. I have decided to go anyway, because the communication that will accompany this oral presentation is 25 pages long. Julien will be there, to film. On the way back, we will make a new document, also illustrated. I think that is the solution, that is the battlefield. We will not wait for television channels to invite us. There may be no more other programs on the Direct8 channel. So what. Then, we will produce things ourselves. I have already started to publish my own books. I have been banned from the media for ten years, but honestly, I don't feel any worse.

The secretary of the Bogdanoffs asked me yesterday to participate in a panel on the thirtieth anniversary of their show "Temps X". It is true that I was present at the first and last of this series. Pretending to have health problems, I avoided the offer. But even if I could move, I would have refused.
