Are there any visible signs of tests involving climate weapons? September 23, 2002; reposted September 29, 2002. Animation 1
Over the past few months, many things have come to light. They weren’t exactly new discoveries, but now they’re being discussed. Microwave weapons, non-lethal weapons, actions on the ionosphere using microwaves (project HAARP), and even… seismic weapons! Readers are shocked upon learning about all this, wondering if it’s all just fiction. We scientists and physicists aren’t much better off. We have some tools for thinking about these issues, though we can’t conduct actual experiments. I had solid knowledge in the physics of ionized gases. When I read that extremely powerful electrical generators could be installed on ordinary U.S. Tomahawk cruise missiles, I immediately realized this was plausible. The blueprints for such “flow-compression” generators were actually in one of my books published in 1995, titled “Children of the Devil”. Inventor: Andrei Sakharov, in the 1950s. So we have solid, verifiable data here. Yes, these systems can supply electrical energy to various devices by delivering enormous amounts of power instantly, thereby creating unimaginable electromagnetic conditions. In the 1950s, Sakharov managed to generate 100 million amperes. From this, we can conclude that microwave weapons are indeed feasible—they’re not mere science fiction. In one of my documents, I presented reliable data regarding the effects of EMPs (electromagnetic pulses), particularly those caused by atomic bomb explosions at an altitude of 500 kilometers above the Earth’s surface. The Compton effect then generates electrical discharges on the ground, which are hard to imagine. Thus, a single one-megaton bomb exploding at 500 km altitude could potentially destroy all electronics on the ground over an area the size of a continent. No one has ever attempted such a test on a large scale. That’s understandable.
By the way, we discover yet another application of Project HAARP. By emitting microwaves from the ground at sufficient power levels, we can ionize the air. This creates a shield made up of ionized gas. In the case of EMPs, hydrogen bombs explode outside the atmosphere, emitting intense gamma rays into the upper atmosphere. These rays cause electrons to move away from their original positions—this is known as the Compton effect. This effect affects light electrons more than ions. An electric field arises as a result of this charge separation. This field becomes noticeable at ground level. It’s estimated to be around 500 volts per centimeter—enough to destroy anything. How can we protect ourselves from this? By surrounding electrical and electronic equipment with a Faraday cage. What’s a Faraday cage? It’s a structure made of highly conductive materials, usually copper. It’s expensive and heavy. We can enclose entire facilities within such copper enclosures. But we can also simply use wire mesh; that’s what’s commonly done. The key is that this enclosure effectively absorbs incoming electromagnetic energy, acting like an efficient antenna.
An ionized gas layer also acts as an effective absorber of electromagnetic fields (since radar waves are electromagnetic waves, covering a flying object with plasma helps make it invisible). If HAARP can create a highly ionized layer at high altitudes, it could serve as a shield against electromagnetic pulses caused by nuclear explosions at high altitudes. This is just a thought that came to mind right now.
When the issue of “new weapons” arose, it seemed necessary to consider everything. In reality, many such weapons have existed for decades, but they’ve been kept secret from the public. We were stunned to learn that those infamous crop circles might actually be results of weapon tests—deadly weapons capable of killing hedgehogs, rabbits, and birds on the ground. All this has been going on since 1981. These tests were disguised as complex geometric patterns meant to make it seem like aliens were responsible. This means we’ve been misled for decades regarding countless things. This is truly mind-boggling.
Further research revealed that the concept of seismic weapons isn’t entirely implausible.
We also considered the possibility that climate weapons might not only be under development, but also tested for years now! We tried to figure out their basic principles: altering the amount of solar energy reaching the Earth’s surface—either by opening “windows” in the ionosphere to increase sunlight exposure or by creating reflective layers at high altitudes, thus creating regions of hot and cold air. I suggested that chemtrails might serve as markers for evaluating the effectiveness of such experiments from satellites.
Are there any indications that climate weapon tests might be taking place, detectable via satellites? What effects would be observable?
The Earth’s surface has a certain reflectivity; this value is called albedo. A perfectly reflective object has an albedo of 1, while a perfectly absorbing object has an albedo of 0. Fresh snow has an albedo of 0.9; that’s why it doesn’t melt. Charred surfaces can have an albedo as low as that of coal (0.05). You can find albedo values for various planets in encyclopedias:
Mars: 0.54
Earth: 0.39
Venus: 0.7
Jupiter: 0.47
Saturn: 0.45
Mercury: 0.055
Mercury’s albedo is close to that of graphite! The Moon’s albedo is 0.07, barely higher than Mercury’s. Thus, the seemingly bright Moon actually has the same reflectivity as basalt. A piece of the Moon held in your hand appears dark gray. Its brightness in the sky is due to contrast with the dark background of space. The value given for Earth is an average; locally, it depends on factors like the state of its ionosphere, which absorbs certain frequencies (like UV) while reflecting others. If we make the ionosphere more “transparent,” more sunlight will reach the Earth’s surface and be absorbed. Observers far away would notice a localized dimming of Earth’s surface, unexplained and unrelated to cloud formations.
Have such dimming effects been observed before? Regarding such matters, we must avoid making unfounded claims. The following animation, lasting 374 seconds (give the computer time to load the images), is questionable. This effect might simply be due to Earth’s rotation. I don’t know the source of these images or which satellite recorded them. Likely it’s a geostationary satellite. Thus, the apparent stillness of the image is merely an illusion, since the camera follows Earth’s rotation. Given the time shown, this dimming might simply be twilight spreading across the United States. Supporting this theory is the reduction in cloud cover in tropical regions, likely due to decreased sunlight. Let’s not consider this document as evidence.

In this area, we’d really appreciate insights from a meteorology expert (which I’m not).
