Mr. TRIOLO: What you’re saying doesn’t make any sense.

Mr. BAUDRY: Is this decision made in light of the company’s political situation?

Mr. LAZAREWICZ: The consequences of such political decisions are as follows: today, operations have come to an end; new developments lead to a reaction involving authoritarian measures at the facilities.

Mr. FILIPPI: When do you plan to get the staff back to work?

Mr. LAZAREWICZ: I still don’t know.

Mr. FILIPPI: Why do you keep some people working?

Mr. SASSI: This is truly your decision to make. You have no right to do this. You’re doing things for which you have no authority.

Mr. BAUDRY: Our feeling is that you want to remove staff from the company so that you can send notices regarding DPA or CCFC orders to certain employees at their homes, while getting others to return to work afterward.

Mr. LAZAREWICZ: That’s a scenario you describe, but nothing has been done along those lines.

Mr. TRIOLO: What do you plan to do with the young people who must continue working? Who will be safe in three months?

Mr. FILIPPI: Who will decide to resume work? At what point can we measure safety and insecurity? How long will this go on?

Mr. BAUDRY: Some people have reached out to us. They’re shocked by these maneuvers. These are people in vulnerable situations who might do something foolish. Work should be resumed as soon as possible so that these people regain stability, and so that we have nothing to worry about regarding CHSCT regulations. Also, regarding the cables, I believe they need to be regularly maintained. Is there any consideration given to ensuring their longevity?

Mr. FILIPPI: Since all machinery was shut down, have you moved the cables at all?
