Mr. BONNET: In the current situation, you’re unable to provide a date for resuming work or gaining access to the site. Are you willing to challenge the RGIE regulations that define safety standards at the site? How do you plan to carry out all mandatory inspections, conduct activation tests, and implement isolation measures? When do you intend to conduct these inspections, and what are the dates of the most recent inspections performed? What is the required interval between each inspection? Please provide us with a list of the latest tests conducted; this should be attached to the minutes of the meeting.
Mr. BAUDRY: We hope to receive these answers by Saturday’s committee meeting.
Mr. SASSI: What decision do you plan to make if no inspections are carried out?
Mr. BONNET: Another case of obstruction has been reported. It involves failing to inform both the junior representative and the CHSCT about the condition of the facilities and the damage that led to pollution of Lake Fontvenelle.
The Chairperson proceeds with voting on the issue of obstruction.
The motion regarding obstruction is unanimously approved.
Mr. BAUDRY: I must emphasize that the absence of DRIRE representatives is highly regrettable for such an important CHSCT meeting.
Mr. FILIPPI: You didn’t send any staff for training, as is customary during conflicts. We believe nothing hinders work from continuing; it simply depends on your willingness to proceed.
Mr. SASSI: Will the delay in Biver-related works have any impact on subsequent activities?
Mr. LAZAREWICZ: No. There were no strict deadlines regarding these works. The urgency isn’t tied to a few months’ difference. These works will be postponed until the second half of 2003. We can maintain minimal ventilation for the Gérard shaft. Solutions do exist.
Mr. PODDA: It seems we held an extraordinary CHSCT meeting for nothing. We expected more information.
Mr. LAZAREWICZ: Unfortunately, I have no further information to share with you.
Mr. FILIPPI: One junior representative received a warning. We believe you’re not impartial in this decision. I intervened immediately; I consider this penalty unjust. We’ll inform DRIRE of our opinion on this matter.
